Terrific job with this site. You have already covered in much more detail what I wanted to write about, the Cliff Arnebeck lawsuit. Arnebeck and Jesse Jackson are just blowing smoke, and they are delusional to think any judge is going to throw out the whole Presidential election over the non evidence they have. You read through this stuff and it is mindboggling what some people will believe. One of Jackson's claims was that Diebold manufactured the voting machines and they are Republicans and therefore...something bad, then it turns out Ohio doesn't use Diebold machines. That Blackwell changed the provisional ballot rules...no, they have been in place since 1990. And on and on with lies about the Ohio vote.

I lived in Florida during the 2000 election and had friends who worked on the vote count. The Democrats manufactured their fraud claims out of whole cloth, even reading through the absurdly biased Human Rights Commission report, where the strongest evidence of racial bias they had was a black woman who was stopped at a police check point that was there every month at the request of the neighborhood. She went on to vote at the polling place which was two miles away, but said she just "felt" like they were harassing her from voting. It is absurd.

Now Olbermann and the Dems are trying the same thing on even thinner evidence. I think they are disappointed they didn't have a big fight so they are just going to manufacture one.

Olbermann appears to me to be trying to get the left wing nut viewership in a bid to boost his ratings, which are what? near zero. The quote he put on from Albeck was pathetic, he made it sound like if some evidence is proven then Kerry wins by 130,000 votes instead of Bush, but they have no evidence, they are just trying to create an impression via propaganda.

Olbermann did another one of his "Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead" reports when he plugged Arnebeck (and Jesse Jackson) yet again last night to report that they had still not filed a lawsuit.

Do you think Arnebeck has figured out that he can get more coverage on MSNBC for his communist front group by NOT filing his lawsuit than by filing it (especially since, for the reasons you have noted above it will be tossed out).

Please. Let's see the full text of the email before we evaluate what you've taken out of context (as usual). And did you add the text that's in parentheses? You need to note that, even on a sleazy site like this.

That said, if you had actually READ the post you would have seen that I have clearly indicated the source for the e-mail exchange (DU) and used language which is very precise: "OlbermannWatch has obtained these statements from DU'er who claims to have had an e-mail exchange with KO."

If you have issue with the accuracy of these claims I suggest you consult your comrades over at DU. And once you figure out how to use the search function and find these quotes...
