OLBYWATCH GUIDE: No Keith but you don't get a nice Richard Gere story.
There was also a segment where Keith's inside sources say there are going to be a half dozen Senators to go with the radical left wing black caucus in attempting to manufacture a credible objection to the electoral vote tommorrow. Most other sources say maybe one Senator, Barbra Boxer.
Chris Jansing showed us clearly why we would rather watch her than Keith when she somewhat incredulously asked Mike Viqueira "aren't the Democrats concerned that this is going to make themselves look foolish???"
Well, duh. What could Viquera say but yes, Pelosi and Reid are very concerned about it, Kerry won't touch it and says there is no chance this could affect the election outcome...but Olbermann and the nut squad called the Democratic Black Caucus are going for it.
If the concern truly is that voting is seriously flawed in this country, which is what Viquera went on to say that those protesting are trying to do by opposing the electoral vote, then they would introduce legislation to try to correct it. Instead they continue to try to defame Bush and the election process with this nonsense.
KO wasn't alone in this. I heard it a couple of times on progressive talk radio. There was a Conyers soundbite to this effect.
