Doug Schmitz of MichNews.com in his recent article The White House Press Clubhouse: No Conservatives Allowed cites OlbermannWatch:
When MSNBC's rabidly leftist pit bull Keith Olbermann isn’t obsessing over the phony sexual harassment charges that a CNN mole maliciously leveled against Bill O’Reilly; smearing the Swift Boat Vets; or sticking up for suspected terrorists at Abu Ghraib and Gitmo, he always manages to make up a new anti-Bush diatribe to run on his actual fake news show, which mostly involves creating wildly leftist conspiracy theories that are further exaggerated by his pro-Democrat-only guests with their own leftist agendas...
As Olbermann (www.olbermannwatch.com) ignores Rathergate (www.rathergate.com) and Easongate (www.easongate.com), he milks his nonstop segment, "Gannongate."
It should be noted that MICH stands for Most In-depth Conservative, Honest news and commentary.
It's news like Talon News is news.
Gosh, who would have thought there'd be all these bogus "media" sources saying nothing of any real value.

We can't have that! Quick, somebody dig up some embarrassing pictures and spread them all over the web. This guy must go!
I very highly doubt the MICH folks are silly enough to "hire" someone like Mr. Guckert. My note was merely that MICH isn't really a "mainstream" news source. Fox News Channel is somewhat right leaning, but I consider them to be mainstream. Alexa reports that MICH reaches 20 people in a million - ranking them #114,509 of all websites [http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details?q=&url=michnews.com] (and yes, Alexa is quite subjective -- and not the "best" barometer, but it does paint a decent picture in broad strokes). Even many TV station websites in small markets rank much higher -- and the potential audience is smaller.
If you were mentioned on Drudge -- #346 by the way, I'd give you credit. But a fleeting mention on a little-read blog is hardly "in the news." In the Blogs perhaps...
Johnny,
I'm sure you can pull some strings with Fox and make an honest man out Bob Cox, can't you?...
Call Edie Hill, JD. Just one little mention of Olbermann Watch on the 'news show'.... Fox and Friends... and the issue is settled...
Hey Boise...
Does it matter to you that I never said MICHNews is a 'mainstream' news source"?
You say MICHNews is not a "mainstream news source but you say you'd give me credit if OlbermannWatch was on Drudge? So, Drudge is your idea of a mainstream news source?
You seem to be saying that your definition of a "mainstream news source" is based on readership - or viewership? If that's the case, is Countdown, the lowest rated cable news program in primetime, a mainstream news source?
You may not like MICHNews but it is certainly not a blog. One criteria that I have for "in the news" is if an article turns up in Google News Alert which means that for Google, the article is "in the news".
If self-puffery makes you feel better, so be it.

"Ladies and gentlement, we have our answer."
But Bob does not.
If criticizing me for saying something I did not say makes you feel better, so be it.
