There is no doubt Olbermann Watch is having an impact. That was demonstrated Thursday, when Keith had to do three stealth rollbacks of falsehoods after we exposed them here. Now someone is so worried they have arranged to have a new website set up. If they are to be believed, they aim to recruit people to counter our efforts to hold Olby responsible for his journalistic sins!
KO claims he is "nonpartisan", but we know better. That's why we're happy to see Olby apologist sites spring up. They show how his Hour of Spin is a magnet for moonbats. When you visit keitholbermann.org, the first thing you see is a navigation menu with ten items. Nine of them pertain to KO. The tenth? A link to the "Al Franken Fan Club".
But the window into these people's psyches is found in the "Keith Olbermann Forum". Here fanboys and fangirls can fantasize about imaginary Olbermann ratings surges, share "steamy and sometimes kinky Keith fantasies", bash Bush and Cheney, invoke Halliburton, and prepare to defeat Olbermann Watch with their superior numbers and upper-class intellects.
What follows are literal, word-for-word quotes from this latest attempt to prop up the sports guy. Warning! The bad spelling, embarrassing grammar, and potty language have been retained, intact, just as the intellectuals posted them.
It appears some of these people were voted off that island long ago, on this, the 3rd day of the Keith Olbermann CoverUp.
Just saw this item in the Washington Post (via Lucianne.com) re: Dana Milbank's appearances on Olbermann's program. The writer considers Milbank an opinion writer, and rightfully so:
"Crosing the Line on a Cable Show"

"I don't think we are ready for those folks here, yet. I think we need 100 or so solid Keith supporters so we can beat the trolls back. We are getting there though, 20 real users in less than a week!"
That's Olbermann fan logic alright... They invade this site and WE're the trolls. :D
"Keith Olbermann is a total rock-star stud! are you kidding me? damn! he is the hottest guy in the solar system."
EWWwwwwwwwwww...
Irony alert! Here's a post on the Olbermann Forum by someone named "Trekkie".
I don't know if this is our Trekkie; member of the intragalaxic federation and frequent Olbermann Watch poster of long.... unhindered... screeds,.... but he/she is worried about trolls coming to the Olbermann forum: :D
"Yes, a troll cage. We had one on another site that I frequent. Trolls can be dumped into it and the posts expire after five days of inactivity so that they don't clog up the rest of the board."
Mr. Dollar, as our leader I thank you!
My work is done here. My dream of coralling Olbermann fans into one massive leftist insane asylum has been achieved.
The damage these people will do to their own cause will be immense, as they defend Keith's bias and lies with bias and lies. Poor KO can't win.
KfK, your work here is NOT done! We need your acerbic wit to slice up Olby's pretentious propagandizing. Don't abandon us for the greener pastures of keitholbermann.org!
> Trolls can be dumped into it and the posts expire after five days of inactivity
That's a handy way to make it LOOK like you are open to dissenting views. After a few days have passed, all contrary opinions are erased, thereby keeping the asylum free of unwelcome viewpoints. Come to think of it, as intolerant as that is, it's still not as bad as Olby. He doesn't let those pesky opposing views get on the air in the first place!
KfK,
I don't think the Olbermann fan asylum will be "massive".
I think the size of Trekkie's handmade model of the Enterprise will do nicely.
We should call it Starship Oddball...
"KEITHOLBERMANN.ORG, THE FINAL FRONTIER. THESE ARE THE VOYAGES OF THE STARSHIP ODDBALL, HER FIVE-YEAR MISSION TO EXPLORE STRANGE NEW WORLDS, TO SEEK OUT BIZARRE LIFE AND ABNORMAL CIVILIZATION, TO BOLDLY GO WHERE NO SANE PERSON HAS GONE BEFORE."
KFK
He's straight butter!
CAUSE HE'S ON A ROLL!!!!!
Milbank considers Olbermann's show to be a farce: Direct quote from the Washington Post is: "Milbank said he has appeared on the show -- which he describes as "half news, half shtick" -- wearing a Santa hat, brandishing a cigar and having an anvil dangled over his head".......Kind of ironic that a man who hurls insults at Fox and their status as a "news organization" is viewed by one of his most frequent guests to be doing "schtick." "schtick" is defined by dictionary.com as n 1: (Yiddish) a little; a piece; "give him a shtik cake"; "he's a shtik crazy"; "he played a shtik Beethoven" [syn: shtik, schtik, schtick] 2: (Yiddish) a contrived and often used bit of business that a performer uses to steal attention; "play it straight with no shtik" [syn: shtik, schtik, schtick] 3: (Yiddish) a prank or piece of clowning; "his shtik made us laugh" [syn: shtik, schtik, schtick] 4: (Yiddish) a devious trick; a bit of cheating; "how did you ever fall for a shtik like that?" [syn: shtik, schtik, schtick]....so I do think after this we need to give Milbank more credit. He realizes what this site has documented Olby's show is as much comedy as news!!!!! . ROFLMAO....Hahaha Keith....joke's on you...you are considered a joke by your own guests!!!
Hey Johnny:
Just want you to know the result of my "contrary opinion" (on the Olby Forum) that his cult following is either blind, stupid, or wittingly complicit in the weird game that he plays.
I was described as a troll and summarily jettisoned in just a couple of hours (not days as has been described).
What ever happened to Howard Fineman?? Wasn't he KO's go-to-guy prior to Milbank. If Milbank realizes belatedly that he's not taken seriously and leaves who takes his place? Lawrence O'Donnell, John Dean or Mo Rocca?
Rick
We have printed up the milk cartons for Mr. Fineman. There are reports that he has been seen on the obscure weekly "The Chris Matthews Show".
Fineman had prostate cancer surgery a couple of months ago. I heard this on Imus's show when they interviewed him a few weeks ago.
I wish Fineman well.
He's certainly needed on Hardball to bring a touch of reality when Chris Matthews exhibits his flight of ideas...
Your site is total bullshit You should go fuck yourself you ugly nerdy fag
As we can see from D's comments above, lefties are NEVER good for a laugh...
Sheer malevolence is certainly not funny.
KO reminds me of the nerdy kid in high school that everybody used to beat up and now he is taking it out on the whole world. His HATRED for Bush, Conservatives, and traditional family values (Christmas) will eventually destroy his health. His epitath will read "Here lies a man killed by his own thoughts". :)
