So in other words, he didn't do anything wrong or "skirt" the rules. But it gave him 5 minutes to harp on Rush, so its a win for KO.

Actually, Keith has mentioned conspiracies like this several times. Do you watch his show? I watch it all the time. That's why I didn't know about this William Jefferson guy. I though he might be involved in the great leak case, or the Abramoff case. Keith covered those really well. I didn't know there was a Louisiana Democrat who commandeered a military vehicle to go to his house during the height of the New Orleans flooding just so he could get some of his stuff (illegal stuff, no doubt), and left the National Guard waiting for him for an hour while the good people of his state drowned waiting for help and others were looted.
