The best you can do is say that he shouldn't have been using his work e-mail to correspond with her (really, many, many people use their work e-mail for personal correspondence). But you don't know what he wrote, you don't know if he said anything truly off-color. You don't know. All you know is that he saw this lady once or twice and dumped her.

This does not make him any more or less qualified to do his job. It makes him human.

Actually, soliciting a fan for sex would be wrong in any set of circumstance. While I realize that some of you have loose morals and questionable judgement and therefore find it easy to forgive Olbermann for this indiscretion, he crossed a line he should not have when he solicitied a fan for sex. If you can't see what's wrong with this, then it explains why you think he's Mr. Wonderful.

1) BOR's indiscretions were caught on tape. KO's accuser offers what amounts to vaporware and innuendo.

2) What BOR did is something he can be sued over. When you use your authority as a boss over an employee to gain sexual favors, it is a CRIME (sexual misconduct). It is also Sexual Harrassment, which is a civil claim. So far, NOTHING that KO's alleged accuser has provided reaches even the lowest threshold.
