Based on the video (above), who you believe more?
A. Jack Rice
B. Brian Ross
Yesterday's Question: What color dress do you think Keith will wear during his interview of Bill Clinton tonight?
BONUS QUESTION: Will Keith "save" the dress or take it to the dry cleaners?
A. Red 13% (13 votes)
B. White 18% (18 votes)
C. Blue 54% (53 votes)
D. Black 14% (14 votes)
Keith did save the dress.
Easiest poll question ever! Ross did his homework, investigated, and got first-hand information from those in the know. Rice did none of that, talked book theory with no knowledge of the actual situation. Slam dunk.

It is easy. One guy is a CIA agent and one is a reporter who claims he has anonymous sources. What were you saying about anonymous sources in the September 21 thread?
I said it is good to be skeptical about them, from a publication with a track record of errors, sloppiness, and being flat-out wrong.
OTOH, Brian Ross, to my knowledge, has a solid, unblemished record of being right. He does not work for a "magazine" with a spotty reputation, and a history of going out of business and coming back. I think ABC News and Ross have quite a bit more of a pedigree than Radar, especially since Ross hasn't gotten one wrong yet.
Brian Ross broke the news about Dennis Hastert being the subject of a criminal investigation because of alleged ties to Jack Abramhoff. Olby ran with the story. It turned out there wasn't much there, there. Neither Ross nor Olbermann have followed up.Journalism makes for strange bedfellows. Are any of these people credible?
Colbert wrote " One guy is a CIA agent and one is a reporter who claims he has anonymous sources."
No. Jack Rice is a liberal talk radio show host. He USED to work at the CIA but was terminated several years ago.
Brian Ross not just "a reporter", he is one of the most widely respected investigative journalists working today. And he is not the ONLY reporter who wrote about this. Ross interviewed the men who actually performed the interrogations on the "top" 14 al Qaeda prisoners.
See the difference? Failed CIA agent turned failed radio show host v. award-winning investigative journalist with direct access to the people who actually obtained valuable information directly from these all Qaeda prisoners. One is a partisan hack and the other is a top-flight reporter with an extensive track record.
