Alison Stewart
h/t TVHeads.com for the photos
================
Yesteday's Question: Keith Olbermann is the second coming of...
Walter Winchell 6% (7 votes)
HL Mencken 7% (9 votes)
Zeppo Marx 66% (77 votes)
Edward R. Murrow 19% (23 votes)
Zeppo at least had one good line back to Groucho during the letter-dictating scene in "Animal Crakers" that applies pretty well to Keith:
"Now you said a lot of things here I didn't think were important, so I just left them out."
I've thought Alison Stewart was precious since her MTV days. Adorability qualifies as hotness, doesn't it?
Yay Allison!
Allison,Monica is just adorable, but Allison is hot.Hotter yet is Julie Banderas.I'd kill for her.
What? No Amy Robach?
it's Erica Hill I tell ya, CNN's Erica Hill
it's Erica Hill I tell ya, CNN's Erica Hill
How about Laurie Dhue!!
Allison is hot. Monica is cute.
Hi Robert Cox!
Thank you for your site. In what can often appear to many as an ever growing online plethora of news about the news sites, people can and sporadically do get lost in the virtual labyrinth of cable news blogs, boards, and online news sites. However, there exist only a few dependable sites out there that regularly deal with the topic of cable news both passionately and accurately. I am proud to be a member of one such site, TVHeads.com.
I also want to take this opportunity to thank you and your regular contributors for your good site, Olbermann Watch.com, and the work that you do everyday to make this site one of those select few that can boast both accurate analyis and passionate discussion of topics related to cable news and decency standards existing in this complex industry.
There is way too much self-serving that has taken place from some media personalities who feel they have become more important than the stories they cover. Reality disproves such self-conceit, superciliousness, and vainglory every time. Thank you once again for presenting a site which analyzes programs which many viewers often mis-interpret as presenting unbiased and accurate news, and helping to reveal the actual intent of those programs and their hosts. That is something one of the greatest journalists of all time, Edward R. Murrow, would most certainly take enormous pride in.
I thought that we were sticking to MSNBC, but across the board: Yes! Laurie Dhue!
I swear that I did not pay Alex to write that!
THANKS!
If we're just going with MSNBCers, I'd have to go with Allison.
If we're broadening the scope of the hot newscaster world, I'd have to go with Laurie Dhue (who, along with her looks, also has a pretty nice set of legs we unfortunately rarely get to see on camera, since Ms. Dhue tops out the tape measure at 6-foot-3).
6-foot-3? Sexy,sexy,sexy!
Well, actually this was about two women who have been associated with Countdown with Keith Olbermann (Alison as host; Monica as reporter). This is, after all, Olbermann Watch not MSNBC watch.
But since you mention Laurie Dhue I will tell you MY Laurie Dhue story.
I was in the green room at Fox News - getting makeup put on before going on air - and she came in to get ready for the evening shift. She was dressed casually, jeans, t-shirt. Next to the make up area is a little changing area with a curtain. She went into the changing area, only half-pulled the curtain closed and proceeded to undress about 5 feet away from me. This all happened pretty fast - she was in a rush - so it was happening before I had time to say anything (like, "close the curtain!")
Fortunately (or UNfortunately), my wife was standing right there watching the make up person work on me and she saw what was happening; she moved over so that she was standing between me and Laurie.
It was nice while it lasted.
BTW, she is REALLY tall and has very long legs - and would get my vote if she was in his poll.
Hi Robert Cox!
You are very welcome. You have a great site that fills an all too glaring void. I can only add that there exists a shockingly high number of viewers who innocently mis-interpret some programs as presenting unbiased and accurate news, and all too often that misinterpretation is exacerbated because of that shows' anchor or host. That is why sites like the one I am a member of and yours are important because both of them allow for free and unfettered discussion of cable news programs, channels, anchors, and hosts.
I will also reiterate that reality always disproves self-conceit, superciliousness, and vainglory every time. Thank you once again for your site and the work that you do here.
"I was in the green room at Fox News - getting makeup put on before going on air..."
Do tell when and why you were on the air Robert. Also, do you feel you would like to work in television?
I do not feel I would like to work in television but I have appeared on television. I have also done radio. I am much more comfortable on the radio; I hate that camera staring at me.
I was there that day for an interview with John Gibson. Not only did I get to "meet" Laurie but I got to hang out with Judge Napolitano. Like me, he went to Notre Dame!
Alison is hotter than Monica. This being a predominantly conservative, Fox audience, I'm surprised no one mentioned Juliet Huddy. Contessa Brewer of MSNBC is the hottest anchor on cable news in my opinion.
She's not in a class with Laurie Dhue, but Norah O'Donnell looks pretty good, especially that sexy evening gown pic that was posted on this site a while back when such things were still alowed to be posted.
TWO WORDS : Harris Faulkner @ FOX. enigmatic smile. erudite, articulate and eyes worthy of one of the most beautiful women in the world.
on a completely different note I just wonder whose side 'ol Twilight Zone will take in the Bush v. the commie toad from Venezuela?
Madeleine Albright or Hillary Clinton in a silk lace teddy.
'nuff said.
A quick look at msnbc babes:
http://www.gogomag.com/talkingheads/msnbc_f.htm
Erica Hill. No Doubt. BTW, How many of you have seen Dawna Friesen? Maybe older but very attractive. Actually a correspondent....wish she had a regular gig.
Thanks Ispeakfortheleft! bad visual! I almost lost dinner but I'll see ya one better- Janet Reno and kieth olbermann in leather. eeech-ewwwwww.
What? No mention of Monica Crowley? As for the other Monica(Novotny), she's pregnant but she's still rather cute. Regarding Alison, who's getting married to (former?) MSNBC vice president of programming Bill Wolff in Nov, I suppose she's alright but her show is pretty boring. Good thing she's engaged to an MSNBC bigwig or her show would probably have already suffered the same fate as Rita Cosby's but that's just my 2 cents.
Hey, if you're talking about MSNBC, how about Contessa Brewer?
I'm all about Megyn Kendall...cute AND smart. None of the talking heads on MSNBC can hang with her...
You guys should be ashamed! Keith Olbermann is the voice of reason and clarity in this insane, time of GW and company. There is no one else who tells it like it needs to be told. Wake up America this administration is not only bankrupting us it is making sure that the whole world hates us forever! GW is a criminal and deserves all that he will get after the midterms!
My 2 cents
Michael is obviously trying to use a bad penny or two here at OWatch. Read the posts dear. You'll learn the truth about the Edward R. Murrow of "his generation" and find out that the only fields of war he reports from are when the Red Sox play the Yankees. And if George Bush was the criminal you seem to think he was, why hasn't he been impeached the way Clinton was? Sorry Michael, there's no there, there in your diatribe but thanks for the laugh!
