Olbermann Watch, "persecuting" Keith since 2004

    February 3, 2007
Levin on Olbermann - Part IV: Smackdown!

    MADMAN

On Thursday, the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann named constitutional attorney and talk show host Mark Levin the Worst Person in the World. On his Friday program, Mr Levin replied to Oralmann's attack. The entire first hour was a blistering response to Krazy Keith, almost certainly the most scathing, devastating denunciation of the discredited sports guy that has ever aired. And we have the audio for your listening pleasure.

We have condensed the 60 minutes of Dr Levin's commentary into two files of about ten minutes each. In part one, Levin examines Keith's life and career, describing him as a "pervert" and a "predator" (click on the image to listen):

In part two, Mark Levin talks about ratings, takes calls from Keith detractors and supporters, and warns Herr Olbermann about the dangers of the legal process known as "discovery":

The most brutal half hour of radio I have ever heard. Ouch!

    Please, Levin is just silly.

This sounds like things one said in junior high school.

If Levin focused on substance, he could destroy Olbermann in half the time.

I couldn't figure out why KO appeared to be in such a bad mood last night. Then I listened to Levin's radio show clips. It seems that he invited KO's producer to listen to the show. And we all know that KO just can't stop reading/listening about himself. Hence, no doubt, his bad mood last night. This time Olbermann might have bitten off more than he can chew with Levin.

It will be interesting to see if Olbs brings attention to it. Kieth "answers to no-one" Olbermann certainly won't take this lying down, unless of course its ture.

I loved listing to the clips of Levin again. How long before Overbite tries to sue Levin? Will he Olbermann cover his ass whipping by the Landmark Legal Foundation like he covers the Libby trial? I can't wait till Levin has the girl on who this loser disapointed in bed. Here is a thought for Olbermann, he will have his 200,000 losers watching his show, while Levin has his 20 million listeners laughing at Olbermann's limp noodle stories. What is a better name for Olbermann, the two pump chump, or the 1 inch killer?

I figured Olbermoron wore a toup.

That was wildly entertaining. Levin was absolutely vicious, and it couldn't happen to a nicer guy than Keith "hung like a thumbtack" Olbermann.

That was great stuff. "Limp I hear". LOL!

KO, please sue him. I'm begging you. I'd love to see the skeletons that get dug up during the discovery process.

"I can't wait till Levin has the girl on who this loser disapointed in bed."

You know, you sorry sacks have been waiting for ALMOST A YEAR and she STILL hasn't PROVEN JACK SHIT!

Give it up. I hope Olbermann sues this guy's sorry ass for slander. It'd serve the f---ER right.

How can someone be sued for slander when the are reporting a news story?

How can someone be sued for slander when they are reporting a news story?

When a person makes a false claim (calling a person a "mental case", a "pervert" and a "predator") with the intent to pass it off as fact (either directly or by implication) to the detriment of a person's reputation or character, it is BY DEFINITION slander.

Why are republicans so concerned about the size of someone's penis. This guy was constantly on cable when the REPUGS were nursing on Clinton's penis for 8 years. Everytime someone from the left is getting viewers, the trolls start out trying to destroy them. Mark Levin sounded like a school kid. "KEITH WENT OUT WITH SALLY AND HE DUMPED HER. AND BY THE WAY SHE SAID IS PENIS WAS SMALL." If he didn't want to be the WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD, why would he nominate the most devisive person in the world for a nobel peace prize?

It's about time the man who is hung like a thumbtack get's called on the carpet.

Oh Keith, do you need a Cheerio??

Okay, so it's a slow night and I've got the flue.

Anyway, to get a view of the inside of Keith Olbermann's head, copy and paste the lines below into your URL address above. Then hit enter:

    javascript:R=0; x1=.1; y1=.05; x2=.25; y2=.24; x3=1.6; y3=.24; x4=300; y4=200; x5=300; y5=200; DI=document.images; DIL=DI.length; function A(){for(i=0; i-DIL; i++){DIS=DI[ i ].style; DIS.position='absolute'; DIS.left=Math.sin(R*x1+i*x2+x3)*x4+x5; DIS.top=Math.cos(R*y1+i*y2+y3)*y4+y5}R++}setInterval('A()',5); void(0);

I'm not a lawyer, that would be JD's department, but if I'm correct, Levin was simply repeating a story that had already been in a newspaper. Furthermore, if Olbermann was foolish enough to sue on something, Olbermann would indeed have to supply his medical records to prove he's not on erectile dysfunction drugs or medicines for a mental disorder. And we already know he's in psychoanalsysis. Then there's the matter of the corporate emails that MSNBC is required by law to keep copies of. That would prove the predator claim right there. So tell me again how Levin is going to get sued? The man is a constitutional expert. He knows what he can and can not say. But it's hilarious that what he said obviously got to the Olbermann-cult members.

Say what you will about Olbermann, but anyone so incredibly stupid as to nominate Limbaugh for the Nobel Peace Prize deserves ZERO repect or consideration, although I'm not naive....I know he'll get it here!

    Yeah,

Kind of like having a convicted felon (John Dean) as the legal analyst of your show.

    "I've got the flue."

See, I'm so woozy I can't even spell right.

    Time to go to bed.

Never heard such a childish RANT! If Keith wears a toup, Mark should get one to cover up that chrome dome.

I understand that posting this commentary is relevant to this site, but you guys have over-hyped it. This is a high school hallway retort.

Every "point" this a--hole rants against Olby should conclude with "so I hear". You got WPITW, Levin, you've now justified it.

A bunch of comments about the size of his cock. Typical Republican closet queers probably dream about sucking Olbermans dick every night and let out there frustrations about it by talking shit on him. Very f---ing weak.

If Mr. Levin can't take the heat, stay out of the fire. Nominating THE DRUG MAN for the Nobel Peace prize deserves "THE WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD AWARD"! WHY ARE THESE NEONUTS SO CONCERNED WITH OTHER PEOPLE'S PECKERS? SOUNDS A LITTLE PERVERTED.

    Then:

    "File"

    Donora Pa-- old style democrat..

    Catholic....God....family...country....labor union...

    Now:

    error...error....erase file...reguaging....

I would like to see Mark Levin get the Alan Berg treatment.

    "Typical Republican closet queers "

Hmm, would any of our liberal/left posters care to defend this?

This shitstick is on the radio broadcasting to barnyard animals and judging by the looks of him Levin knows about farm love.

I would like to see Mark Levin get the Alan Berg treatment.

Posted by: Bill O'lielly at February 3, 2007 8:16 PM

That makes you someone who yearns for the violent death of another person. Yearns for it solely
because of ideology and the fact that person insulted Keith Olbermann.

A writer (if we can use that term) for the Communist Party publication the People's Weekly World says:

"MSNBC commentator Keith Oberman rightly described "24" as "naked brainwashing."

All people of good will, of course, oppose terrorism. The Communist Party USA has often pointed out that terrorism substitutes individual acts of violence for the mass action essential for real progressive change."

Quite a coup for Mr. Olbermann. Approvingly quoted by a communist newspaper.

Congrats, Mr. Olbermann. You're moving up in the world.

    (link: http://www.pww.org/article/articleview/10516/1/357)

No,, in this situation I am sad that Mark Levin's parents were not in the camps...

What a sorry bunch of NEOLOSERS! YOU LOST THE HOUSE, SENATE AND AFTER 2008 THE REPUGS WILL BE TOAST. NOMINATING RL FOR A NOBEL PEACE PRIZE WAS A JOKE AT BEST. NEVER KNOW WHAT ARROGANCE AND IGNORANCE LURKS IN A SMALL MIND. MUCH RATHER HAVE A SMALL PRICK THAT A SMALL MIND. BUT APPARENTLY, SOME GOT CHEATED OUT OF BOTH.

I never ceased to be amazed by the sheer irony of the Olbermann-cultists. They just hate it when anyone dishes up stuff like this on Olbermann, never mind the fact that this is exactly the kind of treatment Olbermann gives people on his show every single night and always has.

I could see why Robert Cox likes Mark Levin.. they look similar.

    Thanks for the excerpts JD.

Indeed Mr. Levin is vicious when provoked.

Yes, it is not a fair fight -- Levin is much smarter and a much better broadcaster. In addition, there is so much dirt on Olbermann that he becomes too easy a target. While one might argue Levin was shooting ducks in a barrel here, nobody in his right mind would claim Olby didn't have it coming to him.

hmm,, so when has KO made fun of pathetic old jew lawyers sex life ?

Levin has managed to turn the allegation that Olby has a limp small noodle into a fact. All the Olbyloons are conceding that Olby has a tiny limp pecker in their above comments!

Poor Keith will have to stuff an extra sock in his pants to get by now.

"when has KO made fun of pathetic old jew lawyers sex life ?"

You need to listen to him when he's with Dan Patrick on the radio.

Not shy about smearing and ridiculing people. Quite similar to Levin's silly rant.

But Olbermann is a serious news anchor on a serious news show. He's our generation's Edward R. Murrow.

    Yeah, right.

    O'Lielly,

So far you have made a veiled death threat and used hate speech against a man based on his religious beliefs. Perhaps you should notify the authorities yourself -- they might go easier on you that if I do.

No,, in this situation I am sad that Mark Levin's parents were not in the camps...

Posted by: Bill O'lielly at February 3, 2007 8:26 PM

You are hereby renamed Joe O'Mengele.

Olby has cackled about other peoples' private lives for years. For crying out loud, he's STILL bringing up falafels. This is a case of karma (lowercase "k") coming back to bite him. He's earned it.

    Good to see you, KfK.

Olby has cackled about other peoples' private lives for years. For crying out loud, he's STILL bringing up falafels. This is a case of karma (lowercase "k") coming back to bite him. He's earned it.

Posted by: johnny dollar at February 3, 2007 8:37 PM

Yeah. I'd agree with Ohboy, otherwise.

Olbermann is the consumate bully, but now he's made the mistake of pulling the ear of a rottweiler.

Ear of a rottweiler.. please he is a two hour radio host.. It is going to be fun going to marklevinshow.com and wallpapering that site. If it were not for Faux news no one would have heard of the troll

    Hiya C --

You're right about the dangers of poking Levin with a stick. It isn't good to anger a brilliant Constitutional lawyer with a foul temper and a love of bare knuckle brawls.

This is just another example of Keith's overtly self-destructive behavior. As dumb as Keith is, he had to know Levin would come after him without mercy.

Perhaps Keith was dumb enough to believe Levin would only say a few things that would in the end serve to promote Meltdown. Well, Levin did help Olby's name recognition, except people are saying, "Olbermann? Yeah, I heard of him. He's that small peckered impotent sexual predator on MSLSD." Oh well . . . at least he has that little girl Katy Tur to cry to.

Ear of a rottweiler.. please he is a two hour radio host.. It is going to be fun going to marklevinshow.com and wallpapering that site. If it were not for Faux news no one would have heard of the troll

Posted by: Bill O'lielly at February 3, 2007 8:47 PM

Yeah, well, refrain from wallpapering it with certain insignia, Herr O'Mengele.

    Kfk,

It's obvous that Levin does have an awful temper but I'm lucky enough to have once exchanged several emails with him and he was as nice as he could be.

I found his address on the Landmark Legal Foundation site and wrote and asked him several questions about his old boss, Ed Meese and Iran-Contra.

He replied promptly, answered all my questions, and was very cordial and dignified. We exchanged several letters and he was always fascinating and polite.

Contrast that with Olbermann's e-mail history...

"It isn't good to anger a brilliant Constitutional lawyer with a foul temper and a love of bare knuckle brawls."

The words "brilliant" and "Mark Levin" do not go together in any sense unless the word "less" is applied - as in "Mark Levin is less brilliant than your average garden snail".

He's compared the United Nations to the Ku Klux Klan, he's more a proponent of the "unitary executive theory" than John Yoo, he's openly called for the United States to engage in swift and brutal military action against any state that engages in nuclear proliferation, he's called Al Gore "insane", routinely engages in wanton gay-bashing on his radio program and generally acts like anything to the left of Atilla the Hun is "liberalism".

He's even said that President Bush is NOT CONSERVATIVE ENOUGH. Levin is the worst kind of neoconservative - the kind that WILL NOT STOP until everyone is brought to heel under his myopic view of what the U.S. "should" look like.

    Donora Pa-- old style democrat..

    Catholic....God....family...country....labor union...
Posted by: Cecelia at February 3, 2007 8:13 PM

An old style Catholic labor union country lover would see it just the way I do. Levin is a jerk. Olbermann pisses off Republicanhomohypocrites.

O'lielly I used to think you were funny. Particularly since we probably agree on a lot politically. Your comments over the last few weeks, that I've seen, have been pretty disgusting. Why do you want to give these neocons any ammo when they've had an empty clip for years?

Keith gets more twat than all you combined. His pecker is probably a lot happier than most. You people have lost your filthy minds and are in the gutter because you know you supported a dummy.

Mark Levin wishes he got laid by as many good looking women as Keith has.

Indie.. you are correct I am just appalled at how neocons have abandonded what used to be Republican ideals.

"I am just appalled at how neocons have abandonded what used to be Republican ideals. "

This is hilarious and really summarizes the thinking on the liberal/left.

When the Republicans and conservatives were praticing realpolitik or realism in foreign policy, you lefties were condemning them for abandoning American values of human rights and democracy.

Now, when the Republicans embrace idealism and try to promote democracy and self-government, you lefties condemn them for having an interventionist foreign policy.

C'mon, just be honest. To you guys on the left, the political Right is your main enemy. Whatever they do is wrong.

"Now, when the Republicans embrace idealism and try to promote democracy and self-government, you lefties condemn them for having an interventionist foreign policy."

If you call what is going on in Iraq the product of idealist foreign policy, I must seriously question your tether to rational thought.

If anything, neoconservativism is even MORE of a realist framework than the Nixon-Ford "paleo-conservative" school of thought.

Realism states that nations must act out of their own interest, act alone rather than rely on allies or international organizations for protection or governance and pursue their own self-interest to the exclusion of concepts such as "good" or "bad" actions. There is no "morality" in a nation's actions - only whatever will allow the state to acquire and project power sufficient to bend others to its will.

If you can honestly look at that and tell me that doesn't describe the Cheney-Rumsfeld wing of the Republican Party, then your train has jumped the tracks somewhere.

does anyone have the text for this or anywhere where I could find it, sound is broken on my computer.

C'mon, just be honest. To you guys on the left, the political Right is your main enemy. Whatever they do is wrong.

NO! YOU are your own worst enemies. You support a wanna be king who got us in a war we can never reallt win. You support a president who disregards the constitution in favor of HIS policy. The left didn't cost us a half a trillion dollars on nation building.

By the way, I have to give top props to a poster who went by the name of Senor PeerPressure. Here is what he posted as the first comment under "Levin on Olbermann - Part III":

    > keith overbite. That's great. Here comes a Worst Person award next week for Mark.

He nailed it, almost To The Day.

Not surprisingly, the Olbylovers ( they love tiny genitalia)think TinyKeef should be able to dish it out but he shouldn't have to take it. This putz uses the C word to describe women. Mark Levin finally responds in kind and you pathetic twits, Mike and you others, go ballistic. HA!

I'll admit it. I hate the Jews because they are notoriously well hung. My dad passed down the 'tiny penis' gene. Maybe my dad should have been in the camps.

hey you blithering overbite morons...so are you still waiting for his chief asslicker, David Schuster, to announce "any day now" the indictment of Rove???

    "hey you blithering overbite morons..."

Wow, what incisive commentary...did you come up with that all by yourself?

"so are you still waiting for his chief asslicker, David Schuster, to announce "any day now" the indictment of Rove???"

Yawn...look pal, I've been called every name in the book (and a few I've never seen before), so if this weak-ass stuff is all you got, you've got to try harder.

This page is such a waste.

THIS IS SAME PLOY USED BY THE NEOZOMBIES ON CLINTON IN THE PAULA JONES FANTASY. IT DIDN'T WORK ON CLINTON AND IT WON'T WORK ON KEITH. DO A SEARCH FOR LANDMARK LEGAL FOUNDATION/PAULA JONES, INTERESTING TIDBITS.

What Mr. Levin noted about Mr. Olbermann (i.e. the "mental patient" remark"), in the context of "Countdown's" one-sided, Pravda-esque, uber-(il)liberal slant, seems to be a roundabout way of validating one of the famed catchphrases of one of Levin's talk-radio rivals, Michael Savage, so far as Olby's case is concerned: "Liberalism is a mental disorder."

What is Levin's fixation on PENIS SIZE? First it was Clinton's now it's Keith's. Maybe he should lift up his belly and check his own! I think Keith should go for a few hundred million in his suit.

Hey john, the only thing in Krazykeith's suit is... oh, never mind, it's not worth mentioning. This guy Levin is my new hero. A voice of reason. Someone that has a platform to give back to olbyfag what he has been dishing out for years. How does it feel olby-not-a-man!!

So Olby is hung like a tack
Girls say he's the worst in the sack
    What Marks says is true
    That's why Keith won't sue
Now it's Levin who's on the attack

Something that Levin said that I didn't know and find interesting is that an Olbermann spokesperson (His agent? Someone who works for MSNBC?), responded to Karmabite's claims by saying that Keith DID have a relative who died around the time Karma claims to have been romanced by this Carey Grant.

I mean I'm more than a bit critical of the judgement of a woman who couldn't resist a guy who asked her to email him racy pictures and who didnt want to be seen with her in public, but doesn't this confirm her story and prove that Keith is the sort of guy who preys on starry-eyed groupie-type chicks, and then throws them out like the trash? I know that's not illegal or fattening, but it's certainly immoral in my book and more than a little creepy.

I agree with Cecelia. Keith is a douchbag, but hating him for what a presumptive scorned woman has to say is just stupid. There are so many other valid reasons to hate Olby. While I do love sinking to the lowest common denominator to criticize and ridicule Olby, this is just too riddled with unsubstantiated allegations to actually use. Basically, using this kinda stuff is exactly what Olby does himself.

Actually what Cecilla said was that Keith's confirmation of his having a relative dying confirms Karmabites's story that Keith dumped her by telling her that a relative had died. How else would she have known that unless he himself had told her that? But the Keith-cult members like to overlook things like facts. This woman also had an auction up at one time for a red tie that Olbermann used to wear a great deal on Countdown. She said he'd given it to her or left it behind. The tie has never been seen on air since. I remember reading the fan blogs at the time and they all swore she'd brought a copy of the tie somewhere or that it wasn't the same tie (she had pics of him wearing it on air that matched) but that tie has never been seen since. Being a member of the cult-of-Keith requires that you suspend all common sense and avoid things like facts where he's concerned. Remember the Nazi salute photo? They claimed that had been photoshopped and that the photographer who worked for one photo-agency and the reporter who worked for a different publication were in some sort of vast right-wing conspiracy to "discredit" Keith. Please cult members: Keith discredits himself every single day of the week.

Brandon writes "Actually what Cecilla said was that Keith's confirmation of his having a relative dying confirms Karmabites's story that Keith dumped her by telling her that a relative had died."

Exactly. It's sort of like the old Clinton vs Jennifer Flowers business where she had taped a phone call from Bill and then his supporters and campaign people said the phone call was phoney.

However, Clinton, had already been put on the spot and asked about the tape just after it came out, and had apologized to Mario Cuomo over some snarky remark he had made about him during the taped call!

This is classic republican, exactly by the play book. Get to some bimbo to say something about a critic and spread it to the zombies on talk radio. Evidently, Mr. Levin did not learn when they pushed the Paula Jones circus, the republicans ended up loosing Newt and Bob Livingston along with several other congressman who did not run for reelectin. That play book worked two ways after Larry Flynt put up his money. By the way, just judging body types, Keith is at least 7 and it would probably work just fine with the right lady.

I'm not a big fan of Levin's broadcasting style -- I think he's going for a Bob Grant-type attitude, but too often comes off more like Michael Savage in having a lack of focus on his target(s). The take-no-prisoners/biting, sarcastic humor attitude is good for the hard-core base, but you do have to be careful not to let your words get ahead of anaylizing the consequences (as Grant did when he was fired over his Ron Brown death comment and replaced by the less acerbic Sean Hannity).

However, I think in this case Levin knows exactly what he's doing, which is baiting Keith into upping the ante on his side with his attacks, the basis of those pretty much sourced from stories culled from the New York Post's Page Six and from Lloyd Grove's column in the New York Daily News (after Keith named Grove's research assistant as "Worst Person In the World"). While Olbermann does fire back at the Post -- the Murdoch ownership just makes this too much of a target -- he never fired back at Grove, who hinted that there was more dirt to come on Keith if he didn't shut his mouth. And Keith did clam up, which may be a sign of getting above the fray or the sign of someone who doesn't want to find himself in the middle of a major media sex story.

The question now is whether or not Levin has any other details on file about Keith to use if Olbermann does decide to escallate the fight (my guess is 2-to-1 odds he didn't as of this broadcast, since he was soliciting new stories on air. But that doesn't mean he won't get some as a result).

"anything, neoconservativism is even MORE of a realist framework than the Nixon-Ford "paleo-conservative" school of thought"

Sorry, but you haven't got any idea as to the basic concepts of what you're talking about.

Nixon was NOT a paleoconservative. Neither was Ford.

Paleoconservatives are people like Pat Buchanan et al. who embrace an isolationatist, America-first (second and third point of view). These people are against our membership in the United Nations and believe that so concepts of the "international community" are merely institutions used to limit American power in the world.

The paleoconservatives oppose the foreign policy of the neoconservatives because they view the latter as modern day Wilsonians who believe that we can create democracies around the world.

Really, you need to learn about the difference between the various movements on the political right before you can comment on them.

Sorry for the snark; but frankly you have no idea as to what you're talking about.

Keith is at least 7 and it would probably work just fine with the right lady.

Just love having an opportunity for a double signature signature.

The only thing I can surmise about the joint Rupert Murdoch/Talk Radio attack on Keith Olbermann is that the new world order can't stand what he's saying about the dictator bush and his determination to bring fascism to the U.S.

Much of levin's attack is based on ratings. So what. I don't own a TV because most of it is trash. I see Olbermann on sites like infowars. What I surmise from people who watch TV is that they are brainwashed zombies. Perhaps Olbermann is the only one talking reality and people can't recognize it because they have been brainwashed. When Olbermann attacks the new world order it is great. I'm waiting for him to come out and say 9/11 was an inside job. It is pretty clear Olbermann has hit a nerve, and the new world order is going to do everything it can to make him miserable and attack him.

    Good to see you, KfK.

Janet, my jock strap was getting rusty. I haven't been accused of being a man in drag for several months now. That's got to be some sort of record for a woman poster to a blogboard. I suppose I should count Sir Loin's claim that I am Cee or Cee is me, but I'm not sure which one of us is supposed to be in drag.

To tell you the truth, as eloquent and intelligent as I think Cee is, I was rather disappointed that you weren't designated as my alter-ego.

Thes comments MUST be a put on, becuase you so called 'coservatives' can't possibly be THAT stupid - or should I say, that much of a simpleton......or can you?

I'll put my conservative bona fides up against ANYONE. Still, I'm beginning to think I like the label liberal (i'm happy to be an 18th century liberal!). Wake up conservatives! Stop supporting domestic fascism and militarism abroad. This whole "war on terror" is a sham to give Big Govt. an excuse to grow and take away our civil liberties.

**********************************************

actually " Bruce", It did work on Clinton. He was found guilty of violating her civil rights. What a goddam disgrace he was and is.

QQ says: "what a goddam disgrace he was and is"..

What a disgrace YOU are to use lanquage like that in a public forum!

I agree Clinton was a disgrace, but who cares. Clinton and Bush are on the same team. They both work for the new world order. They are both tools for global govt, nothing more. It is the equivalent to voting for the gambinos or the corleones. Most of our candidates (boh democrat and republican) believe the same things---we are being offered a false choice every four years.

So I believe in the minimal state as best defined by Robert Nozick; my guess is Olbermann does not; he is after all a "liberal". However to his credit he has ceaselessly attacked Lord Bush for his destruction of the republic and continued erosion of our civil liberties. For that I commend him, and so should all thinking conservatives. I only wish he would go further and call for a full fledged investigation of 9/11--by people other than congress or hired Big Govt. consultants like Kissinger. I tell you the truth; this war on terror is a sham. Just like Vietnam, just like the war on drugs, and just like the coming "war against global warming." Big Govt must create conflict so that it can justify its own existence. Don't put it by the bastards to stage terror attacks to make us think we need more Govt. to protect us.

Soon even republicans are going to become victims to this new police state where secret wire taps, spying, concentration camps, and RFID chips on Driver's licenses are necessary and good for our protection. Conservatives...when did we stop relying on ourselves and start trusting Big Govt? Big Govt. is full of thieves and liars. I'll be damned if someone starts calling me a liberal, as if I'm for welfare and taxes! Please---wake up! Conservatives like me who want to fight bush and the new world order are not the enemy!

QQ, So you think Clinton was a GD disgrace and I bet you support the slime ball in the White House, who started this stupid war and personally caused the deaths of 3000+ american soldiers and up to half million in Iraq. But Clinton was the disgrace! You zombies need to get a little cerebral fluid and lay off Faux news and Zombie radio.

News Corpse, a website that laments the decaying media, reports

"Murdoch was asked if News Corp. had managed to shape the agenda on the war in Iraq. His answer?

"No, I don't think so. We tried [...] We basically supported the Bush policy in the Middle East...but we have been very critical of his execution."

Let me repeat this: "We Tried!"

After hearing this confession, how can anyone ever again take seriously Fox News or any of Murdoch's other instruments of bias? How can News Corp. continue to pretend that they are "fair and balanced?" How can any other media company exhibit the slightest expression of respect or patronization?

Other panelists Chancellor Gordon Brown, Israeli foreign minister Tzipi Livni, Goldman Sachs chief Lloyd Blankfein and Jack Ma Yun, founder of China's largest e-commerce website were in agreement with Murdoch that the Internet is changing who controls the media and therefore shapes the agenda, according to a BBC blog from Davos.

    O'lielly,

The other night you posted something about if somebody had killed Hitler millions of lives would have been spared. Would you like to spell out exactly what you meant by that? Of course, if doing so would violate any federal statutes, then I would advise against it.

Bush or Hitler? I blame neither.

Let's face it. Blaming the leader is foly in a democracy. The hell on earth created by Bush is a direct result of the consolidation of Christian groups in this nation, behind not just a man, but a party.

News Corp/Fox provided the pipe and the piper and off they marched to vote.

It began with an unfinished job with Bush Senior. W's dad told Saddam's people it was none of our concern when asked what the US government thought about Iraqi troops on Kuwaits border.

The bait had been set. This planet's 5th largest Army flooded into the desert to take Kuwait. Schwartzkauf crushed Saddam's entire military in a crush.

Saddam was a broken man and signaled that he would take his family and leave to Sudan or other feasible place for him. Bush Senior told Saddam no not yet. We'd come and get him when we were ready.

Bill Clinton comes on the scene and blows the neo-cans plans. They freak out and react by turning Fox News loose on the Clintons combined with $70 million Ken Star investigation to get the Clintons. All they get is a lie about the man's sex life. Hardley the same as outing a CIA opperative because her husband blew the whistle on the lies about Saddam going Nuclear.

Today we have hell on earth simply because the underclass of America's society was chomping on the bit to be significant. They sold their collective soul to the devil. Sean Hannity, Tony Snow, Bill O'reilly and whole cast of fine tuned talking point readers groomed and petted the intellectually challenged minds of people of faith.

As it is in the middle east it is here. A culture goes down the path of building self esteem by backing a leader who uses them for abuses of power. It is too often via religous leadership.

It is an issue of power and significance. The ignorant are the only ones vulnerable to cheap propaganda of News Corp.

How embarrassing it must be for those who see themselves as above the underclass of faithfully blind people who seek others to show them the way, only to find it is the wrong way.

The nation as whole has spoken, they are done giving the idiot in the White House any more chances to fix the mess he has gotten this nation and the nation of Iraq into.

The most disturbing thing about the Fox News Christians here is their belief that Jesus, the prince of peace, is guiding George and Bush and the rest of the Republicans they voted into office (many of which have been defroked).

Jesus approves of tax breaks for the rich. He believes in sinking this nation into debt to bolster the military might of our nation.

Sounds hard to reconsile but somehow these morons unashamedly keep right on doing. I guess it is really hard to admit your ignorance when it ends up contributing to the destruction of so many lives.

"Faith means not wanting to know the truth"

    Freidrich Nietzsche

Iraq War Causing Biggest Mid-East Exodus since 1948:

As the fourth year of war nears its end, the Middle East's largest refugee crisis since the Palestinian exodus from Israel in 1948 is unfolding in a climate of fear, persecution and tragedy.

Nearly 2 million Iraqis -- about 8 percent of the prewar population -- have embarked on a desperate migration, mostly to Jordan, Syria and Lebanon, according to the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees. The refugees include large numbers of doctors, academics and other professionals vital for Iraq's recovery. Another 1.7 million have been forced to move to safer towns and villages inside Iraq, and as many as 50,000 Iraqis a month flee their homes, the U.N. agency said in January.

Let's pretend the above information doesn't exist.

Place in category: Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain !

The right gets more deranged more everyday.

The Mark Levin audio proves it.

Keith is pear-shaped and has lovely child-rearing hips. HA! A pear-shaped man! He probably wears thong underpants in front of children. Liberal men are famous for that.

I am so glad the poster at 1:34AM wasn't brave enough to post their name along with their secular humanist propaganda....

The Nietschze quote at the end was nice....Haven't I been saying the left is an anti-religious, elitist and intolerant group all along....They just can't admit their true tendencies because they would be shunned (as they should be) as the bigoted fools they really are....

    Who was anon at 1:34AM....

    Comic Book Store Guy (Buffalo)?

Come on lefties.....claim your ideology....shout for all the world to hear!....An ideology based on a group imposed secular philosophy establishing the ERADICATION of individual faith.

Sure, you say you are for the, "Jesus is the Son of God" claiming Barack or Hill but you have swallowed your pride previously so that power could be easily taken from the simple....

You'll hold your nose and vote for a proclaimed, "follower of Christ," even though in your heart you think such a belief is akin to waiting for the tooth fairy.

But for you, "the ends justify the means," and those guys are just a bit more "left" then some.

I wonder what the average, God-believing American would say when faced with the left's elitist opinions they were 1) "tricked" up until 2006 because they are simple fools?...But now, 2)somehow, they have "seen the light," and no longer "support" The President of The United States.

That poll will never be taken...Simply because the question is based on a line of thought that is so PATHOLOGIC that even the media realizes it is perverse.

Keep up the good work on this site, leftists!... You continue to confirm my opinion about your arrogant, hateful, unamerican, dehumanizing, bigoted and destructive attitudes.....as a result galvanizing my commitment to stop your ruling elite from taking us back down the road towards the secular despotism the likes billions had to suffer under since Nietsche.

    With a quote from Nietzsche....

"Faith means not wanting to know the truth"

the poster is CLEAR and labels him/herself...IMHO, as a person who holds Christ as diety, the only other way for me to respond is with silence.

And it is interesing that with your opinion, Kurt,

"but there are also Lefties or Liberals who are people of deep and abiding faith in Christ and who try to be Christ-like in their dealings with other people."

....you cannot find it in your ability to condemn the poster for using Nietzsche....Unless of course you agree with him/her.

Kurt, you also claim I, "claim some sort of Divine Election in this process." Please show evidence.

It is funny how one ideology that is obviously intolerant is embraced and another characterized the same way is villified...even by the sometimes fair Kurt. One's own biases seem to lead to "forgiveness" of one accused of intolerance while no grace is extended to another.

Tolerating bigotry ("I'll take a single George McGovern....") because the hater adds to your numbers is not a very "progressive" attitude.

Again, I'm very amused that the lefties on this board are having fits because Levin took a page out of the Olbermann play book and used it on Olbermann. I don't see you punks complaining when Olbermann does this same kind of thing on his show against other people. Oh no, you think he's "truthtelling" and "calling people out", etc. and celebrate him as some kind of hero. But let someone turn it around and use those same kind of tactics on Olbermann and oh my God, look at the outrage. If namecalling bothers you so much, why don't you all write Olbermann and let him know that?

    Brandon,

I was just talking to the wife this weekend about how you neocon girls think that you are giving us "fits" when most of the time we are simply bored with your stupidity. Do I care that Levin devoted an hour to attacking Olbermann? No.

But, anyone requiring an entire hour of airtime to attack one person is someone who is very worried...

BTW, Kurt...if I wasn't clear....I was claiming the anonymous poster has NO room for faith in his/her world if he/she is willing to accept Nietzschean thought.

I am happy to live beside anyone with any belief, as are those I support in "Bush Co." HONESTLY fighting for my beliefs in the public square is my goal....Anon seems to think my beliefs do not even warrant existence. That is the difference, along with the secular humanists's DISHONESTY about faith in the public square.

Please provide evidence of anything to the contrary.

They have nothing to do with the sorry state of the war and our country, right?
    (That's their mantra)
Since KO is one of the very few liberals on TV,who calls out Bush's bad policies and labels them what they are,he is a sitting duck for the sick and the lame right wing who have taken a beaten the last 6 years.
The biggest jokes are the ones who come on here and say, "Yes, Bush is a loser, but Keith is worse".
    Riiiiiiiiiiighttttttttttt !

Keith is the one ignoring the Constitution, bungling the war, and embarrassing the US all over the world.

The even funnier ones are the one(s)( calling all Cee's) that are still fighting the Vietnam war and blaming it on the "lefties."
Totally ignoring that the right's basic premise of the Vietnam war which was the Domino Theory, failed to materialize as they said it would.
( and for the young, and uninformed,no, after North Vietnam went communist , it didn't spread throughout the region, with other countries falling one by one to the "red scare".

The right wingers: Desperate, intellectually dishonest and unusally unfocused in where the problems lie in this country.

You haven't a Mark Foley chance of winning in 08'.So keep chirping, and ignoring the vote from November, you haven't seen anything yet !
    Fools !

What's funny is that this poor spat-upon soldier has been previously sent death threats and harrassed by airport personnel about his part in the war. Coincidentally, he has been involved in military P.R. as well...

Of course, he is also a friend of Fox News...

Tip to neocons: There are enough loonies willing to lie for you that you don't need to keep reusing the same ones...

I listened. I thought it was too vicious; almost as vicious as one of Keith's rants. But that doesn't make it right.

    See what I mean:

    WASHINGTON -
President Bush sent a $2.90 trillion spending plan to a Democratic-controlled Congress on Monday, and would make his first-term tax cuts permanent, at a cost of $1.6 trillion over 10 years.

Bush is the first president in history who has pushed for tax cuts while the country has been at war.THUS OUR EVER MOUNTING NATIONAL DEBT.

If a democratic president was this irresponsible, the olby haters would be frothing at the mouth in condemnation of this insanity.

Now check out the braindeaders' posts on this issue.

    Crickets.

The wingnut's hypocrisy is as evident as their failed policy in Iraq.

Tip to neocons: There are enough loonies willing to lie for you that you don't need to keep reusing the same ones...

Like Exxon paying off scientists to publish reports denying global warming effects.( while the ice caps are melting and species are becoming extinct faster than any time in history)

Cecilia, Grammie and Cee ( the Three Stooges) buy it.

Thus making it all the worthwhile coming here everyday for their "jokes of the day" disguising as their "serious "posts.

    Cobarde, son...

That's comedy club good, Cee.Keep up your comedy routine. The whole world is laughing AT YOU.

Cee, here we have the daily Bushkill Junior-High-School-World Post, where your bicycle sucks and the kids on the playground are laughing.

It's impossible to merely tell someone that adults have gotten over the adolescent fear of some threat of being ridiculed for their opinions. I think you just have to hope they eventually get there.

"An ideology based on a group imposed secular philosophy establishing the ERADICATION of individual faith"

Cee would make Norm Crosby proud.

( Norm was the master of talking gibberish !)

No Cecilia, The adults ARE laughing at you and your discredited views of the world.

Still holding out for that success in the Iraq war and man made global warming being a hoax ?

Ha ha ha ha ha ha h ah ah ha h ah ha ha ha ha h ah h

    See what I mean:
In 2004, Mr. McCain said the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth advertisement asserting that Senator John Kerry of Massachusetts had not properly earned his medals from the Vietnam War was "dishonest and dishonorable." Nonetheless, he has hired the firm that made the spots, Stevens Reed Curcio & Potholm, which worked on his 2000 campaign, to work for him again this year.

The right continues to be laughing stocks from the top of the hierachy to the scumbucket basement where Cee/Cecilia resides.

Rush Limbaugh is certainly a comedian, publicly flaunting his ignorance about global warming and other initiatives on the environment and he's nominated for a Nobel Prize?
No wonder the world thinks we're silly.

About Cee's Posts: "we've either been laughing at you or (like most) not even reading your pathetic over the top posts".

I can tell you that I personally stopped reading Cee's posts when he began posting those same out of context quotes over and over again at the bottom of every post.

"No Cecilia, The adults ARE laughing at you and your discredited views of the world."

Bushkill, typing out "hahahaha" in a post, always sounds more angry than gleeful and always sounds like you're on the computer at school.

"Like Exxon paying off scientists to publish reports denying global warming effects.( while the ice caps are melting and species are becoming extinct faster than any time in history)

A paper store front with the 3 stooges behind it, yuk yuking it up.

    Blindrat,

How ironic that you steal my name and call me a coward...

Talk about the cowardly pot calling the kettle "daddy", eh son?

notice what cecilia chooses to focus on.

Know what's funny : when Ceceila calls Cee" eloquent and informed"

Also when Cee is cheering Ceciila on.

And then Grammie will come on and blurt out the Scarecrow's credo( as in the Wizard of Oz when he got his brain)

The above post should answer your question , darling.

Rush Limbaugh probably was more of a factor than ANY other non - governmental entity during the run up to the invasion of Iraq by contantly pushing such a crazy idea. He talked about it almost obsessively long before it became the lead story in the news.

This makes me wonder just how much personal responsibility Rush himself might bear for pushing public opinion over the top, and helping to make this insanity a reality. Could he have possibly been the difference?

And then some other moron on the radio comes along and nominates this very same warmonger for the Nobel Peace Prize, of all things, and then the Olbermann haters wonder why Levin's idiocy might actually have deserved a WPITW award?

Jon Stewart obliterates the hypocrisy of the Bush Administration each and every day.

We have the Olby haters covered here at OW.

This is Jon Stewart Daily Show, funny.

Posted by: at February 5, 2007 11:12 AM

Afraid you're not that good an actor. No one mistakes belligerence for mirth.

Leave it to Levin to tell it like it is....the whiny crybaby liberals who get angry at this are just upset that someone is actually telling the truth (something Olberdoof is apparently allergic to).

Say it, Mark!! Say it loud! Bravo!! LOL

    Kurt,

I think that the problem that neocons have with Nietzsche is his statement "God is dead". If you let a rumor like that run wild, bad things could happen: God's utilities could get turned off, he could recieve loads of flowers that he doesn't want...it could totally screw up his social security...

    Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity,Mark Levin,Drudge Report,Ann Coulter/Johnny Dollar/ Cee/Cecilia/Grammie/Benson et al

Total buffoons trying to sound "significant."

while the whole world is laughing at them.

    THIS IS ENTERTAINMENT !

( almost as funny as Rex Grossman throwing those wounded pigeons yesterday)

    Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity,Mark Levin,Drudge Report,Ann Coulter/Johnny Dollar/ Cee/Cecilia/Grammie/Benson et al

Wow...someone should be paying me residuals!

There has been a lot more insults and less content from you lefties today. Your ritalin prescriptions run out last week and take the fun out of your weekend?

By the way, being on this thread opposite the Levin smackdown does not mean I endorse his preschool rant. Levin is an embarrassment to the right, spending hours reading gossip to retaliate on KOs crap. Two wrongs....blah,blah,blah

    Benson,

Just because you flee from my content, doesn't mean that it isn't there, son...

Late entry to the debate, and once the insults start flying, your message is lost with me.

The reason Liberals are so crazy is that politics is their religion. Most of us in the non-liberal-wacko world have lives to lead and we may have faith to practice, but politics to us is just a means to enact public policy to improve the lives of EVERYONE (not just assuage the guilt of liberals with faux improvements).

So insulting their politics is "blasphemous" to their faith.

    Matt,

So, how is keeping homosexual couples from having civil unions helping EVERYONE?...

How is locking people up without charges helping EVERYONE?...

How is cutting funding for AIDS research helping EVERYONE?...

politics to us is just a means to enact public policy to improve the lives of EVERYONE (not just assuage the guilt of liberals with faux improvements).

So insulting their politics is "blasphemous" to their faith.

What have you and your party been RIGHT about the past 6 years?

    Nuff said !

I say, "Amen" in agreement, Matt. This is why I only respond with my religious views after reading (almost everyday), a liberal's hateful attack on my religious belief. But the defensive responses since my initial post (except Kurt's) do not even address the original attack....they all just attack me/my signature/or the thousands of personal stories of disrespect offered by Vietnam Vets/or some other distraction.

To Cecelia I say, "I unfortunately look more and more like Curly everyday."

I say, "A smörgåsbord combining Nietzsche's world-view and Yeshuah's teachings is one of the most illogical (at best) or dishonest (at worst)arguments I have heard," Kurt.

I say, "For once, please try thinking for yourself," Rosie (Bushkill).

And to the dear Mike...."Another quote with which to annoy....." (BTW...Please explain HOW these quotes are out of context when they seem pretty complete and not in need of context)

    cee
"Faith means not wanting to know the truth" Nietzsche (used by leftist OW poster)

"I'd tell you that the Democrats are talking a good game, but they're not even doing that. Everybody in Congress has to understand something: If they continue to fund this war, it's not just the President who owns it. They own it, too." Sgt. Liam Madden

"There were a few tense moments, however, including an encounter involving Joshua Sparling, 25, who was on crutches and who said he was a corporal with the 82nd Airborne Division and lost his right leg below the knee in Ramadi, Iraq. Mr. Sparling spoke at a smaller rally held earlier in the day at the United States Navy Memorial, and voiced his support for the administration’s policies in Iraq. Later, as antiwar protesters passed where he and his group were standing, words were exchanged and one of the antiwar protestors spit at the ground near Mr. Sparling; he spit back." NYT 1/28/07

Sounds about right-- some marxist intelligence redistribution plan...

Bushkill--you still don't get it. You said, "Since KO is one of the very few liberals on TV,who calls out Bush's bad policies and labels them what they are,he is a sitting duck for the sick and the lame right wing who have taken a beaten the last 6 years."

First and foremost, I remind you for the 999th time that name of this site is O-L-B-E-R-M-A-N-N Watch. Not GOP watch. Not Bush Watch. Not Neocon watch, not Foxwatch, etc.

Secondly, Olbermann is adament in interviews that he is an unbiased journalist. You, in your post, support what the rest of us already know, that he is in fact, "one of the very few liberals on TV".

But the problem is that Olbermann steadfastly claims he's not a liberal in every interview he gives. You acknowledge it. But he won't. And the reason why? Olbermann knows that if he wants to keep pretending he's a real journalist and not a commetnator, that what he is doing, presenting opinions as facts, only presenting one side of a discussion, is against every journalistic ethic or codes that exist. But he hopes that in claiming he's NOT doing it, someone will believe him and he can maintain his status as a "journalist" instead of what he really is, a partisan hack. That is, has, and will always be my main complaint with Olbermann or any other "journalist" who has decided to whore themselves out in a blatant attempt to score more viewers, readers, or whatever their medium.

    Matt:

You might also try explaining how invading Iraq helped 'everyone'?
    OR
Or could you articulate how someone who fanatically pushed for a war that has killed and maimed so many under false pretenses, could possibly be justified in being nominated for something so nobel as the Nobel Peace Prize?
    OR
Would you rather just whine about "liberal crybabies"?

    Who's you daddy now, son...

    Not you, son...

But you make a good point, my return without a name might be perceived as cowardice but what I say is of greater importance than 99% of the world's population and thus worthy of any tack I must take to be heard...

As an Ivy league graduation I must say I smell a little junior college coming off you, son...

Cee writes: To Cecelia I say, "I unfortunately look more and more like Curly everyday."

Appropriate. Your quotie things seem to illicit all the warmth of having had a two-fingered eye jab punctuated by a "nuk..nuk" from our leftward friends.

    KAF:

When exactly are you going to get it through that THICK little head of yours that nobody gives a damn about YOUR small minded definition of what this site must be used for?

You sound just like some little old lady tut - tuting everyone around them because they refuse to conform to your definition of reality.

    "Hung like a thumbtack".

    Holy Cow!!

Notice that neocons have to shut down the conversation when the truth is too near. Either by cutting their mike, like O'Reilly, or hijacking a board name.

    Cowards all, eh folks?...

    Cowards all, eh folks?...

Posted by: at February 5, 2007 12:35 PM

FYI: best to confine guilt to the person who is actually committing the misdeed...

Brick rants about Mike, Blindrat, O'Leilly, & Codas, among other things:...."none of you have served".

    I don't know about them, But I sure as hell served...during wartime, no less. Vietnam - 1969 - 1973.

Since I don't ever recall being called a 'pussy' to my face, I wonder how many folks you would actually call a 'pussy' face to face, big guy?

Lastly, your rants always sound like something that came straight out of a second grade classroom. Does you teacher really allow you this much playtime?

But Mike, it's you who has repeatedly lectured to posters here about what they should be discussing, what they should and shouldn't talk about and even the way in which they say it.

I'd say that you are the would-be dictator on this board, not me. I'm just reminding you of what this board's main mission statement is. You're the one who keeps insisting that the parameters of discussion need to be changed to what YOU want them to be.

I know you want to get the heat off of Olbermann and I know it must be painful for you to continue to see posts here about him, but that is the board's name and your insistence on trying to change it to something else won't stop that. I know it must be terribly frustrating for you as some of us here continue to steer the discussion away from your pet topics and back on the main topic of discussion for this board, as your angry post and insults contained therein clearly indicate.

You need some xanax Mikey. We hear that Olbermann could probably use some too in addition to the Viagra he apparently has to pop.

and P.S.? Once Olbermann stops his second-grade level attacks on his show, I'll stop mine on him at this board. But apparently, that kind of language is all he or the members of the Olbermann-cult understand.

KAF says: "but Mike, it's you who have repeatedly lectured posters about what they should be discussing"...

    WHEN?

You are right, Mike. I had one of those keyboard warriors mouth off once too often, so we set a location and he never got back in touch with me...

Brick is probably unaware of the vast number of famous neocons who have run from combat: Ronald Reagan, George Will, George W. Bush, Cheney...and John Wayne...

    McGovern flew combat...odd eh?

    Oh Brick:

Weren't you also the one who stated last week that you "only come here once every 3 - 4 weeks", even as you made appearances three days in a row?

Now here you are again, just 3 - 4 days later. What gives with the "3 - 4 weeks"?

    Brick,

You are an imbecile, son. I'll bet they kept you away from the real engineering and let you push papers. I'm sure that you'll try for every government program you can go begging to when you start your own business...

Mike, do you honestly believe that people don't know your history at this board and your repeated lectures on what should be discussed and the tone in which it should be discussed and what should and should not be posted here? Or are you just engaging in revisionist history? Or is it that you're hoping that a newbie or two doesn't know and won't figure it out for awhile? Whatever. I know. Everyone else who has had to suffer through your little lectures knows too. And the newbies? They'll figure it out soon enough.

By the way, those were rhetorical questions I posted but I'm sure you'll post another angry diatribe in response. You're just so predictable Mikey.

    Brick,

My name got hijacked. It is easier just to have individual posts addressed. Another no-balls neocon hijacked it after I hung him out to dry...

I suppose you just want me to cruise Huffman road, eh son? That's neocon courage. You must've gone to the same military as Bush, Cheney and Rush, child.

And, since you didn't deny what I stated about your engineering skills, I'll assume I was correct. There aren't many real engineers out there. And you ain't one of them, child...

And, since my name got hijacked today by someone who recognized my pattern, I'll assume that you are the spineless homosexual who did it...

It's really weird the way characters like 'Brick' show what complete and total imbeciles AND liars they are, every time they make a new post.

It's true with many folks like this that the dumber they are, the smarter they actually think you are. Everybody else can see what a fool they are making of themselves, but the 'Bricks' of the world are always blind to such things.

No response is necessary, but it's too much fun not too sometimes!

    KAF:

Like I said, post some examples of where I tried to dictate what anyone ELSE discusses, or shut your yap!

You are one of only two or three posters here who keep trying to remind everyone here that this is 0-L-B-E-R-M-A-N-N watch, as if you think they are too stupid to read.

    POSTED 12:25
    "...As an ivy league graduation..."

I know it's juvenile to bust on a typo- BUT in context, having such a blatant error while boasting about ones education is hysterical. Bravo nimrod~!

Mike, since we have both been disappointed in others to get together and throw down, perhaps we can get face off for our own donnybrook...

Unlike those vast number of famous neocons who have run from combat: Ronald Reagan, George Will, George W. Bush, Cheney...and John Wayne... you and I can pick a place and time and whale on each until all that remains is your bloody corpse in a steaming heap.

After that son, I am going to have your women and your livestock and then burn your house to the ground...

This peacock display of physical violence and my mastery demonstration of MMA...namely Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will strike fear into the hearts of all those right wingers, chickenhawks and brainwashed repugs who lurk here, fearful of my intellectual machismo.

So Mike, name the time and place and that goes for anyone else here...

And remember because you flee from my content, or my huge guns enveloped in their ropey veins doesn't mean that it isn't there, son...

    Imbeciles

Global Warming, as we think we know it, doesn't exist. And I am not the only one trying to make people open up their eyes and see the truth. But few listen, despite the fact that I was the first Canadian Ph.D. in Climatology and I have an extensive background in climatology, especially the reconstruction of past climates and the impact of climate change on human history and the human condition. Few listen, even though I have a Ph.D, (Doctor of Science) from the University of London, England and that for 32 years I was a Professor of Climatology at the University of Winnipeg. For some reason (actually for many), the World is not listening. Here is why.
Believe it or not, Global Warming is not due to human contribution of Carbon Dioxide (CO2). This in fact is the greatest deception in the history of science. We are wasting time, energy and trillions of dollars while creating unnecessary fear and consternation over an issue with no scientific justification. For example, Environment Canada brags about spending $3.7 billion in the last five years dealing with climate change almost all on propaganda trying to defend an indefensible scientific position while at the same time closing weather stations and failing to meet legislated pollution targets.
No sensible person seeks conflict, especially with governments, but if we don't pursue the truth, we are lost as individuals and as a society. That is why I insist on saying that there is no evidence that we are, or could ever cause global climate change. And, recently, Yuri A. Izrael, Vice President of the United Nations sponsored Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) confirmed this statement. So how has the world come to believe that something is wrong?
Maybe for the same reason we believed, 30 years ago, that global cooling was the biggest threat: a matter of faith. "It is a cold fact: the Global Cooling presents humankind with the most important social, political, and adaptive challenge we have had to deal with for ten thousand years. Your stake in the decisions we make concerning it is of ultimate importance; the survival of ourselves, our children, our species," wrote Lowell Ponte in 1976.
I was as opposed to the threats of impending doom global cooling engendered as I am to the threats made about Global Warming. Let me stress I am not denying the phenomenon has occurred. The world has warmed since 1680, the nadir of a cool period called the Little Ice Age (LIA) that has generally continued to the present. These climate changes are well within natural variability and explained quite easily by changes in the sun. But there is nothing unusual going on.
Since I obtained my doctorate in climatology from the University of London, Queen Mary College, England my career has spanned two climate cycles. Temperatures declined from 1940 to 1980 and in the early 1970's global cooling became the consensus. This proves that consensus is not a scientific fact. By the 1990's temperatures appeared to have reversed and Global Warming became the consensus. It appears I'll witness another cycle before retiring, as the major mechanisms and the global temperature trends now indicate a cooling.
No doubt passive acceptance yields less stress, fewer personal attacks and makes career progress easier. What I have experienced in my personal life during the last years makes me understand why most people choose not to speak out; job security and fear of reprisals. Even in University, where free speech and challenge to prevailing wisdoms are supposedly encouraged, academics remain silent.
I once received a three page letter that my lawyer defined as libellous, from an academic colleague, saying I had no right to say what I was saying, especially in public lectures. Sadly, my experience is that universities are the most dogmatic and oppressive places in our society. This becomes progressively worse as they receive more and more funding from governments that demand a particular viewpoint.
In another instance, I was accused by Canadian environmentalist David Suzuki of being paid by oil companies. That is a lie. Apparently he thinks if the fossil fuel companies pay you have an agenda. So if Greenpeace, Sierra Club or governments pay there is no agenda and only truth and enlightenment?
    Timmothy Ball
Here is more proof for Bushkill Falls that the myth of global warming is just that, a myth. Keep wearing your tin foil hat and pray to the UN.

Not even a name on this one...

I think that Brick's penis might've just fallen off. I hope Gracie can help her glue it back on...

Did a bar fight just break out in here. Tone it down. Your going to blow your testosterone levels!

    Benson,

Brick tends to be a bit of a prick...

    I guess so!

The best part of all this:

Keith is hamstrung. If he mentions Levin, he will have to ignore the basis of the attack, since he doesn't want his few viewers to hear about his sexual issues. If he doesn't mention Levin, he will have to take this beating without retaliation. All in all a lose-lose for Olby.

Fat ass has painted himself into a corner once again.

Benson, you want to roll son...

Let guess, just another Chickenhawk coward mouthing off with your momma's keyboard...

Anybody here got the guts to take on a real progressive...

Somebody needs to be the daddy to you children.

    You, son...

    Baby boy,

Pick up a copy of Homer's Batrachomyomachia. You might figure out what a Froschmäusekrieg is, son...

Lets see now, We have an anon who calls himself a 'progressive' calling out 'Brick' (the 'prick'), then this very same 'progressive' anon calls out Benson, a 'conservative', who was really only trying to tone things down, right after the same 'progressive' anon called out Mike, the 'liberal', and he then turned around and called out anyone else on this board who might want to 'roll'.

Am I just a little loopy, or isn't this thing supposed to be a discussion board?

This is typical republican puke. Can't keep their hairy little nostrils out of other's bedrooms. Lacking a sex life of his own, the Chrome Dome on Zombie radio snoops into Keith's quoting some bimbo. Sounds like the Paula Jones Circus all over again. Levine deserved the WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD AWARD FOR HIS IDIOTIC NOMINATION OF THE DRUG MAN FOR THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE.

    Great catch KFK.
Damned if he does damned if he doesn't.

Back to the Global Warming debate @ Posted by: The Factor at February 5, 2007 1:29 PM, even if you look at the problem with the most basic of information, the fact is the world is heating up, why? Because we are burning fuel, we never burned this much before, the Swiss Alps are completely devoid of snow, latitudes that witnessed snow /rain are experiencing decrease in various forms of precipitation.
Fact is there is smog in the air which is doing something to make our cities hotter, decrease the smog and everyone wins.
What in this simple equation does that fat buffoon Rush Limbaugh not get I wonder.
If Doggerman exposes Rush on this particular topic I promise to watch him (Doggerman painstakingly) for 5 Countdown with No Ratings shows.

I'm not your research bitch Mikey. Anyone who regularly reads and posts here will know what I'm taking about and the ones who are new here will quickly figure YOU out. And if they are that curious and have more free time to kill than I have these days, the archives are available to them and since you post 99 times per thread on average, the evidence is right there for them.

Now on to global warming. I don't deny its existence. I believe it's vey real and a very real threat to us all. But what happened in Florida last Friday was not the result of global warming, it was from El Nino.

Now back to Olbermann. The great thing is that even if there were untruths in what Levin said, Olbermann can't even challenge that (I don't think the toupee part was true for example) because then the question would become, well why did you sue on that ONE issue and not all the others? And as Levin warned Olbermann himself, discovery would be a bitch. Let's just see if he ever goes after Levin again on air though.

Can some one post a transcript, my speakers don't work so well

    Kurt Kissel,

    Watch yourself, son...

You are taking sides with the little neocon puke who swiped my identity. If you think he was something to offer you can take me up on my open invitation. I don't have the time to explain myself to idiots like you when my fists can do all the talking, son...

I am fine with trying to make the air cleaner, but to run the economy into the ground on some hair brained theory about CO2 is just foolish. We have no proof that CO2 changes the earth’s climate, nor do we have any proof that we can limit CO2 emission enough to have any impact. Politicians with an agenda have politicized global warming. The media has used fear tactics and junk science to stir people into frenzy. Every time there is a weather event, the media falsely blame global warming without proof.

Levin took it to the gutter!!!!!

While others have taken the high road and not mentioned Keith's name, Levin took it to the gutter! Why not? It's where most of Keith's cheap shots come from anyway.

Just catch that clip of Keith making Julie Banderous worst person last week. Keith has a problem with women no doubt. It makes you wonder what 'whatever her name is' that is hanging out with him up to? Who's using who?

At this time I still see that Keith has less then 23 days to go on his contract. No re-up at this point!

I don't listen to Levin, but thanks to his website,I listened to the whole hour and it was nothing I didn't know already, thanks to this site.

Really folks, Would you really want to have Keith front and center for you're cause? Think about it.
I get home, I read Johnny's blog and then I watch the clips from M.S.N.B.C.. Which are up within the hour. Real video doesn't lie.

I'm sure some loon will tell me how M.S.N.B.C. doesn't show the whole story.

Funny, I have not heard any noise from CNN's token angry white guy since the election, Jack Cafferty?

This cat ain't changing his spots. Keith is gona walk because he thinks he's Edward R. Morrow re-dux. M.S.N.B.C. would do better putting Ed Schultz in Keith's spot. Ed would bring in better ratings because Ed is not AFRAID to bring on a conservative.

Really for some not all that post on this site. It is scary, just think about it. If all you did in the world was take you're news from Keith and did not question it? Did not even look at the other side? Did not question anything that Keith put forth. Scary! Very Scary!

To take one person's point of view and thats it!

    Sounds very Jim Jones.

    Scary! Very Scary!

Just a thought! Mark Levin is really in secret negotiations with M.S.N.B.C. to take over Countdown when Olby bolts.

Ah! The look on every loons face 23 days from now!

    PRICELESS!!!!!!!!!

Afraid you're not that good an actor. No one mistakes belligerence for mirth.

    Bushkill Falls, Pa,

You talk tough but are you ready to rumble, son...

You are just like the rest of so called liberals/ progressives...brave enough to yell at women on the internet but when it comes to face cops on the street the rest of my beret wearing brothers and I are the only ones left to take scalps and earn stitches. Fighting the neocons means taking a riot baton across the traps on a 10 degree day.

Listen flower...have mommy change your diapers and sing you a song but don't try to pretend you are a real progressive willing to challenge the Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld corporate axis of greed.

Imbecile. Talky time is over, man up, son...or just get out of the way of real men. I'll bet you want to be an engineer.

a cat usually puts more thought into taking a shit.

The Factor:Global Warming, as we think we know it, doesn't exist.

Perfect name for this idiot. He's about as credible as Bill O'Reilly is on sexual harrassment.

Why is it ALWAYS the wingnuts that come up with the most ridiculous positions !

Meanwhile the rest of the climate scientists of the world are sure there is global warming and 90% certain man is causing it.

Back in Canada, I'm sure THE FACTOR is getting laughed out of any building where REAL scientists work.

"Global Warming, as we think we know it, doesn't exist".
Great stuff. On par with Cee's and Cecilia's comedy show !

Feb 6 is Ronald Reagan's birthday. Don't forget to by your jelly beans Kurt Kissle.

a shit is usually worth more than a cat

    The Factor,

    How much you bench, son...

Probably a pretend weightlifter like Bush...or worse yet, a squash player like your hero Rummy.

    Check out post at 3:47.

Talk about having some serious issues.
I could see this felon accosting people coming out of voting booths, or running war protesters over with his HumVee( I'm sure he drives a gas guzzler)
or taking some serious drugs the night of the election returns.

He'd make a good Nazi or better yet,a hunting companion for Dick Cheney.

I've caught KAF in yet ANOTHER lie: he says that I (Mike) "post 99 times per thread on average". Obviously you pathological liar, you couldn't prove this because it is yet another one of your MANY lies!

And still you have the nerve to come here and trash a TV commentator for HIS so called lies and distortion, when you yourself are nothing but a hypocritical and serial liar yourslef!

Only 99 times a thread for Mike? I thought it was more like 999 times per thread.

Bushkill Falls must already have his jellybeans. Keep hiding in your hole with your tin foil hat on, waiting for the sky to fall. Maybe you hero Hillary will get elected and she can confiscate oil company profits like her buddy Hugo Chavez.

Ronald Reagan's birthday is coming up.

Those damn gays, serves them right ! Eh Ronnie !
May you rot in hell. And save a space for Dubya.

The scientists of the world are laughing at the Factor.

That's good enough for me !

Amazing how someone who CALLS themself a scientist can turn a blind eye to the overwhelming evidence of global warming.
Only at this site do all the wingnuts come out and entertain us with their particular brand of idiocy.

    Bushkill Falls, Pa.

You are such a homo. How many times did you vote for Bush...all those illegal ballots worked.

Like a committed progressive I bike everywhere. When's the last time you used public transportation, son?

Your lack of answer confirms you are a closet neocon relieving some progressive guilt by yelling about the right wing on the internet but not living your life in a way the rest of us who are engaged in this fight.

What's your carbon footprint you pussy? When the last time you hit the gym to build your neck muscles because you know when you have to take registered Democratic voters to the polls in Republican owned districts a strong neck will help you retain consciousness during the beating?

I have to scars from fighting the right wingers. Who's the Nazi now?

KAF and the Factor are taking over for Cee and Cecilia today for our OW laugh track.

Come out of a meeting and you have all gone loonie. All this calling out without addresses or phone numbers. I'm witness to another punchless baseball brawl. Cut the crap, you know those threats are baseless dribble. Get back to the debate.

"Like a committed progressive I bike everywhere. When's the last time you used public transportation, son?"

Since the closest public transportation to me is about 20 miles away, and it's 15 degrees out with 40 MPH winds...not today.

"Your lack of answer confirms you are a closet neocon relieving some progressive guilt by yelling about the right wing on the internet but not living your life in a way the rest of us who are engaged in this fight".

yeah, I'm a closet Neocon. You must be clairvoyant. Can't you tell by my posts ?

"What's your carbon footprint you pussy? When the last time you hit the gym".

Come over to my gym tomorrow, I'll drop ANOTHER barbell on your pointy little head.

The debate? Oh, we've already settled that. Olbermann sucks. He's a hack. A failed sportscaster with a biased opinion show masquerading as news and fans who demonstrate cult-like fantacisim who should all be a looney bin somewhere. What else does that leave to debate exactly?

Your right Bushkill, we were much better off with the peanut man Jimmy Carter in the white house. Everyone loved waiting in line for gas. Everyone loved watching their wages go down will prices skyrocketed. Everyone loved watching tin pot dictators push our country around while the USSR invaded country after country. Good point Bushkill.

    Benson,

    Anytime, anyplace, son.

The only debate here is how I and the leftist, toughest son of a bitch on this whole board.

OK Benson. Where do you want to start?
The historical studies Bush put in on the regional differences in the Middle east before he invaded Iraq.

    or....

The lack of oversight by the GOP Congress the last 6 years concerning corporate greed and the war in Iraq..

or Bush's dismantling Clinton's Clean Air Laws among others..

or why you and your party have been wrong about EVERY SINGLE FRIGGING THING SINCE 2000.

or why everyone was wrong about Peyton Manning.

    Take your pick.

Pentagon: Iraq Budget "Wrong" from the Start

In its new budget for fiscal year 2008, the Pentagon says it'll parcel out about $142 billion to pay for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. But the Defense Department doesn't really believe in its own figures, apparently. The number was was calculated before the new 35,00-48,000 troop "surge" plan was put in place, Pentagon comptroller Tina Jonas said in a news conference.
So $142 billion is just a "best estimate."

"We know it will be wrong," she added.

The number is also $28 billion dollars less than the $170 billion being spent on Iraq and Afghanistan this year. Does that mean there's some sort of secret plan to start bringing troops home? Hell, no. "White House spokesman Tony Fratto said that fact shouldn't be interpreted as an indication of likely reduction in U.S. troops in Iraq," according to the AP.

There was another item of note from the Pentagon news conference introducing the new budget. Vice Admiral Stephen Stanley, Director for Force Structure, Resources, and Assessment for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, listed a number of major "risks" to the health of the American armed forces. One of the biggest was increased wear and tear that the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq were putting on military gear. Another was the increased "operational tempo" from those wars, which were grinding down our troops. In other words, the wars themselves are a threat to the American military. Interesting to hear that, in a Pentagon briefing.

Check out DefenseTech.org for much more on the budget, including word on how the big weapons programs fared this year. (Let's just say execs at Boeing, Raytheon, Lockheed, and the like aren't exactly crying in their milk.)

Written by Noah Shachtman who writes about technology, national security, and
politics for The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, Popular Mechanics, and Wired magazine, where he is a contributing editor. As the founder of DefenseTech.org, he's been interviewed by the Associated Press, CNN, MSNBC, NPR - as well as by newspapers, radio programs, and television stations across the country.

Just listened to the video clips...All I can say is schedule a sanity hearing immediately for the constipational attorney. He is quoting things from the New York Post....Uh, That's a grammar school edition of the National Enquirer at best. As for Keith not being able to perform, the smell of 3 day old fish takes the lead out of my pencil everytime. The is the old republican playbook pay a skank for a story and "destroy the critics at all cost."

I think you've been around long enuff to know that the posters gravitate to whatever article is at the top of the page. It doesn't matter what the subject is, what it deals with, because whatever it happens to be, that's where a certain group will go and invariably change the subject to whatever happens to strike their fancy.

Here is more proof for Bushkill Falls that the myth of global warming is just that, a myth. Keep wearing your tin foil hat and pray to the UN.

Posted by: The Factor at February 5, 2007 1:29 PM

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Proof? As in scientific proof?  It is odd isn't it that the oil cartel can instigate a world propaganda campaign that can fabricate Saddam Hussein as a nuclear menace about  to drop an A-bomb on Manhattan but they are unable to match wits with 99% of the planets climatologists who have no buddies in News Corp's main offices the way Chevron does.

The idea that global warming is a myth is right inline with George Bush having Jesus as a mentor. Or that Terry Schiavo was not in a vegetative state but was "fully viable".

As it is with the bible, a book of mere claims made by men who claiming "god guided their hand" in writing it, this so-called "proof" about global warming being a myth is also just a mere claim. The proof comes in the testing of theories. These tests then must be evaluated by a group of  scientific peers. This is how science works.

So do I need to ask if this guy has had his work reviewed by his peers? If so do I need to ask what his peers thought of his theories?

The scientific community (planet wide) has no political interests in determining the validity of global warming. For it to be a myth you would have to state why, what motivates people of science to promote this theory, to conspire on a global level to perpetrate this myth? Research dollars? Science is not an industry, industries  use science. Money is not a factor in the scientific method. Remember we are talking about proof - scientific proof.

Now on the other hand it is easy to see why the carbon industries of coal and oil would have a motivation to lie.  A corporation is not a person with human ability to have concern for people. It is a system for generating one thing - profits.

Global cooling can and will occur. It always does on a relatively cyclic pattern. It can and will occur while human generated global warming goes on. Problem is we can not pin point when global cooling will occur next. A thousand years is mere hours in terms relative to human existence on this planet. Do we gamble that global cooling is occurring at the exact same time human induced warming is happening? What kind of people show little concern for the future of this planet and gamble in this manner? Theological people, people of faith, not reason.

People of faith have no place in this debate. When it comes to f---ing with the future of my grandchildren and their children, I want the evangelists protesting in front of birth-control clinics proclaiming to the world how they are morally superior. We all know how desperate they are to be significant while the rest of do all we can to save this planet for our children.

Brick is probably unaware of the vast number of famous neocons who have run from combat: Ronald Reagan, George Will, George W. Bush, Cheney...and John Wayne...

    McGovern flew combat...odd eh?

Ronald Reagan, George Will and John Wayne are not neocons. sheesh!

"The wingnuts at this site have as much credibility of those who said Peyton Manning couldn't win the big one"

You want to talk about credibility? What about the lone cable "news" show host who refuses to allow dissenting viewpoints on his show? This host alone is the only one who will not allow himself to be challenged.

To put this in context, this would be like Peyton Manning saying that he refuses to line up against teams that are trying to oppose him, he will only go up against his own team's practice squad because when teams try to challenge him, it makes him "queasy"

cecelia can't even debate issues any longer, b/c all of her points have been discredited by reality so she tries to put me down b/c I post articles of interest.

Time to retire , cecelia !

Your posts are getting thinner than our ozone layer.

There is no more reason to "debate" global warming. There are thousands upon thousands of megatons of pollution being guzzeled into the atmosphere around the world on a non stop basis, along with the mining, drilling, and deforestation that has been going on for more than 200 years.

We, man, destroyed nature. I hope that the hold out "this is natural" people are happy in the last thrawls of our Earth's climate systems.

cecelia can't even debate issues any longer, b/c all of her points have been discredited by reality so she tries to put me down b/c I post articles of interest.

No prob, Bushkill. Cut-n-pasting articles of interests is better than nothing since you're unable to say anything original or of interest.

Hank :'You want to talk about credibility? What about the lone cable "news" show host who refuses to allow dissenting viewpoints on his show?

Keith loses no credibility for having the show he chooses, only with braindead idiots as yourself.
BTW, he had on someone from the Reagan Administration on Friday.
Who do you want, ann coulter ?

Again, it's his show and his format. He can do what he chooses.
    Don't like it, don't watch.

So, If this guy has full proof evidence and says that he is a bully, then why doesnt he let the people who disagree with him speak? Instead he simply doesnt let them speak, and he hangs up the phone on them.

Rupert Murdoch admits manipulating the media: Surprise !!Surprise! !

While at Davos, Rupert Murdoch discusses the rise of the Internet and digital media, but tells us he used News Corp. to manipulate the news.

Asked if his News Corp. managed to shape the agenda on the war in Iraq, Murdoch said: "No, I don't think so. We tried." Asked by Rose for further comment, he said: "We basically supported the Bush policy in the Middle East-but we have been very critical of his execution."

    Sure you have Rupert !

"BTW, he had on someone from the Reagan Administration on Friday"

LOL... that was a good one "Bushkill Falls, Pa"!

I'm sure this Reagan guy disagreed with KO and debated him on his views... right? You know he also has a Nixon Administration guy on too (KO and John Dean are always on opposite sides of the fence... LOL).

I'll agree with you on one point though... namely that KO loses no *additional* credibility for having the show he chooses. ;-)

Posted by: Bushkill Falls, Pa at February 5, 2007 5:10 PM

Those sentiments might be more convincing if you hadn't invoked my name two three times while I had been gone for several hours.

It's obvious I'm the focus of your blogboard existence.

"Keith loses no credibility for having the show he chooses, only with braindead idiots as yourself."

Does it not occur to you BFP that as long as Olbermann restricts access to his show to only those who share his same opinions, that he is free to lie, distort, manipulate and say whatever he wants and never be challenged? Are you so deluded by ideology that all you care about is someone who will act as a left fringe cheerleader? Having guests that hold different opinions acts as a check on the host and forces him to be responsible in dispensing his opinions. But of course, that has never been Olbermann's strong suit.

"BTW, he had on someone from the Reagan Administration on Friday."

Yes, this guest (I forget his name) now works as a "scholar" at The Center For American Progress. Look it up on the web and see what they are all about. If Olbermann ever does bring on a Republican, it will only be someone he is sure holds the same opinion he does on whatever issue he wants to talk about.

"So, If this guy has full proof evidence and says that he is a bully, then why doesnt he let the people who disagree with him speak?"

You mean like Olberdork, right? LOL

Did you see the video KO showed on his show Friday? The one where the HUMVEE drives thru the streets of Baghdad ?

There is so much about this that bothers me. First, the very reality that the reason the Humvee driver is driving this way is because they are afraid of an attack if they slow down. Listen at the end of the video to the disdain one troop member expresses towards a pedestrian: "as if he hasn't got a care in the world." Because these guys are aware that every day, every assignment, could be their last. Can you imagine what the constant state of stress like that has done to our troops, especially after two, three, four tours? And now with Bush's escalation, the likelihood that their tours will be extended again. PTSD doesn't begin to cover it. And yet, the Bush Adminstration has made it harder to get a diagnosis of PTSD and reduced vet benefits on top of that.

And then my thoughts go to the Iraqis. Can you imagine having your country occupied by another nation and be subjected to this kind of bullying behavior every day? Watch as the Humvee runs into car after car to force them to pull to the side and narrowly misses pedestrians. Is this the liberation we promised them? Are our actions in Iraq winning their hearts and minds to the benefits of a democracy?

As Adam said in the email with the link to this clip, "Is there a clearer indication that our presence in Iraq is hurting us?"

Cecelia: Do not retire because somebody else tells you to !!!

I'm not saying olbermann doesnt have that flaw, because he does, but Levin sounds like a hypocrite when he hangs up the phone on somebody that disagrees with him.

"It is the biggest hoax of out lifetimes," "It is being promulgated by people who want to control the industrialized West without firing a shot."For liberals, global warming is their religion, they believe in the hype, and if you do not agree, you are a bad person much like how communists treated non-party members." Michael Savage.
Liberals are the new communist party.

What Hank is saying is that KO is wrong so Bush must be right.
He can't actually come out and support Bush, and not get laughed out of the building, so he'll criticize KO.

KO is telling the truth YOU don't want to hear.
That's why his ratings have gone up 53% this year.

And then my thoughts go to the Iraqis.

    ============================================

Uh, you mean the Iraqis that are "as if [t]he[y] hasn't got a care in the world" Iraqis? If only the media stopped reporting the war in Iraq as thought this was thee worst war ever fought. There was worse, and less successfull endeavors. Give it up!

There goes the Factor embarrassing himself again...this time by quoting Michael Savage for Christ's sake.
There's someone with credibility. What a joke, ( both the Factor and Savage )

"Can you imagine having your country occupied by another nation and be subjected to this kind of bullying behavior every day?"

Uh huh... I'm sure the Iraqi's would much more love to be subjected to the ethnic cleansing and true civil war that would accompany our leaving...

Cecelia: Do not retire because somebody else tells you to !!!

Michael Savagecursed on air. I wonder if this will be the last that we will here from the good (grief) doctor ?

Obama watch us bicker is an a--hole.
Of course he didn't continue the paragraph.
Here's the rest. Too close to reality for Obama.

"What Hank is saying is that KO is wrong so Bush must be right . . ."

No, what I am saying is exactly what I stated above. There is no need for you to rephrase something I already stated explicitly above, just because you don't won't to deal with the undeniable journalistic malpractice demonstrated by Olbermann on a nightly basis.

See if you can respond to my observation about Olbermann and his refusal to allow challenges to his opinions.

"KO is telling the truth YOU don't want to hear.
That's why his ratings have gone up 53% this year."

I guess that means that O'Reilly must be telling 4 or 5 times the truth of KO in that case... ;-)

Go ahead, Hank. Tell us you're not a huge Bush and Iraq war supporter. Tell us it doesn't totally aggravate you about KO telling it like it is about Bush's failures.

    LAT | NYT | Posted Monday November 27, 2006 at 02:23 PM

The LAT is the latest to come out with a glowing profile of MSNBC'c Keith Olbermann, whose ratings have been a-climbin' in recent months, contributing to and along with those of his network. Matea Gold's article hits on the Olbermann "Special Comments" excoriating the Bush administration, how his leftward tack resonated with viewers who felt unrepresented, and his gleeful attacks on Bill O'Reilly, saying that his gloves have "come off."

She notes something new, too — Olbermann, up 53% in the ratings since this time last year, is also up for contract renewal, and is in the process of negotiations with the network. The gloves seem to be somewhat off with respect to that development, as expressed in this comment:

"It is, to some degree, a perfect setup," he said of his relationship with the network. "They leave me alone, I leave them alone, and I deliver what they need, both in terms of journalism and the money end of it, the ratings."

Translation: The show is mine, the success is mine, and I can take it anywhere.

    How about the SciFi channel?

    "...telling it like it is..."

You mean KO is "Speaking Truth to Power"?

That he's "stickin it to the man"?

    I'm not a big fan of Levin's broadcasting style -- I think he's going for a Bob Grant-type attitude,

    --------------------------------------------------

I tell you what, Mark Levin is not copying Bob Grant's style. Bob Grant was more of just a bitter person . Mark levin is more of a do what I sa type guy, without the vitriol of Michael Savage.

Furthermore, Mark Levin speaks classic propaganda, I hate to say. Slow haulting speach, a persistant I am always right attitude, the way he speaks, the hidden aggrevation for the way others act... yep, definately not like Bob Grant -- a bitter old man !

"KO is telling the truth YOU don't want to hear.
That's why his ratings have gone up 53% this year."

Yes and the Houston Texans were 2-14 in 2005 and improved to 6-10 in 2006. That's an increase of 200% And guess what-- they are still terrible.

Keith has simply managed to pull himself up a tiny bit from his previously invisible status on the ratings radar. He is still a spec in O'Reilly's rear view mirror, which is why O'Reilly never mentions him and Keith obsesses over O'Reilly.

Bushkill Falls: The troops in Iraq have as much of a stranglehold on Iraqis as a govenor has on an American state. Get over it.

Osama Watch him spin misses the whole point.

We are not winning the hearts and minds of the iraqis, nor are we helping them.
They want us out, yet Bush still says, We're helping them.( WITH HELP THEY DON'T WANT)
They have seen what a disaster we've made of their country.

Well, I can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear, you know. You want better commentary from me about you, you're going to have to get a brain transplant.

"See if you can respond to my observation about Olbermann and his refusal to allow challenges to his opinions."

And what...be a replica of 80% of the other shows on cable news?

The problem with shows like that is that they degenerate into "whoever can shout the loudest" or "whoever can get the last word in" wins. You don't get "debate" - you get "diatribe".

That's such nonsense. You don't think OReilly's weeks long tirade against MSNBC had nothing to do with Olbermann? Think again.

I could really care less about ratings, anyway.
B/c OReilly gets better ratings , does that make him right and Olbermann wrong ?
    Ratings ! Funny.

Those Iraqis need to remember --- we are in their nation to fight off terrorists, not really to help them. We need to remain in their land for a bit longer. No spin here. Terrorism is too great a threat to play footsy with the enemy. We need to stay in Irfaq until the enemy is sedated. No wiffles, antis-Americanisms, orally helping the enemy, buttering up terrorists needed. Thank you very much.

    Ensign is correct.
You think Hannity cutting off people and lieing to them about what the topics will be is a debate?
The left gets a word or two in and then it's all of a sudden, time for a commercial!
    Some debate !

why does this guy have to sink so low. K.O. never put up things that are trivial like this. Not sure what the appeal is for the "moral majority". That was just dumb toilet humor.

Obama watch me spin thinks we're going to "sedate the enemy"

You need some sedating, Obama if you think that !

"He is still a spec in O'Reilly's rear view mirror, which is why O'Reilly never mentions him and Keith obsesses over O'Reilly."

O'Reilly never mentions him BY NAME - but he sure is obsessed with all of NBC News (and "that guy at MSNBC").

And with news you have to take the "long view" - Olbermann's ratings are increasing gradually, while O'Reilly's are eroding. The only reason you can claim any superiority is that O'Reilly had such a large lead to begin with...

See if you can respond to my observation about Olbermann and his refusal to allow challenges to his opinions."

EE, other news shows routinely have a balanced perspective, particularly when some sort of charge or accusation has been made. Watch the PBS News Hour, Meet the Press, This Week with Stephanopolis, Hardball, etc, and you'll find both sides presented.

Shows can interview conflicting guests together or separately. Newscasters can grill guests quite throughly without it turning into the old Crossfire program.

Keith has simply managed to pull himself up a tiny bit from his previously invisible status on the ratings radar. He is still a spec in O'Reilly's rear view mirror, which is why O'Reilly never mentions him and Keith obsesses over O'Reilly.

He considers Olbermann a curse word, so he doesnt say his name. But by dropping a caller and having them get a visit from "fox security" for saying Keith's name, or starting a petition to get Olbermann fired, how is that not talking about him? This assault on NBC news is all about Keith getting under his skin. Oh and how I do like Billo representing the most bias network calling others bias. Hey, has he ever heard of Tucker Carlson or Joe Scarborough? THose are really leftist thinkers, thats kinda funny.

"Those Iraqis need to remember --- we are in their nation to fight off terrorists, not really to help them."

Obama forgets there WEREN'T terrorists in Iraq until we attacked them.
How uninformed can people be !

Bushkill Falls, Pa... O'Reilly has thin skin and can demagogue with the best of them... but, at least he isn't afraid to debate the issues and present other sides (hell, I've even seen him admit he was wrong once or twice). By contrast, Olberdork is a wuss who can't argue, can't do his own research (unless you count Blue Blog surfing), and can't stand a differing opinion... oh, and he's *obsessed* with BillO (and it ain't pretty).

Why does KO have to have a show like Meet the press or Hardball?

He's doing just fine with the show he has.
    And people like him.
I know that will come to a shock to you OlBYhaters, but it's true.

no name: what do you call all of the antics in Baghdad? It begins with a "t' ...

Or it could be that that isnt the type of show that Olbermann wants or does. Maybe he thinks he is telling the news. He doesnt have a debate show, but instead he has a show that tells the news from his view.

    EE,

Too, I'd be perfectly fine with Olbermann continuing to speak for the left and making it obvious where he comes down on the issues.

Anderson Cooper and Chris Matthews do that often. They air all sides and manage to let viewers know where they stand.

Let people like John and Cecilia obsess about not having wingnuts on his show.
We've heard their views the past 6 years, and it ain't pretty. This is why they got the boot in November.

The right's views are pretty much over and done with anyway.
When you get a lifelong conservative like Scarborough to see what a mess the republicans are and think it's over for them... it says it all.

"Or it could be that that isnt the type of show that Olbermann wants or does. Maybe he thinks he is telling the news. He doesnt have a debate show, but instead he has a show that tells the news from his view."

We agree, Olby probably *thinks* he is telling the news. It's shocking though (don't you think), that there hasn't been one piece of "news" spewed by Olbermoron that he doesn't see bad for Bush and the administration.

Since when would America want to be involved with the anti-war people that want us to cower to the enemy when the threat of them is at the most furocious it has ever been?!? Oh yeah --- the fear mongering and choosing specific ugly strories to keep the malase always at a boil.

Hey, I agree with him on basically everything. So he just represents the opinions of us lefty nutjobs.

Oh, I don't know....call me old-fashioned... I remember the day when it was considered good journalism that a network news show in a primetime hour, with a host who referred to himself as being a journalist, offered some balance and was held to higher standards than Rush Limbaugh or Al Franken.

We can thank the anti-war types for Iran's nuclear progression, terrorism in Baghdad (not the whole entire nation of Iraq, mind you), & our becoming a laughing stock amoungst nations that were once our allie. Thanks, nullys.

We can thank the anti-war types for Iran's nuclear progression, terrorism in Baghdad (not the whole entire nation of Iraq, mind you), & our becoming a laughing stock amoungst nations that were once our allie. Thanks, nullys.

Please tell me how you can blame anti war people for all this? Maybe we should have attacked Iran instead of Iraq? Hmm? So lets blame Bush Intelligence for that screwup

"When you get a lifelong conservative like Scarborough to see what a mess the republicans are and think it's over for them... it says it all."

Doooood... What that really says is that Scarborough is a media whore... he's playing to the new "all left all the time" slant that MSNBC is flogging (the "alternative" to Fox)... it's not any new epiphanies he's having about republicans.

Randy: Silly randy --- we went into Iraq to stop the continuation of Saddam Hussein's evil plans. That was successfull. Now we have to stop Ahmadenijad's evil plans.

However, now-a-days, we have these people who hate our military buildup and who doubt the essential theory of war so they want us to back down from more neccessary challenges even though much of Iraq is stable. They do not like the idea of making the world a better place when making the world a better place does not fit their ideals for this (some war and occupations needed). They are the biggest sore losers of all time.

Let people like John and Cecilia obsess about not having wingnuts on his show.

Bushkill, now I know you've spent the day making the salient point that eveything your opponents think is "over" and then you've moved on and spent some more time making very cogent and new points....that everything your opponents believe is "over".... but let me interpret that plethora of brilliance, originality, and wide-spread commentary to say, that no journalist, who really loves issues, who really cares about the news, who loves current events, politics and analysis, could ever be content simply hearing and simply putting forth one side.

No matter how devoutly they thought they were right and others were wrong, the ends and outs of how others perceive the issues, the ramifications of all arguments, the detail, the things that pique and challenge us, are as fascinating and substancial and ARE the issues really.

No real journalist could be content with putting out one perspective anymore than they'd be content with working for GOP or Al Gore TV and if they are they're not a journalist. They're a talk radio host or a political operative.

"Silly randy --- we went into Iraq to stop the continuation of Saddam Hussein's evil plans. That was successfull."

You have a very strange definition of "success" sir...in the last week nearly 1,000 Iraqis have been killed as a result of violence, the Iraqi government can't even provide basic services to the people, and refugees continue to spill into Jordan and Syria. If that's "success", you can have it.

"Now we have to stop Ahmadenijad's evil plans."

And how, pray tell, do we do that? We can bomb them, but that is only effective to a point. And remember that Iran is not the pushover Iraq was - they have a strong standing army and a much more potent military machine.

Ensign Expendible: My definition of success is ridding the world of terrorism. There are large casualty factions and refugees in this war. Why do we have to hark on them all of the time ?!? There are ten of millions who are seeing a brand new Iraq and if only we had less anti-war types to continue this drive to losing the war, then we would see the negativity of Iraq disipate over the coming months as we exit and lots of troops come home content that they worked together (ahem...) in liberating a nation.

If you were convinced and want to start anew, the link I have provided is a great start.

    3 things:

A: Barrack Hussein Obama is not going down for nobody.

B: "President Giuliani" can sue you for using "President Giuliani" as you name. He copywrote his own name!!!

C: Rudy Giluliani would not know how to fight off terrorism. Sorry. He can make a good photo-op. That is about all.

"My definition of success is ridding the world of terrorism."

Then BY YOUR OWN DEFINITION you have FAILED. The botched policy that is Iraq has made the terrorists STRONGER, not weaker. It has increased their numbers, while depleting our manpower and resources (look at the reports on how long it will take and how much it will cost to bring the military BACK to Pre-Iraq levels).

We can argue whether Iran is a legitimate threat to us or not, but at this point NOBODY will believe us if we say they are. After all, we said IRAQ was a grave threat and look how that turned out? Hell, the Republicans in Congress won't even let us have a FAIR debate on the "New Way Forward" - they stalled it on a procedural vote (the same procedural vote they accused the Democratic Party of using on judicial nominations).

liberals are traitors , terrorists and the biggest threat to America.

If I have failed, than you have succeeded in America's failing in Iraq. We went into Iraqwith enough evidence to confirm a war with Saddam Husseing (check), we win that war in 4 weeks (check), we have an insurgency (check)... ... ... ... ... Ohhhhhhhhhhh wait !!!!!!! ... We do not have the next part of the checking process !!!!! We do not have a full American body backing America up in the newest part of the war on terror, finishing up the terrorist insurgencies... Instead, we have a bunch of "moonbats" out there who have only done the following:

    * Gave support to every single conspiracy ttheory on the war.

    * Made this war seem controversial.

    * Cover only the failures of Iraq.

    * Go all huffy for conservative ideals for success in Iraq to the point where they are making a scene when all many conservatives had just wanted was to see terrorism fall by the swift and brutal hand of our military.

    * Try and prevent any more developing actions against other nations.

Where do many pro war types stand on Iraq?

    * Go in, do the mission, do not complain for the necessary actions taken and do your job in making Iraq democracy-able in the war.

    * Stop terrorism, thusly. No need to talk to these people. They are too dangerous to get near.

    * Create an offensive against the evil doesrs in that nation.

What more can I say? The pro-war types have their reading glasses on correctly. When it comes to the anti-war types ... well ... all they have is farsightednewss. They can only see the failures in the war. Nothing more, nothing less. They recoil with excuses like they are being compassionate when they plead for the troops, which I like when they do that. More of that is needed. What I do not like is when they go over board with their failure speak on all of the negativities that commonly happen when you enter a ferocious war. Phew !!!!!!!

We went into Iraqwith enough evidence to confirm a war with Saddam Husseing (check) oops got that wrong. Cherry picked the evidence. lied to american people

we have an insurgency (check)... (didn't acknowledge it till about two years into the insurgency which is in last throess... anyday now..)

We do not have a full American body backing America up in the newest part of the war on terror, finishing up the terrorist insurgencies (of course we had 80% backing but we royally f---ed it up and know everyone realizes we are incompetant.) * Gave support to every single conspiracy ttheory on the war.

    * Made this war seem controversial. ( by pointing out had badly it was being run)

    * Cover only the failures of Iraq. ( ignore the pizza guy who had a success--until insurgents blew it up)

    * Go all huffy for conservative ideals for success in Iraq to the point where they are making a scene when all many conservatives had just wanted was to see terrorism fall by the swift and brutal hand of our military (not sure what the hell I'm talking about .)

    * Try and prevent any more developing actions against other nations. (two fronts is not enough for a stretched thin military four would be ideal)

Go in, do the mission, do not complain for the necessary actions taken and do your job in making Iraq democracy-able in the war. ( follow leaders blindly no matter how much they scrwew up)

    * Stop terrorism, thusly. No need to talk to these people. They are too dangerous to get near. (by creating a recruting ground where they can train against forces. leaving our military in the worst state it has been in 30 years)

    * Create an offensive against the evil doesrs in that nation.( and fail to do anything but referee a civil war)

What more can I say? The pro-war types have their reading glasses on correctly. When it comes to the anti-war types ... well ... all they have is farsightednewss. (hate all that forethought going into things)

They can only see the failures in the war. Nothing more, nothing less.( they look at reality no matter what)

What I do not like is when they go over board with their failure speak on all of the negativities that commonly happen when you enter a ferocious war ( better to stick your head in the sand and pretend their are no problems). Phew !!!!!!!

HA! Pussy Keith Olbermann is in a fetal position somewhere at his mommies house. Didn't show up for work. Mark Levin WINS!!!!!!! HA!

It's Monday after the Smack-Down and guess what, Pussy Olbermann didn't show for work. HA! HA!

My Monday "MEMO" is a scathing indictment of NBC NEWS. Where the hell is that pussy Olbermann?

He can dish it out, but we now know he can't take it. HA!

    "quasi moto"

That is a great name for you! A giant hulking idiot.

    EE says:

"He is still a spec in O'Reilly's rear view mirror, which is why O'Reilly never mentions him and Keith obsesses over O'Reilly."

"O'Reilly never mentions him BY NAME - but he sure is obsessed with all of NBC News (and "that guy at MSNBC")."

To the hard core Orange Boy sycophants like EE, it is like depriving them of oxygen to suggest that O'Reilly doesn't devote any airtime to Olbermann the way that Olbermann psychotically obsesses about O'Reilly. This is because they realize this is one of Olbermann's pathologies that cannot be explained away-- it is on display for all to see each night. So, the Olbyloons try to explain it away by offering the lame "Well, O'Reilly is obsessed with Olbermann just like Olbermann is obsessed with O'Reilly" defense. Which nobody believes.

Of course, O'Reilly has been taking shots at NBC. But, as EE knows, O'Reilly has had almost nothing to say about MSNBC, much less Olbermann, so once again EE has stretched the truth to try to desperately make a point he wishes were true because of his ass kissing devotion to to his contemptable, mentally ill hero, Orange Boy.

"And with news you have to take the "long view" - Olbermann's ratings are increasing gradually, while O'Reilly's are eroding. The only reason you can claim any superiority is that O'Reilly had such a large lead to begin with..."

OK, EE since you define what Olbermann is doing as "news", answer this question: Is a person who claims to be delivering the news obligated to present more than one side of an issue if they hold themselves out to be non-partisan and unbiased, as Olbermann claims about himself? So, if Olbermann is indeed biased (and there is overwhelming evidence to prove this point), isn't he committing journalisitic malpractice to simply present one side of the news to the exclusion of others and represent that he simply reporting the "news"? The answer is, of course he is.

This bullshit about "the long view" and "gradually increasing his ratings" misses the mark, EE. The point is Olbermann has no journalistic integrity and yet he takes himself as seriously as Murrow or Huntley/Brinkley. Sorry, but that dog won't hunt for very long, recent ratings increases or not.

Is this Mark Levin GAY? He sure is interested in Keith's penis and were he puts it. A real sickO!

mary , you are probably some liberal hag who approves of faggotry but will use fag as slur when it comes to conservatives. but you are probably just O'lielly in drag and as so you stupid commets mean shit.

I see where Mike has finally blamed the Iraq War on Rush Limbaugh. Somewhere a cuckoo clock is chiming.

Maybe Levin should nominate Olbermann for a Peace Prize! We all remember that Rush has similar problems. Except Rush managed to get viagra for it. On a trip to the Dominican Republic. Where prostitutes are common. Where by American standards, these prostitutes are underage.

Reagan retired from acting in 1954, served six terms as president of the Screen Actors Guild, two terms as governor of California and two terms in the White House as 40th president. He was succeeded by his vice president, a World War II Navy veteran, George Herbert Walker Bush.

"Well there it is-- that's all the proof you need. Rush went to the D.R. where he slept with underage prostitutes. With this foolproof evidence, look for this story to be one of the Top 5 on Meltdown."

I never said that, but thanks for making logical connections for yourself. It's certainly stronger than "Olbermann has embarrassing sexual problems. Olbermann is a pervert."

It's such brilliant conservative illogic that consistently gets the Worst Person Award. Again, thanks for letting me know that Rush is a perv.

I'm glad to see Levin expose Olbermann!!!!! Ha!

Keith must've heard The Great Levin and is currently hiding under his bed. LOL What an incredible (literally) loser.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Way too funny!!!! I'm sure olby is a nervous wreck now, now he not only has his bizarre O'reilly fetish to content with but now someone else is criticizing him.

I find it interesting that Keith is a news commentator, but fails to get his facts straight the majority of the time. As a result, his opinions are deemed invalid and his credibility suffers. Hence the low ratings. Issuing an opinion based on a false premise is something that most people can see right through. This would explain the low audience numbers for KO's TV program.

Everyone with a functioning brain can figure out Olbersmurf's information-free, fact-challenged, uber-insane show. But clearly he's got a cult-following: Liberals who think their porn is going to be confiscated by the Patriot Act. And they're all here!

Mark Levin is an a--hole, he proved it today, so painfully embarrassing for this short no neck little troll.

His brand of wingnuttery is for clowns, period.

If I were Michelle Malkin and CO I would be embarrassed bigtime.

After the dialougue between Laura Ingraham and Bill O'Reilly last week, Laura must be furious with this loser...

    hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

He is calling Olberman built like a pear?? This little no neck beast??

Oh please, there are some serious problems over in Right Wing Junction and it has nothing to do with politics...LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Mark Levin is seriously ill, and let me get this straight, Levin is advocating censoring Keith Olberman's free speech??

    What a freaking joke.

"This site is a Quaker Quilting Bee in comparison. Keith is famous for calling women the "C" word. Nuff said, tender ears.'

    Prove it.

In an earlier post I stated:

"Well there it is-- that's all the proof you need. Rush went to the D.R. where he slept with underage prostitutes. With this foolproof evidence, look for this story to be one of the Top 5 on Meltdown."

    Then "e" replied:

    "I never said that. . ."

Oh no? Here is your post that preceded mine:

"Except Rush managed to get viagra for it. On a trip to the Dominican Republic. Where prostitutes are common. Where by American standards, these prostitutes are underage."

What were you trying to say here "e", that you are a charter subscriber to the Limbaugh Letter? I think my reply is a pretty fair summary of what you were trying to communicate. See I can do this too:

"Olbermann made threats to a heckler. In an e-mail. In which he told the heckler to "kill yourself". Which by American standards is a punishable criminal offense."

But if you replied to me and said: "So Hank says that Olbermann made a threat in an email to a heckler and told him to kill himself", I wouldn't deny it. Like you did when I replied to your Rush Limbaugh example.

Who is advocating censoring his free speech? Mark is advocating the revenge and demise of this bully hack journalist. What's the point though. Most of you liberal losers aren't even in the same league as Dr. Levin and will never even achieve 1/10th of what he has.

When it is right here in the clip, how can you idiots still cling to the Limbaugh Nobel nomination? He says it right here that it wasn't serious (non-solicited). More important than that though is how in the heck that loser Al Gore got a nomination. It must have been his invention of the Internet or his fierce support of the THEORY of global warming. How that qualifies him for the Nobel prize is beyond me. I wish you liberals would move to Russia or something.

Olbermann AKA.(Oberbite) AKA(Olberf---head) I no this loud mouth has Rating but so did Hitler, Hitler had good Ratings because he was a loud mouth and stupid people listen to him.

"Who is advocating censoring his free speech? Mark is advocating the revenge and demise of this bully hack journalist."

So we heard and he made an ass out of himself in the process. You and he are full of crap, and what makes you think that what you said changes anything, who the hell are you? You are a nobody, a cliche' at best.

Just another miserable Conservative in the same genre and boat as Ted Hagard I'm sure...LOL.

Am I listening to a junior high radio show? People actually listen to this?

Out in the West Texas town of El Paso
I fell in love with a Mexican girl.
    Night-time would find me in Rosa's cantina;
Music would play and Felina would whirl.

Blacker than night were the eyes of Felina,
Wicked and evil while casting a spell.
    My love was deep for this Mexican maiden;
I was in love but in vain, I could tell.

One night a wild young cowboy came in,
Wild as the West Texas wind.
    Dashing and daring,
    A drink he was sharing
    With wicked Felina,
    The girl that I loved.

    So in anger I

Challenged his right for the love of this maiden.
Down went his hand for the gun that he wore.
    My challenge was answered in less than a heart-beat;
The handsome young stranger lay dead on the floor.

Just for a moment I stood there in silence,
Shocked by the FOUL EVIL deed I had done.
    Many thoughts raced through my mind as I stood there;
I had but one chance and that was to run.

Out through the back door of Rosa's I ran,
Out where the horses were tied.
    I caught a good one.
It looked like it could run.
    Up on its back
    And away I did ride,

    Just as fast as I

Could from the West Texas town of El Paso
Out to the bad-lands of New Mexico.

Back in El Paso my life would be worthless.
Everything's gone in life; nothing is left.
It's been so long since I've seen the young maiden
My love is stronger than my fear of death.

I saddled up and away I did go,
    Riding alone in the dark.
    Maybe tomorrow
    A bullet may find me.
    Tonight nothing's worse than this
    Pain in my heart.

    And at last here I

    Am on the hill overlooking El Paso;
I can see Rosa's cantina below.
My love is strong and it pushes me onward.
Down off the hill to Felina I go.

    Off to my right I see five mounted cowboys;
Off to my left ride a dozen or more.
Shouting and shooting I can't let them catch me.
I have to make it to Rosa's back door.

Something is dreadfully wrong for I feel
A deep burning pain in my side.
    Though I am trying
    To stay in the saddle,
    I'm getting weary,
    Unable to ride.

    But my love for

Felina is strong and I rise where I've fallen,
Though I am weary I can't stop to rest.
I see the white puff of smoke from the rifle.
I feel the bullet go deep in my chest.

From out of nowhere Felina has found me,
Kissing my cheek as she kneels by my side.
Cradled by two loving arms that I'll die for,
One little kiss and Felina, good-bye.

"Am I listening to a junior high radio show? People actually listen to this?"

    You got it, a miserable little-no-necked geek...LOL

    God he is fugly.

I dislike Olberf--- ass much as anyone else here

off topic but a something that needs thought

It’s ok to denounce religion damn I do, my question is, if you have no belief at all in some sort of after life were do you go? What is the reason of life?

I look at old Bibles of all the religions (I noticed that you all seem to have a thorn up your f---ing asses when it comes to the New Testament) as law book badly written but law books never the less,

Picture this someone random on the street decides to mug you using a gun and puts the gun to your head and pulls the trigger. In the brief second before you die what do you fear the most?

That life is really over there is nothing after death.
    Or
I was f---ing wrong there is a meaning to life and I wasted it.

I no there is an after life for I have seen it.
Life is a learning process to help make you ready for death.

wow, that is some real keen logic there.

    Sorry chump
But I believe we have a problem here in the USA with religion
Muslims are for the most part Evil mother f---ers just read there f---ing book any other religion besides there’s covert or die. That’s BS on the Muslims part saying that there religion is of peace.

"But I believe we have a problem here in the USA with religion"

I agree I am against superstition as well. i don't beleive in god for the same reason i don't beleive in the tooth fairy.

"Muslims are for the most part Evil mother f---ers just read there f---ing book any other religion besides there’s covert or die. That’s BS on the Muslims part saying that there religion is of peace."

I agree, I also think the bible is anything but a book of peace.

Doesn't matter, you Rightwingers are all going to hell in a hand basket....LOL

Wow, amazing how none of the Right leaning blogs are reporting on the Libby trial, but Keith is.

Too much for ya all - right?? LOL

    not
I no there is an after life call me crazy I no you do.

Your clueless Libby could go to prison along with Rove who really cares besides you and Olberf---?

we got a war to win! in Iraq
    now shut the f--- up.

Whoa, do you kiss your mother with that filthy mouth/ Spoken like a true Ted haggard Conservative...LOL.

You are a filthy pig pervert.

at least I'm not butt f---ing some homo in SF CA

It would seem that both Mr. Levin and Mr. Olbermann need to be presented with the Gospel message of Jesus Christ.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - A judge issued an arrest warrant Tuesday for Daniel Baldwin after he failed to appear in Orange County Superior Court on charges that he illegally took another person's car.

    better yet
when was the last time olberf--- an you talked

When Olbermann makes fun of the right wing morons you can tell that he is having a ball. Morons have a way of exposing themselves so Olbermann's job is easy and fun. Levin's rant sounds like some 12 year old on the playground. The more he rants, the bigger the smile on Keith's face. Oh yeah, your mother is twice as fat as my mother. So there, take that, you perverted pencil dick. I wonder if Levin got his law degree from the same web site that Ted Haggard will be getting his psychology degree from.

"When Olbermann makes fun of the right wing morons you can tell that he is having a ball."

Roger, if you spent any time reading this site (I suspect you don't, since I've never seen your posts before), the main objection to Olbermann is not that he wants to make fun of any particular polticial ideology. There is certainly room to criticize those on the right side of the pollitcal spectrum-- our budget deficeit is coming down, but spending has been way overboard, nothing meaingful has been done about immigration, earmarks should have been addressed a long time ago, we should have done better planning to stabilize Iraq after Sadaam was removed, etc.

Your man Olbermann however is the most unqualified critic of the political right that I can think of and there are plenty of dimwits to compete for that distinction. First, he labels himself as an unbiased newsman when he is nothing but a cheerlader for the left wing fringe. Second, he refuses to attempt to demonstrate the validity of his criticisms by allowing challenges from dissenting voices. This is because he is fearful and "queasy" (a direct quote from your hero Olbermann) about debating.

Finally if he wants to make a sport out of criticizing "right wingers" which you claim is "fun and easy", he might try doing a little fact checking from time to time. Findng Olbermann's lies is also "fun and easy", Roger. Here's one: Olbermann accused O'Reilly of "defending Nazis" and fired off a Nazi salute while holding a BOR mask in front of his face at a public event to imply that BOR is a Nazi supporter. This is simply Olbermann completely fabricating a charge because he has a pathological jealous obsession with Fox and O'Reilly.

    Olbermann is a sick man.

    "Olbermann is a sick man."

He's a wonderful gifted journalist making a fool of Bill O'Reilly. This site demonstrates the depths of incoherent rage he inspires you.

"Incoherent"? Actually Hank laid out his case very lucidly, using examples and quotes from Keith.

You may not agree with Hank's assessment but it was hardly incoherent, let alone hyperbolic or wrathful.

How did we get to the state in television news where wonderful and gifted journalist newscasters include lampooning their on-air competition in special segments almost nightly and focus solely on criticising one party and one political ideology without any representation of that party or people who hold that ideology?

    Murrow would be so proud.

You may not agree with Hank's assessment but it was hardly incoherent, let alone hyperbolic or wrathful.

When I said you, I speaking broadly of those on the right who are furious enough with olbermann to start a site whose sole purpose is to mock him.

"How did we get to the state in television news where wonderful and gifted journalist newscasters include lampooning their on-air competition in special segments almost nightly and focus solely on criticising one party and one political ideology without any representation of that party or people who hold that ideology?"

Ok you seem to want to have a serious discussion on the matter so I will oblige. I actually for the record, think that olbermann is no different than Rush Limbaugh with one exception he does not call himself a liberal commentator (assuming Rush calls himself conservative. I really wouldn't know). However, (i can hear the groaning now) I really don't think Olbermann is any different than Bill O'Reilly.

now before eveyone comes back to me pointing out that Bill O'Reilly allows alternate viewpoints on his show, I will concede that and say i still think he is just as bad. Here is my rational, O'Reilly, in my opinion, devotes his show to basically challenging liberal talking points while supporting conservative ones. He does have debate but as it is his show, on his turf, he is able to spend more time addressing points and often overlaps or talks over who he is debating (sometimes cutting a mic. or two).Oreilly is not a newsman asking questions, he is a conservative with an unfair advantage over a liberal in the debate. So in my opinon the show his show is the worse of the two as it creates the illusion of fairness (while the liberal is in a handicapped debate postion.

Olbermann, for all of his claims that he is not political is quite transparent. I would venture that the people who watch his show are liberal (meaning they are converted) So he is preaching to the choir and not swaying any opinons. meaning he is not as dangerous because their is no illusion of objectivity.

Now you complained about the state of news , I agree with you. I think it is turning into a my guy is getting your guy. Liberals enjoy it when Olbermann Slams O'Reilly You guys love it when Levin or dollar slam Olbermann it cuts both ways and it is probably bad in both cases.

Anyway that's reality from my viewpoint you are of course free to disagree.

When I said you, I speaking broadly of those on the right who are furious enough with olbermann to start a site whose sole purpose is to mock him.

Johnny isn't incoherent with rage either and the site doesn't just mock, it rebuts.

Which scenario is more wrathful, biased, and hostile to the free exachange of ideas:

    A. Starting a website in order to rebut a primetime news show that routinely issues unanswered critical reports and charges against one party and one political ideology and to critique, mock, and parody the show's anchor who uses his priimetime news show to lampoon his on-air competition. A website that does all this and also allows posters of all views to comment and to critique the site!

    OR

    B. Describing such an enterprise as essentially invalid in that it is merely the product of incoherent rage because it isn't goring the ox that you want gored....

    I report....you decide...

"Oreilly is not a newsman asking questions, he is a conservative with an unfair advantage over a liberal in the debate. So in my opinon the show his show is the worse of the two as it creates the illusion of fairness (while the liberal is in a handicapped debate postion."

So in other words, all shows with hosts that hold certain views (PBS's former Firing Line, Hardball, The Weekend with George Stephanopolis, Charlie Rose, Larry King...) but also invite guests holding opposing views on to air those views, merely give the "illusion of fairness" because the host is ultimately in control of the show...so they are therefore MORE "dangerous" because... audience might think the host is objective?...objective enough to let someone the air who disagrees with him?.... dangerous because we're actually hearing both sides?...

THIS is a rebuttal to the criticism that Olbermann doesn't allow ANY republican or conservative on air to answer reports, criticism or charges against their party or ideology...

"Johnny isn't incoherent with rage either and the site doesn't just mock, it rebuts."

"On Thursday, the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann named constitutional attorney and talk show host Mark Levin the Worst Person in the World. On his Friday program, Mr Levin replied to Oralmann's attack."

Personally I see much more mocking in that than rebutting. but hey, we are each operating out of our own reality tunnel. I think calling someone "Oralman" is the action of someone pretty damn well enraged.

"Which scenario is more wrathful, biased, and hostile to the free exachange of ideas:

    A. Starting a website in order to rebut a primetime news show that routinely issues unanswered critical reports and charges against one party and one political ideology and to critique, mock, and parody the show's anchor who uses his priimetime news show to lampoon his on-air competition. OR

    B. Describing such an enterprise as essentially invalid in that it is merely the product of incoherent rage because it isn't goring the ox that you want gored....

    b. is an incorrect choice because it does not represent my sentiment. my senitment is that this site is a product of incoherent rage period. not because they are not goring the ox I want. You will probably not believe me but tif this site was a site that listed what olbermann said, then simply put why they think that is wrong i would respect. I may not always agree with it but I would respect it.

I don't beleive that is what O'relly does. i think most of the cases you mentioned the newsman atempts (he may fail on occasion) to play devil's advocate. I beleive O'Reilly has an agenda. Which in my opinon is the more dangerous of the two.

"THIS is a rebuttal to the criticism that Olbermann doesn't allow ANY republican or conservative on air to answer reports, criticism or charges against their party or ideology..."

Yes it is a rebuttal. Hey I didn't expect you to buy it. Frankly I don't expect there is any argument I could wage that would convince you that O'Reilly has an agenda. It seems clear to me we are in different reality tunnels ( yours in the right lane where bill is actually in a no spin zone) (my is in the left lane where i hthink Larry king's attempts to rein in his biases and Olbermann is transparent and htherefor not causing any real harm)

It also seems to me that you have ignored the fact that the only difference between Rush Limaugh and Olbermann, is that Limbaugh is labeld a conservative. He certainly does not allow oposing viewpoints on his show. No honest debate there.

i'm not arguing that makes olbermann's way right I am arguing the fact that in axctuallity it is you who are upset about what ox is not getting "gored."
