I just posted a comment at 1:27PM central time. It was in response to Neil Boortz getting the bronze award on Keith's stupid worst person awards. I asked "Will Keith have Neil Boortz on his program in the near future" (HA!). I might wait awhile to see it appear.

I posted a comment earlier this morning about Dullberman not knowing anything about news. I also made mention of his man-crush on O'Reilly. Oddly enough, didn't make the page. Just sent another one remarking the similarity between "News Hole" and Dullbermann not allowing dissenting opinion. You just know that one isn't going to be posted.

Ironically, soon thereafter, I received an email (I used a 'junk mail' yahoo account) from a Democratic website crying about the DNC candidates being invited to debate on FoxNews. Or something. I read the first paragraph and just started laughing. They want to "freeze out" FoxNews for apparently airing both sides. Let me know and I can post the absurdity here. I can include the reply email address to, if anyone wants it.

I'd be curious to know if you had ever received junk mail from Dem websites before on this particular email address. It might be an interesting exercise for someone to create an entirely new email address and use it only on BlackHole, and see what appears in the in box thereafter.

Here's an update. At 2:27 Reggie posted an anti-KO message regarding the Neil Boortz WPITW segment. When I saw that I posted an anti-Boortz comment in the same thread. My post was written at 2:34, seven minutes after Reggie's. What happened? My post just appeared a few minutes ago. Reggie's post didn't make the cut. The selective censorship couldn't be more obvious.

In that entry there is a different thread for each of the five stories on the program, plus one each for Oddball and WPITW. I'm in the WPITW thread, at 2:34. My post reads: "Neil Boortz is a clown. This comment made the cut while Reggie's anti-KO comment did not (I'm assuming Reggie's comment was posted in this thread since it is related to the WPITW segment. Interesting that Olbermann can use those terms on-air against other people with impunity but if someone uses those terms to describe KO on a blog NBC suddenly finds standards of acceptable discourse.

Interesting: take a part of one of Olbermann's "special commentaries". Let's say one of the more inflammatory sections (right, which part isn't inflammatory?). Then simply substitute his name (or any liberal figure) for the names in the commentary.

I take exception to the premise put forth that Senate Republicans are blocking debate about the Iraq War. The Senate could have debated three resolutions sponsored by several senators from both sides of the aisle. The Democratic leadership is the one attempting to limit debate by shutting out anything not in lockstep with one idea. Both sides are doing what comes naturally, being politicians first and statesmen second.

The story begins at Michigan State University with a mechanical engineering professor named Indrek Wichman. Wichman sent an e-mail to the Muslim Student's Association. T he e-mail was in response to the students'

protest of the Danish cartoons that portrayed the Prophet Muhammad as a terrorist. The group had complained the cartoons were "hate speech."

Enter Professor Wichman. In his e-mail, he said the following:

They're demanding that Wichman be reprimanded and mandatory diversity training for faculty and a seminar on hate and discrimination for freshman. Now the chapter of CAIR has jumped into the fray. CAIR, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, apparently doesn't believe that the good professor had the right to express his opinion.

For its part, the university is standing its ground, saying the e-mail was private, and they don't intend to publicly condemn his remarks. That will probably change. Wichman says he never intended for his e-mail to be made public, and wouldn't have used the same strong language if he'd known it was going to get out.

How's the left going to handle this one? If you're in favor of the freedom of speech, as in the case of Ward Churchill, will the same protections be demanded for Indrek Wichman? I doubt it.

As Monsieur Royale might say:
