Show of hands......who really takes Keith Olbermann (D) seriously???

The Dems' no-confidence vote seeking to oust AG Alberto Gonzales just failed, 53-38 in the Senate. I GUARANTEE that Olbermann (D) will not cover this! Or if he does it will be with another 10 minute conspiracy montage of how the whole thing was rigged by the White House linked to some type of terrorism scare. (Smallpox anyone?)

Where is Olby? Is he celebrating a special day today?

Maybe his weekend-viagra spree didn't wear off?

Dan Abrams was filling in for Joe Scarborough, he seemed pretty cranky, I wonder if Olbermann is finally taken his toll on poor Dan.
    ESPN part II

Olbermann - 3rd place in both ratings demos'!

53-38? That means it wasn't just 'dems'

Can you tell me exactly how many (R)'s voted for it?

    Nice try raging hard-on...

Says Anony: "These total morons are still spewing their obsessive hatred for keith Olbermann even when he's not on the show.

Some sick people on this site."

And your excuse for being on a site whose opinions are contrary to yours defending a piece of shit like Olby?

Says Average Idiot: "moron paranoid BUSHWIPES!"

Average Idiot, come on down here to Charlotte and I'll get you a piece of ass before you have a nervous breakdown.

I really feel for you. Do you ever get out?

"Dan Abrams was filling in for Joe Scarborough, he seemed pretty cranky, I wonder if Olbermann is finally taken his toll on poor Dan. ESPN part II"

Dan Abrams got cranky when he was "promoted" to boss... it's part of his new executive persona.

I see that Mister Abrams finally gave up on the scruffy beard look. Dan, you have to be able to GROW a beard for that to work.

Olby's ratings have hit their peak
    Countdown's content is really weak
    Keith's moonbat spews
    No opposing views
    Olby's future looks pretty bleak

    "moron- paranoid"
Start the thread off strong antipatriot.
Moron? The libs pander to the immigrants, inner city poor, and uneducated for votes every day. Kettle- is that you?
Paranoid? My favorite slander from the left. Top three conspiracy theories that the left likes to flaunt. Bush stole the election, Bush knew about 911 prior to 911, and that the Government actually blew up the towers. Oh- Don't forget that a plane actually never hit the pentagon... cuckooo- cuckoo.

    Anon @ 11:38

It was a cloture vote. But since you need us to do the research for you, the R's voting for cloture were Collins, Coleman, Hagel, Smith, Snow, Specter, Sununu.

Of course, since it was a cloture vote, all they were voting for was to vote on the resolution.

I got news for you anon 11:24, those 911 conspiracy theories are being advanced by people on the fringe of BOTH the left AND the right.

In fact, the only ones who I know personally who will actually argue these theories publicly are Evangelical Christian CONSERVATIVES....on YOUR side.

"In fact, the only ones who I know personally who will actually argue these theories publicly are Evangelical Christian CONSERVATIVES....on YOUR side."

I have no idea what the point of that statement is. Are you attempting to insinuate that only the "Evangelical Christian Conservatives" will publicly discuss these theories? Or that only they believe them. Or that of all the people you have met, only the ones you label Evangelical Christian Conservatives do either?

Either way, the statment makes zero sense.

    Rosie O'Donnell...Charlie Sheen...Cindy Sheehan...

None of those labels apply to them.

Amen scott... mike does his research in a vacuum.

"...homeless people arr out of control. "

I wonder if Laura has seen the study that supports the theory that in most major cities, up to 25% of all homeless are actually Veterans.

Shame on Laura....Kicking to curb the very people who fought to protect her sorry ass...

I didn't want to 'trouble' Laura (being a first lady to the biggest imbecile in American Presidential History is hard work, you know) so I just went ahead and provided the information.

And this is from 1999! Something tells me the percentages will spike dramatically post Iraq debacle...

Many Homeless in U.S. Are Veterans
    Thursday, November 27, 2003

    By Kelley Beaucar Vlahos

WASHINGTON — Hundreds of thousands of homeless veterans will be walking into shelters and soup kitchens on Thanksgiving, and advocates warn that many more will follow if the United States does not prepare to assist soldiers returning from the current war in Iraq.

"We have to be almost hyper-vigilant when these guys get back," said Steve Robinson, executive director of the National Gulf War Resource Center (search), an advocacy organization for Persian Gulf War-era veterans.

U.S. veterans face a greater chance of becoming homeless than the general population, say experts. According to the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans (search), a study released in 1999 found that while veterans count for 9 percent of the entire population, they are nearly 23 percent of the homeless population and 33 percent of the adult male homeless population.

...So next time you pass that pan handling dude on the street corner, keep in mind that there's a 1 in 3 chance he's been trained to kill you with his bare hands!

    Good to know!

    >Hum? Most were black males, 20-30's, all healthy and asking for money. We were even threatened on more than one once or given insults because we didn;t give them money.

Posted by: Laura Bush at June 12, 2007 1:34 PM

I always knew Laura was a racist...

A scared shitless man posting as laura bush calling someone else a 'pussy.'

    Only on OlbermannWatch!

    >You are either Average Idiot, Mike or SIr Loin. I ran your asses out of here yesterday and almost every day. YOu are pussies.

Posted by: Laura Bush at June 12, 2007 1:40 PM

Apparently a 'legend' in his own mind. I have yet to see George Bush or Laura Bush win a single argument here.

    So, tell me...

Do you only post as Laura when you're wearing your wife's panties?

"Our name is world recognized as the best."

    Laura Bush works for Toyota?????

Laura Says: I'm doing damned good. I have zzero complaints. You are just talking about problems in your own sandbox. You are just another whining liberal looking for a handout.

Is that a joke? Praz Bush is doing a good? I would HATE to see what you think is a failure.

And working hard doesnt do shit for one in this country. There are a few cases of people working for thier lot. But there are thousands more people who work 3 jobs just to make ends meet and never get ahead in life. Are they not working hard enough? Take an introductory sociology course and take notes. Life isnt fair. America isnt the land where one can get ahead just by working. One can het ahead by getting a good start in life, if you're born lower class in the projects...pretty much screwed. But who cares about them? They dont make campaign donations.

Ahhh- the old tired line that Republicans are the party that takes money from the Big Companies, and the Dems only collect 10s and 20s from old ladies and hippies that want change. You should check the earmarks on all the corporate money going to Hillary and Obama. It'll make you choike on all the koolaid they have been feeding you the last 20 years. The poor have far more opportunities in this country than many others. Just ask all the mexicans running across your flower bed to get here.

Yes, we do have a few opportunities here, and more than alot of countries. But it still pisses me off to know that people out there with all the money in the world think they deserve it because thier daddy capitalized on something back in the twenties. I work at a country club, one of the richest and nicest in the country. I deal with these people every day. There are plenty of people out there who DO NOT WORK. I can think of at least 4 couples who have the money to shell out over 60K a year to remain members, and pay an average of $100 on dinner PER NIGHT but do not work a second of the day. They spend morning to night at the pool.

This is happening while you are out there saying, "work harder to get ahead" I dont believe that shit, what I've found in my work experience is quite the opposite. The more money you make, the less you work. Thats not fair.

My "tirade" had nothing to do with republicans taking money blah blah blah. I dont care who contributes to Hillary or Obama.

The poor here have shit for prospects unless they happen to get lucky. Dont tell me that all you have to do is work har to get ahead...thats bullshit. The social class you're born into is most likely the social class you will die in.

i am the exception to your rant. My family struggled for every meal as I was a kid. We lived paycheck to paycheck, but my family stressed the need to stay in school so i'd make more than min wage when i grew older. Sadly my friends who chose to party in school and have a good time are now living check to check Yet i have time to work my 9-5 and counter the propoganda that bloggers like you poop out. Perhaps my pasty skin color gave me the edge I needed to succeed, as you will surely counter.

Laura rants: "Ain't it quite odd Mike, Blaind Rat, Average Idiot, & Sir Loin haven't posted today."

Exactly what is so 'odd' about that, screwball?

Propaganda...yeah...thats why its taught in Sociology classes all over the country. I did say there are exceptions. Congrats that you are doing okay for yourself and Im sure that your "pasty skin" didnt hurt at all. It probably did help quite a big.

My point remains that 2% of the population own 50% of the wealth. Add in the next 8% of the wealthy and and you add another 35% of the wealth. This means that 10% hold 85% of the total wealth where the bottom 50% of us hold just about 1% of the total wealth.

And things have only gotten worse in the past 7 years. Health Care premiums are up 80%, College tuition is up 44%. Under Bush's tax cuts, Families making over 1 Mil a year had an after-tax income increase of 6% while those making 40-70K a yeare saw only a rise of 2.5%. The Poverty rate has increased 12% since 2000 that equates to an additional 5.4 Mil in poverty.

This is the land of opportunity...only if you can pay the premium

    Good job secret service !

Just dust yourself off and climb back on cowboy...

    Thank God Jeff's back...!

Now that he's here to mean make himself look stupid, we can talk about him again.

Cee, Cecelia, Grammie could've used your mean drivel the last couple've days.

Rasmussen Report: Democrats Trusted More Than Republicans on 10 Key Issues

“Democrats are currently trusted more than Republicans on all ten issues measured in Rasmussen Reports tracking surveys. Democrats even have slight advantages on National Security and Taxes, two issues “owned” by Republicans during the generation since Ronald Reagan took office.

“On National Security, 46% now trust Democrats more while 43% prefer the GOP. On taxes, the Democrats have a five point advantage, 47% to 42%. Democrats enjoy double digit advantages on ethics and government corruption, the War in Iraq, Immigration, Education, Social Security, and Healthcare. The Republicans are within single digits on Abortion and the Economy.

“Rasmussen Reports monthly surveys have shown a sharp decline in the number of Americans considering themselves Republicans over the past eight months. Democrats currently enjoy an 11-point advantage on the Generic Congressional Ballot.”
