I agree. He is still somewhat uncomfortable in a team setting. Olby reminds me of a cardboard cutout. Costas can deal with him, but the others prefer not to, apparently. They do enjoy making fun of him.

I think that Favre is not metrosexual in any way so that's one reason that he looks older than his age. We are so accustomed to seeing big-time sports stars groomed and managed by stylists and handlers. Brett is not on the Grecian formula and hasn't seen a razor in a day or two.

In my experience men's facial hair grays before the hair on their head does. And hair color fades for many years before turning gray.

True, he is prematurely gray. But it does not appear that he is using hair color. That is common among graying men and women, as we know.

Keith's appearance on the second half of FNIA was pretty much limited to turning his head to the right to listen to Bob Costas, sort of like one of the hostesses for those overnight informercials who just sits there and listens to the pitch de jour. Meanwhile, his WPIW was fairly obvious, but not bad in naming the Chargers braintrust of Smith and Spanos at WPIW.

My big thing during that segment was I thought Keith was supposed to be Mr. Yankees fan, taking nights off from "Countdown" when the Yanks and Sawx (to use Mike Wilborn's pronunciation) were at the Stadium. Now Collingsworth comes on and says Keith was in in grouchy mood tonight because the Mets lost to the Marlins. Either Chris got his teams wrong -- something Olby didn't seem to correct -- or Keith is just about the only person in New York who roots for both the Mets and Yankees. Even Hillary picked a team when she ran for the Senate (though I believe we're now into year eight since she declared her love for the Yankees without once ever going to see a game).
