"COUNTDOWN WITH KEITH OLBERMANN" (8:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. ET)
Guest Host: David Shuster
Topics/Guests:
Working six nights a week? There's the rub.
Krazy Keith said no way, call a sub.
So now Robin is in,
To promote OlbySpin,
Leaving Bathman to soak in his tub.
Special bonus audio clip: John Gibson on Chris Matthews, tomorrow's debate, and of course the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann!
I've always wondered where the "bathtub boy" stuff comes from, J$
Check the FAQ. It's in there. See the Resources list in the left hand column of this page.
The perfect sub for Olbermann-just as biased and just about as "credible"--which means ditto on both scores.
It figures that Keith would reward David for his ambush of that Republican Congresswoman.
Hey God,
You are into Commandments, not Amendments, remember?
Don't be such a dumbass!
Where is the summary for David Schuster?
Postd by Rico:
"Hey God,
You are into Commandments, not Amendments, remember?
Don't be such a dumbass!"
END QUOTE
We already know the onvious Rico. It's amazing the number of atheists today. Just a product of piss poor parents and a school system that has been destroyed by liberals, teacher unions and people that aint fit to teach.
People like this fuck struggle today and eternity to them are the days till payday. He's about to find out what eternity realy is. Just like Mike Lussy, SLOB the Walking Dead, O'Lielly the Zombie, AAPuke.
As a life long Red Sox fan since Yaz and Dewey were chasing down flies, it was a pleasure learning this morning the Yankees were ousted from the playoffs last night. I'm sure Olbyfuck was at the game.
I doubt Steinbrenner will make his WPITW segment with his remarks about Torre's future if the Yanks lose the series since only Reublicans, conservatives and people of Faith make that list.
You can't single out a liberal WPITW since they all are the worst people in the world.
While Mr Redneck I stand with you united in the fact that there are turds aplenty here on this board, I am a Yankee fan crying in my chai tea, hahahahahahaha
Congrats to the sawx
Krazy Keith had to take off the day
Watch the Yankees and Indians play
Tribe laid them to waste
Yankee cut and paste
No one cares what Keith has to say
We need to keep Keith on the air forever to show what liberals are really made of!
Yeah, ussjimmycarter!
That's why liberals are beating conservatives in the polls of presidential candidates and Bush is the most hated president in history, son...
Dope...
Olbermann was on the ESPN pre-game radio show last night (just before the Yankees-Indians game) doing a "special comment" ripping Roger Clemens (pre-taped). Went point by point in his 7 post season worse games. I'll check this later, but wasn't Clemens in something like 35 post season games, winning over half of them? Play-it-safe Keith picked a good time to pile on Clemens...geez, this guy is so predictable.
The fact that the Yankees lost is a strong leading indicator. Keith will be in a foul mood on Tuesday's show.

Read a new history book Blinddemocrat. One with more words and no pop-ups.
Truman (D) was the most hated president.
Jimmy Carter (D) was the worst president.
For making the Dumbest comment on this blog this morning, Neo-Liberal Blindrat is the Dumbest Person in the World.
Keith- blindrat has been making the dumbest comments for months... it's his trademark.
Redneck Proud, so true about the liberal schools and their teachers...
My daughter's main projects in her 9th and 10th grade history classes were about WWII. (Basically, if she passed both essay's she passed for both years).
The essay's were NOT about what the U.S. did in the war, but what the U.S. did to the "poor Japenese" over here in regards to the internment camps.
Over 400 thousand Americans died in that war, and she wasn't taught ONE THING about why we were even in the war.
When I asked her about D-Day, Normandy, The Bataan death march, Iwo Jima, etc. I just got a blank stare.
My daughter is very very smart (honor student), as she will remember whatever is told to her. A vacuum when it comes to any knowledge that is out there, but yet nothing about the good things America did in the war.
She did know about the two atom bombs that were dropped, as it resulted in another 100 thousand "poor innocent Japenese" dying.
This is all in high school, and the colleges are much worse, so how in the world will this younger generation ever get the feel of what a great nation we have when they are denied any of the history behind it?
Thankfully she has learned America's true history from me, and her grandfather, but why in the hell are we spending so much on school taxes if they are only being taught one tenth of the whole truth?
Always negative about the U.S., and never anything good.
We live in a very very scary time right now, and what the future holds is not bright.
The democrats of old are not these same ones today, and think what would have happened if instead of Harry Truman as the president in '45 we had ANY of these democrats now!?
No Hiroshima and no Nakasaki, which would have meant about 250 thousand more of our men dying and about 500 thousand more of the Japenese....
God help us all if American ever stops fighting and we try to appease these animals!
I wonder if we will get a spechual komment tonight trashing Roger Clemmens. We know Keith Thinks Roger is the Bill O'Reilly of pitching because Roger did not sign his baseball card. I guess Roger thinks children should be asking for his autograph, not a middle aged loser.
"That's why liberals are beating conservatives in the polls of presidential candidates and Bush is the most hated president in history, son..."
Of course blindrat will show us what poll he states that an overwhelming percentage of Americans HATE. And remember, blindrat said HATE, George Bush.
Remember blindrat, it's the poll that states people that HATE George Bush as you state.
I saw a poll the other day that had the Bush approval rating at 33%. But! In that same poll Congress was at a 22% approval rate.
Now if we were to go along with the blindrat theory that Bush "is the most HATED president in history".
Well then, what does that make the DEMOCRAT Congress?
And they have the LOWEST approval rating in History!
And that's a fact!
Only a blindrat couldn't see that!
Then again last week blindrat said HATE was common.
Just a friendly reminder from blindrat to show you what happens when you let HATE consume you.
You become a BLIND rat.
"son....."
Keep spewing that hate old man! Hitler would be proud of you!
While we all laugh.

That's why we have PBS & NPR.
Taxpayer funded of course.
KOmrade Keith will always have a place to go.

Jimmy Carter:
Double digit inflation.
Long Gas Lines.
Hostages being paraded around.
America a laughing stock.

Unemployment in double digits.
Bronx and other cities are burning.

Last but not least.
HOW ABOUT THOSE INDIANS!!
The fact that the Yankees lost is a strong leading indicator. Keith will be in a foul mood on Tuesday's show.

I think he picked them to finish third, so he can't be too cranky. Although, HE may be cranky because HE finished THIRD in the demo on Friday:

Now that the loons have quieted down about the whole fraudulent "phony soldiers" slur against Rush, I was looking back at some of Orange Boy's parade of liberal lapdogs who held forth on this topic and parrotted Olby's lies on last week's programs. Here is a quote from Rush hater Rachel Maddow, explaining that one sided "news" programs are actually a good thing:
"this is another one of those stories of fake balance striking again, where there is this idea that there has to be two sides to each story. . .That isn‘t two sides to the story, but it has to be represented that way, as if his perspective on it is somehow equally true or equally valid."
This is the perfect encapsulation of the Olbermann approach to "news": Pretend that you are "reporting" a story by bringing in a like minded leftist to engage in a self-congraulatory discussion of how wonderful and brilliant the left's perspective is and how awful and evil any conservative perspective is. Rather than allow a conservative guest to speak for himself or herself, Orange Boy and his guest (such as Maddow)will substitute their own biased/incomplete/distorted account of
the isssue from the conservative perspective and declare that they have given "fair" treatment to the story.
This is the sort of "objective" reporting of stories that you would find in totalitarian regimes. Congratulations, Comrade Keith, think of your stint on Meltdown as an internship for your next stop on the Hugo Chavez "News" Network.
This is the same way left wing celebrity’s act. They only appear on echo chambers like Real Slime with Bill Moron where they can be congratulated and patted on the back for regurgitating talking points. This is why Bruce Springsteen went on 60 mins so that he could have a forum where he would have is butt kissed while he spewed foolishness unchallenged. This is why liberals love to go on Colbert. They can have a "debate" with a fake Bill O'Reilly so they can appear to win without actually being challenged. It is mindless groupthink.
Olbermann was on the ESPN pre-game radio show last night (just before the Yankees-Indians game) doing a "special comment" ripping Roger Clemens (pre-taped). That was me, I did not put my name partly because I could not provide a link. I heard it on my drive home from work.
The "sports special comment" only lasted about 60 seconds and this spiel, although similar to the one J$ provided a link to, mainly focused on 7 of Clemen's post season failures do to injury/health (both mental & physical---according to Keith).
I think Olbermann is still under contract to ESPN (one of the reasons he can't really go on Dan Patrick's new radio gig), and they got to have him doing something, I guess. I have not been listening to all the ESPN baseball coverage, so I do not know if he has taped other comments.
And 6:18, you forgot to mention how Reagan 'cut and ran' from Lebanon after the disastrous marine barracks bombing.
Look at Slippery's ratings for last night. LOL.

Chris Matthews is Fox News' bitch. Fox News made him well aware that if he tried his slimmy little left wing hit jobs, they were going to hammer him. Like the little sissy he is, he back down and tried to act like a moderator instead of a political hack.
Did y'all hear Fred say,
"No one was talking to you, Chris" ?
Thompson handed Matthews his ass! (no homo)
Yea! Ole Fred's a man's man...lets make him pres! He won't take no s**t from nobody. What a man!
I have to commend MSNBC and very vocal critics for muzzling Motormouth Matthews. He seemed to be much more sedate and calm during this event than during the last debate he moderated. And it was funny when Thompson zinged him.
You've gotta love it, kids. Another toe-tapping, bathroom stalking, family-values neocon politician...
Louisiana - Republican Councilman Joey DiFatta, who on Thursday withdrew from his Senate campaign, has been stopped twice since 1996 for suspicion of engaging in lewd behavior in public restrooms in Jefferson Parish, reports The Times-Picayune.
In one police report it shows that DiFatta was watching "a man use the bathroom while peering through a hole in a bathroom stall." Another says "DiFatta slid his foot into the deputy's stall and tapped the deputy's foot"
Just hours before the story appeared in the Times-Picayune, DiFatta called local reporters to announce that he would withdraw from the senate race because he had been having chest pains and "might have had a minor heart attack in the past few days."
From The Times-Picayune:
Jefferson Parish deputies working an undercover detail in a men's bathroom at Dillard's at Lakeside Shopping Center in March 2000 stopped DiFatta after he indicated a desire to engage in sex with an undercover deputy in an adjoining bathroom stall, according to an interoffice memorandum written by Sgt. Keith Conley, one of the deputies involved in the investigation. The report said DiFatta slid his foot into the deputy's stall and tapped the deputy's foot. In the report, Conley noted that such activity is common among men to indicate a willingness to participate in sex.
The deputy inside the stall, Detective Wayne Couvillion, responded by tapping his foot, and DiFatta reached under the partition and began to rub the deputy's leg, the report states.
The detective asked DiFatta, "What do you want?" according to the report, and he replied, "I want to play with you."
DiFatta also used a hand signal to indicate that he wanted to engage in sex and used language that indicated the same, according to the report. Conley, who is now the Kenner city attorney, confirmed the report's authenticity Thursday.

you're about two days late, rat. Sir Loin of Sausage already posted this in another thread. get back into the huddle for your next play... we'll wait.
Mike,

=============================
You forgot to tell us what you wanted Reagan to do after that bombing.
3M TA3,
"Play"? Oh, I forgot...neocons see politics and wars as games...
I cannot believe that I didn't check out the entire blog before I posted, son. I notice that you had a lot to say with your post. Funny how neocons NEVER have ANY ideas unless they've waited a day to check them out with Rush or Bush...
Some would call you folks "cowardly dogs", but not me. You are simply whimps...
Rico,
>>You forgot to tell us what you wanted Reagan to do after that bombing.
Well, the least he could've done was to stop selling weapons to terrorists after that, son...
Blindrat,
Which terrorists? Name them.
Apparently, Rico is unfamiliar with Iran/Contra...
""Play"? Oh, I forgot...neocons see politics and wars as games..."
I was talking about your post, not "wars".
"Funny how neocons NEVER have ANY ideas unless they've waited a day to check them out with Rush or Bush..."
pot, meet kettle. like I said...go back to the huddle
3M,
I spent yesterday debating socialized medicine on this site.
What have you offered, son?
wouldn't you like to know, dad.
Translation: "I'm just another dumb neocon with no opinions of his own"...
Translation: "I'm just another dumb neocon with no opinions of my own"...
fixed it for you.
blindrat,
Did you hear that Sandy Burger is advising Hillary's campaign? No, really, you know the guy who stuffed classified documents down his pants to shield the Clintons?
Meet the new boss, same as the old boss . . .
hank,
You've confused me with someone who supports Hillary, son...
hank,
blindrat is concerned about politican wrongdoing if it is any republican illegally expressing his paraphilias.....
Haven't you learned that yet?
hank,
You've confused me with someone who supports Hillary, son...
Posted by: blindrat at October 10, 2007 1:45 PM
So, is it your contention that Hillary's utilization of lawbreakers to advise her campaign should not reflect unfavorably on the Democratic party generally or on other Democratic party politicians specifically?
Hank, I do believe our visually challenged rodent is selectively blind.
Grammie
And Hank, only when one republican does something perverted does it reflect poorly on all republicans....but the democrats?....well, look at his response above....
Another example of blindrat's silliness.
"And Hank, only when one republican does something perverted does it reflect poorly on all republicans....but the democrats?....well, look at his response above...."
Exactly, Cee. I think blindrat knew this was the logical extension of his attempt to brush off my observation that Hillary is using Sandy Burglar to advise her so blindrat crawled back in his hole
all candor, Hank and Cee, you have constructed a hypothetical. We don't have a single Republican doing something perverted do we? While not all Republican politicians are perverse, and not all perverse politicians are Republicans, you do have to admit that a significant number of nabbed perverse politicians in recent experience have been Republicans, don't you? I don't believe that perverts are drawn to the Republican party, but I do believe the close-mindedness and intolerance of the Republican party base lends itself to Republican politicians secreting their natures.
Posted by: at October 11, 2007 9:30 AM
Well, it's interesting to know that Democrats are open-minded and non-judgemental about the sort of behavior Vitter and Craig engaged in.
I had thought you folks frowned on this stuff too.
Who knew...
9:30, Nice hypothetical, teach!
"When people fall from the heights in which they (alone) have placed themselves, there is some, unfortunate degree of satisfaction in watching them wallow with the rest of us in what they perceive to be the muck and mire of ordinary mortality"
Oh, I see. It's just the Republicans that have fallen "from the heights in which they (alone) have placed themselves". I guess you must have forgotten your history anonymous. Let me refresh your recollection. When the Clintons ("2 for 1") came to office in 1993, they promised the "most ethical administration in history". Space and time do not permit me to list the numerous scandals that the Clintons were involved in from campaign finance improprieties (and coverup) to perjury to pardons issued through cronyism, etc. Now, Hillary beings back as a campaign adviser one of the most destestable cretins, Sandy Berger, who stole and destroyed classified documents to shield the Clintons.
So spare me your sanctimonious lecture about deeming "you and yours morally and ethically superior to we mere mortals". No one does moral preening any better than the likes of Hillary and the bunch she will bring on board (if elected) from her husband's previous stints in office
With that said, please feel free to deem you and yours morally and ethically superior to we mere mortals. I can assure you it bothers us not in the least.
Posted by: at October 11, 2007 12:09 PM
Well, since you're the one arguing that Democrats are a humbler and more tolerant lot, you beat me to the moral superiority stance...
It continues to be interesting to watch you argue that this behavior is wrong while you simultaneously suggest that it's judgmental, intolerant, and self-righteous to condemn it...
I'd venture to say most Democrats have no trouble condemning adultery and feel nary a pang over their lack of tolerance.
That YOU say you regret that your stomach turns over their actions probably has more to do with your desire to draw a contrast (albeit an illogical one in light of your other statements) with those folks you humbly deem as self-righteous prigs.
When people fall from the heights in which they (alone) have placed themselves, there is some, unfortunate degree of satisfaction in watching them wallow with the rest of us in what they perceive to be the muck and mire of ordinary mortality. I actually feel pity that they cannot see life is really not as filled with muck and mire as the people on high pretended and pontificated.
Posted by: at October 11, 2007 12:09 PM
I'm curious too as to who among humble open-minded Democratic politicians has publicly admitted that they could be persuaded to engage in adultery, soliciting sex in a public bathroom, or hiring prostitutes and therefore reserve judgment about such actions?
- ... Hillary beings back as a campaign adviser one of the most destestable cretins, Sandy Berger, who stole and destroyed classified documents to shield the Clintons.
-- This is not true.

You wish:
Sandy Berger, who stole highly classified terrorism documents from the National Archives, destroyed them and lied to investigators, is now an adviser to presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Berger, who was fired from John Kerry’s presidential campaign when the scandal broke in 2004, has assumed a similar role in Clinton’s campaign, even though his security clearance has been suspended until September 2008. This is raising eyebrows even among Clinton’s admirers.
“It shows poor judgment and a lack of regard for Berger’s serious misdeeds,” said law professor Jonathan Adler of Case Western Reserve University, who nonetheless called Clinton “by far the most impressive candidate in the Democratic field.”
Adler told The Examiner that it is “simply incomprehensible to me that a serious contender for the presidency would rely upon him as a key foreign policy advisor.”
He added: “If Senator Clinton becomes the Democratic nominee, at some point she will begin to receive national security briefings that will include sensitive information. At such a point, continuing to keep Berger on board as a key advisor, where he might have access to sensitive material, would be beyond incomprehensible.”
The Clinton campaign declined to comment.
Berger has admitted stealing documents from the National Archives in advance of the 9/11 Commission hearings in 2003. The documents, written by White House counterterrorism czar Richard Clarke, were a “tough review” of the Clinton administration’s shortcomings in dealing with terrorism, Clarke’s lawyer told the Washington Post.
On several occasions, Berger stuffed highly classified documents into his pants and socks before spiriting them out of the Archives building in Washington, according to investigators. On one occasion, upon reaching the street, he hid documents under a construction trailer after checking the windows of the Archives and Justice Department buildings to make sure he was not being watched.
Berger came back later and retrieved the documents, taking them home and cutting them up with scissors. Two days later, he was informed by Archive employees that his removal of documents had been detected.
“Berger panicked because he realized he was caught,” said a report by the National Archives inspector general, which also recounted his initial reaction. “Berger lied.”
Berger also lied to the public, telling reporters he made an “honest mistake” by “inadvertently” taking the documents, which he blamed on his own “sloppiness.” Bill Clinton vouched for the explanation for Berger, who served as his national security adviser.
Berger later conceded: “I was giving a benign explanation for what was not benign.”
The Justice Department initially said Berger stole only copies of classified documents and not originals. But the House Government Reform Committee later revealed that an unsupervised Berger had been given access to classified files of original, uncopied, uninventoried documents on terrorism. Several Archives officials acknowledged that Berger could have stolen any number of items and they “would never know what, if any, original documents were missing.”
At his sentencing in September 2005, Berger was fined $50,000, placed on probation for two years and stripped of his security clearance for three years.
I guess anon at 12:55 has no source, shocker.....
Hank the statement "...documents, taking them home and cutting them up with scissors. " was actually part of Berger's elocution at his plea bargain.
When I first read that I didn't accept it and went looking to see if it was accurate or hype.
It was from his own words.
All the hoopla from the Dems about the Justice Dept never seems to include a criticism of that same Justice Dept dealing with Berger as if he committed a double jay walking instead of a a violation of his oath and stealing top secret documents.
The MSM did not devote 5% of the press to this incident as they did to the Valerie Plame non crime.
Grammie
- I can't say that your question passeth all human understanding, but it certainly passeth me right by, and I accordingly must take a pass on offering a relevant response. If you want to rephrase, I'll do my best, but this is Twilight Zonesque.
Posted by: at October 11, 2007 1:39 PM
Well, Clucker, the problem lieth with thou ability to process abstract concepths....
It's ridiculous to argue that Democrats are more tolerant and less moralistic about things than are Repubicans, without paying attention to what THINGS you're talking about...
Dems are typically not less judgmental when it comes to adultery, soliciting prostitutes, and sex in public restrooms...(THE behavior in question....)
Dems are NOT more apt to admit they would be prone to such behavior so the " we believe nobody's perfect" nonsense doesn't fly... and Dems are NOT prone to suggesting that closeted homosexuals are so repressed that it's only natural that they'd engage in perverse behavior or bust...
That's essentially what's you've argued, though you aren't astute enough to logically follow your own conclusions.
"The New York Democrat's campaign downplayed the fact, saying Monday that Berger is an informal, unpaid adviser to the campaign, something ascribed to many people associated with the campaign. Berger has been a longtime friend of both Clintons."
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,300005,00.html
Whether Berger is an "informal" advisor or getting paid $15, 000 a month to dispense advice about how to be an "alpha " male, I am correct in my assertion that Berger is an "advisor" to the Clinton campaign. Cluck, I know you hate it when Berger's name is brought up because it reminds voters of how the Democrats operate, but it is Hillary that you should really train your frustratations against. She chose to associate with Berger AGAIN, knowing full well his criminal behavior and sleazy tactics of providing cover for the Clintons by spiriting away and destroying classified documents.
As you read the blathering response of Hank to prove the allegation, as he is obligated to do, you will note that aside from a single shaky quote from a single questionable author, he offers no proof. He merely goes on ad nauseum about Mr. Berger.
The allegation is simply another smear and slander by the anti-Clinton media. They seem to thrive on dividing Americans from one another. Too bad so many people share this desire to divide us.

Jennifer, the worm (burgler) was convicted in the court of law. Admitted by the worm. Are you just holding your hands over your ears and closing your eyes to avoid the facts? I guess this denial goes back to when you asked for Malkins passport to prove she was in Irag. Could you be any more biased?
"You don't have shinola. You scream about Berger as if the volume alone will incriminate and envelop Senator Clinton"
Clucker (or whoever you are), I probably wouldn't have repeatedly brought up Berger, but you kept denying that it had ever happened. In other words, you said I was a liar. I wasn't going to let that go, sorry.
And it's not just Berger that's the problem for the Clinton campaign. This Tzu character who is as dirty as . . .well, Charlie Trie, Johnny Chung, Al "no controlling legal authority" Gore, et. al. epitomizes the Clinton win at all costs mentality. Like I said before, meet the new boss, same as the old boss.
clucker,
The Clinton campaign itself admits that Berger is an advisor. You seem to be undisturbed that Clinton continues to maintain her association with Berger. I think it is despicable.
How do you know that McCain, Guiliani and Thompson are taking money from crooks, as Hillary has done?
Romney is NOT self financing his campaign totally, so you are wrong about that as well.
The Clintons owe Sandy Burgler their lives for what he did for them. He's probably been on the payroll since day one of her announcement.
jennifer, is that all you got? Where's all that stuff mike likes to call "perspective" you supposedly possess?
Bathman and ROBBIN'.
He steals all his stuff from kook websites.
I posted a link about the Berger-Clinton thing that links to both the Washington Post and NewsWeek pieces on Berger advising HRC, so more than the Washington Times and Fox News have reported it.
"Hank, come off it. We all know that the Clinton campaign has not admitted the Berger advisory position, but has, in fact, denied it."
Playing cute, eh Cluck? I didn't say Berger had an "advisory position". I said he is an advisor to the campaign. The Clinton campaign may deny that he has a paid, formal advisor position, but it does not deny that the campaign uses him as an informal advisor. I will reiterate it again: The fact that Clinton chooses to have any association at all with this sleaze says that a third Clinton administration will be just as tawdry and ethically challenged as the previous two Clinton terms.
Get off your high horse about Fox. Fox didn't just make this up. They provided a source for the information (Clinton's own campaign). Does Clinton deny the veracity of the Fox story? I guess that would have been a convenient excuse except that noted right wing rag Newsweek also reported that Berger is a part of Cinton's advisory team:
"The more experienced Hillary Clinton, meanwhile, has relied largely on her husband and a triumvirate of senior officials from his presidency—former secretary of state Madeleine Albright, former U.N. ambassador Richard Holbrooke and former national-security adviser Sandy Berger (who tries to keep a low profile after pleading guilty in 2005 to misdemeanor charges of taking classified material without authorization)."
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20628439/site/newsweek/page/0/
Meanwhile, Cluck while I provide links and quotes, you provide your own speculation:
Regarding Berger's advisor status to the Clinton campaign: "We all know that the Clinton campaign has not admitted , blah, blah, blah . . ."
Regarding Rudy's alleged receipt of and use of dirty money: "You know about the mob money and the Kerik connection, blah, blah, blah . . ."
Regarding McCain's alleged receipt of and use of dirty money: "You also know of McCain's long history of shady finances"
Regarding Thompson's alleged receipt of and use of dirty money (now here is something really authoritative here): "Thompson? Get real. Who are his money people? You know . . ."
You've lost a step Cluck.
