I asked the other day for your "Top 5" things you "hate" about Keith and you obliged. As I mentioned the post was in response to an inquiry from a reporter from a newspaper I did not name as a courtesy to the reporter. There was some speculation on this but now it can be revealed that the reporter was David Barron, the sports media columnist for the Houston Chronicle, who has a story in today's papers about Olbermann Watch.
In today's column he has a blurb (second one down) called "Today's top five" which begins
While preparing a story on Keith Olbermann that appeared a few days ago, I contacted Robert Cox, managing editor of the Web site OlbermannWatch.com, whose readers are frequently critical of the MSNBC/NBC Sports anchor, in search of a Countdown-style list of things that most bug his site's readers about KO. Cox didn't get back to me before the story appeared, but, having surveyed about 350 responses from readers, he sent the following list this week.
You can read the whole thing here. As I mentioned, the list had to be family friendly for the paper but and he edited it a bit but meng's Banfield crack made it into the paper. Barron also blogs at Four DVRs, no waiting a TV and radio blog on the Chron.com web site.
I wonder if David Barron will get a WPITW award for this?
sweet!
Olby's not going to last. Hate pedalers never do. He will fall soon if NBC doesn't fall first and take him with them.
I guess I missed the poll. I would have added one of the goofiest looking liberals on TV today in my Top 5. I don't know whether to throw up or break out in laughter. The boy goes from acting like a child to someone I expect to see his head turn 360 degrees at any minute.

Ah- nothing better than a lefty siding with the Iranian's version of the naval incident. Its just another reason I insist that liberals are Anti-american. Go f-ck yourselfs loons.
“If we were all rich, that would be very nice,” Albright said. “If we were all poor, it would be too bad, but WE WOULD BE THE SAME. What the problem is now is the poor know what the rich have as a result of information technology and the spread, generally, of knowledge. And, it creates a whole new host of problems in terms of disquiet and anger.”

Anony, what's your opinion of Kerry jumping behind obama?
I agree with your first sentence. Then again, what's obama going to do? Say "no I don't want you to back me?" Kerry's endorsement could haunt obama in the end.
Like I said in my previous post, I think Kerry hates Bush so much he would back OBL to get the (R)'s out of the white house. After all, OBL backed Kerry in '04. :)
how do you guys feel that Inside Cable News kicked off it's site?
I like to $ because it’s principally an FNC fan site. But you’re right about OW. That doesn’t fit in with the rest of the blogroll, which has evolved considerably since I first added that link. It has been removed.

Well, since Spud (the guy who runs ICN) doesn't link to other sites like OW, I'm not surprised.
He did, however, link to the OW story about Olbermann getting caught in yet another lie. So... I'm sure all is gravy.
Hope that didn't disappoint you.
Spud can do what he likes with his blog roll and I would not remove him or stop linking to him because of this decision however the justification attributed to him above is false.
"OW...has evolved considerably since I first added that link".
Even our worst critics would admit that we have consistently beat up on Keith, week in/week out, since we launched in 2004 while running a free and open site that welcomes all manner of counter arguments and allows personal attacks against any and all participants including me. So, how exactly has OW "evolved" into something different than what it was when it has always been the same thing from the outset? The answer is simple - it hasn't; Spud just caved to a reader complaint and is looking to lay blame elsewhere.
