Olbermann Watch, "persecuting" Keith since 2004

    January 4, 2008
John Gibson Reviews Keith Olbermann's iowa Caucus Coverage

Fox News Channel's Bill O'Reilly book Culture Warrior

    "COUNTDOWN WITH KEITH OLBERMANN"

    Host: Keith Olbermann

    Topics/Guests:

    • IOWA CAUCUS RESULTS ANALYSIS: Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards [see The List]; Dana Milbank, Washington Post national political reporter and MSNBC political analyst
    • NEW HAMPSHIRE PRIMARY: Richard Wolffe, Newsweek senior White House correspondent and MSNBC political analyst
    • BRITNEY SPEARS GOES TO THE HOSPITAL: Tom O'Neil, In Touch Weekly senior editor

We are unable to do our recap of the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann tonight. We'll update the post this weekend if we get a chance. In the meantime, please enjoy this even-handed critique of Oralmann's Iowa caucus coverage--it's certainly a lot more factual and enlightening than anything you'll hear on tonight's Hour of Spin:

Here's something funny about olby from last night.

It is from Mike Gravel's campaign webpage:
    http://www.gravel2008.us/front

"Once again, the Mainstream Media has not gotten the facts straight.

MSNBC pundit Keith Olbermann has incorrectly declared that Sen. Gravel has dropped out of the race following the January third caucus in Iowa. This is not true, and Sen. Gravel is still an active member in this race. We are requesting that MSNBC and Keith Olbermann retract their statement, and issue an apology to the campaign for promoting blatantly
    false misinformation.
Again, Sen. Gravel has not dissolved his campaign, and has no intentions of doing so."

Once again, Gibby knocks it out of the park. I didn't have the stomach to watch Huntley-Bathman for extended periods of time. Boy was he a blithering, stuttering fool last night. How long did it take The Orange One to come out of denial over Hillary's third-place disaster? Expect many more attacks on Obama and Edwards as Olby takes a page from the Clinton's book of dirty tricks.

I'm glad Gibson caught one of the times Olbermann misspronounced Barak's name. And also caught some the horrid rambling Oblermann exhibited last night. Man he was terrible.

He just interviewed Edwards, probably caving in to all the heat he's taken in the last 24 hours from the blue blogs. They're accusing him of ignoring Edwards to pimp Hil.

    >IOWA CAUCUS RESULTS ANALYSIS: Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards...

I love it, John Edwards, PERFECT! Is this to give a heads up to anyone still out there who believes Olbermann's does not have a Clinton bias. Too dam funny!

One of the most history making political events in a generation happened yesterday, and Olbermann is going to spin Edwards the winner. Olbermann must think his audience is as retarded as he is.

9:05 just wrote: "and Olbermann is going to spin Edwards the winner."

No he didn't! He clearly "spun" Obama as the overwhelming winner.

The piece you're referring to was an obvious jab at the Clinton's spinning their finish behind Edwards as something more than a crushing defeat.

As an Obama or Edwards supporter myself, I say this so called pro Clinton bias is all in your heads.

This would never be posted on the News Hole blog, so I'll have to say it here. Some mouthy, self-important bitch by the name of Krista Swisher has taken over the blog, and they're letting her! Dumbasses!

I agree with 9:01. Olby is trying to appease the ultra-left masses whom he alienated while making excuses for why Obama and Edwards defeated Hillary in Iowa. When the heat is off, the appeasement will end and the Hillary lovefest will resume.

So true. That blog is horrible. There are plenty of cat loving fatass single broads (like Pam Bignardi) that have taken over the blog. I think they let them post so much, because if they didn't there would hardly be any comments.

Richard - it's always the same people posting at the Newshole, just like KO always has the same "experts" on CD. I doubt if it's allowed to be a true marketplace of ideas, just a few token negative comments.

Does anyone know how to find the sales rank for Olbermann's lastest book. Its 146 in bestsellers and he keeps saying its going into its fourth printing. I would imagine O'Rielly's Culture warrior is in the 20 sometings in terms of print run. Also Olbermann said his book would be #16 on the New York Times bestseller list this week. That must bug him that Laura Ingraham (his old squeeze) book debut on the NYTimes was #1. HAHAHAHAHA

Olbermans' book is not new comment you fucking stupid ass jesus freak dumbfuck rightwing assholes.. It is stuff you can watch on Youtube
Posted by: Bill O'lielly at January 4, 2008 10:11 PM

Learn how to spell Olbermann asshole. No fucking kidding the book is a bunch of old special comments, that is why it is amazing it's doing so well, fuckwad.

"The piece you're referring to was an obvious jab at the Clinton's spinning their finish"

This interview that Olberman did was to prop up Edwards. Hillary Clinton wants the vote against her split as much as possible. By building up Edwards Olberman is doing Hillary's work, trying to get more of the anti-Clinton vote away from Obama so that Hillary can end up in first place.

As an Obama or Edwards supporter myself,

Your second mistake Mike, the first one was throwing away that Publishers Clearing House envelope. You could be living it up in Tahiti instead of blathering on about hopeless and outdated left wing causes here

10:15: "By building up Edwards, Olberman is doing Hillary's work."

    This is called S T R E T C H I N G !

"Your second mistake Mike, the first one was throwing away that Publisher's Clearing House envelope."

I see where you are coming from now McCool.....You obviously like reacting to loooonnnng odds.

Lets see now....which of the following two scenarios would have the longer odds? A) - Winning the Publisher's Clearing House, .... or B) - America being forcefully subjucated under Muslim sharia law.

I choose "B"....But I'm not going to waste much time worrying about either one.

Olbermann called Slippery Shuster "David Gregory"!!! That's priceless. Olbermann was so upset that her thigness lost that he didn't even remember the name of his favorite puppet.

Yeah I don't like the odds of publishers Clearing house either, but being a dementia ridden near senior citizen, I figured you fall for it a lot

10314 Fatal Islamic Terror attacks worldwide since 9/11 Mike

Obama won????? NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! Hillary is supposed to win, not the help. The help is just suppose to march to the polls and vote for master. Doesn’t Obama know his place? Get Al Sharpton on the phone. He has got to fix this.

I can't fucking fucking stand Schuster. Can't stand him! He holds so still when he's talking, it reminds me of a robot, he sounds like Kermit the Frog, and he was a dick to Ron Paul when subbing for Scarborough.

Pardon me. That was only supposed to be one 'fucking'.

I can't fucking fucking stand Schuster. Can't stand him! He holds so still when he's talking, it reminds me of a robot, he sounds like Kermit the Frog, and he was a dick to Ron Paul when subbing for Scarborough.

Posted by: Richard at January 5, 2008 12:48 AM

Anchors are usually dicks to Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich. Usually Fox News and MSNBC anchors.

John Gibson is the man. It's nice to see the far left wing nut roots attack Keith Olbermann. You reap what you sow Olbermann.

Thanks for clearing up Gibson's somewhat questionable gender identity (my apologies to intelligent women everywhere for the potential implication). Aside from that, he seems to have the intellectual ability of my brother's hamster, the dead one.

Also, throwing around terms like "the far left" to portray the prevailing opinion of the majority of a democratic people is relatively meaningless, unless you're willing to defend your stance as a far-right minority member.

btw, who is Mike Gravel? :)

Anyone else notcie that Slippery Schuster speaks out the sides of his mouth, never the front? He can actually speak out of both sides at once, the perfect ability for brown nosing bullshitter. Really.

Wow, TYPO. That was brilliant. Now, shut the fuck up.

Rich Viguerie sure likes to talk about stool.

Hated segment three last night. Huckabee's a good religious man? Bullshit! According to Judicial Watch, he has "14 ethics complaints and a volley of questions about his integrity, ranging from his management of campaign cash to his use of a nonprofit organization to subsidize his income to his destruction of state computer files on his way out of the governor’s office." Perhaps taxing and spending like a Democrat helps keep the media too occupied to notice what a crook he is.

His neck of the woods is being pummeled as he keeps reminding himself that global warming doesn't exist and isn't causing extreme weather around the globe.

Put a bag over your head Royal Turd, heat rises and the steam coming off your head will keep you warm.

    Cheers!

Retard, it always snows in January. Guess what? The snow will melt and it will probably snow again. Get it, einstein? Now, go poke your head up Algores ass, ok?

    Olbyloon Ed
    The reason obama 'won'

Given that many students in Iowa's colleges and universities are from Obama's neighboring home state of Illinois, the effort could net him lots of additional votes on caucus night. It's all quite legal, and other campaigns are signing up nonresident Iowa college students, too. But Obama's effort is unprecedented. No presidential campaign in memory has ever made such a large, open attempt to encourage students from [another state] to participate in Iowa's caucuses.

    http://www.desmoinesregister.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20071211/OPINION01/712110372/-1/NEWS04

Cause and effect....what a nice theory.....if its cold....human induced climate change.....if its hot.....human induced climate change....if it snows more than usual.....human induced climate change.....if it does not snow as much as usual.....human induced climate change.....more hurricanes......human induced climate change....less hurricanes....human induced climate change....increased rainfal and flooding....human induced climate change.....decreased rainfal and drought.....human induced climate change.....less ice at the north pole.....human induced climate change.....more ice in Antartica....human induced climate change.....more tornado activity.....human induced climate change.....less tornado human induced climate change.....if the temperature is higher than the date's record....human induced climate change.....if the temperature is below the date's record...human induced climate change.....

But again.....no scientist can show us a definitive cause and effect over time in millenial terms to support these accusations.....nice science!

    I wouldn't use a name, either, if I was a 'pro-gay.' A very scary thought.

Oberman asked one of his nightly guest if the enormous turnout in Iowa was a statement against President Bush and his so called expert replied to Oberman with a yes.
    What?

Keith seems to ignore history and many other factors here just to get a cheap shoot in Bush. I know Keith hates Pres Bush and I'm not his biggest fan either, but if Keith can be a journalist for a few minutes, maybe his show can be better.

In 2004 America had the biggest voter turnout ever, and amazingly Pres Bush won.
That reason alone seems to contradict Keith's opinion.
How about that fact that there's the internet, more TV news and more people in this country then ever before. For those reasons alone we should get more voter turnout. But yet Keith ignores these factors. Yes Keith the big turnout was because they all hate Bush, a man who will not run for a thing in 08.

On his weekly interview with John Edwards, for some reason Keith tried to pit John against Clinton, without even mentioning Obama.
I guess Keith forgot Obama won.
To Edwards credit he pretty much disagreed with everything Keith stated and tired to shift the focus back to him and Obama.

And Keith tired to call out John McCain for saying we'll be in Iraq for a hundred years?
Somehow I don't think McCain was serious about that comment.
Maybe Keith should have McCain on his show? Oh that's right, Keith only has the democrats he loves on his show. Keith would never have McCain on his show because McCain would make Oberman look like a fool.

The raw turnout was higher. The percentage of eligible voters who could vote was not. Not by a long shot. Does that change your hypothesis?

    Posted by: A N O N Y M O U S at January 5, 2008 1:16 PM

    Link, please.

    "I wouldn't use a name, either, if I was a 'pro-gay.' A very scary thought."

... sorry, that was me. and I'M NOT GAY!!!

    David Brock, call me.
    I need a press "pass."

But, be clear here. The raw turnout was higher. The percentage of eligible voters who could vote was not. Not by a long shot. Does that change your hypothesis?

    Posted by: A N O N Y M O U S

Of course not. "Not by a long shot"
you going off the topic here. My point was Keith states that Iowa had record amount of voter turnout because they wanted to make a statement against Bush.
He has no proof of that and to ignore population growth, internet and the media effects on voter turnout is dishonest by Keith.

Sure you can break down the numbers all you want to: female/male, voters under 30, voters with blue eye etc...
But the raw vote is what I was taking about and it is what I made clear.

Keep in mind the unemploment rate is based on new (and depending on the detail, on-going) claims. It dos not reflect the unemployed whose benefits have run out or simply don't qualify to make new claims.

And with the declining overall quality and shell-game of reclassifying jobs from this administration, I suspect the number of unqualified, under-reported job outages is already increasing exponentially.

But hey, the economy is in great shape, right?

"And with the declining overall quality and shell-game of reclassifying jobs from this administration,"

This "classification" of jobs is done by career, independent experts in the Commerce Department. It's not done by political appointees; it's done by the civil service.

Their report are then studied and examined by scholars outside of government.

I believe, mes amis, that our visitor M'sieur Arouet is talking through his beret.

Apperently, O'reilly got into some sort of confrontation with one of Obama's staffers. story at Crooksandliars.com

O'Reilly was amazed by the courtesy and civility demonstrated by, just like those supporting non-black candidates! They even use ink pens like he does!

    Exactly, anon 4:39...

True the classification of jobs is done by career, independent experts in the Commerce Department, but what sometimes is unjustifiably reported are the results of the WH.

Care to school me on the independence of the DOJ next? :)

Hey, he was just trying to be a good Culture Warrior. Give him a break!

More on the O'reilly story... (not much, from what I see, unless involuntary hand-holding is sexual harassment in NH):

    http://blogs.suntimes.com/sweet/2008/01/sweet_foxs_bill_oreilly_in_con.html

Many thanks to O'Reilly. He brightened up my day.

What does this O'Reilly business have to do with Keith Olbermann? Oh wait, it will give ammunition for another ten episodes of The Hour of Spin. There's a full rundown here:

    http://insidecable.blogsome.com/2008/01/05/minor-fracas-at-obama-event/

"What does this O'Reilly business have to do with Keith Olbermann?" ... my thoughts exactly.

Does anyone still care what O'Reilly does nowadays, aside from those he's molested of course.

O'Reilly = perpetual self-important angry white entitled sexist racist victim

... you think anyone in his camp finally got him up to speed about the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights not being the same document (yeah, I saw Olby's WPITW). How many of his listeners/viewers were so out-to-lunch themselves not to pick up on Bill O's latest version of revisionist history?

Posted by: heh... at January 5, 2008 4:51 PM

The zombie blogs are going to need to be medicated after that. How dare O'Reilly agressively try to get an interview with the Obamanation. He actually used profanity at one of Obamanation's cook county tuffs!!! I wonder if it was one of Mayor Daily's special police officers. How dare he. No one at Daily Kos or Huff n Puff uses profanity.

It's a little funny, I won't lie. And just imagine if it were Sean Penn or Tim Robbins trying to get next to George Bush or Rudy Giuliani they'd been sent to gitmo faster than you can say 9/11.

Speaking of Huff N Puff, the black helicopters are out in full force.

"In 1968, when Kennedy was gaining momentum and piling up primary victories it looked as though he would win the presidential nomination. But before he could be safely ensconced inside "the bubble" of 24-hour federal protection he was assassinated. And his progressive challenge to the war in Vietnam and to poverty at home was stopped in its tracks.

"In 2008, Obama is gaining momentum, and hopefully people inside his organization are cognizant of the fact that he constitutes a very real threat to the likes of Blackwater, Dyncorps, Halliburton, and the hundreds of other private companies currently profiteering from the Iraq occupation."

He better also watch out for Skull and Bone or the Free Masons. They might also get. Huff N Puff need to get on their tin foil hates to stop Blackwater and Hallibuton.

Poor poor O'Reilly. Can't figure out how to operate a phone to call in an interview request like the professionals do.

Posted by: at January 5, 2008 5:28 PM

See, unlike Olbermann, O'Reilly wants to get a story so he leaves his studio. If O'Reilly was a "Journalist" like Keith, he we simply read a blog and make up the story.

You'd never see Olby get into a dustup because, as mentioned, he is behind a desk instead of out in the field. Correction: He very well could be in a bathtub instead of behind a desk.

After Olby handed BJ Clinton a check on air during an interview, I think we know where his loyalties lie.

5:57 - you are so right - Olbermann thinks he's really a journalist when he has to open a new page on a web site or google something.

This will be quite the pickle for Olbermann. We know he hates O'Reilly but his master Hillary Clinton has given the order to trash Obamanation. Could it be possible the Olbermann might stick up for O'Reilly to attack Obamanation? My guess is he will try and spin it to make them both look bad.

I need to get to the meat of this story about the O'Reilly/Obama dust up. I need to use all my journalist tools. lets see....
    ...www.mediamatters.com oh and....
    www.dailykos.com... and... www.huffingtonpost.com....
Now I am a real journalist.

Olbermann dropped a bomb on the set of FNIA earlier. After Costas made a comment about Cris doing the game in Seattle KO said "How about Tiki doing a better job than Cris does?"

    DEAD SILENCE.

After Costas' look of astonishment and Bob's "ooh" breaking the silence was Keith's response to his own stupid comment; "Did I just say that aloud? I'm sorry"

Costas is too much of a gentleman to react negatively to him on camera.

    Can anyone find the video?

I think Bush or Giuliani would opt for a quick beheading for Sean and Tim, Trent.

Pres. Bush would call "Tony" (Scalia) and get him to make a quick "decision" and then the Secret Service would cart the Academy Award winning actors right out to gallows that were secretly erected in the WH bowling alley.

Or maybe he'd just arrange an impromptu hunting party for the boys with VP Cheney (wink..wink..)

    sigh...(zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...)

Maybe Cris can try to KO Olbermann with his super bowl ring.

I wonder if it was one of Mayor Daily's special police officers. How dare he.

Hey quit picking on da Chicago, wez delivered Kennedy to da Presidency with all our dead, um, abstentee voters. Us Chicago guys know how to stea---WIN an election.

I wonder if it was one of Mayor Daily's special police officers. How dare he. No one at Daily Kos or Huff n Puff uses profanity.
Posted by: The Factor at January 5, 2008 5:18 PM

yeah, that super bowl ring that Cris never said, some dumbass announcer did.

I'd like to see Tiki take him out. How many times are you going to reference Collinsworths ring? We heard it the first, second and third time.

Olby is used to making imaginary enemies from behind a desk in a studio. That's why Olby made the nasty comment about Cris: He's in Seattle covering the game and Olby doesn't see him as an immediate threat. That Olby - what a macho man.

I'm flipping between the game and the ABC GOP debate. Why ABC invited crackpot Ron Paul to debate is beyond me. Fox was right to snub that loon. Hopefully they don't reconsider.

You're right - Keith didn't say that with Cris nearby, nor with the other players nearby. And as for the ring, I don't see KO with any rings or awards from hs playing days. Oh, he didn't have any playing days.

8:13 PM Anon: "Why ABC invited crackpot Ron Paul to debate is beyond me. FOX was right to snub that loon."

8:13 PM Anon's Defintion of a "Loon": 'Someone who disgrees with me'!

8:13 PM Anon's defintion of a "crackpot": 'Someone who disagrees with me'!

Olby might not have to face Cris at all for the rest of the season if he is on the road covering playoff games. I sincerely doubt Olby would face Cris - he'd sic his agent on him.

Oh no, Mike, that's not the definition of a loon or a crackpot. A loon and/or crackpot, for instance, would be a 9/11 truther or someone who blames decades of Islamofascist terrorism against Israel, the U.S. and any other nation on everyone but the Islamofascist terrorists who strapped on the suicide belts. Sounds like Ron Paul to me.

Mit Romney just said THIS about the uninsured in tonight's debate: "We have 47 million people who say "I'm not going to play, I'll just get my healthcare for free"."

WHAT world are some of these republicans living in?????

8:40: "Sounds like Ron Paul to me."

    You just reconfirmed it.

    You obviously believe:

A "crackpot" is: 'Someone who disagrees with me.'

A "Loon" is: 'Someone who disagrees with me.'

The same world I live in: The world where I was educated in a public school and didn't take education for granted; then I worked my way through college and spent my life working to afford health insurance so I would not be a burden on society.

Well, in the GOP it's OK if people disagree. Unlike Dems, we do not blindly follow.

"Well, in the GOP it's OK if people disagree. Unlike Dems, we do not blindly follow."

    1) - So THATs the principle you were following when you just called one of them both a "crackpot" and "loon"?

    2) - Who exactly are the Dems "blindly following"?

    2) - Who exactly are the Dems "blindly following"?

Do you and others here not chirp everything Olbermann says? That's just one example.

"5:57 - you are so right - Olbermann thinks he's really a journalist when he has to open a new page on a web site or google something."

When did news anchors suddenly have to be field reporters, and it's an insult to real journalists to consider O'Reilly one of them. I guess he gets his Pulitzers and Peabodys confused as much as the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Now, there's a qualified journalist for ya!

That's it? There's not much there to see.

But if nothing else, the BOR incident is the answer to Jon Stewart's and Stephen Colbert's prayers since they're coming back on Monday. They'll do something funny with it while KO will just rail about O'Reilly and continue his obsession with him.

    FYI:

    off the wire:

Hillary Clinton also tangled with O'Reilly today. Marc Ambinder reports:

Clinton took her first question from a woman who said that Bill O'Reilly, who stood about 40 feet away from Clinton's left, asked her about Clinton's troop withdrawal plan from Iraq.

"Bill O'Reilly!" Clinton said, gesturing to the talk show host.

The crowd started to jeer, but Clinton raised her hand: "Oh no, no no -- he gets at least some credit for being here."

"Do you and others here not chirp everything Olbermann says? That's just one example."

    No, they don't. Next?

btw, you used as wide a brush stroke as you portend the loonies to use here. How ironical!

Wow, the NH GOP does something right for once:

    http://preview.tinyurl.com/2uzuwj

    > When did news anchors suddenly have to be field reporters

The story is more believable from someone who is a firsthand witness. That's why Williams and Gibson are all over the world when a story breaks. So if you want to play with the big boys you'd better be willing to put in the time, energy, and work.

I wouldn't include O'Reilly with these guys, I don't know why you're using that argument

"The story is more believable from someone who is a firsthand witness. ...

    No shit.

"That's why Williams and Gibson are all over the world when a story breaks."

The "believability" of a story is not the same as responsible journalism, but I'll allow you that here. I don't think that included the reach of your point.

"So if you want to play with the big boys you'd better be willing to put in the time, energy, and work."

The Big Boys? Like Dan Rather, etal? Or are you referring to the equivalent of the Dr. Phils and Rachael Rays (ie. Katie Couric) of the broadcast news world?

"I wouldn't include O'Reilly with these guys, I don't know why you're using that argument"

Because field reporting was apparently a quality of "real journalists" like O'Reilly (I'll double-check the thread, I may have cross posted by accident. Sorry if I did).

You may want to review the format of Olbermann's show (or any other in the news stream, even Couric's). Actually, I try to do the same just to make sure my opinions are in the neighborhood of the intended programming.

    > The Big Boys? Like Dan Rather, etal? Or are you referring to the equivalent of the Dr. Phils and Rachael Rays (ie. Katie Couric) of the broadcast news world?

I did not see those names listed in the previous post. I saw Williams and Gibson listed. One has to wonder why their netowrks send them across the world if they could do the same job from behind the anhor desk. Olbermann is not in their league. He's not even on the JV team.

The loons on the fan boards are starting a conspiracy theory about the apology to Gravel, that Gravel set up KO just to get attention. Talk about spin - damn, they're imaginative.

"One has to wonder why their netowrks send them across the world if they could do the same job from behind their anhor desk."

    Sensationalism!

btw, who is Mike Gravel? :)

"I did not see those names listed in the previous post. I saw Williams and Gibson listed. One has to wonder why their netowrks send them across the world if they could do the same job from behind the anhor desk. Olbermann is not in their league. He's not even on the JV team." -- anon 10:21p

"Big Boys" appeared untethered to any specific news anchors aside from Williams and Gibson (Gibson, really?!), so I was asking for further qualification.

Again, I ask those here who seem to confuse the function of a field reporter with a news show anchor to consider the intended programming format and the function of the anchor, Olby and anyone else in the Big Chair.

To me, the function of the anchor is not unlike an editor in the print medium. His primary function in the process is focused on news judgment and not the front-line acquisition of day-to-day news. The points scored for exclusivity are found in the on-air interviews, bound to the relevance and integrity of the sources. That goes for all anchors, even Olby.

If NBC, API, BBC, AP, etc. already have qualified news professionals in the field and the show's anchor has a good relationship and direct access to them, what newsworthy benefit would it be to ship the anchor out on location for a broadcast, especially if the scope of the coverage is significantly wider than your average City Council meeting?

Perhaps the reasons for folks like Gibson seemingly choosing to go on-sight instead of relying on their own or associate field reporters may have more to say about their dubious ties to credible affiliated news professionals willing to support a national Fox News report. But that's just a theory on my part.

"If NBC, API, BBC, AP, etc. already have qualified news professionals in the field and the show's anchor has a good relationship and direct access to them, what newsworthy benefit would it be to ship the anchor out on location for a broadcast, especially if the scope of the coverage is significantly wider than your average City Council meeting?"

... or a single-topic broadcast, as Williams occasionally does. I can't personally recall the last time Gibson produced a news broadcast worth serious consideration for its factual content.

Yeah, vagina removal surgery can be tricky.

Oh joy, another lost-white-woman-in-jeopardy story to come from Beck.

I don't know, maybe Beck's experience will help shed some light to his viewers on the plight of millions of Americans who can't even get access to health care.... then again, he'll probably spin their lack of access to their benefit for not having to endure the horrors of vagina-removal surgery.

Wouldn't a simple cancellation of Beck's contract be a significantly less bloody form of vagina removal? And there would be so many more people who'd benefit from it, not just Glenn(da).

    Out of control O'Reilly?

That's what you dopes call out of control?

A hand? a hand comes into the picture. But it was a Secret Service hand.

Oh yeah, Bill looked real out of control.

Number one news/ op cable show at night, yeah I think he has some cred.

Bill says he will have the tape and the proof Monday night.

Huff-po, God! to believe that shit you got to be living in a Vacum.

Great camera work! That should get an Oscar don't you think?

Meanwhile, caught a little bit of NBC pre game show today.

I see of they have to keep Keith seperated from the rest of the group.

MAN! Has he packed on the pounds!!!!!!!!!!

What's Katie say when Dopeys on top?

    Is it in yet?

If Keith get close to the shoreline do Enviromental Nuts run down and try to push him in the Ocean all the while yelling "Save Shamoo?"

Since the 'Chicken Little' of Cable News looks like he never comes out of his crib, except for work.

Do you think he stiffs the food delivery guy?

    No doubt yes!

Ya know, I bet Keith's man boobs are so big.

He could hide a couple of 'Hot Pockets' under them. In case he gets hungry between the pre-game & Half-Time.

I think John Gibson might have to change Dopey's name sone from 'Bathtub Boy' to 'Buffet Boy'.

Do you think if Keith would walk onto a diving board it would just lower him into the pool?

I remember when Keith said in some fluff piece, that he use to walk twenty or so blocks everyday to his radio gig with Dan Patrick. Yep! Keith even said he use to climb the stairs to the radio floor and he use to..........

    Oh wait.

    I Forgot.

    Rush: 600+ stations

    Good night girls!

    Why Mike

The best you have is pollingpoint pollingreport?

Oh wait! I forgot! you said you won't be responding to me anymore.

Did you forget or is this another Dem flip flop?

Ya know Mike, pollingreport, pollingpoint, it doesn't matter. I've never heard of either one being used on CNN or MSLSD.

Maybe they use it on Ed Schultz's show, or who is that guy with seven radio stations you all crow about?

Never heard anybody even use it on www.wbai.org

Have not seen it on Real Clear Politics.

I'll check them both out again, next week when I have time to waste.

    Until then, time to go!

    It's Sunday you know.

    Mike, Mike, Mike

I have to get off, but please!

    Quick glance at Polling report

Pete Brodnitz, a principal at the Democratic polling firm Benenson Strategy Group, was pollster for the Kaine campaign.

Peter J. Woolley is professor of comparative politics at Fairleigh Dickinson University and director of the university’s independent survey research group, PublicMind.

    Fairleigh Dickerson in Madison N.J.?

I grew up not to far away from there. I know about Fairleigh Dickerson.

How far down do I have to dig before I get somebody from the middle?

    You pay money for this?

If you do, Ed Rendell has a few bridges to sell you in Pennsylvania.

Please, don't waste my time with this, go to bed.

    Puck:

"How far down the list do I have to go before I find somebody in the middle."

Not far at all Puck, ..... unless "FOX" isn't "middle" enough for you.

    Desperate? Indeed.

Have to admit, I was a little impressed Billo showed up.

But then, I guess if you're not investing the time to learn about things like the fundamental differences between the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights you'll have ample free time for appearances.
