Olbermann Watch, "persecuting" Keith since 2004

    February 15, 2008
Countdown with Keith Olbermann - February 15, 2008

"COUNTDOWN WITH KEITH OLBERMANN" (8:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. ET)

    Host: Keith Olbermann

    Topics/Guests:

    • 2008 ELECTION: Dana Milbank, Washington Post national political reporter and MSNBC political analyst; Pat Buchanan, MSNBC Political Analyst and author of "Day of Reckoning: How Hubris, Ideology and Greed are Tearing America Apart"; Chuck Todd, NBC News political director; Rachel Maddow, Err American radio host and MSNBC political analyst
    • "AMERICAN IDOL": Maria Milito, Q104.3 radio host

The last opening spiel of the week was bellowed by Keith Olbermann: Clinton v Obama! The McCain Mutiny! "Mister" Bush lies! [Ding!] Oh, and the long overdue American Idol segment! It's casual Friday at Olbermann Watch.

    Bathtub Boy

#5: After Bill Jefferson Clinton criticized Keith Oralmann, Fat Ass struck back, calling him a "Bill in a china shop". Reference to Senator "O-buy-ma"! Hill runs an attack ad on Barack. Monkeymann moaned about his "deep personal affection" for Hillary and B.J. (watch out, remember how he treated his "personal friend" John Gibson!), but they sound "angry". Olby pimped out Milbank, minus musty mufti, to parrot his spin, only he contradicted a snickering Keith re a McCain criticism. Still he got Great Thanksed.

Another dig at the Clintons ("contradictory statements") to kick off yet another discussion of super delegates. Merkle knocked the Clinton campaign again for calling 20-some states "insignificant". Then another elbow at the "tone deaf" B.J. Clinton and his "undemocratic" statements! Man, don't you dare criticize Edward R Olbermann, or he will come down on you like a ton o' bricks. Todd nattered but was not Great Thanksed.

#4: In discussing the GOP race "Man on Fan" Olbermann found a way to blame UBL's 9/11 attack on "Mister" Bush '41. Paleo Buchanan was there to assess 41's endorsement of McCain (an interesting choice since Buchanan was a mortal enemy of 41 and even ran against him--not disclosed to the gullible cretins who dote on The Hour of Spin). He was not Great Thanksed.

After comparing "Mister" Bush to Genghis Khan, Herr Olbermahn served up #3: More FISA propaganda. Bush lied! [Ding!] Bush lied! [Ding!] Lied! [Ding!] Collaborators! (Nazi imagery.) Oralmann needed someone who would also serve as a human Xerox machine for OlbySpin, so he pimped out national security and legal expert comedian Rachel Maddow, who declared of "national security threats": they "do not exist". Only on The Hour of Spin.

    OLBY

#2: Empty. #1: Idol. In the Media Matters Minute, Herr Olbermahn returned to feed his most ravenous Olbsession: the eeevil O'Reilly (Blue Blog Source: Hillary Clinton's Media Matters, straight from Brock's website to Oralmann's teleprompter), making this attack #415. And anyone else who dares to speak criticism of Messiah Obama shall be given the same treatment on OlbyPlanet.

    Keith Limpermann

    MisterMeter

If it's Friday, it's our weekly assessment of Krazy Keith's masculinity. Even though this was only a four day week, Monkeymann attacked Fox and other broadcasters 15 times. Olby's source (Hillary Clinton's Media Matters) criticized (MS)NBC 12 times, but Keithy protected his corporate masters with just one, glancing, parenthetical criticism. That makes this week's Olbermann Manhood Quotient: -48 [Cruise limp]. Tonight's MisterMeter reading: 11 [DANGER!]

And that's The Hour of Spin for this, the 650th day since the declaration that "Karl Rove will be indicted".

Why don't you put up the # of viewers from the previous night? Is Keith making up too much ground on Bill "The Moderate" O'Really?

Olbermoron doesn't seem to understand that if telecom companies are under the threat of lawsuits, they will be far less willing to cooperate with the government in the tapping of terrorist phone lines. I guess since keith doesn't believe the threat of terrorism exists, we can label him as he labels those who don't buy into the global warming propoganda: Denier. Bite me suck man.

No he's still losing. ICN isn't posting the numbers since ICN has gone out of business. FYI, O'Reilly beat Oralmann by nearly three to one yesterday.

Johnny, what is Krazy Keith referring to when he says that O'Reilly had a bad month? If ICN or TVNewser is any indication, he's been way up in the numbers. Did I miss something that happened this month?

No, it' just Another Olbermann Lie.

Newsie put up a link a little while ago to that info:

    http://www.mediabistro.com/tvnewser/ratings/the_scoreboard_thursday_feb_14_77681.asp#more

In total viewers Bill O had about 3 1/2 times as many viewers as KO and had more viewers than CNN, HLN and MSNBC COMBINED in the 8 o'clock shows.

Relax, Johnny, I've got your back. :)

    Grammie

Right on, Grammie! I imagine it can't be easy for J$ to wade through Olbermann's crap every night.

I think the problem is that not enough people know or care who Keith Olbermann is, so nothing gets done and his liberal bosses let him keep his job; if this site had traffic like the Drudge Report, I really think he couldn't exist on the airwaves.

So let me get this straight, Keith. You blame President Bush for not going after Al Qaeda aggressively enough. Yet, you oppose FISA. You oppose waterboarding. You oppose Gitmo. You want U.S. Constitutional Rights to apply to terrorists. How exactly do you expect President Bush to fight terrorists?

John-O, I try to watch KO every once in a while but cut and run within minutes b/c he literally roils my stomach. I don't how J$ can do it.

I have gone to reading the transcripts if I really want to know in detail what he said and that is hard enough.

In the Pimp Pretarous video the way he spewed, almost spitting, the word pimp was repulsive.

I hope Eschatz is on board on a regular basis b/c he does a very good job [bit more detail than J$] and J$ needs a break.

    Grammie

james, you will drive yourself crazy, as well as the olbyloons, trying to make heads or tails of Olby's comedy show. He doesn't even know what the hell he is blabbering about. He yells at the camera every night, well, at least 3 nights a week saying the same thing over and over and over again. He comes in 4th every night and that is fine and dandy to msnbc and keefy.

"...he literally roils my stomach." (Grammie)

-Ha! It's funny you should say that, because he has the same effect on me when he's smearing or lying about someone I like.

And I like Eschatz too; ideally, the two could collabrate, or maybe assemble a research staff, because that part, along with the detailed write-ups, must make for a time-consuming job.

Johnny, do you or Schatz have a bio page? I'd be interested to read it.

Keith's got one third of O'Reilly's rating
    That's winning if Olby's equating
    After all these years
    Keith's still in the rears
But the numbers he'll try inflating

Can you believe this guy? He criticizes BJ (whose bitch he once was) for sounding "angry." Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Limpy is full of vitriol and hatred. What a chump.

By the way OW, I love the new graphic of O`Rielly flicking the "little" Olby away. You guys should put it up daily so Limpy can see it when he stops over.

Big fan, are you Kos?....No, he doesn't "regularly get 1 million or so viewers?" He does regularly get around 1/2 to 1/3 of BillO's viewership tho.

Last night was a Special Comment night, which prompted a Special "Please watch my show" pleading to the Kos Kids, which inflated his total.

Can you believe this guy? He criticizes BJ (whose bitch he once was) for sounding "angry." Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Limpy is full of vitriol and hatred. What a chump.

Who has the liberal intelligentsia vote?

    Obama....

Where has Keith been drawn since he got a chill running up his leg while watching "All The President's Men"?

    See above...

What added incentive towards this does he have now?

    His audience.

Where should he receive his Profile In Courage Award?

    Bizarroworld

Will he take Hil and Bill back uncritically should she win?

    What do you think...

Olberrman blamed Bush tonight for not responding to the attack on the USS Cole. The attack occurred in October of 2000 whlle Clinton was President and he remained President for the next 3 1/2 months. Clinton did nothing in response to the attack.

Also, many weeks ago Olberman said his latest book was going to be on the NY Times best seller list. I have looked at that list every weeks since and unless I am going blind, the book has never appeared on the list.

Michael, I guess I will have to wait till Monday when the transcript comes out to read it.

I would not be surprised if KO spitted out one night that it was REALLY GWB in the Oval office with Monica and a cigar. :)

    Grammie

Keith "Mel Tillis" Olbermann has really been stuttering and stammering as of late. The pressure is obviously getting to him. Also, why does it take him 350 words to ask a very simplistic question?

I appreciate all the kind words about me and my recaps despite my prolonged absence. I don't have a bio page but am happy to answer any questions you may have.

    Barak Obama spreads his ambrosia
But it's mindless pablum, like I told 'ya
All the lefties swooning like Monica
    With Reverand Al on harmonica
Hoping this empty suit will replace W

"Also, why does it take him 350 words to ask a very simplistic question?"

Because it's indicative of an assiduous mind...and he's just so much smarter than everybody else, he is proving it.

Just like Brian Williams, who also has no idea what economy with words is, assiduous...

Who the hell uses assiduous in a sentence...Keef does, he is smart.

Keithy is a tough guy and fears no one including the government, the President, bj, hill and any living thing. After all he can talk tough now he's not hiding under his desk afraid of mentally disturbed ajax boy has been put away for awhile! This is the same moron that can't drive a car because he wasn't smart enough to duck getting on a subway, LOL. Now that the only terrorist other than President Bush is locked up he's all tough. That check must have been phoney or it bounced thus the clinton outrage at the rubber duckiemann and msnbc. Gues Fox looks much better now to them. Watch out keithy. Katy might have detergent in the condo. HIDE!!!!

    >"Also, why does it take him 350 words to ask a very simplistic question?"

Because it's indicative of an assiduous mind...and he's just so much smarter than everybody else, he is proving it.

Between all the stuttering and stammering, and the pretending to come up with some clever insight while he's interviewing, his subject has zoned out. Too bad he's not as quick and concise with his questions as he supposedly is with his sexual performance.

Clinton supporting reporter rips MSNBC, specifically Olbermann & Matthews:

Where have you gone, Walter Cronkite?
    News-Times Staff
    Article Last Updated: 02/16/2008
    By Art Cummings

"Matthews is host of "Hardball" and a Sunday morning talk show, and Olbermann is host of "Countdown With Keith Olbermann."

If their shows are considered the new journalism, then journalism -- and democracy -- are in trouble.

McCain delivered his victory speech poorly, but instead of matter-of-factly pointing out the poor delivery, Matthews and Co. laughed at and mocked the man during segment after segment."

    http://www.newstimes.com/ci_8281689?source=most_emailed

Production person from Countdown with Keith Olbermann involved in Broadway Show:

'Happy Sunshine Kung Fu Flower' Launches March 21 at The Zipper

"...production managed by Kelli Jo Claxton (Countdown with Keith Olbermann)."

    http://broadwayworld.com/viewcolumn.cfm?colid=25208

"Where have you gone, Walter Cronkite?"

Thanks for the link. I agree with a lot of what's said there but he was too easy on Olbermann.

Why does KO attack O'Reilly every Friday? Doesn't Keith have anything better to do?!

Also, why hasn't former radio talk show host Bernie Ward been mentioned on Olbermann's show? Considering the heap of trouble Ward is in, you'd think he'd make a definite nominee as a 'WPITW' .

    Good job Johnny Dollar

And good job by Dana Milbank contradicting Keith's attacks.
Keith categorized Bill Clinton's campaign tactics as being the same old Clinton has a month ago.

Dana disagreed and pointed out several differences.

In the Keith over acting moment, He "looooathed" using the word angry when it came to the Clintons.
Keith- I LOOOOVE the Clintons, but they seem angry??

Dana agrees with he Clintons for being angry "they have good reasons to be angry"

Keith made fun of McCain for calling out Obama on campaign funding, even laughed at the notion McCain's plans will work.

Dana said about McCain "it's a terrific move"

Keith quoted Obmama as saying "he said he never promised public financing in the general election"
Keith let Obama go with out contesting his statement. You mean to tell me with all the resources and fact checkers MSNBC has Keith couldn't look into the fact that Obama might have promised that? No but little ol Dana did.

Dana said - "as the campaign finance and good government groups will attest, Obama did say he would be willing to abide by public financing"

So Dana pulls out the fact that McCain is right about the promise Obama made about public finance and Keith & MSNBC couldn't do that or wouldn't?

Sounds to me that Obama is flip-flopping on this issue.
Don't get me wrong I like Obama, but if McCain reneged on this promise Keith would have another 10 minute McCain attack segment titled "Flip-Flopper"

Well actually dear Anonymous, I voted for Kerry in 2004 and Gore in 2000. So there goes your stereotype about who posts at this board. I just can't stand the insult to journalism that is Keith Olbermann. To see him even mentioned in the same breath with Edward R. Murrow is an insult to humanity. And while you're issuing new commandments, let's add the 11th commandment of Keith Olbermann: Never speak GOOD of a Republican. Now I'm not a huge fan of the Republican party but I can see the Democrats for what they are too, and neither side is any better than the other. It's called reality my dear Anonymous Olbyloon-ahhh, if only you would join us in the reality-based community if you could ever pry your head out of Olby's backside.

Bring it on. We'll raise money for Obama. We'll work our asses off for Obama in a way never seen in American politics.

This time, Americans are fired up, and ready to go

Posted by: at February 16, 2008 1:21 PM

Would you please tell your cult leader obama to hurry up and start offering washing machines to the poor? Good grief!

Liar? No, Olbermann lies. I on the other hand, have a very clear view of both political parties.

For example, even though I bitterly opposed entering Iraq to begin with, now that we are there, we are bound to remain there, in some fashion (although I sincerely hope in reduced numbers) for quite a few years to come. It was my main opposition to the war from Day 1: How do we leave if we go in? The region is so volatile that I can't really begin to imagine the chaos that will reign if we pull completely pull out of that region. By the way, I have two family members who have served multiple tours in Iraq, including one who is privy to intel, so my views on this are supported by on-the-ground knowledge and experience. I support them, and I support our troops but I've never supported this war. And I believe that those who have served there are resigned to the possibility that the US will in some way or fashion, maintain a presence there in years to come.

Not to apologize in anyway for McCain's statements regarding wars for 100 years but I think that was an acknowledgement and a deep understanding of just how volatile this region is. He's made many trips there and he's made many diplomatic trips to the region. He knows his foreign policy. And make no mistake about it people, these terrorists do intend to strike in this country again and they will if we aren't vigiliant in fighting them--however I think that might be best accomplished by reallocation of some military resources and funding here in America. The whole airport security thing is a joke and there are half a dozen steps we could take to vastly improve it.

Which candidate will ensure our security the best? Hillary has already proven that she is incompetent when it comes to running her own campaign, let alone the country. She was letting her former scheduler run her campaign. The woman reportedly spent much of her time watching soap operas and not returning important calls. That was Hill's choice---this incompetent flunky serving as her campaign manager. I think we all saw where appointing incompetent flunkies could get you with Hurricane Katrina. No more of that. I've also believed that the USA wasn't a hereditary monarchy but the Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton(?) reign would certainly suggest otherwise. I think it's time to vote for someone other than a Bush or a Clinton.

Obama? Sounds great and he certainly comes with less baggage than Hillary, but
what does he really know about foreign policy? He has great, top-tier folks serving as his advisors, and even his enemies give him credit for a very well-run campaign which I think bodes well for his tenure in the White House, if elected.

And that's a big if. McCain isn't tight with the extreme right-wing and is far more attractive to moderate and independent voters. Obama takes the moderate/independent voters away from McCain. If Obama is the nominee, then it will be a tougher fight for him than if Clinton is the nominee as she is so widely despised by the right, they'll turn out just to vote against her. The other problem is that there is a very bitter divide growing between the Obama and Clintonistas. If Clinton pulls out the dirty tricks she and her hubby are so well known for, and if they continue to race-bait as they have tried to do in SC and now are attempting in Texas, it will further erode the odds that some of those moderate/swing/indies will go for her if she's the nominee. Will they stay at home?
Large turnouts favor the Democrats has always been the conventional wisdom. And this year, Democratic turnout has been extraordinary in virtually all states because they're excited about. . . Obama, not Hillary.

Republican turnout however has been lackluster at best. So if Hillary is the nominee, say hello to President McCain. If Obama is the nominee, I believe it will be a tight race. Either way it's going to be an interesting one. That is, if you can not make the mistake of turning the candidate of your choice into some mythological being, as the Olbyloons have done with Olbermann. Each of these candidates has flaws and have made mistakes. Even if the Loons won't acknowledge that. I will about both sides. See, it's called being an informed and independent voter.

Now, go work on your rage issues with your psychiatrist. Hey, you aren't the one who hacked their doc to death in NYC the other day were you? Up the meds my friend.

    Interesting post, Brandon!

Obama? Sounds great and he certainly comes with less baggage than Hillary, but
what does he really know about foreign policy?

    posted by brandon

I've asked this question at least 10 times (here) and all I have ever got is "what about Bush?" Very telling, to say the least.

    Obama's Foreign Policy:

    http://www.barackobama.com/issues/foreignpolicy/

He may not have as much foreign policy experience as Hillary (visiting countries as first lady for photo ops) or McPain ("visting" Vietnam and getting "stuck" there for 5 years), but at least Obama's "face" and middle name would go a long way in sending a message to the rest of the world that we are no longer interested in being Bush warmongers. And besides, you all know he will have an experienced foreign policy person for VP. Sadly, I think Hillary will somehow steal this nomination and eventually lose to McPain.

McCain has spent endless hours making trips to foreign countries, meeting with leaders during the Senate breaks and has done so for years. I wonder how many people even know he has a son serving in Iraq? He doesn't mention that on the campaign trail and I admire him for that. No pimping for McCain.

Anyway, I do give him the nod towards having the more extensive foreign policy experience. Most impressively, he's not trying to claim someone else's experience as his own like Hillary. If claiming the experience of yoru spouse is now allowable, then that means one of my co-workers can now do heart surgery since her husband is a cardiovascular surgeon, never mind that her degree is in statistics! I'm still trying to figure out where she gets her 35 years of experience from. Can't believe the media hasn't called BS on that whopper from her yet. See, this is one place where Olbermann could improve his standing by actually asking some tough questions of a lib-but he wont' get near it. Hillary effectively has neutered the MSNBC gang from making any comments about her in any way, shape, or form. And they rolled over and played dead for her--for whatever misguided reason.

Anyway, I don't think being a corporate flunkie, serving on the board of Wal-Mart counts as "experience". And ready from Day 1? For what? To interrupt her Chief of Staff as she's watching Soap Operas to tell her to schedule another focus group so she can decide what direction the wind is blowing in? Sorry, not interested.

Obama has a policy of course, and it was developed with an impressive list of experts on the subject. But that doesn't mean he's experienced in foreign policy. It'll be interesting, if he makes it that far, to see who he'd choose as a running mate.

I haven't chosen a candidate yet but I can tell you it will NOT be Hillary Clinton.

And I would not put anything past the Clinton's as they try to steal the nomination. You're seeing their scorched earth policy in place right now. They don't care what they do to their own party (or this country) in the long run, just so long as they are guaranteed power and a return to office.

If Hillary is the nominee I will vote for McCain (or Nadar, if he runs again). McCain is scaring me though, because he is really is pandering a bit too much for the hard right. I do hope the NAFTA stuff comes back to bite Hillary in the ass in Ohio big time.

I did know that stuff about McCain, I was being snarky because he's been acting like flip-fliper Romney and kissing up to Rush lately. I also think he doesn't want it too be widely known that his son serves because of what he went through as a POW. I think his capters were even harder on him because his father was a in the military as well (at the same time, I think).

Those degrading slams are straight from the puffers and kos kiddies. Make a peep about kerry or murtha and you are labeled a 'troop hater.' McCain is fair game to a far leftist. Liberal hypocrisy, front and center.

Check this out. Obama IS an Arab American legally.

He is NOT an African American.

I bet fat-ass on Monday doesn't even talk about that Maryland Representative McKee who obviously has to be a Dumbocrat disguising himself as a Republican only to get elected.

Conducting child porn research! Yeah, right! He sponsored legislation to protect minors from sexual predators, he was the executive director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washington County, a child mentorship program where he has worked for 29 years, and he has been involved in youth athletics and children's groups for decades.

He resigned yesterday and fat-ass Olbermann never called him out on it or on him being a closeted Dumbocrat!

Wow, just clicked on Savage's site for some real news and it was unavailable due to high traffic. Now, that's a site!

Perhaps Mr. Barkley can hire someone to read this book to him.

    http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0465008216

The author of the work "exhaustively reviewed a wide range of nonpartisan survey research, much of it university-based, to demonstrate the existence of a charitable divide between liberals and conservatives."

A liberal professor at Syracuse University, Brooks "determined, for instance, that the average conservative-headed household gives 30 percent more money to charity than the average liberal-headed one ($1,600 compared with $1,227), despite earning 6 percent less annually."

Additionally, he "found that of the 25 states where charitable giving was above average, George W. Bush won 24 in the 2004 presidential race. "

Christian conservatives walk the walk and talk the talk.

It appears that Mr. Barkley shot an air-ball.

And that "fascist" Bush wants to continue with his aid program to Africa that has saved and extended the lives of over 1 million Africans with AIDs.

    http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080217/ap_on_go_pr_wh/bush_africa

You'll hear nothing - absolutely nothing - about this from Mr. Olbermann.

For a fascist, Bush sure cares a lot about non-white people. Black Africans, Hispanic immigrants.

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Attacks by insurgents and rival sectarian militias have fallen up to 80 percent in Baghdad and concrete blast walls that divide the capital could soon be removed, a senior Iraqi military official said on Saturday.

Lieutenant-General Abboud Qanbar said the success of a year-long clampdown named "Operation Imposing Law" had reined in the savage violence between majority Shi'ites and minority Sunni Arabs dominant under Saddam Hussein.

Just as the "courageous" and "brave" Olbermann can denounce Bush as a fascist, the Republicans as terrorists and Bill O'Reilly as everything else, then climb into his limo for his chauffeur-driven ride to his upper Manhattan million-dollar condo where he rests in luxury for the evening.

What courage, what bravery, what sacrifice....

    END QUOTE

I have a friend that grew up in Lebanon until he was in his muid-teens when his father moved his family to the US in the 80's to escape what is happening in the Middle East. He holds a masters in ME from U of S. Car. He is also very conservative. He talks about how stupid liberals are when they tell the American people about what is going on in the ME. He says a liberal knows nothing about pure hatred in the ME. He says, "I do, I lived in it".

I watched the video of the Iraquis that were burned alive using gas and they also showed other executions i n the middle of the street as cars were passing by.

A few things came to mind after the knot in my gut left:

    1. What would these bastard do to George Bush? I don't think even Sadam could dream up what they would do to him.

    2. What would they do to Obama if he were standing there? My money says they would celebrate him with honor.

    3. When I saw the video it was like someone punched me in the gut. What do people like O'Lielly and SLOB the Walking Dead and Mike Lussy think:

    a. This would be happening if GW hadn't invaded Iraq.

    b. See, we are less safer in the world.

    c. Better them than me.

    d. What happens in the Middle East, stays in the Middle East.

    e. I'm safe because Harry Reid told me to hide under my sandbox. The extent of my world is how far I can step out of my sandbox and keep one of my big toes dangling over the edge. I see no terrorist in my sandbox. I'm happier than a pig in shit.

    4. When watching people pour gas on a human and push them into a pit on fire I understand how stupid it is when Pelosi or Hillary or any other stupid liberal think you can reason with these people. It's comical when some stupid bitch liberal left wing loon bitch (even those with balls) who couldn't make it int he kitchen, damn sure couldn't make it in the bedroom, decide they can take on Al Quaeda.

John McCain will be the only one that can lead the world.

Posted by: Sharon at February 17, 2008 9:48 PM

Well, the speeches are almost identical, however if I were making a speech with the point that "words matter", I would use those same quotes too.

The most significant thing as far as plagiarism goes is why Obama made that the topic of a speech. Was there an actual context for it in the sense that Clinton, Republicans, or the media have been minimizing "words", ideas, stands (on voting for the war, maybe), in the way "character" was minimized by the media on Clinton's behalf when he ran against the elder Bush.

Phoney: "What do people like O'Lielly and SLOB and the Walking dead and Mike Lussy think."

The point Phoney, is that unlike you, we DO actually think, .... and unlike you, I don't continually try to degrade my ideological opponents with degrading monikers because I don't like someone else's opinion.

It is interesting how in the post that you once again called me "Mike Lussy" (whatever that means?), you were responding to a post by Cecelia....who is a conservative poster who has said repeatedly that she believes you are nothing a shill for liberals.

    Sorry I misspelled "Phony".

I certainly wouldn't want to get THAT wrong without a correction.

Also, the last sentence should have read "Nothing BUT a shill for liberals."

That said, I personally don't believe you are the sock puppet that some conservatives say you are. You are simply the best argument for the common sense side that I could possibly imagine.

    Mike:
"Phony" is a, to coin a oxymoron, real phony.

He's pretending to be whatever the hell he is.

    Mike:
"who has said repeatedly that she believes you are nothing a shill for liberals."

I've called him/her out as well as being a fraud.

Don't you find it interesting - revealing interesting - that every time he's called on as being disingenuous, he/she NEVER responds back?

    It's an act.

Steve, if I were a conservative, I would want to believe he is a shill myself.....but I've seen too many of his hate filled and racist posts to believe that.

I fairly good at recognizing Authenticity and I see authenticity in his bigotry.

However, I recognize that I could be wrong....but I doubt it.

    Mike:
"I've seen too many of his hate filled and racist posts to believe that."

And you believe O'Lielly too? Those on my side all know to just ignore him.

C'mon, you know the type of people who like to do stuff like this at sites.

It's an act. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised to find out that O'Lielly and Phony are the same person.

Steve, You may be right. I kind of believe O'Lielly is an act myself.

However, if Phony IS a shill, it also means he is a liar. The two go hand in hand. My experience with liars is that they always reveal themselves sooner or later by forgetting which lies they told in the past, and then contradict them later.

Unlike O'lielly's posts, Phony's posts always include a lot of detail.

Phony's stories have remained consistent over time. As far as I can tell, he has never contradicted himself about where he lives, where he works, or what he does. He has even discussed his "conservative" friend from Lebanon several times before.

My experience with liars is that they always reveal themselves sooner or later by forgetting which lies they told in the past, and then contradict them later.

Are we talking about "Phony Soldier" or "The Phony Soldier".... along with the name, the personality seems to have morphed yet again, from using archaic terms straight out of a Tom Sawyer novel, to the above post.

Rudy and Mrs. Philby were consistent in their stories about themselves too and their writing styles, personalities, and ways of expression, were consistent as well. We know both personalities came from one person.

O'Reilly has been around here forever and he is a liberal. This isn't a trade-out-- you don't buy the bad character who says he's a liberal and I'll pretend not to buy the bad character who says he's a McCain supporter...

O'Reilly is not indicative of liberalism or of liberals, and anyone who takes him that way does so because it's a convenient weapon against opponents. It's not an honest weaon though, and as Steve has said, and you have seen, most conservatives here don't take him seriously at all. Anyone with a half a brain can see that O'Reilly is merely a a shock jock. I doubt you'll find anyone who really believes O'Lielly sincerely wishes what he says he wishes. Most people here really do know that he's here to try and annoy the guy with the Fox blog... and any Fox fans along the way.

People aren't stereotypes. There is no "authentically" racist way to sound. Generally, people who are racist tend to couch in certain terms even on blog boards, because it is considered so universally onerous. They don't couch it when they are sock puppets or otherwise are engaging in that sort of rhetoric solely to bait others.

You believe what you wish about Phony Soldier. Cherish him. There's a certain delicious irony in knowing that the only person that the entity behind Phony Soldier managed to get over on, is you.

This is a fraudulent blog. You delete entries you disagree with. That makes you a liar.

I see a bunch of posts from you going back to last month sitting right where you left them. So you made a fraudulent post. That makes you the liar.

Charles Barkley? This is the guy who complained he'd been "misquoted" in the autobiography that he allegedly wrote himself.

Steve, You may be right. I kind of believe O'Lielly is an act myself.

(chron.com) The fighting over Berkeley's snub of the U.S. Marine Corps hasn't died down - it's moved to the U.S. Senate...

I find it very ironic that the one person on this site who is entirely like me in how passionate he is about his hatred for the enemy, is the one person that my enemies are afraid to embrace.

Phony soldier with or without all his curses and crude sayings has shown over and over again to how much he hates my way of thinking, and to anybody who hates your America.

An enemy of mine that would cause me and my islamic fascists much harm if his ideas were ever adhered to.

For some reason though I see even his fellow conservatists back down whenever he makes a point to how much he hates me.

The liberal un-Americans I can understand as they have been the backbone for my cause, and their fear of anything having to do with the real world is well known, but yet when the one known as phony American stands up for what he believes in I don't hear a rallying cry from his words and like thinkers.

Very strange indeed, and I for one am very happy that there hasn't been one, because if there were a million more like him in your country I and my fellow jihadists would give up on the thought of anymore attacks on your country, and be happy for the one that we were lucky enough to carry out.

Phony soldier...Allah be praised that his fighting words are disregarded by the majority, because his thoughts and words against me are exactly my thoughts and words against your country, and the only thing that seperates us is that he fights alone to defend your country while I have millions that fight with me against it.

You will never learn my lost sheep, but my next lesson could be one that you will have etched in your memories for a hundred years, as it seems that most of you have already forgotten my last attack. Allah be praised!
