And now, I heard the Levin part. That was excellent. And it should come as no surprise that Keithy is a fraud. Being the anti-O'Reilly will get you a fluke win here and a fluke win there, but it won't get you to be the #1 cable news show for X years and counting. To paraphrase what Keith alleges his bosses told him: John and Mark, full steam ahead, buddies!

I'm a big Levin fan, but I don't agree with him about Olbermann faking it... He certainly wasn't faking it when he sat in his bathtub in the late 90's rather than interview guests who articulated the Lewinsky matter as being about more than "just sex".

The motivation for Olbermann to wish to be the "anti-O'Reilly" would be an idealogical one. Bill O. seems to rub liberals in the same way that a box grater "rubs" cheese.

Now, that you mention it, I guess it's only a partial act for ratings and the rest is ideological. I wouldn't say BOR rubs liberals in, if you mean he infuriates them, as much as I'd say the radical/far-left is rubbed in.

Mark brings up a pretty good point. I had always wondered if Keith really bought into all the nonsense he spews or if it was all just an act to try and pick up the hate America crowd. I tend to think Keith is a liberal, but I don't know if he really buys into all the nonsense he pushes. I do firmly believe that Keith is a racist at heart.
