You had to see it to believe it, and to ask just how far MSNBC will go in its obvious Hillary-hating campaign. Watch the video...and notice some things: the furrowing of the brow, the jutting body language and finally the growing intensity of tone that ends in a crescendo of baloney patriotic umbrage.
