Thanks again for the Gibson audio, Johnny. My only problem with John in the clip, and it happens all over talk radio, is there was a lot of redundancy. I get it, John: "hypocrite, fascist, sides with terrorists, idiot." You don't have to say it again and again and again. Although, I guess it is worth repeating in case anyone has just tuned in and doesn't know what's being discussed.
Nevertheless, more Olbypocrisy on display.
that pair of douches (alter, olby) doing the backup twostep sidestep for thier savior is just so damn funny. olby under the bus and alter trying extricate his fat ass. i cant think of two dudes id rather crush the orbital socket of.
Not the biggest fan of Gibson, but he nailed it right on the head. I think Greenwald's essay clearly spelled this out, but playing the audio back to back with Olbermann's "new" position is quite startling. As for the redundancy, I think Gibson was mocking Olbermann's style in that his special comments tend to go on and on, and after awhile they all sound alike. I think that is what Gibson was doing. From other clips posted here, Gibson does not seem to be redundant when making a point. I do like the "bathtub boy" nickname though, teehee.
Fair enough.
Okay...I don't like Olby. I sensed from the beginning that he was just a goon. He was insecure. He loved the sound of his voice. And I knew that he was a lefty loon.
But I never "really" could tell if he was also a FRAUD. I mean....sure....I suspected he was all along (he's said many things for the sake of ratings *cough*spastic Special Comments*cough*), but it was always circumstantial evidence. One might be able to argue semantics, or differing points of view, or poorly thought-out arguments, or whatever.
But this.....This proof is simply the gold mine. There is no clearer example.
Olby said one thing to literally DEMONIZE the President of the United States.
Then his man does the EXACT SAME THING, and nary a word of criticism.
F R A U D
What else can you say?
Russert must be proud.
Hey.....Blue blogs.....take a good, hard look at your hero. The Goon is nothing more than a FRAUD. You've been fooled all along.
ko,I was agianst it until obama was for it
cant wait for his "special comment" to explain his hypocrisy
countdown is nothing more than a one hour infomercial for obama and the left wing
More like the far-left wing.
What did the far left actually think Olberloser actually bought into their nonsense?? Olbermann doesn't care about freeing terrorist, starting a revolution, and destroy the United States. He only cares about ratings and he thinks the worship of Obamanation will give him ratings. Behold your fraud leader radical left. Obermann is a true opportunist.
Factor: "What did the far left think Olberloser actually brought into their nonsense"??.....A needed voice of reason to question the lunacy of YOUR nonsense.
Factor: "Olbermann doesn't care about freeing terrorist,".....No, he doesn't, and neither does your so-call "far left". What we "care" about is following the Constitution and maintaining the standards of decency that has made America into the country you say you love.
Factor: "starting a revolution,".....Huh?
Factor: "and destroy the Unitied States"......Which certainly does bring into question your OWN motivations because you all you do is cheer while the Constitution, Geneva Convention, Justice Department fairness, along with the principle of maintaining the equality of co-equal branches of government come under constant attack from this administration.
Factor: "he only cares about ratings and he thinks the worship of Obamanation will give him ratings.".....Keep right on believing that you are capable of dicerning and trivializing the motivations of your opposition at your own peril.
Factor: "Behold your fraud leader of the radical left.".....Eventually, even YOU might begin to understand that KO's politics are not really "far" left at all, ..... and those of us blessed with some progressive perspective do not "worship" anyone, nor do we consider ANY political pundit to be a "leader".
Factor: "Olbermann is a true opportunist."......And in the land of opportunity, no less. YOU of all people should respect that.
Thank God coward clark shot his mouth off, today. Say by by to your shot at vp, clarky! Say by by to all politics, clarky boy! He also personally attacked all servicemen who served, but, saw no action, but, mikeh will apologise for him, anyways.
What Clark said was that being a war hero does not qualify someone to be Commander in chief. I don't see how anyone would disagree with that? But he probably should not have said it.....and it probably will cost him a chance at being offered VP. As a matter of fact, he did not "attack" anyone at all, and as a former serviceman myself, he certainly did not offend me.
That said, Obama is showing everyone how to take the high road. I would suggest that all of you Swiftboat slime merchant defenders pay special attention to how that is done.
Just wanted that on the record for future reference. Thanks, mikeh!
"As he's said many times before, Senator Obama honors and respects Senator McCain's service, and of course he rejects yesterday's statement by General Clark," Obama spokesman Bill Burton says in a statement.
One more thing, does riding around in a limo plastering community service signs on lamp posts qualify to be president?
"One more thing, does riding around in a limo plastering community service signs on lamp posts qualify to be president?"
NO!.....But it doesn't disqualify him either.....just like McCain being a POW doesn't disqualify him either.
Now back to those pesky old ISSUES!
AP - Democrat Barack Obama rejected a retired general's suggestion that Republican John McCain's military experience didn't necessarily qualify him to be president
