Anyone who has debated MikeH here these last few years knows he has always seen the news and discussed the news in Iraq as "failure," "loss," or "defeat." Along with the simpletons he characterized like SNOBamessiah, Reid, Webb, Clinton, Kerry and the rest who, in 2006/2007, said the surge was not successful and would not be successful (see my quote of SNOBamessiah above).

MikeH lies in trying to defend the undefensable "I NEVER...." How could he "never." I found this one example of his poor assessment of the fine work of our troops in Iraq in ONE MINUTE after I arrived here and saw the silly debate.....

Even here Mike is spouting a typical leftist argument about how a terrorist organization is better than the US in manipulating a population for support...nevermind that the US forces are not a terrorist organization and there is a moral difference in the two.....but what do we see here....the Iraq War defined in terms of winning/losing......success/failure....MikeH was being a simpleton in this argument (like he is in all of his debates).

And then came the surge and MikeH's favorite actors (Olbermann, Reid, SNOBamessiah, etc) always deemed the surge a failure, not a success and would never be a success (again look at my quote of SNOBamessiah above).....The second part of his claim about "simpletons" debunked....So although MikeH may try to divert attention away from his own inept argument using NEVER and SIMPLETONS...the turth remains....he has defined the Iraq War in terms of the US losing (and in so many ways) AND he was wrong about just "simpletons" seeing this war as a win or loss....like Maliki today:

I have never used those kind of words in reference to our adventure in Iraq for one very simple reason....I have never thought of the war in those kind of terms.
