The smart, amiable longtime NBC news executive who has worked with Keith Olbermann off and on for more than 25 years and is his most outspoken champion.
Krazy Keith searched high and searched low
For that ancient clip of Bill-O
Countdown aired as "news"
Jackson's open-mic spews
Aren't news because Olby said so
Remember when Bush and Cheney were overheard calling a reporter a " major league a*****e"? The Krazy-Legged Fat Ass played that clip numerous times. There is a long list of other incidents, but why pile them on. Olby is The greatest hypocrite ever to host a broadcast.
I didn't watch tonight's "Countdown," but the summary at the News Hole indicates there was another O'Reilly attack in the Media Matters Minute. Once video is posted at the show's website, I'll waste my usual time recapping it. Stand by.
It's up. So, here we go.
In the Media Matters Minute, these were the unfortunate victims attacked by Edward R. Olbermann (because Murrow was one to attack people he disagreed with):
John Ashcroft: Your BDS (Bush Derangement Syndrome) is showing, Keithy.
TSA: Whatever.
And, finally, the eeevil O'Reilly. You know, it was so great when he was on vacation. We didn't have to put up with this crap. I wish he was on a permanent vacation from MSNBC. But anyway, "The star of the Bill-O [ding!] the Clown Hour." O'Reilly "violated all precepts of journalism by playing that tape of Jesse Jackson..." "Bill-O the Clown Hour." [ding the ding ding!] Fixed News! [ding!] You know, I'll bet the Blue Blog Source was TVNewser. I'll just bet that. Hysterical Ted Baxter voice (another thing I didn't miss) used when reading quotes of Mr. Bill on "Studio B" yesterday afternoon, a segment I had missed by mere seconds, putting on FNC while they were in commercial. Luckily, Johnny and FOXNews.com have the video, which I'll link to shortly. "And the reference to the n**s," asked the TV-MA-Rated Bathtub Boy, "that was relevant how? Jackson without n**s said Obama was quote, 'talking down to Black people.' That wasn't disparaging enough? Just another moment of self-righteous, self-contradictory nonsense from the neighborhood, uh...nutjob. Bill-O the Clown! [ding the ding!] Today's Worst...Person..." and you know the rest. Why bother quoting it? I need a shower after that, as usual. Oralmann the Clown, now and forever, the Worst Person in the Galaxy.
Here's BOR on "Studio B" yesterday afternoon: http://tinyurl.com/6rdxzz
How was it that O'Reilly "violated all precepts of journalism by playing that tape of Jesse Jackson..." when Olbermann himself has a clip of....O'Reilly!...in the opening to his show saying things he didn't intend go be broadcast? Jiminy Christmas!!!!!!!!!

Mike C on Olbermann: "You know, it was so great when he was on vacation, we didn't have to put up with this crap."
LOL!
News flash to Mike C.......You DON'T "have" to "put up with this crap".......The key to solving your 'problem' is called your remote control.

What works for Olby doesn't work for anyone else. That's Olbypocrisy.
