Ben Affleck outdid himself in this spot-on spoof. I'd give him an Emmy. He IS Keith Olbermann. Olby must be fuming. His SNF cohorts will rake him over the coals tonight.

The 'special comment' was the best: "UP with which we will no longer PUT!" RCox, you are spot on with your insight, Hillary supporters got their revenage. I'm pretty sure Affleck was a Hillary supporter at first. Trust me, Olby will have Ben Affleck on Countdown, to show how he can take a joke. But we all know he's seething... The comments at the Huffington Post are mostly fan-girls boo-hooing at how mean that skit was to Keith. There are some blaming John McCain for it. Wackjobs, all. teehee.

I would have only thought it was a lighthearted satire centering around the exagerated style of the pundit, for the comedic pursuit of this election season theme, until the SPECIAL COMMENT attacking the president of the co-op board who asked him, his mother and his cat to leave.....This was a clear slam on the pathological personality of the ecomaniac who has lied so often it is now part of his "schtik."

The imitation of Richard Wolfe was a bonus and when Affleck made him WPitW, in full dress Nazi uniform, I had a nice chuckle.

It seems that Olbermann has "arrived" as the popular culture's leftwing fringe clown the clear thinkers here at OW have always known him to be. From demogoging every issue that has come before him leaving logic, fairness and sanity aside, Olbermann can be officially catalogued with the silly and pathetic. Congratulations to him and his supporters everywhere....but remember, people are not laughing WITH you, they are laughing AT you.

The results of this election may have a big impact on Olbermann....Him becoming a member of a potential Obama administration would really shine that penny up.

They got the camera pivots down pat in the Special Education Komment. But I would've had two guests who, when Olby made his preposterous statements, said, Yes of course, I agree completely. But then we would've missed the excellent outrageous/courageous joke. Well done overall, but I think the audience was a bit bemused at first. Probably 80% of them had never seen Oralmann before. Maybe they should've given him Groucho eyebrows.

The impression was excellent. I was completely surprise but the length and venom of the impression. I wonder what is behind the hatred. It must be more than Olbermann stabbing Hillary in the back. I have a sense that even though Affleck is part of the lunatic left, Olbermann is still an embarrassment to him. Olbermann is like looking into the mirror and not liking what Affleck sees. Olbermann does give the radical left a worse name than it already has.Olbermann's constant lies and hyperbole have worn thin on members of the left wing hate machine. How long will the left wing hate machine tolerate Olbermann if Obama wins?

There isn't any hatred. It was a spoof. It's called humor.

I fully understand that YOUR heart is so full of hatred for everyone and everything that you don't understand.....but you really should try to understand that most of the rest of the human race isn't at all like YOU.
