I can only imagine that KO is going to rip on the photo op today of all the former Presidents this afternoon. You just KNOW he's going to say something about current President Bush looking uncomfortable...just watch. The lunacy begins....right now.

Interesting you should use that picture given that KO devoted the last segment to sex and porn. He seemed to be enjoying the b roll footage a little too much, not to mention the sophomoric double entendres with Musto. Very creepy.
Olby uses the meeting of the past and future presidents as an excuse to rip Bush for installing a $61,000 rug in the Oval Office. ("Big Enough to Sweep Things Under").
Also a jab at Clinton liking shag carpets.
In another segment, KO continues his self-appointed role of Leon Panetta apologist, justifying this horrible CIA Director nomination.
Well, one streak fell by the wayside tonight.
WPITW:
Worse to Bill O'Reilly ... "off to a slow start came out of the box with both guns blazing" for criticizing Leon Panetta and saying we won't be as safe because Panetta doesn't have any intelligence experience. Then KO repeats his refrain about Panetta sitting in on intelligence briefings as chief of staff. He dismisses a Billo interview with an ex-CIA guy who says we will get attacked again with Panetta at the post. KO ignores another interviewee who said that Leon Panetta hearing intelligence briefings makes him as qualified to run the CIA as a history professor would be running the army after reading a book about war.
Worser to Brian Kilmeade for making a Vaseline joke about the upside-down skier guy.
Worst: Congressman Cliff Stearns of Florida (so no all-Fox WPITW to break the run ... two-days), for asking Nancy Pelosi to reschedule all votes that would interfere with him viewing the BCS title game, after blasting Democrats in August for closing shop instead of voting on an offshore drilling measure.

Worse blue blog source: Crooks and Liars.

Worser blue blog source: Gawker.

Worst blue blog source already given.
What exactly did Keith "Man on Fan" Olbermann say about his archnemesis? Did he call him names? And what about Brian?
"The Administrations's 50 Running Scandals....Bushed."
3. A book deal for First Lady Laura Bush.
2. I'm sure there was some point Lowblolby was trying to make, but for the life of me, I haven't a clue.
1. Medal of Freedom Awards
The "scandal" threshhold is falling lower than CD's ratings in the final days of the Bush Administration.
Terrific point at Newsbusters on the irony of Olbermann criticizing Coulter over her NBC banning allegation, when he's virtually banned conservatives from his show.
One day since last having viewed "Countdown With Keith Olbermann".
At one point he said Billo was using the discredited argument that torture actually yields good information, but the segment was really about Olbermann defending Panetta, and by extension, Obama. These last two days' Panetta coverage are probably the best first example of Olbermann establishing himself as Obama's propaganda arm.
The thing with Brian was mostly just showing the clip from Fox and Friends and moving on, in which Brian said the skier who was strung up upsidedown on the ski lift naked could endorse vaseline, jamming his two fingers in ... the vaseline jar. Jokes ensued. Pretty much a space filler for Olby.
On to Ann Coulter for a moment, whom Olby slammed on Monday for whining about the Today show. Coulter does this stuff on purpose, as O'Reilly was pointing out to her tonight, and it seems to me she's just playing a game with the Today show, trying to prove that NBC doesn't have the balls to bring her on or something. Olby called her desperate and childless, etc (as if he isn't), emotionally fragile about the prospect of not being on the Today show. Lying about being Banned for Life. Methinks Olby is more upset at the Today show than Coulter. Then he slams her for repeating a tired idea in a sixth book or something. But when was the last time he wrote a book, let alone one of substance. And this diatribe occurred during his *BEST* persons in the world segment. Ah geez.
Yeah, KO was just reaching for stuff tonight. And quoting movies that over 85% under 30 haven't even heard of was just crazy. I mean, c'mon...do YOU remember Catch-22? No. And what was the only Interesting thing Woody Allen has done in the last 35 years? Marry his adopted daughter? Ooh interesting....NOT.
And the topper of all, having the discussion about the porn ppl going up to capitol hill to ask for a piece of the bail out, then to bring on of ALL people, Michael Musto? Oh my god, I don't know who looked gayer, Michael or KO. Why didn't he have his boy Maddow on, I'm sure she's more "Man" than Musto is, and I sure as hell DON'T want to find out either.
But from the ratings that were posted on here, it sure looks like KO's show is going into the crapper and all I have to say is...GOOD!
I really love reading the comments on here, and I think this place is great to slam that "Morrow" wannabe KO.
Olbermahn, Maddow, and Musto
Olby's "newscast" is a freak show
Mike and Rachel's gay porn
Purple sock, side of corn
Mister Maddow has the machismo
What a joke....in response to Harry Reid's statement about his relationship to PEBO, Keith Olbermann's guest explains it away by warning that progressives should not become a cult of personality around Obama....
Sorry....it's too late....what The One wants, he gets.......
The church of SNOBamessiah is well established and working its influence. Obama changed his mind about accepting the appointment of the tainted governor, and Roland Burris is now acceptable....
"Only a week ago, Obama, Reid and other Democratic leaders were adamant that they'd block any Senate appointment made by tainted Illinois Gov. Rod 'Dead Meat' Blagojevich, who has been charged with trying to sell Obama's seat to the highest bidder.
"Their statements back then were stern and inflexible, invoking the honor of the Senate and how they'd never let an allegedly corrupt governor put his greasy paws on their august dignity. Those statements weren't bland. They were so tough they had hair on them. More hair than Blagojevich, even.
"But today's news is that Obama, often treated by the national media as the gentle Mr. Tumnus of American politics, got privately hardball with Reid over the Tombstone issue.
"According a story in the Tribune by Rick Pearson and Mike Dorning, Obama didn't want the Chicago Way on parade in Washington, less than two weeks before his inauguration, when he formally becomes the agent of the change we can believe in."

###Ah, yes....PEBO was stern about not allowing Blago to name the next junior Senator from Illinois.....but political embarassment seems to be all that is needed to move him to the opposite position.
Not a good sign to show our enemies around the world....A simple test of sticking to one's principles laid aside.
And perhaps our new President lied yesterday when he stated....
"This is a Senate matter."
If it is a Senate matter, why is Obama twisting Reid's arm?
Ah yes, the church of SNOBamessiah is nothing new in Washington. Same circus, different day.
VERO POSSUMUS!
America47000,
The Minister of Propaganda did write a book. A couple years ago, he thought that he'd try to compte against one of O-Rielly's books. Man, Goebells-Olbermann got DESTROYED by Bill-O. I'm not sure how many books KO sold, but it was probably around 423 books with most of those bought by himself. O`Rielly has since went on to write 2 or 3 more best seller while KO has crawled back into the PROVERBIAL WRITER'S BATHTUB.
Don't be fooled by Drudge. He's currently running with a video titled "Palin Unleashes on ...Olbermann.." among others. After viewing the 9:24 clip, I can report that Olby's name is not mentioned.
Was it really a book, or a list of blatherings? Point is, he doesn't put himself out there much beyond the confines of his controlled set (The View and Martha Stewart and David Letterman aside).
I should add that in his renewed attack on O'Reilly in WPITW, he said that "it's going to be a long year for Billo." It's the kind of statement he usually says just before bragging about a ratings fluke that had him finish ahead of O'Reilly in one demo. Except now, he's a distant third in almost all the categories.
Is KO trying to say it's going to be a long year because KO thinks he will have plenty of Billo material because Obama is in office?
Does Olbermann know that O'Reilly doesn't just cover politics, but a wide range of issues, ranging from health care to general news to entertainment. Without putting the political spin on it that KO has to put on everything.
I swear, I wish someone would get KO on a show to make fun of O'Reilly clips, and then show O'Reilly praising cancer research, or O'Reilly offering sympathies to families of people who died, or O'Reilly giving money to children's charities. See what KO says to that stuff.
The guy is so transparent. Most people can find something with which to agree with another person, at some level. There are probably a great number of statements by KO and BO that actually are in sync. But to hear KO say it, everything out of BO's mouth is a lie. Of course, KO only spews this garbage because BO, and through him Fox News, is KO's direct competition, and is killing him in the ratings. Even selling out his soul to Obama didn't work for KO.
So, exactly who's in for a long year here?
On the subject of KO's "book," it was classic Olbermann. It was nothing more than a reprint of his WPITW scripts. So it wasn't anything original. In fact, who knows if he actually wrote it! …By the way, when that book was out, this site did a great job of tracking its microscopic sales.
This highlights one of the most amazing things in the Keith Olbermann saga. Not only is he obnoxious, pompous and obviously insecure, he's also lazy. He constantly harps on O’Reilly. But whether you agree with O’Reilly or not, one the reasons for his success is that he works 10 times harder. He actually writes books. And does his own live radio show (or did, up until recently). And researches the topics before he talks about them. And invites guests he disagrees with. And comes up with original stories.
As America47000 and Mike C. show us every night, Olbermann merely repeats unattributed highlights from his favorite 2 or 3 blogs. That’s as far as he goes.
Ya know, KO had that porn segment on just a few minutes after making fun of Brian Kilmeade for some semi-naughty dialogue about the naked skier. KO even made a joke about the "2069th day," emphasis on the 69.
Is he going to name himself WPITW for his childish jokes?
Via the transcript for Wednesday night's show:
Worse: "The bronze to Bill-O [Ding!]. Off to a slow start here in ‘09. So he came out of the box both guns blazing last night. Didn‘t take them out of the holster, of course." 'Cause he's a dumb dolt right-winger [Ding!], eh, Man on Fan? "Nevertheless, ..." The Ted Baxter voice came out for a quote that skirted around what Mr. Bill really said in Tuesday night's Talking Points Memo.

The parts Monkeymann omitted are surrounded by asterisks:
O'REILLY: "*As we've mentioned, the two biggest challenges President-elect Obama faces are the economy and keeping Americans safe from the terror-killers.*
*"Points" likes Obama's proposed tax cuts for small business and working Americans.* *That's smart and will restore some confidence in the wobbling economy.* *But on the security front, big problems are rolling in.*
Obama will nominate 70-year-old Leon Panetta to run the Central Intelligence Agency. *An honest and smart guy, Mr. Panetta is Bill Clinton's former chief of staff and a man of great patriotism.* *But* he has no intel experience, opposes coerced interrogation and many other anti-terror methods that have kept us safe for more than seven years.
*It's not that Mr. Panetta could not learn quickly.* *He could.* *But with terrorism raging worldwide, is this the right time for on-the-job training?*
*FOX News analyst Charles Krauthammer nailed it when he said the far-left pressured Obama to select someone like Panetta:* ..."
And so on.
Back on OlbyPlanet: "Skip, for a moment, Bill-O [Ding!] parroting the sadists‘ [Ding!] assumption that torture [Ding!] gets you to tell the truth, and skip that he had some ex-agency guy predicting we‘ll now, quote [Ding!], get hit in the next year. Leon Panetta has no intel experience? He served in Vietnam. He won the Army Commendation Medal. He served on the Iraq Study Group. And as the White House chief of staff, he sat in on the national security briefings of President Clinton. And he is 70. Porter Goss turned 66 two months after he started as the head of CIA. As to his intel experience, he hadn‘t worked at the agency for 33 years. It‘s going to be a long year for Bill-O [Ding!]."
Worser: "Our runner-up, Brian Kilmeade, over at the Bill-O [Ding!] news network, Fox Noise [Ding!]. I don‘t even know how to characterize this, about that poor naked upside down skier guy. Let‘s just play it." Gawker video shown. "No, let‘s not. Let‘s not talk stimulus. Anyway, that is an O‘Reilly topic. " Ooh, Keith Oralmann with the reference of references. Somebody with initials A.M. would probably be proud. (You know who I mean, and it isn't Al Morganti. It's a disgruntled woman that is a heroine in far-left precincts.)
Worst: That Stearns guy. "Last August, at the height of the drill, baby, drill nonsense, Congressman Stearns and many of his Republican colleagues exploded at the Democrats for having adjourned for the Summer recess without caving in to Republican demands for a vote ending the quarter-century old ban on drilling for oil along the American coast." Those evil lunatic fringers [Ding!]! "Stearns contribution to that cheesy political stunt was to insist that the recess be cut short and Democrats do, quote [Ding!], the people‘s business by supporting offshore drilling." Yada yada yada, Stearns is a hypocrite: "To a man who insisted the Democrats cut short Summer recess so everybody could urgently vote on a measure that would not have impacted gas prices for a decade, [blah blah blah] A college football game." The BCS National Championship between Florida and Oklahoma (which the Gators won 24-14, yay!). "And he wants her to, quote [Ding!], (looking down at gotcha paper, I assume): move these votes to either Wednesday and/or Thursday morning to allow members to attend this historic game. (Looking back up, I assume): Members? Whole state delegations intend to go? Apparently not. Stearns is the only Congressman who signed the letter. Meaning, he wants Pelosi to shut down the House so he can go to the ball game, he, Cliff Stearns, Republican of Florida, today‘s worst person in the world!"
Republicans are such dumb dolt jerk "naked flabby hypocrites," right, Bathtub Boy?
