Are your communications with Google considered confidential?
If not, I would recommend posting them on this site.
Perhaps I'm misunderstanding this travesty, and it really is a legitimate complaint that can be applied ACROSS THE BOARD to all offenders (even pro-Olbermann clips on youtube). If the complaint is legit, then I should be unable to find any Countdown clips on youtube, right?
This smells like an anti-NBC witchhunt to me and should expose - for the billionth time - the hypocrisy of the left and their fascist intolerance for organized speech that is contrary to liberal orthodoxy.
Maybe this is their argument......

We've updated our Terms of Use to clarify what kinds of uses of the website and the YouTube Embeddable Player are permitted. We don't want to discourage you from putting the occasional YouTube video in your blog to comment on it or show your readers a video that you like, even if you have general-purpose ads somewhere on your blog. We will, however, enforce our Terms of Use against, say, a website that does nothing more than aggregate a bunch of embedded YouTube videos and intentionally tries to generate ad revenue from them.
In case this happens again, I'd have backup copies of any video you post on the new channel.
