For awhile I've been wondering why no one is talking about the Secret Service bringing up Col Allen and the cartoonist on criminal charges of encouraging people to kill the President of The United States of American and/or The Speaker of the House.

Even on Monday when Keith was talking to the head of the NAACP (Julian Bond) they both agreed the cartoon was inviting people to assassinate either The President or The Speaker. While I fully support the First Amendment, there are limits (as pointed out by The US Supreme Court).

So, I'm wondering why Keith has yet to bring up the question of the Secret Service bringing the cartoonist or Col Allan up on appropriate criminal charges. Why? It is something I think would be worth discussing (if only to explain why not).

I sometimes think KO and others almost wish something would happen to Obama just so it would confirm the belief they have that the US is a horrible country just full of racist Republicans who want to kill the black President. New Murrow indeed.

Ah yes, and the irony of calling anyone who has responded to him, "close-minded" is amuzing. The very definition of such a characterization is apt for MikeH's ideological echo-chamber channel, MSNBC, which derided an elected official before his speech while covering him as a news story......

Compare the behavior of the MSNBC staff to that of FOX NEWS, which gave both elected officials respect and unbiased coverage. Who is "close-minded."

The troll MikeH never wins his arguments on fact or merit. He is constantly put in his place by the clear thinking, moderate and respectful posters here at OW. It is fun to watch.

From calling others Nazis to equating their points of view as malignancies that need to be cut away, MikeH has no credibility. But I am glad he comes by to show us how well the anti-America hateful left is doing lately.

Correction cee. I think this site's lone olbyloon's own words should be used, you know, to honor his intellectual dishonesty. What Olbermann should be doing on his program, like MikeHee said he was doing when he told Bush to "shut the hell up!", is, uh,... how did MikeHee state it? Oh yeah, "speaking truth to power!" Yeah, that's it!

I guess MikeHee follows his leader, and speaks a selective truth to power only when that power has an (R) next to it. I believe that's called nuance.
