Let's have some more fun, GE, Olby's parent company seems to be backing down on a boast.
I'm sure Mr. Bill will have something to say about this Monday, while Pavlo Olbermann will spit & drool some damage control on Tues.

Thanks MikeC also, because I can't abuse myself by watching his show, and even that short clip had me reeling, but does anybody truly know any person that is as miserable as this Garafalo?
Is she not the perfect poster child for every pshychiatry, health and hygiene convention in the country?
See what happens when you use drugs.
See what happens when you have no self esteeem.
See what happens when you try to be different.
See what happens when you hang out with people like olbermann.
See what tattoo's do to you.
See what happens when you don't wear makeup.
See what happens when you try to change your sex. (This could be used for both olbermann and her)
See what happens when you smother your child to extremes.
See what happens when you never reprimand your child.
See what happens when you don't hold your child responsible for their actions.
See what happens when you set limited goals for your child.
See how alcohol and drugs can effect the birth of your child.
On and on. Good God what a waste of human flesh.
Thanks, Wolverine.
And you're welcome, too.
By the way, Alison Rosen has pictures of her on her blog from last night's show:

If anyone wants to see, here's the full Halftime Report: http://tinyurl.com/clc2lu
Whoever the guy was who name dropped Denis Leary... I'm a fan. It is so true about not bashing one side. To quote his "no cure for cancer" album:
"Ted Kennedy, great Senator, bad date, if you know what I mean."
The name dropper was Bill Schulz.
I tried to watch the original COUNTDOWN clip as well.....
I could not get through more than 2 minutes.
The difference between the arrogance and glibness of Rush Limbaugh and that of Olberamann and Garafalo is that the former does it for humor's sake. He calls himself a "harmless little fuzzball." His is part entertainer and that is why he is so popular.
Olbermann and Garafalo, with their amateur hour psycho-analysis, are not entertaining....they come across as arrogant, mean-spirited and bigoted. They come across as the exact entities they accuse Limbaugh of being but without humor or self-deprication.
That is the big difference. That is why Rush gets millions of listeners daily while Olbermann languishes in third place much of the time with barely one million consistant viewers during PRIMETIME!
Garafalo looked like a desperate person with a career on life support. I watch "24" and it is interesting that this principled liberal participates in a fiction that counters basically all of her ideology regarding our nation's professionals responsible for our defense against terror. I suppose paying for her lavish lifestyle is more important to her than her ideology......
The same goes for Keith.....limosine liberals prepared to dictate to the rest of us how we should be living and spending our money as they live the life of luxury along with those bad ol' CEO's and bankers.
VERO POSSUMUS!
Miss Garbuffalo is out of touch
No one really likes her that much
Err Amerika sank
She's quite a skank
Like a tattooed barista and such
Get the barf bag ready for Monday night, as Olby will tell all about how a dead person was his really close friend.
http://www.abcrn.com/harvey/
This goes back to at least pre-countdown days, but yes. I do remember Olby doing fill-in work on Paul Harvey News a few times. Never remember him doing 'The Rest of The Story'. That would have been way too much of a reach.
-- Get the barf bag ready for Monday night, as Olby will tell all about how a dead person was his really close friend. --
Yeah, I'm wondering how will OverEgo turn a Paul Harvey 'tribute' into a self-serving love fest? The other thing I'm anticipating is the obligatory Rush Limbaugh attack. Cnn and Fox both covered the CPAC speech he did live (not sure if either carried the whole speech) so someone's ego will need to do some lashing out. Will Rush be the WPITW?
I found this pic of a true blue Olbermann fan watching the Garafalo interview:
http://tinyurl.com/bxs79b
So does he keep an Email from Paul Harvey in his wallet as well? Tune in Monday to find out.
We know he'll say PH was a CD viewer but was he watching as he passed away? Were his last words "shut the hell up"?
KO has weighed in already, thanks to one of his biggest fans Aaron Barnhart. It's in the Olbermann flood. A particular quote stands out as KO describes Harvey's show design: "I stole it almost entirely for 'Countdown.'"
So he lifts Paul Harvey's segment setup and Murrow's signature farewell. What about CD is Olbermann's?
Will KO mention other substitutes were Tony Snow, Mike Huckabee, Mitt Romney and Fred Thompson? I doubt it.
> KO describes Harvey's show design: "I stole it almost entirely for 'Countdown.'"
I listened to Paul Harvey for years, and I don't remember the part where he smears other broadcasters with doctored quotes and lies. Or tells Hillary Clinton to get out of the race or she should be taken into a room and beat up. Or says Fox News is worse than the KKK and worse than Al Qaeda. Maybe I missed those Paul Harvey broadcasts.
Btw, KO was so bent out of shape that anyone would accuse him of saying "oh God" before Jindal's speech and demanded an apology. He was aghast at the accusation.
Would someone refresh my memory. Did he ever apologize for the implied accusations toward McCain and the lobbyist based on the NY Times article? Maybe he did and I didn't catch it but I do remember he devoted most of a show to it. I doubt Paul Harvey ran with such rumors.
Didn't KO used to make Harvey WPitW more than a few times? Was that before KO decided it was better to brag that he got to be Harveys fill in?
So he lifts Paul Harvey's segment setup and Murrow's signature farewell. What about CD is Olbermann's?

Certainly not the copy throwing bit at the end of Countdown.
He lifted that from David Letterman.
PAUL HARVEY WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD!!!

He Shoots! He Scores!
Liontooth puts it top shelf on Olbermann!
In the words of the great Mike Lange, "He beat him like a rented mule!"
Still, Olby will pretend that he never did that worst person, what a hack!
Cecelia, you're absolutely right about the Letterman theft. He probably stole something from Tom Snyder also but I can't pinpoint it right now.
Great find, liontooth! How will he reconcile that video with his recollections of PH. The WPitW watches his show and is a fan of his?
-- He Shoots! He Scores! --
Thanks puck but when I saw rushbaby's comment, I did a google search and it was one of the first things that came up. He gets the assist!
-- I listened to Paul Harvey for years, and I don't remember the part where he smears other broadcasters with doctored quotes and lies --
It was Bizzaro World Paul Harvey.
The REAL Paul Harvey was nothing but a professional and a patriot.
I have a feeling tomorrow's show is going to be a semi-love fest for Paul Harvey and part Rush bashing. Personally, after seeing Rush's speech, I thought it was great. But you know that KO is going to slice n dice it like only he and his liberal friends can. *Sigh*
Not our fault that Rush is RIGHT and Keith is WRONG all the time.
Maybe he can invite Garafalo back for ripping on Rush since it was so much fun last week for him. And she's probably not doing anything anyways.
Liontooth, you have uncovered another Great Moment in Olbypocrisy. After tomorrow night's tribute, we should make another Olbypocritical video that begins with that "ignore partisanship" Decision 2008 promo, shows the tribute, goes back to the late Paul's Worst nod in May 2007, then back to the tribute, and ends with "we are literally, dreadfully sorry."
Olby likes to claim Fox News just reads Republican talking points, alleging the Bush administration fed memos to Bill O'Reilly and others to promote certain agendas.
I wonder if Olby will make anything of this:
http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0109/18011.html
http://newsbusters.org/blogs/warner-todd-huston/2009/03/02/obamas-secret-phone-conferences-bear-fruit-tv-medias-limbaugh-at
It's from a Politico story about how Obama's chief of staff Rahm Emauel calls up liberal commentators from ABC, CNN and others to coordinate their attacks on Republicans.
Of course in Keith's mind it's not the act of political interference in the media that's the problem. It's what they are promoting that he can't stand.
Which of course makes him a hypocrite, but he will remain as clueless as usual about it.
Did anyone else notice that OlberHarvey (the anti-Paul Harvey) says, "Probably time for you to give us your FINAL good day" in the clip. If 'BillO' or another enemy had said that about some liberal, Olverpaid would claim that the 'final good day' remark = wanting him to die.
Hey Mike, remember you didn't remember Ricks from the other night? After seeing this clip you'll know why Ricks makes so few appearances. OlberPUNKED!! HAHAHA

I have never posted before although I really enjoy logging on to Olbermann Watch. I cannot watch this man on his program (I'm busy watching O'Reilly), but he's sort of like an auto accident to me. I have a rather sick facination about him. During commercials I will occassionally turn on MSNBC so I can hear what untruthful, left-of-left point he is attempting to make. So I appreciate the fortitude of so many of you who report on his inane remarks. Keep up the good work. I'm curious to read what all of you have to say about his remarks tonight about Rush's speech at CPAC. Lois B.

His feigned leftist outrage? Oops. That comes from those blue blogs he lifts from daily. Oh, I know. It's that Busssssssshhhhhed Segment. Yeah, that's it!
And this guy makes around 7 million? Must be all that "original" creativity of his.

Olbermann isn't clueless. He knows exactly what he is doing. He just practices selective judgement. Much like his loyal million or more morons who tune into Countdown. As Exhibit A, I offer this site's lone olbyloon: MikeHee.
The Dow Jones is TANKING AGAIN!
Mr KO could you please, please. pretty please tell this President and his henchmen to:
SHUT THE HELL UP!
before we wind up behind Cuba in wealth.
Obama wants the Dow to tank. He has created a Wall Street vs White House mentality about who can fix the economy, and as long as the Dow is down, people will turn to Obama to save them. And that means more "progressive" government spending, inching us closer to the socialist ideal Obama and Pelosi envision for us.
The Democrats have essentially and effectively been sabotaging capitalism for years, but now are saying capitalism is the problem. This is political double speak of the highest order.
Welcome to the Twilight Zone

What you won't see:
Any mention of stock market
Did anyone else catch Olby admit to being a huge fat-ass, and not willing to go after Rush Limbaugh on the weight issue? Something about not wanting to be caught in his own 'trap'.
This is just too precious:
25-54 demographic: (L +SD)
Total day: FNC: 343 | CNN: 182 | MSNBC: 147 | HLN: 157
Prime: FNC: 489 | CNN: 274 | MSNBC: 274 | HLN: 296
MSBS is dead last or tied for last behind HLN for the entire day.
O'Reilly's RERUN beat every every evening show, even on FNC..
Total Viewers: (L +SD)
Total day: FNC: 1332 | CNN: 643 | MSNBC: 495 | HLN: 331
Prime: FNC: 2563 | CNN: 971 | MSNBC: 1034 | HLN: 773
Total viewers were just about the same story except O'Reilly's Rerun didn't beat all the other FNC shows, just the the other 3 also rans.

As always got the stats from Johnny's link.
Where was that Dan?
The MSM is so predictable. The "presentation" is all that matters. To his credit, Obama figured this out and rode it all the way to the WH. The MSM never listens to the substance of a speech so long as you look good while giving it. Rush isn't exactly face time but his message was powerful. The MO of the MSM and LibDems is to attack the messenger, ignore the message. While we at Olby Watch indeed take our fair share of shots at KO, his weight, absurd mannerisms (sudden camera switch), and his generally miserable outlook on life- we always are able to attack the message itself.
irush, well said. Of course Olby has referred to his perceived enemies as "Fat Ass".
I believe Olby made the weight comment on the night following the Garafalo interview. I forget who the guest was. Perhaps someone can help with that.
