Looks like a troll got on Daily Kos about his

    http://www.dailykos.com/story/2009/3/26/19032/9685?new=true

Those posts made no sense. Will somebody tell the Kos posters that it's spelled "moron" and "fascist"

Well, he's really going after BOR now, and he's got Yoko Ono, Terkel on right now looking suddenly better looking I guess she needs a date or something who knows?

They know they're so busted. KO is just hunting for something to bring up his saggling ratings, it's not working cause basically he's repeatedly bringing up the same stuff over and over again.

Of course he has to use Terkel again! Dean was probably banned after last nights debacle.

She was on again?! She's become another regular, hasn't she?

    By cjflan32 on March 26, 2009 8:44 PM

It's why they have to copy and paste some famous person's sayings with their post.

It deflects from the moronic thought they just posted.

    By Mike C. on March 26, 2009 9:14 PM

She was on again?! She's become another regular, hasn't she?

Yeah, she'll be up there with Christian Finnegan in a few weeks if she keeps this crap up. KO had a smerk on his face the whole night, you could tell he was licking his already bloated gravy filled chops, just waiting to get to that last segment on O'Reilly.

Then he wheels out Yoko, and she again plays the innocent victim and how she was stalked by his producers, etc. Wah wah. To quote Timberlake, "cry me a river."

What was the full segment attack about this time? And what other O'Reilly, News Corp, or conservative/Republican attacks were laid down tonight?

    "She was on again ?"

Maybe Keithee's hankerin' for a little Oriental dish.......hehe

There's a different "Cry Me a River" that was a standard. I first heard it when Diana Krall covered it (back when I was into her before the Elvis Costello marriage).

By Qpublic on March 26, 2009 9:28 PM

Well, here's a thought. This Yoko wannabe is how old?

Katy better watch out! Me thinks Keith be kickin' the old hag to da curb.

    Ah, Keith?

    Diana Kroll?

    Timberlake?

A Rock Standard of All Time!

The OlbyFlood shows that the Sen. Bernie Sanders (Socialist-VT), Oralmann's buddy from Bill Maher land, was on the Hour of Spin tonight. The link in the Flood is to Crooks and Liars and mentions "Conservadems." Oh, those evil Blue Dog Democrats. They must be stopped. Great Thanks.

Now what about Vendettamann's continued Olbsession with O'Reilly featuring his new ally, the shamed ambushee? Judge J. Rogers Padgett was ambushed, too. When's he going to be on?
    http://tinyurl.com/cjde3h
But I think I know why the disgraced Turkel was back. Last night's Talking Points Memo and Top Story segment took the website she's associated with, Think Progress, to task.
    BillOReilly.com summary: http://tinyurl.com/dk643w
    T-Points transcript: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,510738,00.html
    T-Points video: http://tinyurl.com/dxlfgd
    Top Story video: http://tinyurl.com/c62fml

T-Points text below (part that assured Terkel as a return guest surrounded by asterisks):
"A recent commentary on NPR by media guy David Folkenflik cited the tremendous ratings the FOX News Channel is currently getting. That, in contrast to the collapse at MSNBC and CNN.
As you know, the liberal media ran wild during the election cycle supporting Barack Obama. Because of that, some Obama voters tuned in to the left media. Apparently, they have left as fast as they arrived.
Sixty-two million Americans voted against Mr. Obama, and many of those people are now worried because of the bold moves the president has made. So folks who are uneasy with the direction of the country are not going to watch or read product from news organizations that are in the tank for Barack Obama. That's why some committed-left newspapers are failing and the liberal cable networks are getting hammered.
That is galling radical-left zealots, and they are on the attack. FNC's Glenn Beck is a good example of what's going on. The usual smear merchants on NBC are now attacking Glenn personally, and the Internet nutcases are doing the same. The more successful Mr. Beck becomes, the more these people try to hurt him.
As we told you on Monday, NBC President Jeff Zucker allows these hateful attacks on a daily basis, forever branding his network as a place of cheap and dishonest discourse.
Along with Zucker, former Bill Clinton Chief of Staff John Podesta is also driving the hate industry. Podesta runs the Center for American Progress, a far-left hate group partially funded by our pal George Soros.
In addition to working for President Clinton, Podesta was the co-chairman of Barack Obama's transition team, and here is where the story takes a very serious turn. Podesta's Web site is devoted to hurting any prominent person who disagrees with liberal politics, and that includes critics of President Obama. And Podesta's mainstream media outlet is, of course, NBC News.
*After we reported on Podesta's deputy, Amanda Terkel, harming a rape victim and her family because of Ms. Terkel's hatred for me, she showed up almost immediately on NBC News. NBC says it has no connection to Ms. Terkel and says I am disregarding the truth. Sure.*
Finally, why should you care about any of this? Well, because it's your country. A well-coordinated, well-financed cabal attacking dissent is a pretty big story, especially because it involves Podesta, who has access to the president and NBC, which along with it's parent company General Electric is misusing its power.
Bottom line: The far left wants to silence and damage opposition, whether it's Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity or anyone else in the public eye. And those people will do just about anything to achieve their goals.
    And that's "The Memo.""

So, I guess the Ted Baxter voice was used beforehand.

Can someone please explain this dust up with Terkel? Is that about the rape victim down in Florida?

Can someone please explain this dust up with Terkel? Is that about the rape victim down in Florida?

Can someone please explain this dust up with Terkel? Is that about the rape victim down in Florida?

First there's Howard then felon John Dean
A Dean sandwich makes one feel unclean
    Legal expert disbarred
    Howard plays the race card
Like Keith he's divisive and mean

The event was in Florida, but Alexa Branchini is from Boston. She was a freshman at Boston U. when she was raped. Thankfully, the guy who raped her is serving a 40-year sentence, but she had to go through hell legally to get to that point.

So now O'Reilly is " Joseph McCarthy Jr"? C'mon Olby, get creative for cryin out loud. How about "The Penguin"? Or maybe " Benito Mussolini"? This whole kibuki dance with you as Edward R. Murrow is really stale.

Was I right in assuming why Man on Fan attacked O'Reilly and why he brought his new best friend on for the second time in three nights? I have to get this out of the way: McCarthy! [Ding!]

Man, it's just more of the same with Keith. Using his # 1 story AGAIN to carry out his O'Reilly vendetta. That Keith wants to waste airtime covering Bill O'Reilly wouldn't bother me, except that he NEVER does it honestly and factually. O'Reilly never claimed that ThinkProgress runs NBC or vice versa. Those are Keith's words (despite his claim that he never puts words in Mr. Bill's mouth) and an outright lie. What he does claim, is that John Podesta uses the NBC brand to spread defamation. In other words, NBC is a willing participant. KO also attempts a weak dismissal of the very-real Podesta-Obama connection with OlbyLogic(TM). Then he tosses a softball to an innocent, smiling Amanda Terkel, rhetorically asking her if the eeevil Bill O'Reilly victimized her with his tactics. "Absolutely!", cheers Terkel.

KO kept bringing up "projection", that Bill was projecting when he rightly said that the liberal smear merchants will come after anyone they disagree with. Yeah, ok. Hypocrisy so blinding, it hurts to behold. Of course, Olby ignores the obvious; that Think Progress routinely comes after O'Reilly because it disagrees with him. And they've called him just about every name in the book. But, you know, if O'Reilly fires back just once, it's outrageous.

Now they're using the Terkel ambush as a pretext to mess with his sponsorship, apparently. Just disgusting. Here's hoping that O'Reilly fights back tooth and nail. Remember, he did it successfully once before with the Daily Kos in 2007. We'll see how far it goes...

    >Man, it's just more of the same with Keith. Using his # 1 story AGAIN to carry out his O'Reilly vendetta.
That's why I started calling him Vendettamann, John.

    >Then he tosses a softball to an innocent, smiling Amanda Terkel, rhetorically asking her if the eeevil Bill O'Reilly victimized her with his tactics. "Absolutely!", cheers Terkel.
She probably said that the same way as that Newsday guy that Jesse Watters !ambushed! (oh, the horror) back in August, with authority and certainty (but without the Long Island accent).

    >Now they're using the Terkel ambush as a pretext to mess with his sponsorship, apparently. Just disgusting.
This is what you mean: http://thinkprogress.org/stop-oreilly-harassment/
Yeah, that's pretty disgusting, not to mention chilling. I hope it doesn't go far at all. God forbid.

Olbermann and his crack staff get another one wrong: http://twitter.com/biz/status/1385332581

Good job, Keef. You accuse Fox of running a fake Keith Olbermann account, when it's actually MSNBC running a fake Keith Olbermann account.

In trying to show some advertiser discontent with O'Reilly, Olbermann made a laughable reach. He showed an email from a single Ford employee and tried to extrapolate that Ford was on the verge of boycotting O'Reilly's show. Even by Olby's standards this absurdity was over the top. ...On second thought, this over the top absurdity IS the standard on Countdown. It was amusing that when he read the email from this lone employee, he mistakenly said the word "ratings" when he meant to say "rantings." I guess we know what pops into Olby's little mind when he sees Bill O'Reilly.

LIAR IN KHIEF, "Billo also ***repeatedly implies that Obama could be complicit in all this*** since Mr. Podesta was Obama's prison...transition team co-chair."

O'REILLY, "They can work at a website and the White House doesn't have to be involved, but I can't make any accusations and I don't want you (Morris) either, because we don't know whether Obama knows anything about this. But Podesta has access to Obama."
    ///snip///
MORRIS "But I don't see that (White House attack/smear team) happening now with Obama."
    O'REILLY, "I hope not."
    MORRIS, "He might do it."
    O'REILLY, "///snip///
O'REILLY, "But I'm not going any further than the facts take me. What I told the audience and what I told you and what we just discussed here, 100% factual. No conjecture. That's reality. It's a huge story. Nobody has put the pieces together but us. They don't want dissent. The don't want criticism, If you do it, they'll get ya'."
    =-=-=

Mr. Liar in Khief, you Sir, are chiefly lying. Mr. O'Reilly did not repeatedly imply "that Obama could be complicit in all this," as you stated.

To the contrary, Sir, what Mr. O'Reilly DID repeatedly state was that he WOULD NOT IMPLY that Obama was complicit, in ANY of this. In fact, Mr. Khief, he went so far as to explicity state, "I don't think he will. I'm going to say Barack Obama wouldn't do something like that."

Mr. Khief, Mr. Liar in Khief, Sir, may I suggest that you SHUT THE HELL UP!

Let's go back to Tuesday's viewer e-mail segment on "The Factor," which I transcribed and posted in the Tuesday thread:
Dave Sweeney, Dallas, TX: "Bill, the far-left haters have identified you as an enemy. By attacking your associations, they hope to keep people from aligning themselves with you. Unfortunately, this hurts many good people."
BOR's response: "And they don't care. Excellent analysis, Dave."

And that's exactly what TP has begun to do. God help us.

Yeah, johnnie_h, I laughed when the "no title" Ford rep was quoted. KO is really pathetic.

Based on Keith's well-documented history of compulsive lying, wouldn't it be easier to assume that everything he says is a lie, and simply re-cap Countdown's rare moments of truth?

I am looking forward to finally seeing President Obama's specifics regarding the troop surge in Afghanistan, his goals, his objectives.

I am also looking forward to seeing the likely hypocrisy from Olbermann concerning the same issue. When compared to the reaction to the surge in Iraq under President Bush, I am sure the church of SNOBamessiah will be notably silent or guarded in their negative assessments....There will be no demogogic,, "blood-on-your-hands MR. PRESIDENT!" or "RESIGN!" speeches directed Obama's way. Also, patience, patriotic deference and loyalty will once again be in style for the anti-America left because the leader needs it and their personal polticial standing requires such a shift.

Remember now, no one is to use such characterizations like "fascist," "war monger, "baby killer," or "murderer." The left's ruling class has spoken!

That includes the talented Mr. Olbermann.

    VERO POSSUMUS!

The thing about this Ms. Terkel is she really dosen't have a right to privacy once she willing leaves the private cicitzen bubble, another words you voice you opionions on TV,Newspapaers, blogs you give up some of your pricvacy. Was she not out on a public street? Its not like they went busting into her house. SHE WAS ON A PUBLIC STREET! And she really crossed the line once she went on countdown. And itsnt it ironic that the left is terriozing the AIG exe's ( true private cicitzens) and not a peep from Olbermann or the rest of the lest!

And "ambush" journalism has been around on TV at least since the early years of the show "60 Minutes". So if "60 Minutes" can do it for the past 40+ years so can Bill O'.

The ratings for yesterday are out. The Hour of Spin in third at 8:00 in the 25-54 demo, and second in total viewers but only 22,000 viewers ahead of Nancy Grace. At 10:00, Oralmann came in fourth in both the 25-54 demo *and* total viewers.
    http://www.mediabistro.com/tvnewser/ratings/the_scoreboard_thursday_march_26_112620.asp
Does that mean few people saw KeithO the Klown and the newly sainted Amanda Terkel? "Absolutely!"

Supposedly, Think Propaganda has accomplished the first phase of their mission...unless they haven't.

Spud writes at ICN: "I don’t like bully/pressure groups in general as they tend to be a waste of time, plus I don’t like mob/minority rule. But occasionally they do succeed. Case in point: Think Progress managing to apparently get UPS to drop advertising for The O’Reilly Factor over its ambush interviewing…"

Then, Spud quotes TP: "Today UPS announced it will stop advertising on O’Reilly’s show. Here is the statement UPS emailed out just moments ago:
Thank you for sending an e-mail expressing concern about UPS advertising during the Bill O’Reilly show on FOX News. We do consider such comments as we review ad placement decisions which involve a variety of news, entertainment and sports programming. At this time, we have no plans to continue advertising during this show.
Here’s a graphic of the email statement we received:
Thank you UPS! We need more corporate sponsors of O’Reilly to follow UPS’s lead. Let’s keep up the pressure. Please sign onto our campaign and tell your friends to do so as well: ..."

Back to Spud. "Obvious question: Did Think Progress’ pressure really get UPS to stop advertising? Or had UPS advertising deal with The Factor already run its course, which means that Think Progress really didn’t accomplish anything?"

I want to think that UPS had already ended their sponsorship long before this and TP didn't really win. But I have a bad feeling that Vendettamann and the hater crusaders have won. I hate them. (For those haters that are reading this, yes, I know. You hate me, too.)

Viewer e-mail from Thursday's "O'Reilly Factor" that is relevant to the Olby-Terkel gabfest:
Michael Espersen, Austin, TX: "Bill, the far-left hate machine in this country is unbelievable. Just today I was verbally berated for supporting John McCain."
Bill's response: "You know, don't take that garbage, Mike. If a loon starts up, just say 'save it' and walk away."
[Mike's editorial: If only it were that easy. They'd keep yelling. "Oh, you can't tell me to save it. How will history judge you, little man?" And stuff like that.]

Sal Leutschaft, Redmond, OR: "Bill, don't you know freedom of specch is only for the left?" That was sarcasm. "All Americans should be outraged by these hate groups."

Gary Stebnitz, Madison, WI: "O'Reilly, how in the world do you expect to avoid a lawsuit after your attack on John Podesta?"
Bill's response: "Now, I want you to write this down, sir, so you can read it to all your Kool-aid crew out there in Madison. Podesta is running a hate website. Everything we said about him is true. We used no ad hominem attacks; just presented the facts. Got it?"

And now, we get it here at OlbyWatch.

Currently in the OlbyFlood is a post at NewsBusters by Jeff Poor, which features a recap of the aforementioned Olby-Terkle gabfest:

*Ironically, Amanda Terkel, the editor of the Think Progress blog, later appeared on Olbermann's March 26 show. Both Terkel and Olbermann downplayed any link between MSNBC's parent network, NBC and Think Progress, despite the earlier citation.
Terkel actually appeared on Olbermann's show to discuss a separate matter involving Fox News "The O'Reilly Factor" host Bill O'Reilly and his reporting tactics. Think Progress has initiated a campaign to have O'Reilly advertisers boycott his show. Both ridiculed O'Reilly for insinuating a connection.
"Of course your being a guest on this program two nights ago helped to fuel part of the conspiracy in O'Reilly's mind," Olbermann said. "Would you care to tell everybody which it is? Is Think Progress running NBC or is NBC running Think Progress or what, because I've got to write somebody a check. Give us the flow chart."
"For the record, there are no ties between NBC and Think Progress," Terkel said. "I'm actually quite flattered that Bill O'Reilly thinks we at Think Progress are powerful enough to have direct lines to the head of NBC News and the president of the United States. But, it's just a crazy conspiracy theory."*

Let's go back to what John-O said earlier in this thread:
*That Keith wants to waste airtime covering Bill O'Reilly wouldn't bother me, except that he NEVER does it honestly and factually.
But, you know, if O'Reilly fires back just once, it's outrageous.*

Amanda Terkel should be writing O'Reilly and Jesse Waters a check because no one had ever heard of her before. They're her new public relations reps. In the grand scope of things she's irrelevant. Isn't it ironic that she is getting far more coverage from Olbermann than Alexa, a real victim.

Someone needs to define "newscast" for Olbermann. He ain't anchoring one. How embarrassed Brian Williams, Tom Brokaw, etc must be to have any association with him. This morning I saw Scarborough on Weekend Today. Often I see Matthews, Chuck Todd, and everyone else on MSNBC all over both networks at all times of the day. Olbermann shows up on his own show, period. I don't think he's a company guy. It looks like he's too lazy to do anything but his own hour of spin, or else no one else on both networks wants him on their programs. And showing up on Leno and Real Time doesn't count. I think that was some last minute ratings desperation move.

Keith has a blog at MLB.com and even the baseball fans are zinging him.

    My favorite comment:

"Where do you plan on stealing your blog posts from? Does DailyKos or MediaMatters have a baseball section?
Is this really you posting or is it someone on MSNBC who hasn't told you they are posting under your name? Will you then blame it on FoxNews?"

With a nightly show, a gf, and his baseball card collection, when does he have time to write a baseball blog?

    Here's a viewer e-mail from last night's (Friday) "O'Reilly Factor":
Victoria Erickson, Las Vegas, NV: "Zucker, Podesta, and Soros are spooky. But we the people know full well who they are and what they're doing."

In this week's Fox Haters Week in Review at J$P, Johnny brings up the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann's lack of apologies and misrepresentation of the facts.

The text below is from that link ([Ding!] added by me where necessary).

    *Paranoia Strikes Deep*
Another guy who doesn't like to admit mistakes is Keith Olbermann. You will recall he sputtered furiously about a fake Twitter account bearing his name. He even found a way to implicate "one of the five architects of Fox News" in this nefarious conspiracy. Not satisfied with venting on air, he continued the tirade at his blog of choice, huffily "correcting" another writer:
    - Pardon Me, But It Was NOT Resolved...Yes, it's all reliable. Provided you have a television program on which you can call them out after they let a fake version of you run wild. -
But again we know better. The account Keith was so riled up about was being run by MSNBC. It was not a Twitter "fraud", and contrary to his paranoid fantasies Fox News was not involved. Here it is a week later, and we're still waiting for Olby to correct this embarrassment and apologize to Fox. It will be a long wait.

While we're on the subject of KO, how about his latest attacks on Bill O'Reilly? They certainly fit the pattern: false premise, doctored quote, personal attack. On Thursday Olby claimed to summarize an O'Reilly segment:
    - First it was NBC running Think Progress to belittle him, now it's Think Progress running NBC. And both of us being run by Barack Obama. -
Did O'Reilly say any of those three things? Um, no. But Olbermann never lets facts get in the way of a good smear:
    - Billo [Ding!] also repeatedly implies that Obama could be complicit in all this since Mr Podesta was Obama's transition team co-chair. -
Once again it's what Keith doesn't report that exposes his dishonesty. Far from suggesting Obama was complicit, O'Reilly actually said the exact opposite:
    - MORRIS: What disturbed me about the Clinton administration...was how they used the power of the Presidency to release Linda Tripp's personnel file, send out investigators... But I don't see that happening now with Barack Obama.
    O'REILLY: I hope not.
    MORRIS: He might do it.
O'REILLY: I don't think he will. I'm going to say Barack Obama wouldn't do something like that. -

IF YOU BELIEVE THAT MSNBC SHOULD
