    Countdown: Wednesday Recappers Thread
    Bathtub Boy

This is the recappers' comment thread for The Hour of Spin. It falls on you--the clear-thinking readers of Olbermann Watch--to document Keith Oralmann's diseased rantings for posterity. Comments are open!

Well Olbermann is now relying on of course...Daily Kos TV. Yeah, there's crediablilty for you right there. Why doesn't Obermann just come out with the fact that indeed it WORKED and the revolution is now beginning.

Shuster's "teab***ing [Ding!]" attacks made O'Reilly's Talking Points Memo tonight.

I'm in San Antonio, where Beck was this afternoon. He came on the local radio show after finishing where he was just going off on all the idiots who said this was "tea bagging" and about the alleged Fox propoganda going on about this.

It's insulting and disgraceful, meerkat. And "teab***ing [Ding!]" came up in the Policing the 'Net segment, too.

A Rhodes Scholar (or so she says)
    Talking points from Hugo Chavez
    Moonbats share her views
    Madcow's version of news:
    "Teabagging" from a giggling lez

Well now he's got blow hard Arianna Huffington on as they "gloat". I just can't wait for 2010 and 2012 when the "Empire" strikes back and teaches these idiots a lesson.

I love teabagging noobs after I pwn them on COD.

But seriously, Olbermann is all paranoid and such and is getting angrier or something. At least, that's what it seems like to me. Maybe Fineman not agreeing with each and every word he said annoyed him some.

Another thing, Fox News really did promote these protests more than usual. To be fair, most of the networks mention when most other protests are going to happen, but Fox News went overboard on promoting the Tea Parties.

Olberdork calls people at the tea parties..."water carrying sheep". If this were a protest against President Bush, KO would praise this rally 24/7 and call the people "heros". What a freakin hypocrit. As BOR stated tonight, if this doesn't open your eyes about the type of people at NBC and MSNBC, nothing will.

So can some explain how KO connected Rush to the Somlian Prirates..??? When I first tunned in I thought he was condemming Rush for saying about us killing them..then it sounded like he was saying Rush was supporting them? Explain? please

Rush was being sarcastic....is KO really that dumb? Or is he just intentionally...yeah. No need to finish that statement. Or maybe KO just saw that minced and cut and pasted soliloquy at Kos or something and really thought that was what Limbaugh said.

My head is spinning after watching the show its like we are living in Bizzaro word where these people live in some kind of stange world where ..Hey I got it if you watch the show heroes some of the people have the power to erase people memonires..could this happening to KO because sometimes I just think his he SEriOUS>..like at the end of the show he was saying that Rush blasted Jonah Goldberg for saying something nice about Obozo...he said a paraphrase here..that something about people that do not always agree with the President but once a while should support the President when he does something "right" when did HE EVER support Bush when he did something say like sendning millions over to Africa to fight AIDS..did KO ever say good job Mr.President?

This is just the start of OUR movement.
So Olbermann wants to mock the Tea Parties across America by childishly calling these people who have had it up to their ears with this socialistic turning of this country, calling them and us tea baggers, I say let's take this movement one further. Lets contact the sponsors of Olbermanns show and tell them how we will no longer be making purchases of their products until they pull their advertising from his show. I for one have just had it with Olbermann and his ignorant obsessions against the Republican and conservative parties. This guy is over the top and WE don't need his kind in this country anymore.
This is a message to Keith Olbermann...... We're coming for you and you had better take notice, we ain't messin around fool. It's high time that msnbc take notice that the gig is up. We did the same thing here in the Greater Cincinnati area by getting rid of AirAmerica Radio. We as a whole group of peoples, can hit msnbc and Olbermann where it hurts the most and that is to get olbermann kicked off the air. Years ago out in Los Angeles Ca., we were a force that got rid of Bill Press and his moronic spewing mouth, let's do the same here with Olbermann. I will compile a list of sponsors that feed Olbermann's show and list them here. It is up to the people here to get out the word to all of their friends and use the internet and emails to let as many people know as possible about what we are doing. This is just a start. This is not some sort of FIRE KEITH OLBERMANN CHAIN LETTER, this is serious. I want this guys head on a platter, enough is enough.

olbermanns influence on anything that happens outside of a dailykos web forum is nonexistent. That fact drives him CRAZY. He thought for a wee bit of time last year that he was king of the cool crowd. he has now snapped back to reality and it's been hard on him. he's finally coming to grips with the fact that hes the same dork loser that was shoved in lockers in highschool.

This, jackass, has to go! So cal, whatever it takes, where ever it takes, good luck and God speed. If you need help, let me know. In a way I've been pushing for the same thing, at least when responding to other posters here on OW about their silly petition. It has to be serious, specific, and not screw around.

Even more then focusing on the GOP, Bush, conservatives, Christians, his show is used for nothing but to attack with almost each and every segment. He does not do news, at all. He attacks those he disagrees with, or those who disagree with him, or those that are better then him. And from that basic premise of what he uses his hour of TV time a night on, you have all the other complaints and problems that we here at OW and other sites chronicle every night, whether it be his lack of balls, diverse opinions, or balls.

So again, good luck, you're gonna need it, but it CAN be done. But if that fails, I've got a stupid idea that I'd love to try... Lets pool our money together, seriously, get someone to lead this task, with money obviously, to hire a private detective, investigator, whatever, to go through every last bit of this creeps life.

Whatever he paid Karama bites, lets double it! Because anymore I don't think I'd be satisfied with him just being off MSNBC, he'll still be around in some form. He needs to be embarrassed as badly, if not worse, as he does with those he sets his targets on.

Anyway, stupid idea I admit, but it felt nice to write it anyway.

Patience is a difficult thing to exercise. We Americans are generally especially bad at it. But I am going to try very hard to be patient here. My observation of the trend is that he is steadily pushing things to an unsustainable level. He is going to pop a cork. You can see it coming. He will be hoisted on his own petard. Is that how that saying goes? He will just keep climbing out on the thinning branch. Then, when the Messiah proves he is just another politician on one or more issues that KO has hung his whole being on, the branch will break and the echo from the crash will reverberate like a veritable Mt. St. Helens. It has to happen. The only thing I wonder about is at the point where the Messiah completely turns the tables will KO have the courtesy to then blow his brains out. Probably not, but there is always the possibility. Hope springs eternal on these things.

    His own brains BTW.

    Here's the plan:

Let's get him the fuck (sorry Mike C) off NBC "Football Night in America". If we could organize an email campaign to NBC Sports or grab some of our Tea Party protesters to actually protest we might have something. He called at least 40% of all Americans tea baggers.

    Dear NBC Sports Dept.,

Keith Olbermann has told his national audience that I and 40% of NFL fans that we use our testicles to rub on other peoples faces. He thought this was really funny but we're not amused. He is on at 8:00 PM when children could be watching. I don't know, is it common that you people at NBC are tea bagging each other and I'm upset over nothing? Does Madden rub his testicles on Al Michaels face in the booth during commercials? Before we launch a very large protest to see how many die hard NFL fans think Olbermann's comments are funny it would behoove you to get rid of him.

(I wouldn't write that but you get the drift. I wouldn't change my first sentence though.)

    So Cal,

I have a better idea that will be just as humiliating to him and rewarding to us. Let's start small and then see what happens. IMHO, It wont do any good to go after his sponsors I wouldn't (um, couldn't) buy a Mercedes Benz and if I like Crest toothpaste then that's what I'm going to buy.

CountDung that's a good idea. I remember when MNF had TO and Nicollette Sheridan did that "risque" skit and the my kids are watching thing was the same argument. The point is it worked and everybody had to apologize.

I refuse to watch SNF while Olbermann is a part of it. I didn't watch their playoff games or the Super Bowl. Do they still have Costas and Olbermann sit up front and have the players sit elsewhere? I always wondered what was up with that. To be honest I won't be surprised if he is not part of the show next season. It's possible.

    Sorry Guys and Gals

That first post was not meant to be and the 2nd went in twice.

Keith's condecension and self righteousness tonight was as thick as one of his bowel movements after a night of quadruple slab of ribs, 6 double cheese pizzas, and a quart of 40 weight Penzoil.

As Keith tried to pop a forehead blood vessel with a spittle filled rant about the tea parties, he called all those in attendance simpletons and two sentences later said he would fit right in at the protest if it was directed at the corporate scoundrels who avoid taxes with off shore businesses. Ya got me there, Keith. You would fit right in with the simpletons.

Go ahead Keith, promote your own protest day. You can protest low taxes, small government, capitalism, and stand up for the civil rights of apples that are being slaughtered and shoved in to ovens to satisfy this nations sick addiction to pie. You and Boy Maddow can fly down to Club Gitmo and protest with all of your buddies. Heck, Hugo Chavez might show up.

Really Keith...you couldn't get enough people for your cause to fill a phone booth to show up. Maybe if you promised to teabag Rachel you'd get a couple dozen of your perverted viewers to show. That would be a sight to behold since I've heard that you're hung like a thumb tack.

Keith, you don't have the gonads to promote a protest and show up on the stage in front of real Americans because you would be the laughing stock. You'd have a nice cozy audience from the rooftop of your Manhattan apartment though, wouldn't you?

Impossible that he'd ever kill himself. A sociopath's only concern is with himself, and the last thing he'd even think about, no less actually do, is to kill himself. His complete denial over his self worth encompasses all that he is. In his world, his mind, he cannot do any wrong. He is above reproach, and certainly above any criticism.

No, unfortunately the end of olbermann will never be of his own doing. Maybe his anti-American attacks will one day go too far, and then we may finally see the end of him, but with the way he stays away from public places at all costs I wouldn't count on that either.

And, as far as writing to his sponsers SoCal, I don't think that would work either, as you'd never get enough people to follow through with it. Christ, even on THIS site there are conservatives, not the usual libnuts, but conservatives who actually WANT his show to continue! The same people who have said they find him disgusting and vile, have said they wouldn't want him off the air. Why? I don't have the slighest clue, and for the life of me can't explain it.

For some reason...and maybe this is the biggest indication that America has regressed drastically in the past decade...the MORE he oversteps the guidelines for what is considered good taste and honest reporting the more people come out of the woodwork to defend his actions. Damn, even the so-called "anti-olbermann's" on THIS site want him to stay on the air, so what chance is there in today's society that he'll ever get pulled?

Hell, he could do his show naked and take a dump on his desk, and I believe the FCC would only admonish him, while his fan base would go wild defending his actions. I mean brothers and sisters, it's not like he *just* started doing and saying these things in the past few months, as he's been doing it for years now (some worse and some not as bad) and the only thing that came out of it was a RAISE for him.

Sorry to say, but because he IS the worst anti-American incompetent news reporting fraud that has ever entered a broadcasting studio, the MORE certain I am that he will be here to stay. Alas, only until *he* decides when he will leave will we see the end of his show, and even then it probably wouldn't be the end of him as he, (because of the sick society in which we live now) could pick and choose his next endeavor without a worry that someobdy wouldn't want him.

Buckle up, and make sure you bring your barf bags with you, because the "olbermann journey" I feel has only just begun...

guys and gals, do not fall into KO trap! He wants us to start a war with him he will use it to try and get his name in the news and improve his raitings. this is his game he wants nothing more then to draw us into a pissing match with him and his motley crue..dont do it let him destroy himself..

    SoCalRightest, KOlby, et alle,

Here's a suggestion. The Tea Party movement might be the best vehicle to drive this campaign (more on this later), but IMO, it shouldn't be limited to KO. Shuster, Maddow, Matthews and some daytime segments are all parts of the problem. The complaint needs to be focused on UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR and JOURNALISTIC MALPRACTICE, not personalties. The target should be MSNBC and their parent company, NBC Universal.

First, we need to put together a compilation of the more egregious examples of biased, dishonest reporting, failures to correct obvious lies and distortions, crude and contemptuous sexual references, derisive and demeaning language, and the blatant hypocrisy/double standards. OW and the watchers are a perfect resource for this.

Secondly, compile lists of MSNBC, NBC News and NBC Univeral executives involved in programming, standards and practices, public relations and ad sales/sponsor development.

Thirdly, establish a network that connects various on-line Tea Party groups, media watchdog groups and journalist societies.

Personally, I oppose "Fire the Bums" campaigns and "Threaten the Sponsors" extortion. What I favor is a campaign that provides maxium exposure and a call to challenge the credibility and relevance of MSNBC. How individuals choose to act is up to them; i.e.' complaints to the network bosses, charges of an absence of ethics and fairness, yellow journalism, a demand for equal time, sponsor boycotts boycotts, whatever.

I attended the rally in Tampa and it was great. I made several contacts with Tea Party organizers and talked about the issue with MSNBC. I've been doing some writing regarding MSNBC's coverage of the Tax Day Tea Parties and started some discussions on some Tea Party websites. I'm fired up and ready to go!

    Just to refresh some memories.

Firstly, I'd like to say I've been reading this blog for several weeks and have enjoyed it immensely. And I thought I was the only one who couldn't stand this twit.

Secondly, I think Olberidiot is very close to going over the edge. If there was another tea party tomorrow I think that would do it. I was in virtual disbelief at how angry he seemed to get when talking about the tea partiers. If he would for a moment take his head out of obama's posterior and actually listen to what was being said, he would have realized that there was dissent against ALL government rather than just the obama administration. But, of course, being the ignorant tool that he is, he choose to throw a childish temper tantrum instead of(God forbid) making a valid news report that a more seasoned journalist could have turned into a positive for his own agenda. Then again, Kermit the Frog is a more in-depth journalist than KO.

For God's sake, the man is still railing on about Bush. He should start ending the show with "84 days since my meal ticket got voted out of office."

Here's the way I see it. It was open season on the good folk who made the effort to protest today because:
    1. Fox News Channel played such a prominent role.
    2. Fox News Channel played such a prominent role.
    3. Fox News Channel played such a prominent role.
Many in the media love to harass anything associated with FNC ,just as we love to harass and mock Olbermann and MSNBC.
Here's a suggestion. The next time a great idea for a protest comes up, tell FNC to back off a bit and let the people speak for themselves.
It's harder to use rank and file citizens as targets and frankly, it would be more legitimate. And don't go with the 'tea' theme. That one is forever bastardized and ruined. That's the way I see it.

On Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough just ripped network anchors who made sophomoric jokes, especially juvenile sexual ones, about people who went to the tea parties. I love when he pounds Olbermann without naming him, and he does it often. I don't think he's too wild about Rachel either since they had words on Road to the White House so it was probably a swipe at her also.

A quick comment about the tax protests......

Obama's press secretary answered a very important question yesterday...."Can the President promise he will not raise taxes on those making under $250,000." Gibbs said, "Yes."

That simple promise is about what most people went out to protest yesterday....the politician's promise....a promise anyone who has a brain, and is not under the silly euphoria of the campaign that was supposed to end in November, knows will not be kept.

So be patient. Keep focused. The democrats have bitten off much more than they ever even knew how they could chew while The Federal Reserve is conducting poor monetary policy that has NEVER been done before. No one knows what effect all of this debt will have even 1-2 years down the line let alone 5-8 years and that is what NORMAL Americans should be concerned about.

All I know is that it will not be good. Combining never seen before HUGE debt and increased government spending means only one thing.....a need for increased revenue.....taxes and fees....and that will come due sooner or later. The worst case scenario is akin to Weimar Germany and that is a nightmare I hope better future leaders avoid.

Also, the percentage of Americans who will only not pay any federal taxes but actually get free money from the feds is growing.....a population that has NO sacrificial investment in their country....This will breed great resentment in the middle class who will continue to carry the financial burden of the left's social agenda as many of their fellows get off free and continue to benefit from a system they did not pay into. The rich will continue not to feel any burden and the middle class will not only shrink, but those there will feel abused.

So be patient. The protests should continue so they are well placed to say, "I told you so," when the time comes...."You did not listen to us, see, the democrats are raising taxes, have been fiscally irresponsible and have decided to protect their special interests from the pain of paying for all of these social programs to boot."

Olbermann and his ilk are not serious...the use of the adolescent teabagging gag once again proves this "voice" is nothing more than a clown and a fool. Maddow's initial shine has also dimmed with the gag. I say let them continue their ratings losing ways because hubris and arrogance leads to only one place as well. Normal, thinking, serious and good people do not listen to such garbage without saying to themselves, "Why are they being so flippant and arrogant?" When that question is logically answered, the channel is changed, and the mind opens.

So wait....Democracy REQUIRES this check on the policy Obama and the left have embarked upon. While some have decided to make fun of it and ignore the core issues involved with increasing debt to levels NEVER seen before while increasing federal spending and entitlements, there are serious, caring Americans prepared to be the responsible ones. The left's arguments have been poor....mostly strawmen involving puny $400 tax decreases this year, water under the bridge ("Bush increased the deficit, why did you not protest then?!?"), or sexual innuendo that 90% of America would not even get. The radical left's hypocrisy, smears and strawmen arguments are easy to handle....the results of Obama's and The Federal Reserve's fiscal policies will be the difficult and life changing challenges and they will be a different story.

The partisan divide is going to continue to increase and when popularity is replaced with reality look out....The vitriol will be even worse....but not from the right....those seeing their utopia was really a mirage of manipulation will decide on even more dangerous and un-American solutions to the challenges we face. An organized opposition will be needed. Keep the faith.

    VERO POSSUMUS!

    SoCal,

I think you're on to something. If we can start a campaign directed at KO's SPONSORS, the idiots at GE will see the folly in paying Goebbels-Olbermann 7 mil. The Minister of Propaganda will only be fired if he starts losing money for GE and in order for that to happen, he's got to lose his sponsors. It worked against Imus and it can work against Olberwomann. If we are DETERMINED and CONSISTANT, we can rid the airwaves of this vile, hatefilled man.

SoCal, if you get a list of those who sponsor Countdown, I'll get phone numbers and email addresses of those companies. We'll post our list everyday and we'll start an uprising.

This post is directed at the Countdown Staff who monitor this website.

We all know how your boss likes to call out Presidents who ignore habeas corpus ("fascists"), so I thought this article might interest you.

The title is: Officials say US Wiretaps Exceed Law
    http://www.nytimes.com/2009/04/16/us/16nsa.html?_r=1

Another article describes how nothing has changed at Gitmo since Obama has been elected. Hopefully your boss, the Minister of Propaganda, will jump on President Obama, The Torturer in Chief.

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/5157102/Guantanamo-inmate-is-first-to-speak-from-inside-camp.html

Hopefully, Olbermann will discuss these topics tonight.

    YEAH RIGHT

Yes SB_Mich....Notice how the NY Times handles the episode and the response from the current administration....It comes across like it all was a benign error committed by some government employees and we all have nothing to worry about. My goodness how times have changed....we can now trust the government to monitor itself.

Sure....Another example of "What if George Bush had been President."

And after a careful review of last night's COUNTDOWN, President Obama and his administration was not called to task regarding their treatment of terrorist suspects in Afghanistan, the torture allegations of GITMO detainees, their continuing to spy on Americans and the administration's ideological profiling of their political opponents as seen in the DHS report....

    So, again I say.....

So ends that episode of COUNTDOWN; the fourth episode Keith Olbermann failed to call Barack Obama a fascist or demand he, "RESIGN!" Good night & good luck.

    Cee,

It sounds to me like you're calling our distinguished newscaster, Keith Olbermann, a hypocrite. Surely these stories would be mentioned if KO seen them because we all know that he'd call out any injustice.

Don't call him a hypocrite, Cee.

    Go for "water carrying sheep".

For the radical left, I suppose the controversy of Obama's hypocrisy is only good for a punchline on a cable channel comedy show.....

Well there you go....The death of habeas corpus under President Obama has been covered. Next subject.

    VERO POSSUMUS!

    Hey, Wolverine.

I hope you're not including me when you state that there are people on this site who want him to stay.

Yesterday, I said he was "here to stay", but not because I want him to be. I want him gone in a New York minute.

Barring a complete meltdown though (which I guess is still possible), he will always have his degenerate, basement-dwelling, sycophants who will grovel at his every word. Some amoral big cheese will always find the money in that tripe. It's a sad state of affairs, but true.

No, LucasCop you for sure are not one of the misled few. I also agree 100% with your comments that followed, and the most obvious one that it being a sad state of affairs truly makes me wonder why anybody would want him to stay on the air.

To tell you the truth, I don't think HE understands why he's still allowed on the air, and because of this I believe he thinks he has carte blanche to say and do anything he wants without any fear of even being reprimanded. Like I said, I believe he's only just begun, and that he'll be around for a long long time because his base followers, the ones I call his "ape followers" (and the ones you so adaptly described above), are responsible for keeping him right where he wants to be.

It is not an issue of wanting him to stay. It is more of an instinct that guys like him have to self-destruct. He has proven that ability before in smaller ways at ESPN and FOX. But he didn't have the pulpit he has now. So while those were tremors, this will be the Big One Elizabeth. Likely the only way it has to play out.

It is more of an instinct that guys like him have to self-destruct..10th Cavalry.

Sure, that would be the answer, but what in the hell could he possibly do that would be considered "self-destructive" when he's done all that could do that normally would have been termed self-destructive already?

How many lies can he say about an ex-president?
    About the ex-vice president?
    About O'reilly?
    About EVERYBODY?

You name it, and the person he has slandered, lied, accused, etc., and with the most vile terms imaginable without ANY repercussions what-so-ever. I just don't think the term of *self-destruct* applies to him for some reason, at least on his present show because with ESPN and Fox they had ethics, and it appears to me that msnbc not only doesn't have any, but they look forward to the next UNethical comment made by their boy.

He has to do things to be so grossly offensive to those who are not necessarily politically active or involved. Or, he has to do something that is so grossly offensive to his own kind or to the "enemy" in a way that is embarassing to the max. even to them. Something that even persons of bad will look at and say, The Man Went too Far. Think Bobby Knight at Indiana.

Wolverine, I totally agree with you about NBC ignoring past episode of Goebells-Olbermann "self-destructing." They don't care as long as KO is making the network money, BUT if he starts losing his sponsors (and thus costing NBC/GE money,) they'll fill his spot with prison docs.

Therefore, the only way we'll get rid of him is to start boycotting his sponsorers. It worked before with Imus and with Maher (when he was on ABC.) Yes, he might resurface with AirAmerica or somewhere else, but with the MSNBC stage gone, his impact will fall.

    cee,

Here's two more examples of The Hypocrite in Chief:

This article discusses AG Eric Holder asking Muslims to spy on other Muslims:

This article says that Obama ISNT gonna go after those who "tortured" suspected terrorists:

    http://freep.com/article/20090416/NEWS15/90416082

KEITHY, WHERE ARE YOU? ARE CONSTITUTION IS BEING TRAMPLED ON. HELLO, HELLO, ARE YOU THERE?

Some say FNC went a little overboard with their hype, leading up to the tea-parties'.

FOX RATINGS SURGE ON PROTEST COVERAGE
    8-11 PM ET

    FOXNEWS 3,262,000
    MSNBC 1,137,000
    CNN 1,059,000

    I say!

'T-BAG', Orange Boy, Mandow, keep up those t-bag jokes! I don't think you do them enough.

    LOL!

NewsBusters has two stories on their site today that relate to Bathman, Robin, MSNBC, and "teab***ing [Ding!]."
First, Warner Todd Huston wrote about the lewd lingo and the Ana Marie Cox-pimped Urban Dictionary.
Second, Jeff Poor on Krazy Keith's temper tantrum regarding the eeevil Tea Parties.

The Jeff Poor link didn't work in the previous comment. So, here it is again.

For all of you who feel the same way as I do about the perversion on MSNBC can do what I'm doing.

Start posting a copy of this post on every popular blog with the list of companies that advertise on MSNBC between 8:00pm and 11:00pm.

I'm asking people to boycott theses companies who haven't pulled their commercials during this time frame.

Only you and your voice can do the right thing to handle this.

The reason I’m sending you this email is because you advertise on MSNBC.
I want you to know that you are sponsoring Keith Olbermann, David Shuster and Rachel Maddow in their never ending perverted sexual innuendos of the term “Tea Bagging” (look it up in the Urban Dictionary).

Rachel Maddow actually did an entire segment about the technique of “Tea Bagging” with the silly grin on her face Thursday night. Ana Marie Cox, formally of WONKETTE and Air America, used her talents in providing the double entendres.
    http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26315908/#30145811

After watching this clip I went to YouTube and found clips of David Shuster doing the same.
When Shuster uses the term 'tea bagging' to describe the various "tea party" events, his slimy smile betrays the fact he knows exactly what he is saying. My skin was crawling when David Shuster started talking about tea bagging on prime time TV. Truly one clip to go down in TV news hall of fame of ethical and moral decline in America. Just disgusting and uncalled for, where is the producer when this was going on? (That was a rhetorical question)

Just think your company supports this by advertising on their network.
Only you and your company can do the right thing to handle this.

I’m going to start posting a copy of this email on popular blogs with the list of companies that advertise on MSNBC between 8:00pm and 11:00pm.
I’m going to hand out flyers of this email during the Tea Party asking people to boycott the companies who haven’t pulled their commercials during this time frame.

Hey, Glenn Beck's show is sponsored by UPS. Way to go, OlbyTurkel!

Mike C, I'm sorry you finally got that link working. I could have went all day without watching the video clip of that pathetic performance!
The spit was really flying and the sanctimony piled up faster than crap through a goose. Olbermann has issues with hatred and overkill and it's on full display, again. Yikes. Douchenozzle!

Sorry about that, Dan. I foolishly listened to the audio (scrolling down to avoid the video as it rolled) myself. That was painful, which I always seem to say when listening to, watching, or transcribing Krazy Keith's antics and diatribes.
Meanwhile, FOXNews.com has joined in reporting on the "teab***ing [Ding!]" insanity:
Cable Anchors, Guests Use Tea Parties as Platform for Frat House Humor

I think the ratings from yesterday speak for themselves....let us review:

FNC beat all three other cablers COMBINED for every hour 8-11 except the 7PM, and that was just by a hair.

FNC's 5-6PM show (GLENN BECK) beat MSNBC's primetime 8-10PM 2 hour audience COMBINED....And who is on then LIVE?......

Keith "I want to know more about teabagging" Olbermann and.....
Rachel "I am an expert on teabagging" Maddow

    COMBINED!.....

Get it? Maddow + Olbermann PRIMETIME

Rerun O'Reilly beat Olbermann live by more than 500K!

The demo was as good for FNC.

Snark, belittle, demean, marginalize, or ignore....it was not a winning strategy....And on the SUBSTANCE, the tea parties say much about the common American and their priorites than any SPECIAL COMMENT from Keith Olbermann could ever communicate.

NBC NEWS and CNN.....classless, bitter, arrogant, and wrong.

OK people, after tonights countdown show, Keith has proven himself to hit rock bottom.
As I said I would do, compiled the sponsors of Thursday's show for everyone to print out, write down and email and or pass on to all your friends. This is a grassroots agenda just like the Tea Parties except that we are going after Olbermann through his network via his sponsors. Let these sponsors know that you are fed up with the bile that Olbermann spews and the vast lies that he says.

"This is about hating a black man in the White House. This is racism straight up." Janeane Garofalo on COUNTDOWN, 4/16/09

    ###
    Quality, class, intelligence.

I ask ANYONE to provide me with the empirical data supporting Ms. Garafalo's accusation. I have been told that the left deals only in reality and facts.....Please show me the facts that prove the conclusions last night.

    A simple request.

Allow me to offer the alternative if facts cannot be presented. Keith Olbermann and Janeane Garofalo participated in a conversation of hate focused on hundreds of thousands of their fellow citizens. If the data cannot be provided to support the accusations, they have laid out a strategy that is at odds with the tone and message of the man they supported to become President in 2008. If such an attitude popularly exists in the supporters of President Obama, the very words he speaks are hollow.

A racist should not have the ability to participate in our democracy. It is akin to someone being a terrorist.....a criminal......a lunatic.......a revolutionary. Keith Olbermann admitted that this was the case in the very same segment. The goal is clear....marginalize the alternative voice to maintain power. Once again, this idea is foreign to the words of the president, but also anathema to the American way. Which one is the ideology of the democrats?

Data please. I will be waiting.

    VERO POSSUMUS!
