It's the recappers thread for tonight's installment of Keith "Man on Fan" Olbermann. Yes, he's back from that mysterious illness, the only known symptoms of which are attending baseball games and blogging about them all hours of the night. We need you to document the scurrilous lies and fruit-loop theories of the infamous, deplorable one. Be an Olbermann Watch blogger--without all the muss and fuss. Comments are open!
Two things:
1) That picture is hilarious.
2) I guess he wasn't really sick. So, I need to apologize to Wolverine for being duped by the infamous, deplorable Keith Baggermann.
I have a great idea.
Everyone that goes to baseball games need to bring in signs that say
Fire KO.
Plain and simple.
I can even have the Big foam hands made (That have the index finger pointing up) with fire KO on them.
If I have enough request or some one with deep pockets I can have them made in a few weeks and then we could hand them out before the games.
WOW
Did you guys check Drudge. Something about GE shareholders outraged by MSNBC bias...Microphone cut off.
Can't open the damn lnk
The fiery debate between O'Reilly and Ellis Henican--who I probably could have met at Long Island Radio & TV Day on Saturday if I showed an hour or two earlier (I arrived shortly after 12:00)--will be the basis for Another O'Reilly Attack tomorrow night on "Countdown." It all depends on which blue blog posts about it (and distorts it). Also, "torture my ass" will become a new talking point in that attack, in future attacks, and/or in the far-left blogosphere. By the way, the a-word was bleeped (or muted) from tonight's airing.
The woman that Olbermann had on tonight was particularly disgusting. Obviously the new talking point for msnbc is to link Abu Grahib (which Olby tried his best to sound extra intellectual by stressing the "ahh" sounds) to CIA enhanced interrogations of Al Qaeda suspects. Matthews tried the same argument on Hardball and was just beat down by his guest. Obviously Olby won't be directly exposed in a similar manner on his show because allow dissent on his show.
Now that WPITW was one for the histrory books..more "Ailce in Wounderland" from KO! MSNBC is not left or right just interested in right from wrong? He slammed Obozo? Ha! I didn't hear a "shut the hell up" ... Yes KO we know how fair you are ..and you are NOT A JOURNALIST!
FYI I emailed MLB.com and told them I'm disgusted with KO being a blogger over there..
Bill-O won Worser tonight. And I only caught the last moment of Olby's tirade, but I almost puked when Olby said that "Scholastic Magazines have more journalistic integrity than BillO"!
Coming from a sportscaster, who thinks he's the reincarnation of Edward R Murrow?
Priceless!
I think Olbermann just said that he was NOT a left wing hack and that he did not like being compared to O'Reilly, Limbaugh, Beck, or Hannity. They guy who lies on air and lets people be called racists just because he disagrees with them. Does this guy really think that he is fair? He attacked the Democrat President? When? Which one? Where? He just confused the hell out of me. On the plus side, I'm still laughing about it.
Keith "what a d-bag" Olbermann. Fair. And Balanced.
Awe, poor Keithy is "fed up" with people calling msnbc a left wing hack network. The best part was Keith saying he doesn't promote racism like Rush Limbaugh... what a great, honest, non-biased assessment of the state of msnbc...
Yes, he's completely delusional. He actually thinks MSNBC isn't a Soros/Media Matters/Obama "think tank."
The Drudge/MSNBC/GE story is very interesting. It states that at the GE shareholder's meeting, the Board of Directors took 10 questions. The report says most were about MSNBC's FAR-LEFTWARD "reporting."
The heat is on.
The report also says that Jesse Waters (O`Reilly's producer) was there. We should be having some good footage coming up on The Factor of that meeting..
So KO is saying his boss Phil is a lier? Did not Phil say he was happy that MSNBC is the left alternative to FNC and he is very happy about going left..so maybe KO needs to put Phil in TWPITW.
If the story re: Waters infiltrating another GE function is true then it is not only the best O'Reilly ambush of all time, but perhaps one of the top moments in cable news channel history.
So KO is saying his boss Phil is a lier? Did not Phil say he was happy that MSNBC is the left alternative to FNC and he is very happy about going left..so maybe KO needs to put Phil in TWPITW.
Justin, I think that Keith really does believe that he isn't biased. He really believes that he is fair and balanced. It shows that he is too far gone! He is a lost cause.
Maybe he should be tortured!
Well when he controdicts his own boss..he is either stupid or INSANE! or maybe both!
Keith is a mental pussy, he would buckle long before you'd need to break out the enhanced interrogation.
Olby claims he's not left or right
"Slammed" Obama the other night
Big crock of shit
The Nielsen's hind tit
Keith takes lying to a new height

I wonder why this puppy didn't get a peep from orangeman:

Private memo says interrogation methods helped nation in terrorism fight

GE shareholders got to opine
They think Kountdown is way out of line
Left-wing reporting

A beaut Katy!
**Long time viewer, first time comment maker guy :-)**
That comment from Keith...
"Regan is dead and was a lousy president"
WHOA!!! That might be one of the lowest comments I've ever heard since a one time friend made this comment...
"Reagan did two things good in his life, he brought down the wall and he died."
That "friend" was also an Olbermaniac. Shocker.
This 8pm sitcom on MSNBC is becoming the toilet of any so called news show on TV.

I foolishly listened to the WPitW video on the "Countdown" page. Yes, say it with me, it was very painful. It was also loaded with Olbypocrisy, Olbsession, and Olbermann Lies. But you knew that.
In addition, I wish Keith's "mysterious illness," as J$ put it, kept him from ever appearing on TV ever again. Yes, hearing him speak and do his worst in WPitW had that effect on me again. He went after O'Reilly, he went after all things News Corp, and he lied about himself and his network in the process. So, how else should I feel and react?
Yah that Reagan comment as just about as bad as Ms.Ugly last Friday.
His is just a really Ugly person I think he shoud marry Ms.Ugly and produce Ugly kids..can you just think what he would say if someone made a crack about his late mom? Like she must have been a really bad mom to have raised such a moron for a son!
And Keith was, as I predicted, reacting to this.
Well, I didn't officially predict that here, but I just knew he'd do it as soon as returned from wherever he was.
HA! Tortured. I think he is tortured when people rightfully compare him to Limbaugh and Hannity. Except Olbermann never even has any disagreement on his show. I want KO to go onto Morning Joe and have a conversation on there. I think it would be just awesome. I mean, Matthews goes on MJ. Shultz and Maddow have been on there. I think KO should support his other MSNBC shows to help them out.

Mike,
You must remember that he has a very tiny limbric system, among other things I've heard.

Sorry, I should have been more patient.
Ha! KO saying he dosent like being compared to Rush and the gang, is like Mr.Uly saying she did nt want to take pictures with Rush or Lynn Cheney when they visted the set of 24..when Ms.Ugly wasn't even on the show yet.. FUNNY!
Yah Keith I guess being compared to people who have almost double your audience is a bad thing.
Are you saying he isn't very bright, CD?
I want to show you why this guy is an unmitigated hack. He used the example of "slamming" Obama to support his position that he is neither left or right. However, his position was that of the left-wing KOS Kooks who want Bush and Cheney in jail.
He's so stupid he thinks that slamming Obama proves he argues for the right wing too. Delusional HACK.
Mike,
I was just goofing on that fact that Garafalo said right wingers were racist because their limbric system was too big and pushed against their skull. If our brains our too big that must mean theirs is so small that they think Stalin was a good guy and they would follow Obama into a wind turbine.
So Alec Baldwin is the best person in the world. A known child abuser(you're a little pig!) and also known to have engaged in disgusting sexual practices that decorum prohibits from listing here...ok well yeah that fits Olbyworld to a tee.
Torture! Torture! Torture!
Did you ever get the feeling that someone(or an entire network) was trying to brainwash you?
Torture! Torture! Torture!
Perhaps we need special prosecuters to investigate the obscene torture that is having Olbermoron and Madcow on back to back every night. I'll take a water board over those two any day. Seriously, my TV is about to commit suicide.
Oh, okay. No problem, CD. But let's say he isn't very bright, anyway. :D
1. Keith's comment about Reagan was undoubtedly hurtful to Reagan family members. Real nice Keith, by the way, your mom is DEAD and she raised a piece of crap for a son.
2.Keith didn't call them 'teabaggers' tonight, instead he took the upper road and referred to the teapartys as 'cluster Fox'. Don't be coy, Keith, we caught the joke.
3. Regarding the Hollywood Reporter story about the GE shareholders meeting, how disapointing was it to find out it wasn't completely generic. Bill O'Reilly had his fingers in there, and that will make it completely easy to dismiss as being a fraudulent protest. Sheesh.
Happy Lenin's birthday! Get used to Keith attacking Reagan. Destroying Reagan's legacy is job 1 for liberals. They have not had the guts to attack him directly yet but since it is clear that Keith has no shame, attacking Reagan in the grave will so be in vogue. He certainly can't bring up the news of the day. Every day is a comedy of errors by the light worker.
OD,
Fraudulent? Bill's had his finger in it for a loooong time. Why didn't they protest against it last year when it was obvious that NBC was blatantly kissing Obama's ass. No, I think they're finally putting 2 and 2 together and last weeks teabagging and racist slurs was the proverbial piece of straw.
here's a different link to the story about the GE shareholders meeting:
http://www.reuters.com/article/industryNews/idUSTRE53M0CO20090423
Rob573 get your facts straight. Alec Baldwin did not call his daughter a little pig. He called her a rude, thoughtless little pig. But what do you expect from a far left jerk (I mean Baldwin, not you).
"Cluster Fox" is a good one. I feel like it's Easter and I'm 12 years old again sitting at the kids table.
I'm sick of this torture crap. If President Obama wants to commit career suicide and push these trials be my guest.
Oh and Keith's a scumbag. I made my last visit to MLB.com today to say goodbye until they move the bathtub out of the blog section.
Good work tonight fellas.
Is it just me, or was EVERYTHING Olbermann said in response to Ben Nelson (D) of Nebraska laughable bullsh**? I mean, you could just comb through every assertion he makes and knock it down one by one. If I had Johnny Dollar's blogging chops (and the time to do it) I would devote an entire post to doing that. Just for example:
"We don't make stuff up..." --(that's one for Dollar. I'm sure he has a whole treasure trove of stuff in reply)
"We don't support racism..." --but you do support baseless accusations of racism against people you disagree with, like the tea party protesters.
"We don't recite talking points like Hannity does, not from anybody, Senator Nelson" --Wtf?? Your whole show is one gigantic talking point from the blue blogs!
"We believe first, Senator, in right and wrong over here, not right and left" --Omg, he did NOT just say that. Whats "The List" looking like these days? Oh, right. (D)s down the line.
Except Olbermann never even has any disagreement on his show. I want KO to go onto Morning Joe and have a conversation on there. I think it would be just awesome. I mean, Matthews goes on MJ. Shultz and Maddow have been on there. I think KO should support his other MSNBC shows to help them out....JustinH
Think of the movie "Taxi Driver" where De Niro gets in front of the mirror and starts acting out his fantasies where he imagines himself saying and doing all kinds of things to anybody who dares to get in his way. He can't lose: "you talkin' to me? You must be talkin' to me 'cause there's no one behind me" etc. He knows he's invincible in front of that mirror and God help anybody who gets in his way.
Then we fast forward to where he meets the secret service man, whereby after a few questions from the G-man reality kicks in as he realizes he's not in front of the mirror anymore, and conversely makes a total fool of himself because he doesn't have the perfect answers he did in front of that mirror. The second the G-man turns his back to write down any info he can get on him......he's gone.
Think olbermann, now and forever. Without that "mirror" he'd have to face reality which is something, just like the character De Niro played in "Taxi Driver," he can't and won't ever do.
It looks like you won't be getting your wish, nomorekeith, Olbermann just got what's presumably a promotion by MLB!
http://mlb.mlb.com/news/article.jsp?ymd=20090421&content_id=4368666&vkey=news_mlb&fext=.jsp&c_id=mlb
I don't know what the problem with him being a baseball blogger/columnist is he because he has a left-wing political show. I have actually been following his blog and it has been very good stuff and completely devoid of any and all political commentary. If you're a baseball fan, it really is something to check out once you get past the part that the man who writes it has a left-wing political show (and seriously guys, is he that bad of a political commentary that the man can't have a side job that has absoultely nothing to do with politics and where he has left politics completely out of his writings?)
I don't know, Steven. It's like if Markos Moulitsas, Eric Boehlert, Nate Silver, or any other progressive (I'm being nice by not calling them far-left) blogger had a blog on MLB.com. I'll still go to MLB.com, but I won't visit Keith's blog. Anyone is free to make the same decision. They either choose to read it or not to read it. Having said that, I hope those guys I named don't end up with blogs at NFL.com, NBA.com, NHL.com, PGATour.com, or any other sports site.
Mister Nelson's comments are fact
News actors are media backed
Like "The Leg" and Keith
They're far beneath
Professional standards and tact
I don't know, Steven. It's like if Markos Moulitsas, Eric Boehlert, Nate Silver, or any other progressive (I'm being nice by not calling them far-left) blogger had a blog on MLB.com....Mike C
Couldn't agree more Mike and if I could take it further I know Hugo Chavez is a big soccer fan, but do you think the people of Venezuela would be happy to hear that he's doing a blog on THEIR favorite sport?
It's all about prospective, and if you hate what the man stands for, along with all the hatred he's shown towards America, do you really think that because he doesn't go the political route that when he's posting for AMERICA'S past time, that people aren't going to be offended?
He gave up his credibility years ago, and has long since used up all his "passes" where it pertains to giving him any slack. He made a deal with the devil for whatever his reasons were, and no amount of good grace will ever get him out of it.
I'm glad we agree, Wolverine.
As for "cluster Fox" (Ed Murrow would be proud), I guess I can add "Clustermann" to my list of nicknames for him, and I can think of a street on the Tarpon Springs-Palm Harbor (Florida) border in the process (Klosterman Road).
Doesn't this dope realize that attacking people every single night doesn't help his ratings or credibility. Hey Keithy, try debating someone once in your life. You sit (and hide) behind your desk and give a one-sided point of view without ever giving someone a chance to rebut your lunatic rantings. You bring in your lap dogs who agree with everything you say and never have a debate. Hmmm, why is that? Could it be you are a HACK that cannot intelligently defend your "opinions" or are you so afraid any intelligent person out there would make you look like a fool.
From promoting racism with Garafalo, insulting a former (deceased) President of the United States, calling President Bush a "pathological liar", Vice President Cheney a "war monger" and distorting the truth every single night, this "man" has the nerve to say he promotes right and wrong.
This is journalism? If anyone saw this guy on a street corner ranting like this he would be escorted to the nearest psychiatric ER for an evaluation.
Olby was just getting back at Reagan for obliterating Obama's (and therefore Keith's) policies and ideology:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S6DmjBneGBc
"We believe first, Senator, in right and wrong over here, not right and left."
###
He REALLY said that? I will have to watch the video to actually believe it, but for now....wow...I have to take a breath here and stop laughing.
With that statement he has really put himself in a box. IF that was true, there would be guest after guest challenging the very things Olbermann opines about every night so that right and wrong could be tested the way it is supposed to be.....with argument and debate....not dictation from some self-indulgent, narcissistic midtown Manhattan bubble-boy who is living the life of Gatsby.
Olbermann holds positions only from the radical left....his last SPECIAL COMMENT showed that as he articulated the very position the anti-America left has kept up this past week....By the way, it is the wrong position both morally and practically speaking as the evidence has shown, so we have a double whammy here! If dissent from the radical left was allowed to infiltrate COUNTDOWN people could see how very wrong (and radical) Olbermann's position is. But alas. No.
I have called the radical left, the church of SNOBamessiah because they are devoted to his ideology, one that is radical and off to the far left in the political spectrum, and do not want open and free deabte on the "rightness" of the issues....like a dicitorial religious organization....a church. Irony. Obama's latest silliness with regard to appearing stuck in both supporting prosecution of former government officials yet trying to appear moderate and is a prime example of a man beholden to a minority, radical ideology faced with real world truth.
If Olbermann had such good men on his show like General Hayden or even Senator McCain (he has a different position from me BUT one that has nuance/legitimacy and is closer to being right than Olbermann's), he would see why his position is wrong, and is only ivory-tower leftist stupidity. Until he allows such debate....well.....I guess we'll continue to hear him say such stupid things like.....
"We believe first in right and wrong over here, not right and left"
No Olbermann....you believe first in feeding and satisfying your silly ego in an orgy of narcissism....THAT is your priority and from it springs all sorts of trash.
VERO POSSUMUS!
I'm going to say Ok Kieth you ar right you are neither right or left, just right and wrong. Then why on the hell don't you have people on the show that you think are wrong and show them why you are RIgHT! This constant parade of asskissers on your show is borning and getting really old. You hate Bill,Sean,Rush.Glen..but one way or another they allow people on their shows that do not agree with them, either to prove a point or to educate people. You are not interested in this because you are a fraud and anyone with an IQ of 50 could beat you in a debate!
IF Olbermann was honest about being so concerned about right and wrong, he would have said the following in his SPECIAL COMMENT last week:
"When he released the memos, Obama apparently didn't anticipate that calling the OLC complicit in a war crime would generate two reactions. The first would criticize Obama for failing to prosecute people who he thinks committed crimes, and the second would get angry over Obama only telling part of the story. Before the release, he only had a small group of people criticizing him for putting the issue in the past, and now he has everyone angry over his dishonest approach to the issue.
"Obama can't stick with the position that the most culpable people in the interrogation look was the lawyers who responded to a request for clarification on the law. They neither ordered, approved, or conducted the interrogations. Legal culpability is the weakest for them if any crime was committed, and it's frankly cowardice to only attack the OLC. If crimes were committed, then members of Congress, the White House, CIA leadership and the interrogators are the ones who have to answer for them, and we can only know that when all of the data is revealed. If Obama’s not willing to do that, then he never should have opened that can of worms in the first place."

So, instead we have the COUNTDOWN circus regurgitating talking points from such sources as MEDIA MATTERS and THE DAILY KOS. Olbermann lied last night saying he does not do exactly what Senator Nelson correctly characterized.
PERIOD.
President Obama has been dishonest in his words and actions here and is creating a partisan mess with a very serious national security item. Olbermann is trying to use this mistake NOT to find the truth but as a weapon against those he has judged evil in our government, an opportunity to advance his far left agenda. What a sham.
All this while my family and community is at risk from the very terrorists brave Americans have protected us from these last several years.
VERO POSSUMUS!
For those of you who don't know about it, or haven't visited it, here's a petition site for you.......
http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/fire-keith-olbermann
Fire Keith Olbermann!
It won't happen, but every so often I send the link to Steve Capus, senior VP at MSNBC. Join in and comment!!
I have been saying for weeks the more MSNBC ratings tank, the more desperate and outrageous these "hosts" will become and I think last Friday and the events of that week prove my point. Ms.Ugly's performance was done because they needed some excitment. I'm sure Ko told her to let it rip, because I'm going down fast! HElP!
Afotia1020, you send that petition to MSNBC and they laugh. People have been propping that thing up for weeks and it's gone nowhere.
That entire Web site is a joke and that petition overview is so childish and insulting you'd think David Shuster and Janeane Garofalo wrote it. It's not working!
I agree, cjflan. Please stop peddling it.
Tuesday's ratings of Countdown (Shuster's final sub) went down and Maddow actually fell under a million.
Will they bounce back for Wednesday's return of the Lie-On King?
Last night's numbers are in.....bad news for Olbermann and Maddow...
Olbermann was third in the demo and barely beat HLN's Nancy Grace in total viewers for second.....and Maddow?.....
Third behind "wake me when it's over" Larry King who was more interested if the Palin and her boyfriend fornicated under the Governor's roof.....classy.
So, let's recap....MSNBC, third to HLN or CNN.....with less than half the viewers of O'Reilly in both hours.....
http://www.mediabistro.com/tvnewser/ratings/the_scoreboard_wednesday_april_22_114854.asp#more
AND THE O'REILLY REPEAT GOT MORE VIEWERS THAN THE FIRST RUNS ON MSNBC!
NBC NEWS....in a word, pathetic!
Cee: "so let's recap....MSNBC, third to HLN or CNN....with less than half the viewers of O'Reilly in both hours...."
So I guess that means that more than twice as many viewers saw O'Reilly claim Nixon never met with Mao than will ever see the correction on MSNBC, .... eh chief?
Ignorance is bliss!
Blue blog source: Media Matters. Rip 'n Read strikes again.
No MikeH, this just means that twice as many viewers will most probable see Bill correct himself unlike your boy Keef O. who is the biggest pantywaist and never corrects his lies, or makes a true apology for his constant misgivings.
Yes MikeH, continue patting your buddy Keef O. on the back for the good job he does nightly.
Keith Olbermann, the king of HACKS.
MikeH, one of the HACKS followers.
"MikeH, one of the HACKS followers."
No, actually I'm one of his leaders......but don't tell anyone!
Ooo, goodie, the cowardly troll is back! Allow me to make him slink away in shame....again!
Let's see.....Talking about ratings and what numbers of poor souls were being exposed to hate (REALLY LOW) as opposed to an error in recalling a fact (HIGH AS USUAL)....What was Olbermann's ratings last Thursday night when he and his guest called people racists?
They were still small, thankfully because the less people who heard hate and "tea-bagging" comedy the better!....But of course there was at least one viewer....MikeHypocrite.....I wonder if MikeHypocrite liked those "tea-bagging" jokes?....They seem to be at your level o his sophisticated thought and taste.
Oh, and Olbermann documenting O'Reilly's mistake on history? Good snark!....O'Reilly deserves it, I am sure he's laughing it off.....But did Olbermann pick up President Obama's error in recalling history last week?
Uh, uh. No. That would have been FOX NEWS because they are practicing journalism unlike the good blind Reverand of the church of SNOBamessiah.....
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2009/04/18/obama-endures-ortega-diatribe/
Our dear leader (remember, it's all about him in his mind) responded to Ortega's anti-America rant involving The Bay of Pigs in April 1961 with an attempt at humor, and even going off TOTUS's prepared remarks, with the following:
"To move forward, we cannot let ourselves be prisoners of past disagreements. I’m grateful that President Ortega did not blame me for things that happened when I was three months old."
Oh dear misinformed Obama.....He was born after The Bay of Pigs occurred in August 1961....Where was the Reverand Olbermann of the church of SNOBamessiah on that mistake of historical recall. No where. The one is actually able to move events in the past to meet his error in the mind of the thoughtless follower.
Obama is supposedly the smartest President we have had. How about that little slip during the hostage crisis a couple of weeks ago?.....Obama vowed to fight "privacy" over there in The Indian Ocean! Ohhh, O'Reilly's mistake about Nixon and Mao is looking SO FUNNY now! Yep...real funny!
Racist rednecks!
Funny, MikeHypocrite finally posts about something as silly as ratings and O'Reilly's error about Mao/Nixon while there have been such good/meaty topics posted here about Obama/Olbermann hypocrisy regarding hate speech, torture prosecutions, funding/continuing the support for Iraqis' freedom, government reports targeting people for their views/stands, etc. etc.
Obama's America is looking just like Bush's America....the same old partisan fights, hate speech, political retribution, lies, smears, etc....And MikeHypocrisy gleefully snarks about Olbermann's comedy about O'Reilly's error....OH MY GOODNESS!
Promises made, promises broken.
Look at The President and see just as simple a man who can make the same mistakes as our dear O'Reilly....Yet!....He's the savior, the one, the mighty.....the one to save us all and provide a new morality that has been lost!
Protecting "privacy" on the high seas! Ooo, and let us not forget, Obama did not even know how many democracies atttended the summit last week....Does MikeHypocrite?...Is it 36 or 34?....Does the well informed COUNTDOWN audience even know Obama made that error?
Doubtful. I suppose it is like when candidate Obama said there were 57 or 58 states....
Stay on the teleprompter, baby!
VERO POSSUMUS!
Cee: "Funny, Mikehypocrite finally posts something as silly as ratings and O'Reilly's error about Mao/Nixon while ther have been such good/meaty topics posted here about Obama/Olbermann hypocrisy regarding hate speech."
Jeepers Cee, You're actually the one who brought up ratings, and I thought this site was about media personalities and not Obama!
Cee: "Oh goody, the cowardly troll".....Now THERE'S a fine example of "hate speech"!
Cee: "Ooo, and lets not forget. Obama did not even know how many democracies attended the summit last week....Does MikeHypocrite?....Is it 36 or 34?....Does the well informed COUNTDOWN audience even know Obama made that error?
Probably not.....and I'd lay 100:1 odds that you didn't know how exactly how many democracies attended that summit either....but I can assure you that I sure as hell knew that Nixon met with Mao before Professor O'Reilly made his little mistake.
That said, I think it would far more important that you might understand US taxes, or for O'Relly to understand US History than it would be for them to know how many democarcies attended a summit....but I guess such ironies are always lost on you.
Keep on grabbing at straws Cee.....You would look really ridiculous anywhere else.....but you're right at home here....with plenty of equally ignorant back-up support.
MikeH:That said, I think it would far more important that you might understand US taxes, or for O'Relly to understand US History than it would be for them to know how many democarcies attended a summit....but I guess such ironies are always lost on you.
No, the irony is that you would equivocate not knowing the history of Mao to not understanding the current U.S. tax system. Methinks your red is showing a little there, chief.
"I think it would far more important that you might understand US taxes, or for O'Relly to understand US History than it would be for them to know how many democarcies attended a summit."
President Obama did not know how many fellow leaders at a summit he was attending were from democracies and MikeHypocrite thinks O'Reilly's error is more important.
Sure, he's "superior" to the rabble here!
He, he, he! Are we sure MikeHypocrite isn't really Garofalo trolling for comedy?
Yes Cee, I certainly DO think it is more important that any prominent American politician OR commentator understand recent and relevant US history, especially when he was wielding his ignorance at the same time he was dissing the President for doing the same thing Nixon did,
I also believe that if you were honest, you would ALSO say the O'Reilly's error is far more aggregious, but your extreme partanship will NEVER allow you to be honest, even for a minute!
Now quick Cee: ..... Without looking at the map.....how many countries are in Africa?.....and how many of them are democacies?
rob573: "No. the irony is that you would equivocate not knowing the history of Mao to not understanding the current U.S. tax system. Methinks your red is showing a little."
But you see, I DIDN'T equivocate the two. You just think I did. Cee knwos EXACTLY why I mentioned taxes, and Cee is the one I was talking to.
Open board, Mr. Chairman, deal with it.
"Now quick Cee: ..... Without looking at the map.....how many countries are in Africa?.....and how many of them are democacies?"

#1 I do not claim to be the smartest man in the room, the savior of an already great nation, or the moral superior to my fellow countrymen prepared to reform what I see as an inferior moral state.
#2 I am not giving a speech at a summit in front of those 34 democracies as the leader of the free world, in the greatest democracy that has and is the leading defender of freedom and liberty (despite what is opinion in #1). I think proper preperation would be to know who is a despot and who is a democrat....Perhaps he was confused with all of that hand-shaking, smiling and acceptance of gifts? The President is known to be a bit scatter-brained.
#3 I do not have a friend called Teleprompter of The United States that feeds me every word I speak, even for a 2 minute comment at a press conference. That little fella seems to keep someone on the right track but when he's not used, that someone makes the gaffes so embarrassing that people cringe.
#4 I am not making speeches to a summit that put more priority in apologizing for perceived problems with my country instead of making important arguments that prompt leaders to allow their people freedom of thought and religion. But that priority is much lower now for someone.
#5 Lastly, I do not have a large hypocritical following who would have made jokes about the previous President if he had made such mistakes, but give me a pass on equally funny gaffes while using TOTUS at every step.
Olbermann was known to take every gaffe and dedicate 10-15 minutes on them....even on a certain Governor who was a VP candidate....months after she ran.
Hypocrisy...MikeHypocrite is so easy to peg.
So, dear MikeHypocrite once again swings and misses...just like his obsession about the tax hikes that I predicted would happen under Obama....He still has never addressed the impossible math regarding not raising taxes on citizens making less than 250K and keeping deficits down....as promised by Obama....a promise that is going to be broken in about 6 months.
MikeHypocrite was also known to complain about the deficit Bush created while fighting two wars and helping a nation recover from the worst (and only) terrorist attack on our soil....He blamed Bush for squandering a surplus never giving him an inch of credit for not allowing our nation to fall into severe economic hardship through 95% of his term...But now?....Obama is allowed to make a deficit multiple times higher than Bush ever did, be dishonest about getting that deficit down without raising everyone's taxes, AND MikeHypocrite is not critical of the one's tax cuts to over 80% of the populations in such circumstances. Wow...what hypocrisy!
So remember....when MikHypocrisy posts, he has a long history of lies, smears and hypocrisy....a cowardly troll as I introduced last night...not out of hatred (I actually have hope he will see the error of his ways), but in accurate assessment.
Just for you CEE,
Bottom of the 9th, tie game, runners on all 3 bases, 2 outs.... CEE hits a grand slam homer off of pitcher MikeHypocrite of the Washington Liberals. A lone reporter is sitting in the stands, his head covered in his hands. Oh look, it's Keith Olbermann, the expunged countdown clown, reduced to writing about baseball games and their scores. Why, because in baseball, the scores don't lie whereas in Keiths past, everything he spoke about in regards to politics was nothing but LIES.
MikeH, goes home the looser once again, this time demoted to the farm club team.
