I can't stand Shuster. My Shuster intolerance is probably equal to Mike C.'s Olbermann intolerance. I sucked it up and tried to watch the Specter part, I can't tell if Shuster was covering for him or not.

I have no problem with 'T-BAG' doing 'Countdown'. In fact he doesn't do it enough.

Why do I say this?

1) When Robin is on you know you are getting straight up Obama propaganda. The kind you hear daily on AAR or Mother Jones network. 'T-BAG's next job.

2) WHAT? Keith is not going to be putting in another full work week? What will his Zombie Loons think? (can they?)

What am I talking about? This. You wouldn't see FNC's Major Garrett or Wendell Golder, or FBN's Peter Barnes do that, now would you? Not even NPR's Mara Liasson, Fox News Contributor, would do that.

If I recall, Schuster got the same treatment from FNC on their 10th, that Olby got from ESPN on their 20th.

I had a nice little vacation from KO this past week (went to the Kentucky Derby). Thanks for the recaps.

I like the way BOR used the Musto segment. No audio of KO's comments. Unless I'm mistaken, this is the second time BOR has used a Countdown segment on Reality Check (Garafalo). Some people say he should just ignore KO but I think this is a smart move. He exposes Countdown (along with KO) as "journalistic" hacks that spew nothing but hatred and misinformation. So every time KO attacks him it holds less weight because he is being exposed as a fraud. Plus, you know it just eats KO up inside. But BOR has to be careful not to give him too much air time. I think he knows this because he never mentions KO by name.

To follow up on what I said earlier, "Red Eye" remains in Studio D and remains in SD. :(
I hope you had a good time at the Derby, Brad. The Musto clip makes for the third time in recent weeks that Bill has played "Countdown" clips. He played a clip of some supposed reporter from McClatchy. A few months ago, he played a clip of Russell Tice on "Countdown" before showing Tice being ambushed by Jesse Watters.

That's a pretty good template at the top for the typical crazed coverage usually seen on COUNTDOWN.

My 3 year old son is currently watching MICKEY MOUSE CLUBHOUSE this morning and the template is always the same as well....It's good to know Keith Olbermann's fans feel secure they will have the same comfy cozy show night after night to make them feel superior to all of us racist rednecks.

The struggle in Iraq still serves only as political mace for the radical anti-America left, even as one of their fellow travelers has COMPLETE responsibility for the success of this part of the war against terrorism. Oh well...."MISSION ACCOMPLISHED" is more important to Keith Olbermann than keeping his audience informed of the important developments in Iraq.....

Carrie Prejean (Miss Cali) apparently will have photos, including a few nude photos, from a modeling shoot leaked out on Internet gossip sights soon. I'd bet Olby will be back with a 30 min segment on the topic. Keep in mind these are not from a "sex tape" or anything, but the pro-gay marriage folks will certainly act as though they are and will try to destroy her over it.

Last week, Olbermann made Louis Caldera, the director of the White House Military Office, WPitW for the Obama Administration's insensitive and very expensive photo-op flyover....Then Brian Williams was interviewed about the fiasco, giving advice to the normally skilled PR firm known as The Obama Administration.....

Well, now we find out that Obama is making the photo-op pics CLASSIFIED and not realeasing them. Will there be follow-up coverage tonight on COUNTDOWN?.....

I just saw the link to kos re: Ingraham remarks. What have I done?! Kos is now ripping stories from anti-Olby blogs and re-spinning them into blue blog attacks! Oh my!
