Eh just tuned in for a second ( his suit is so tight and so annoying )
But he asked the Wolfman about a comment some (R) Senator/Guy running for Senator in Florida who said the Iranian protesters won't be shot at if they had a 2nd amendment over there and finished his essay, whoops I mean question, with " shouldn't he be more worried about the sewage issue's in Jacksonville instead of foreign policy?"
Wolfman replied " Well you'd wish so, but I think senator's do play an important role in foreign policy ".
Whoa stay on script Wolfy, stay on script.
Marco Rubio is the guy.
WPITW!
Bronze: Lancaster PA: for monitorings with tvs more than boston.
Silver: Krauthamer and Bill Bennet: For calling the Lead Mad Mullah as "Supreme Leader". Guess Keithy-poo doesn't like it when that title is used for anyone than our god OBAMA!
Gold: Cynthia Davis- For being against a food program. Of course Keith gets it wrong! As usual.
Another night of GREAT OBAMA APPROVED COMMENTARY!
What a nazi! May he burn in hell!
Look what I found on HuffPo: an entry by Tom D'Antoni entitled "Iran and the Death of MSNBC as a News Source".
The HuffPo link was in the Olbermann Flood.
Don't tell me that KO actually read that blog and is putting to death his rants on Rush, Bush, Hannity, Beck or anything Republican?
Nah, I say he can't go 2 days without some mention of the such. The moron just does not have it in him. Although, we probable won't be seeing anyone from Huffing and Puffington Post on his show in the near future????
Bottom line, Slobbermann, you got bitchslapped by one of your own. I'm sure there's more from your side lining up to do the same so, I suggest you stay home, call up Shuster and tell him you're not feeling to well these days and ask him to fill in for you KO. I mean Bathtub Boy.
Even HuffPo is bashing KO:
"Many progressives are avoiding Keith Olbermann altogether because there is no news on his program, just endless coverage of what the Republican party is doing, clips of Rush Limbaugh and Dick Cheney like any of that was relevant to anyone in the real world."
Ouch.
The crones and hags at the KOEB at DU are streaming the first lady live in SF instead of listening to KO, and discussing it in the thread for tonight's show. Is anyone actually watching him?
Hmm I guess I have to watch this "show" now.
After watching O'Reilly and Hannity point out the flaw in the NY Times poll that claims America is behind the healthcare plan ( which had a ratio of 2-1 of Obama supporters and McCain supporters ), Olby takes on Feinstein ( I think ) who's concerned about the administrations spending. Thing is Olbly uses a poll, a NY Times poll perhaps, showing she is wrong.
Guess I'll have to tune in to find out *shrugs*
Naw I can't watch, that suit is just horrible.
But that Huffpost was funny. MSNBC would make more money if they just ran reruns of Lockdown and Catch a Predator 7 days a week. Plus they'd save themselves 7 million a year. It's not like they run out of sponsers either, most of their ads are MSNBC/NBC/GE ads anyways.
Hey! Keefy!....The 40's called...they want their suit back.
Yup it was the poll from the NY Times.
It was obviously another attempt of the Times trying to "help" Obama, but then again KO can't understand rating numbers so a poll shouldn't be too hard when it's from his buddies at the Times.
If polls are so telling then maybe there's a lot truth to that poll over at the Kos where people dare question Herr Olbermann,
The OlbyFlood giveth and it taketh away: A new HuffPo link came in that says "Keith Olbermann, John Hodgman Interview: Hodgman Discusses His Speech And Obama As 'Nerd-In-Chief' (VIDEO)". John Hodgman was on "Countdown" tonight. I'll never think of him the same way again.
So did KO mention the Jesse Waters ambush last night?
I saw that ManDow actually beat KO in the raiting?
How much longer before the stories start about how stupid ManDow is, or KO stops his throw over to ManDow when Countdown is done, you know how he did to Abrhams...ithis is going to get GOOD PEOPLE!!
Finally, Obama shows some courage in expressing total support to the people in the streets of Tehran....After watching Olbermann last night excuse the previously tepid responses, I wonder what will be said tonight on COUNTDOWN...."Nevermind?"
Last night, Olbermann bent over backwards in defending the administration's luke-warm reaction so far, tonight?
Once again, Olbermann has to be a hypocrite in order to function in his role as chief media defender of the church of SNOBamessiah. Nothing new, and he is a master at it!
Thanks to Major Garrett from FNC for asking a good question, "What took you so long?" Poor Obama has to argue the point and claim (even though it is obvious the response has "evolved") that he has been consistent.
What leadership!
VERO POSSUMUS! WTF?
After all the tough questions the laughs came out. Oh man Obama is so much fun. I'm willing to bet that tonight KO ignores his own hypocrisy and attacks those who dare ask the messiah hard questions.
I don't see him veering off course from his regular formula.
I have to give credit to Chuck Todd though...he did press Obama on Garrett's theme and the idea that most reasonable people see a tougher stance coming out of The White House Today. Todd's question remained unanswered....what about consequences for the current Iranian regime for their murderous and despotic ways?....
SNOBamessiah retreats to the silly position of "no one knows how this is going to come out?" No kidding, Sherlock.
Ronald Reagan did not know what would happen to the USSR in the early 80's, but that did not stop him from forcefully aligning himself with the street protestors demanding freedom of assembly, associations, etc.....Oh well.
VERO POSSUMUS! WTF?
Is there room on this site for a moderate who can't stand Keith Olbermann? Man, I hate his guts. I hate Big Ed also. MSNBC doesn't have much to offer. Morning Joe would be their highlight.
Fox News is a mixed bag also. As a moderate I can't stomach Hannity or Beck. O'Reilly is quite moderate on many issues. Shep is great. Red Eye is funny.
As a Moderate who hate's Olbermann, I do occaisionally agree with policies set forth by the Obama Administration.
Does that make me some sort of follower or congregant of the "Church of SNOBomessiah"?
What exactly is the "Church of SNOBomessiah"?
Is there only room on this site for righteous righties who call others "Snob" and obviously suffer from Obama Derangement Syndrome?
I'm a moderate, too, RM, and I get along fine here. Welcome aboard.
Obama's response after NorK tosses a nuke on Hawaii.
"As you know we are now in a vigorous debate with North Korea. We have to wait and see what the outcome will be. Did they mean to do this or was it an accident? In the end it's up to the North Korean people to decide and it isn't my job to meddle. Let's remember this happened 3 days ago and depending on what happens I might have harsher words in a couple of weeks so you'll see I'm consistent."
Radical Moderate, I think you will find that almost all of the posters here are in fact moderate unless of course they are being judged by the hard core leftists in which they are then deemed hard core righties.
But, the ONE thing we all have in common (except for the few radical anti-American lefties that visit this site from time to time) is our justifiable hatred for the ape ruler (olbermann).
And, as far as your assessment of Obama and all the others you mentioned, I had to look twice to make sure it wasn't me who made the post above.
"Church of SNOBomessiah" was a name dubbed by one of the most intelligent posters on here who goes by the name of Cee. If I may intercede here in his place with what I believe he meant by this title given to his "holy one," is that he meant it more towards his fans who, no matter what mistakes Obama has made, will always make excuses for him. The ape ruler for sure is the worst offender, but there are a multitude of others who fit in there too.
Anyway, enjoy, as you will find nearly all the conversations in here of a highly intelligent nature by clear thinking people. Honesty and stating obvious facts is what you will see here throughout. Something you will never find on any of the other sites I have visited with the worst being the Daily Kos of course, but if you need a good laugh from time to time please do visit there, as the comments are straight out of the Planet of the Apes.
Hey, I'm a live and let live kinda person.....
My attitude is, post your opinions and allow the spontaneous to occur.
Secondly, I have also been in agreement with some decisions made by the Obama administration, especially when it comes to increasing troop levels in Afghanistan, not quickly and blindly withdrawing from Iraq (as Senator Obama was willing to do), continuing domestic surveillance, and continuing the policies of Bush with regards to military tribunals on foreign bases.
Those good decisions are not consistant with a certain radical thread in our country (and with Candidate Obama) whose support Barack Obama relied heavily upon through the Democrat Party primary...but I'll take what I can get.
What is fun to point out is that that very thread is SILENT in decrying those policies that were once likened to polices executed by Hitler.
It is obvious that I am not a member of that radical thread (the left, or euphemistically "progressives," or what I like to call the church of SNOBamessiah).
Thirdly, some background.....Years ago on this site, many from the previously mentioned political fringe attacked me (and any conservative poster on this site) for being "rightous," or "religious," but it was soon obvious that although some believed themselves to be tolerant, they were actually as religious about their POV/world views and self-rightous as the very people they attacked....
Keith Olbermann is the PERFECT example of such projection.
So that is the story behind it. As one who was called "snob," I enjoy pointing out that many should be careful in throwing those stones from glass houses. Keith Olbermann is a very EASY target and provides ample evidence every week night.
Lastly, in regards to ODS....I suppose my posts can be characterized as such, and I am fine with that....people are entitled to their opinion. I would rather debate about the substance of my criticisms, because I am able to defend my assertions and that, seems to me, counters the idea of a "derangement." But that's ok....whatever.
Let us all remember what came first, thanks to the genius of Charles Krauthammer who identified the affliction.....BUSH derangement syndrome.....
Good for goose.....good for gander....maybe not so good for the country.
VERO POSSUMUS! WTF?
I dunno if I'm a moderate, I tend to have a natural distaste for Dems, but most Reps don't tingle my leg either. Probably more right to center.
I did give Obama a chance, because during the campaign him and McCain were too similar. But since he's been in office, campaign Obama left the room and he's let his pet projects ( GITMO, Healthcare ) and spending get out of control.
I've been a fan of Fox News since 2000. And although Hannity and Cavuto aren't my favs, overall its the best cable news channel. And Obama's recent distaste for Fox 's coverage has totally lost me.
Oh no he has Fox News being "unfair" to him, maybe he should call GWB to see how he handled media criticism since he had almost well over 6 years of experience with them.
I call it, Major Garrett gets WPITW tonight..hands down,, two segments on how bad FNC is..
The Wolffman's book isn't selling
In the Nielsen's, Kountdown is smelling
Like a loser parade
Journalistic charade
The media pressure compelling
Monday ratings: Second place in total and 25-54 at 8:00, and third in those at 10:00.
Hah Katy Chrissy matthews had Woflman on his show and said He was happpy Wolfman's book was buring up the NYT best seller!
FYI Big fat hot air Ed is mad at the moderate dems that are holding up the Obamacare..it was funny..I guess he knows how we feel about our RINO LOL!
Hey great news looks like the MSNBC hosts has a meeting today and they proclaimed that gov.Sanford is out of the '012 race (=
nomorekeith NBC had a story on Sanford. It was a f****** joke. They turned it into how he's crazy and I'm pretty sure they mentioned at least three times that he's out of the 2012 race.
Newsflash: IT'S JUNE 2009! Are you so worried that Obama's going to screw up that you have to start whacking the competition now?
Does anyone know a Web site where you can find out how many copies a book has sold?
In regards to Richard Wolffes book, I went to Barnes & Noble website and found this.....Sales Rank: 204
Pretty bad numbers for a so called best seller there Chrissy Mathews who said the book was burning up the NYT best seller! No Chrissy, people are NOT buying the book to read as most of Osambo's flock is starting to wake up and diss him now. As for the other side of the coin, Mark Levin's book is still in the top ten after a very lenghtly selling.
