Is Keithy-poo on vacation, offically?
Cause this is getting pitiful. Another day of Robin. And lookit! Another Cheney attack upcoming.
let's see health care going badly, Stupid comment at press conference, democartic in-fighting, and sinking poll numbers for barry.
Time for KO to do what he always does. call shuster and hit the bathtube

After watching this video (link below) I wondered how Janeane Garofalo would describe it.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0hFiab7fjak&feature=related
Well, maybe if this keeps fallin'. Me thinks we will be seeing a lot less of Keithy and more of Boy-Blunder.
"Overall, 49% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the President's performance. Today marks the first time his overall approval rating has ever fallen below 50% among Likely Voters nationwide. Fifty-one percent (51%) disapprove."

In other words he'll (Keith) pull a Garafalo and walk off stage. (in a manner of speaking).
"'Because this has been ratcheting up and I obviously helped to contribute ratcheting it up, I wanted to make clear in my choice of words I think I unfortunately gave an impression that I was maligning the Cambridge Police Department or Sgt. Crowley specifically,' Obama said. 'And I could have calibrated those words differently.'"

Well, is a word, duh. This whole story would not have continued until today without the "stupidly" adverb at a Presidential pressor.
My oh my....the church of SNOBamessiah has sure shown some thick-headedness as of late.
I suppose Olbermann does serve a purpose! His thick-headedness make the daily gaffes by the one look puny.....Hopefully for the radical left he returns Monday!
VERO POSSUMUS! WTF?
And then there's today's Zogby (see below)
Zogby Poll: President Obama's Job Approval Falls to 48%
Survey finds 51% believe U.S. on wrong track, while 41% say the nation is headed in right direction
UTICA, New York—A new Zogby Interactive survey shows a slight decline in President Barack Obama’s job approval, with 48% of likely voters now approving of the job he is doing as president, down from 51% who said the same in an interactive/telephone hybrid poll conducted in mid-June. Forty-nine percent now say they disapprove of the job the president has done so far in office and 4% are not sure.
The survey found similar results when likely voters were asked specifically to rate President Obama’s performance—47% give him a positive rating, with 22% rating his job performance as “excellent” and 25% rating it as “good.” But slightly more than half (53%) give the president a negative job performance rating, with 10% who say he is doing a “fair” job as president and 43% who say he is doing a “poor” job—up from 36% who said he was doing a poor job in mid-June. (Zogby uses a four-point scale of excellent, good, fair and poor, and aggregates excellent and good to determine positive ratings.)
The Zogby Interactive survey of 4,470 likely voters nationwide was conducted July 21-24, 2009 and carries a margin of error of +/- 1.5 percentage points.
"First of all, the two scales are identical showing President Obama with about as many approving as disapproving,” said John Zogby, President and CEO of Zogby International. “What is troubling for the President is not only his slide with voters but that they are re-polarized. He is strong with Democrats but only has 6% approval from Republicans and 40% from Independents. Support from young voters is high (59%) but he is down several points from the margin they gave him in November 2008. His support wanes as voters get older.”
As President Obama pushes for healthcare reform, this latest survey shows Americans are growing increasingly dissatisfied with the direction the country is headed—just 41% believe the nation is headed in the right direction, while 51% believe the U.S. is on the wrong track. A Zogby Interactive poll from late May/early June showed 49% thought the nation was on the wrong track, up from 45% who said the same in April. There is a sharp political divide, with Republicans (93%) and conservatives (95%) who overwhelmingly view the country as headed on the wrong track, in sharp contrast to Democrats (78%) and liberal voters (88%), who take a positive view of the country’s direction. Slightly more than half of political independents (56%) view the country has headed in the wrong direction, while 31% say the U.S. is on the right track.
“Right direction is now at just 41% -- certainly higher than when George W. Bush left office but a decline from higher numbers in the new presidency. Obama’s split with voters is precisely where Bush was before September 11, 2001,” Zogby said.
Been giving this some thought lately;
Olbermann shows up, Olbermann doesn't show up. Who cares, really? The trend at media watch sites ala Newsbusters is following the antics of the ever more wretched full daily schedule at MSNBC. Personally, I find David Shuster the most offensive voice on cable, and he is on live several hours every day! His sidekick Tam Hall is finding her own voice, and boy oh boy, does she hate the right. Big Ed Shultz is a car wreck waiting to happen. That guy is wound up, and he actually brings on the opposing side every day. Shuster isn't afraid to berate the opposing viewpoint, live and in studio.
I'm bored to tears with Olbermann, the loser who edits other peoples interviews, and pretends he is the one answering truth to whatever. He is a complete fraud, and I think he knows he is past the zenith of "His Work".
My question is ; If Olbermann has jumped the shark, has Olbermann Watch followed suit?
I would love to see all the wit and energy that has made OW the legend it is take on the deplorable, hack-riddled cable station known as MSNBC, in it's entirety.
Thoughts, anyone?

No problem here, but who is going to be the sacrificial lamb that has to watch ALL of their shows? And of course, Dr. Zaius will still be on at least one week out of the month so we could still enjoy his ridiculous rants. You got my vote.
Observer Dan, this site is to Olbermann what Batman is to Gotham City. The day Gotham no longer needs Batman is a glorious day. Until then, keep fighting. This site has a purpose and you guys do a good job maintaining it, so just do what you do and don't change.
Now the reason you're probably bored is because-when he's actually on-air-he's saying the same crap every night. When he's not making anymore money for them he'll be out. When he melts down-and he will-he'll be out. Truth be told the only reason he's still on air is because he doesn't have enough viewers to offend. That's why Imus and Letterman got crapped on. If nobody's watching then you can't get offended.
You have a point that MSNBC is just one giant diseased rant, so perhaps the mission should change a little. I personally don't think a bitter hack like Shuster is worth anybody's time, but that's just me.
So we have the Wolff man filling in for the "missing" Bathtub Boy tonight. Interesting. How does "Countdown with Richard Wolfe" sound? Never know.
As to what ObserverDan posted and well done I might add, I don't think this site has jumped the shark, more or less the fact that Bathtub Boy isn't on much lately and the fact that it's just been so damned easy to point out their flaws at MSNBC, that perhaps we have lost a little edge. But these things happens and it will turn around over here.
Who knows? Maybe the dream of no more Bathtub Boy on the air could happen. I was thinking the other day, being that he has been posting on the MLB blogs that they would probably offer him a gig there at the MLB Network, much like Costas.
Also, my response was not that OW "jumped the shark," but more towards the fact that if Dr. Zaius finally quits or gets yanked off the air that I would join forces to go after msnbc because after all olbermann has been jumping the shark for the past 4 years, but still has managed to stay on.
We need Wolfe man art and we need it NOW!
First: This is OW!
Keith, until he goes is always number one.
But like I said, with Barry's poll numbers dropping and Keith showing up less and less. I see now problem with OW morphing into say.....
MSNBC WATCH
There's plenty of Clowns under this Big Top.
But remember, until he goes!! It's Keith first,
http://i728.photobucket.com/albums/ww282/slypuck5/olbermann.jpg
then bring in the 'Clown Car'!
http://i677.photobucket.com/albums/vv131/muscleknigh1/WashClownCar.gif
Thanks for the great input ,all. I guess I look forward to the day we demote Olbermann by putting him on the bench. MSNBC has a full team now and he's not worth all the spotlight. A spotlight we provide, and he is proud of.
I don't care whatever you're thought pattern is.
It doesn't matter if you're Mike C. or Mike H.
If you made it past story number four without falling asleep, you get an award!!!
Number 5: Praise 'The One'.
Number 4: Bash Those who don't agree with 'The One'.
You get the drift......
Why doesn't MSNBC bring in this guy to host?
http://i242.photobucket.com/albums/ff13/mizz_pixie_boop/fatmonkey.jpg
or MSNBC can just run this on a loop.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_C992KPzKs
Really? What's the f***ing difference?
Thank You For Watching MSNBC fellow 'ObamaBots' And now as we conclude another fine broadcast week praising 'The One'.
And before we turn over our programing to weekend jail-bloc.
To you are dearest 'Zombies'......er I mean viewers hear at MSNBC.
Our New 'National Anthem'.
All Rise.

I guess MSNBC thinks the news stops on the weekends. Re-runs of Lockdown and The Pretender is their idea of "The Place for Politics". I guess when your network is near bankruptcy and can only be saved by Obama's handouts of tax payer dollars, that is all you can afford.

Olby in a minute.
This should go on the front page.
If this keeps up, the only place we might see Keith is on the side of a Milk carton.

Testing.
Eureaka!
Thanks for the help Mr Cox.
Well, I'm sure I've heard more than once the words......
special interest & Republicans said by Mr Olbermann in the same sentence.
I also remember Pelosi (and I'm sure Keith) talk about how 'K Street' was no longer going to be allowed under a Democratic Administration to do Buisness.
WELL! What Say You? Mr. Olbermann?
"In a significant change, the Obama administration will now allow lobbyists to meet and have telephonic discussions with government officials regarding economic recovery projects.
The lifting of the ban comes after K Street has cried foul for months and has challenged the White House on its restrictions."

Olby is STILL on vacation this week? How strange. Maybe something is up?
according to the media bistro link, he's on vacation until next week. interesting...
you'd think he would've ran to the station what with all the things going on this week, but I guess baseball was more important.
MSNBC WATCH: Donnie Deutch is sitting in for Slippery Shuster, and boy oh boy what a knucklehead! Deutch pissed off his female co-hosts by declaring Palin's popularity is first and foremost because of her 'hotness'.
Deutch, Deutsch, however you spell it, this is the new go-to guy at MSNBC:

myself I would think with everything going on this he would pull a Garafalo and head for parts unknown.
But let's not let this week go to waste.
Mr.Dollar, Mr. Cox I propose that at the end of the this week, we all vote for the most ineffective fill-in host.
What a choice we have so far
A) Shucky
B) Wolffe Boy
C) Screaming Dean
Who knows? before the week is up maybe we will get Garafalo.
