Let's lead things off with the following from Caleb Howe at RedState: How Does Keith Olbermann Have A Job?
Alter and Jimmy Legs with a Palin attack.
Like I said, he has a thing against strong women.
Watch out Rachel.
Strong *conservative* women.
There are no strong liberal women, only ugly ones.
A FIX NEWS trifecta in WPitW tonight! Bill-O, Roger Alies and Beck respectfully.
For Defending Dobbs, deal brokering and Beck defending the town hall protestors.
But the most egregious violation occurred at the beginning of the segment, when Olber-douche stated it's been 10 days since Beck called Obama a 'racists' and hasn't been fired. I don't know why Beck should be fired for that, can someone explain it to me?
Then Keithy-pooh lists the advisements that Beck has lost. Thing is, Beck's ratings are still strong. They won't fire you if your ratings are good, cause ads will come back. Keith doesn't know that cause he doesn't care about ratings anymore.
Liberals protest= Community Activism
Conservatives protest= POLITICAL TERRORISM
See what he did there.
Is that what Keith said? What specifically did he say about Bill and Roger?
No mention of SEIU, or Obama call to arms (during the time I watched him, tough to watch someone like him had to switch to southland to get my sanity back) anyway, addressed some concerns about the health care bill (which he must have not gotten the memo saying to now refer to the health care bill as the health insurance reform bill). I liked how he attacked the head of blackwater for cheating on his wife, and KO has never been married and now lives with a 25 year old out of wedlock. Speaking of being 50 and not married it was not that long ago someone like him would not be view as on of the guys but as a "sister". This may explain why he hates woman (except for madcow).
Strong women, Strong *conservative* women, strong liberal women, Ugly, Smokin' Hot, it doesn't matter.
Helen Keller could whoop his ass!
Typical stuff. Bill, it was that he dared defended Lou Dobbs, then he insulted Geraldo Riviria (a first for Olby) for also defending Dobbs. Then Keithy goes on with attack about Dobbs' wife carrying a gun on a plane, then the daughters for being in show jumping horses while illegal immigrants work in there.
Roger, it's about the so called truce, didn't pay too much attention. But it's clear, the WPitW segment will for now on be about FNC.
I call we rename the Media Matters minute to be the FNC bitching minute.
He hates women he disagrees with or that write negative articles about him.
Mike the only three woman in his life he respects is his Mom (he is norman bates in that respect), madcow, and tur (who uses him for her career.

The transcript of the full segment with Geraldo can be found here. But I think the blue blog source was Cable News Examiner. Thanks, Rich Shumate.
Back to the transcript: much of the segment was on Sonia Sotomayor being confirmed as Supreme Court Justice. But the last minute was on Dobbs:
"O'REILLY: Okay. Now you have a beef with me for sticking up with Lou Dobbs?
RIVERA: I think that for -- Lou Dobbs has done more to slander Latin people in this country than any other single human being. He has made the image of a young Latino man climbing the border wall into this profoundly negative icon that has totally perverted the discussion over immigration reform.
O'REILLY: But I have never -- *I have never endorsed Mr. Dobbs' views, ever.* But.
RIVERA: And his -- the thing about the birther.
O'REILLY: To his wife
RIVERA: Please, what is this? [Bill wouldn't let him talk.]
O'REILLY: Come on. You know my stance on that.
RIVERA: I do. I knew. That's why I was surprised to hear you and Bernie give him (INAUDIBLE).
O'REILLY: His wife and children were attacked.
RIVERA: Well anyone who does that, that's beyond the pale. And.
O'REILLY: Okay. That's all.
RIVERA: .it's absolutely inexcusable.
O'REILLY: That's all.
RIVERA: No, I feel the same way about every person.
O'REILLY: Okay? Dobbs has a right to his opinion.
RIVERA: Yeah.
O'REILLY: He has a right to his opinion without his wife and children being dragged into it. Geraldo Rivera, everybody, we got to go."
I didn't see Geraldo defending Lou. All I saw was disapproval of Keith's attacks...which begat more attacks tonight.
I badly want to say I hate Keith, but I know it'll be used against me, like when I said it at this time last year (re: "65 to dead").

Olby might be dropping MadCow off his list if this keeps up.
Rachel Maddow topped Keith Olbermann on MSNBC last night (8-6), in both total viewers and the demo. It was the first time this week she had the top-rated MSNBC program.
I watched the first two Segments.
Soo, we are 'Political Terroists'? Funny, the violence didn't start until the Union Goons showed up. Gee, how did Keith miss that?
One thing that Alter said that did disturb me at the end. Alter talked about how this could end up with people getting killed.
And since we all know MSNBC gets their talking points straight from the 'White House'. What are they up to?

What's Olby gona say Monday. They deserved it? And isn't it funny they keep saying well funded Insurance Lobbiests/ Companies.
But they still can't give us a name.
Time to google: Kristallnacht????
That woman that was on in the next segment from Princeton (wonder who else went there?) She just reminded me of this movie.

Just go to sleep folks, all will be well when you wake up in Obamaland.
Funny how Geraldo how was burglaries twice this year by the same two guys and both were illegal immigrants. You would thing he may have a different opinion on immigration reform.
The easy rebuttal to the arguments from the left, like Olbermann's and Alter's, is the truth....The LEADER sets the tone and is ultimately responsible for how the country faces difficuly and controversy. Barack Obama has made a choice....he has decided to be aggressive and rush through trillions of tax dollars worth of legislation in less than one year on issues that will nationalize policy and possibly allow the federal government total control on industries that, although have a lot of federal regulation already, are still free to be influenced by the tried and true corrector called free enterprise. A LARGE portion of the US population disagrees with his style and policy specifics and have decided to try to stop it.....now, it seems, he has decided to play, "hardball."
So Alter and Olbermann, if they are intellectually honest, must include Obama and the leaders and SOLE government controllers (huge majorities in both houses of congress), the democrat party, as those responsible for how this debate is evolving....IF people are injured or killed, just as it was in the 60's, the LEADER must be held to account for taking our country down a path of division and danger. Obama promised postpartisanship and cooperation. The truth is different. Look at the following video and see the dichotomy he attempts in ONE SPEECH:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1dyY3Y9vxR0
HOW Barack Obama responds to this crisis of division in our country will tell us a lot about the TRUE man....So far, my concerns about him that developed watching him during the campaign are sorrowfully being confirmed. The above speech and the THREAT to those who disagree with him at the end of the speech is very chilling....See how the crowd responded? It reminds me of Reverand Wright and the buttons he pushed during SUnday services Obama used to attend. I would like to have a church of SNOBamessiah member show me an instance of another President stating such radical things about fellow American citizens....They will not be able to.
I fear for the unity, peace and future of my nation under the leadership of Barack Obama. The heat being generated over POLITICAL disagreement in the SHORT 7 months of his Presidency is disturbing. Huge, expensive and expansive policies that radically change how our lives run should not be rammed through without proper discussion and debate....The idea of doing so has now created a backlash that is being forcefully met by Obama supporters and the violence is increasing....What will happen next?
THE LEADER will decide that. Olbermann and Alter ignore that fact at their own peril!
VERO POSSUMUS! WTF?
I know that KO thinks he another edward r. but, he reminds me more of this famous commentator

good night and good luck
J$ linked to this post at Mediaite by Steve "In Fox's Pocket" Krakauer. (NOTE: That's a reference to Keith's discredit of Steve on his blog of record, Daily Kos, a few months ago.) Johnny titled the link "Olby's hypocrisy" (or Olbypocrisy).
**Mourning The Death of The GE/FOX Deal
One week after news of a supposed “truce” (or “ceasefire” or “deal” or…) between GE/NBC and News Corp./Fox, it’s clear the deal has passed away.
Following Keith Olbermann’s strong attack on Bill O’Reilly, Roger Ailes and Fox News in general again last night, and another story about in-house tensions at 30 Rock, it’s time to talk about the supposed ‘truce’ in the past tense. So what killed it?
According to the New York Times‘ Brian Stelter, it all started to deteriorate, as one might imagine, after Monday night. “Fox News executives felt that MSNBC had broken the deal when Keith Olbermann, in an apparent show of independence, insulted his 8 p.m. rival, Bill O’Reilly, and the News Corporation’s chairman, Rupert Murdoch, on Monday,” writes Stelter.
O’Reilly responded, in a way, with his attack on GE two nights later. But in Stelter’s story, Fox says it’s not about them:
*“At this point,” a Fox spokeswoman said Friday, “the entire situation is more about major issues at NBC and G.E. than it is about Bill O’Reilly and Keith Olbermann.”*
So that puts the pressure on Olbermann and his bosses to stop their personal attacks. Which, to the detriment of salvaging any remnants of a deal, was not heeded last night. Instead, Olbermann set his sights on O’Reilly, but also, oddly, Fox Chairman Ailes. The basis for the attack was essentially something written about Ailes by the Washington Post’s Howard Kurtz. “Negotiating with the people that his ‘nutcases’ might cover about whether or not those nutcases will or will not cover them might seem like journalism to Mr. Ailes, but clearly no actual journalist would agree with him,” said Olbermann last night.
Does Olbermann not see the hypocrisy here, or is he just hoping his viewers don’t notice? This is the exact same situation he himself is in. In the Times story today, both GE and FOX said the deal did not involve telling their talent how to cover stories. It’s a matter of how each network, and host, deal with this non-directive directive.
It’s clear what happened here: in the wake of the news going public, Olbermann reacted defensively by going on the offensive. O’Reilly responded, and Olbermann, still being questioned in the liberal blogosphere, went back and attacked. Here’s what will happen next: O’Reilly will attack GE next week. And the story of the deal that was, then wasn’t, will disintegrate.
But GE will not be happy. Will they be unhappy enough to officially reign in Olbermann, who essentially killed this deal and isn’t necessarily afraid to quit if he doesn’t get his way? We’ll see. Olbermann is still the top-rated host on MSNBC. He doesn’t pull in anywhere near the ratings of O’Reilly and others at Fox News, but he has a built-in, loyal audience. Now that he’s “going rogue,” GE will have to decide whether they’re with him or against him.**
Then, video of WPitW is embedded.
"A built-in, loyal audience." It's sad, but it's true, as I wrote today in the J$P weekend thread.
The Worst blue blog source was Crooks & Liars. What came before the segment they distort can be found here: Wednesday's The One Thing.
It's hard work combing blue blogs to find Keith's source material.
A transcript of that One Thing can be read here. It's helpful if you can't stand the clips Glenn plays: a DNC attack ad, Sen. Durbin, Rep. Conyers, and former VP Gore. I've become numb to the Janeane Garofalo clip played, which is from Olby's sycophantic interview on April 16.
I checked Friday's transcript. Geraldo wasn't attacked; he was used a club to beat Lou Dobbs over the head with. Keith said his wife and daughters were fair game because of things they've done in public. He called Dobbs a hypocrite [Ding!]. And per Crooks & Liars, Attackermann linked Glenn to the Bush Administration and played gotcha with random knocks on people they (Bush Administration, not Beck) disagreed with on the far-left. After finishing the laundry list he said, "mob is a compliment." He dusted off another arcane reference (only Dennis Miller is good at the art of arcane references; and maybe me) by calling Glenn "Lonesome Roads [Ding!]." Lonesome Roads! [Ding!]
