Truth is stranger than fiction???????
http://newsbusters.org/blogs/noel-sheppard/2009/08/21/la-times-accidentally-lists-jackass-olbermanns-time-slot
they didnt need to appologize , I didnt see a mistake in the listing
it rightfully said that at 8pm MSNBC airs JACKASS
and as we all know...if its in print , it MUST be right !
If 'red eye' is attacking MSNBC, the truce is truely over.
GO GET THEM GREG!
And does anyone think Contessa Brewer is a ugly ho?
Well it is what everyone expects from MSDNC's so call reporters and anchors. The hypocrisy from this so called news outlet is unbelievable at times. Reminds me of the lies of Danny Rather and faked documents he used. Libs have to fake most news to fit their hate.
Any calls for Cuntessa being fired? Her name fits her demeanor!
It appears that KO's fragile ego needed to be stroked and no on edoes it better then KO. Then again the only stroking KO is likely to recieve is from himself.
But without this kind of correction, online too, a few thousand people might have tuned into MSNBC, the Obama administration's favorite cable channel, expecting to see a "Jackass" show, and instead they'd have found Olbermann.
Of course KO only quoted the part in italics, not the whole thing, so he could spin it as some type of attempt to say that Andrew Malcolm was implying no one watched MSNBC. Obviously that is not what Malcolm meant but KO used it as an attempt to say that his show is still number 1 in all the demographics KO wants to make up and as even he admits only if you don't count Fox news.
Apparently html tags allude me. The part KO quoted is in quotes.
"But without this kind of correction, online too, a few thousand people might have tuned into MSNBC", the Obama administration's favorite cable channel, expecting to see a Jackass show, and instead they'd have found Olbermann.
It appears that the english language eludes me also
I thought Olbermahn did a 'news' show. Why no mention of this?:
95 killed, 563 wounded in Baghdad bombings
http://www.alsumaria.tv/en/Iraq-News/1-36428-95-killed,-563-wounded-in-Baghdad-bombings.html
Haven't you heard dcmeyer? Piling up bodies and putting them on the news to embarrass the President of the United States isn't good form anymore, mainly because it doesn't involve winning elections or insulting George W. Bush. I knew this would happen. Things are rough in Iraq again and Afghanistan is no picnic and the liberal media could give a rat's ass because they're too busy sucking Obama's stick. Fuck them and fuck Olbermann.
On a lighter note Dr. Hill was great in that segment. "I'm not convinced that that guy wasn't white." lol.
That's the first time I actually liked something that came out of Dr. Hill's mouth.
I like Dr. Hill, he's pretty funny on Red Eye. But on other FNC shows, he has drunk the obama/liberal kool-aid.
I realize some celebrities need to say stupid things to stay in the spotlight, and that's fine. But beyond the stupidity of these comments screams "Will somebody please, PLEASE, pay attention to me!"

I have had an epiphany! I actually APPRECIATE Garofalo's frankness and honesty. She actually said what the one has been saying to us all along, except she uses words that are CLEAR and honestly reflect her attitude towards those in opposition to the left's agenda.
"I just don't know why we can't call them racists, or functionally retarded adults."
She just did!
President Obama has been making the same claims, although he would never utter the word, "retarded." However, he and his minions have been promoting such an analysis since attaining total government power. Katherine Mangu-Ward argues this perception well in her recent post, Among the Cynics.....
"It's funny—I don't feel like a fearmongering naysayer. And I haven't gotten a check from a health insurance lobbyist in ages. Actually, come to think of it, I've never gotten a check from the insurance lobby.
"But Obama says that I am, along with (pick your poll) 30 to 60 percent of Americans who are not on board with massive government intervention in one of the biggest and fastest growing sectors of our economy. So it must be true.
"I do have all the hallmarks of the cynic. 'In the coming weeks, the cynics and the naysayers will continue to exploit fear and concerns for political gain,' President Barack Obama wrote in The New York Times on Sunday, after gazing into the near future of the health care debate and seeing a dystopia full of 'scare tactics.' And it's true. I am 'exploiting' 'concerns.' By expressing them. In print. In conversation. My 30 to 60 percent fearmongering brethren and I, cynics that we are, just keep having concerns.
"We fearmongers and our 'concerns' wield an unholy power over the political process. How else to explain what happened? A plan—noble in reason, infinite in faculties, in form admirable—was presented to the American people. The obvious genius of the plan failed to carry it through intact. As more details were revealed, more and more people got antsy about the whole endeavor. They mentioned their concerns to their congressmen, sometimes loudly. Congress got cold feet, and now everyone is sitting in time out, thinking about what they did wrong.
[...]
"Sometimes it seems that Obama ascribes opposition to his agenda to a simple failure of intelligence, or perhaps perception. 'What the cynics fail to understand,' said the brand spanking new president on inauguration day, 'is that the ground has shifted beneath them—that the stale political arguments that have consumed us for so long no longer apply.'
"Or perhaps people just have the facts wrong. If they weren't blinded by falsehood, surely they would hop right on board."

Like I have said before, the left is a group of "true believers" not tolerant of views different from theirs'. This healthcare debate is symptomatic of the intolerance, arrogance and self-rightousness we see displayed so unabashedly by the undisciplined Garofalo and Olbermann. Obama has great political pressures to appear "tolerant," but in the end the base of his support and his very own radical ideology forces him to look at those who stand in opposition as backwards, undeducated, inferior and even evil.....Look at the rhetoric of his close allies, democratic leaders and even Obama's own speeches and find the elitist strain.
So Garofalo was helpful in this debate. I say spread the word about her theories on her fellow human beings! I say spread the word about her conclusions on the dirty masses....Then compare the rhetoric to Obama's......think about what is at stake.
VERO POSSUMUS! Wee weed?

VERO POSSUMUS! Wee weed?
Deaths in Iraq? Keith said nary
He's all wee weed up about Barry
Obama ad hocs
Hack-in-the-box
How much water can Olby carry?
Cee I can't agree with you more! I think what MSNBC should do is give Garafalo the 10PM slot.
That way, this skank could spew her hate every night.
And Katy
As you look over at Shamu stuffing another 'Egg Roll' in his mouth while he pounds on his laptop another MLB blog, you have to ask yourself a question.
Bear is not the same man I knew when I was 12.
Yes Katy, Bear is getting up there in age and weight. Now Katy we hope for a long, long live-in with Edward R. Moron, BUT! Katy, have you prepaired?
Don't let this happen to you!

It's time for this week's Fox Haters Week in Review.
Well you won't be hearing about this on Monday's countdown.
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2009/08/23/reid-trails-gop-challenger-double-digits-new-poll/
In fact it won't be mentioned anywhere on MSNBC Monday. LOL!
Poor, poor Olbermann.
Without a shread of evidence he has, in the past, been critical and dismissive of FNC's huge ratings wins over MSNBC but defended his mediocre ratings from the scoffing of a LA TIMES writer.....
Another example of Olbermann hypocrisy.
Lots of muted mongrels for tonight's hour of crazy leftist spin.....

Will there be any negative stories about Obama tonight on Olbermann's COUNTDOWN?
VERO POSSUMUS! Wee weed?
Will Olbermann revisit the dreaded NEXUS OF POLITICS AND TERROR with the DOJ announcing today that they will pursue CIA professionals in prosecutions?.....What a nice piece of timing with Obama going on vacation and the need to tlk about something other than the administrations loss of control regarding the healthcare debate....
Ah yes....change we can all believe in!
VERO POSSUMUS! Wee weed?
That DOJ stuff just gave him material for another two weeks. Say what you will about the Democratic Party, they know how to pull attention away from a debate they're losing.
But he *will* talk about this. Dare I say "Commission Accomplished."
...and it hurts to say that. The Leahys, Pelosis, and Reids of Capitol Hill are soooooo happy.
Expect wall to wall CIA/Bush/Cheney bashing for the hour of spin. More DEFLECTION from the real issues.
