It's the eve of Edward R Olbermann's daring ratings experiment: his marathon Special Education Komment, set for Wednesday night, that will run not ten, not 20, not 30 or 40 minutes. It will run for a full-hour! Can you imagine all the Pauses of Significance? Just think of all the camera pivots: enough to induce whiplash! But for now we will have to content ourselves with the joys of anticipation, coupled with Oralmann's cleverly inserted plugs for tomorrow night's stunt, which will be ever so subtly placed at multiple strategic points throughout tonight's Hour of Spin. Do your recapping right here. Comments are open!
Please don't put that picture up again...I just barfed on my keyboard.
I made it through 88 seconds of his drivel tonight. I decided to do something more pleasurable--I just had 3 fingernails pulled out.
Oh, god! PLEASE MAKE IT STOP, MAKE IT STOP!!!!!!
After seeing madcow in that get up, I'll never watch lesbian porn ever again.

Poor Keith, if his show was a horse and it raced against Fox News I believe it would be taken out to pasture and put down.
I can't wait to see how miserable his ratings will be for his hour long Meltdown tomorrow. I am predicting well under a million viewers (again) and doubt he will get over 800,000.
So KO is getting guest host ratings on a regular basis now. Why pay KO millions of dollars to pull in the same ratings some hack on speed-dial can pull without the added gimmicks?
WPITW: Bronze: Betsy McCoy for lying about 'death panels'? I thought it was Palin who lied about death panels? WHICH IS IT KEITH?
Silver: Rupert Murdoch for the cartoon for Obama/monkey getting shot. IT WAS MONTHS AGO!!! Try something new Keith!
Gold: Michelle (milf) Bachman: For something about health care. Keith made reference about "dead behind the eyes" about MILF- I mean Michelle, but it could have been Keith talking about himself.
ANOTHER AWARD WINNING COUNTDOWN to no ratings.
For anyone who doubts Olbermann's infamous deplorableness, he made a statement tonight that should remove that doubt. He asked Joe Trippi, "Do you worry when you talk about Sarah Palin actually being the candidate in 2012 that what happened one year in the Hall of Fame vote might actually happen in the electoral vote where they all voted for the same person as a courtesy and he wound up in the Hall of Fame even though he didn't belong there?"
There are many creative ways the lapdogs in the mainstream media employ to distort and distract from Obama's failures and problems, but questioning the validity of Sarah Palin's election in 2012 is an Olby original.
With regard to David Letterman's mistreatment of subordinates, abuse of power, and cheating on his future wife, Olbermann made the following comments. (One creepy, disgusting individual discussing another creepy, disgusting individual.)
"If it's going to happen, at least you get whatever benefits - whoever gets the audience - some people are getting audience for watching this on other shows, you might as well take advantage of it yourself."
That's right - Keith Olbermann commended David Letterman for his rating bonanza resulting from his despicable behavior.
WHO DARES SPEAK ILL OF 'JABBA-D-OLB'!

Not that Olbs would bring her on the show, just fill up a slot in WPITW. And if that doesn't work, send Ray Maddow after her.
Lewis Black stops by to promote a film nobody will see. Of course he gets to come on because what will Lewis be talking about in the film?
Olby's favorite Olbsession........Sarah Palin!
Just a thought, I'm a Ron Paul type of person, but I gotta tell ya....
Palin/Bachmann 2012. Has a nice ring to it.

Reminds me when I was a little snot-nosed kid watching the 6PM Channel 7 news/weather report with my Mom. And the weather guy Tex Antoine's spot came up just after a report of a violent rape of a five year old girl.
Tex quipped: "With rape so predominant in the news lately, it is well to remember the words of Confucius: 'If rape is inevitable, lie back and enjoy it.'"
Tex got fired right after the newscast. Channel 7 didn't care about a ratings bonanza.
Roman Polanski, David Lettermann, Keith Olbermann. My have times changed.
How long are people on the left going to keep putting up with this tired line from Olbermann about having an inexperienced person one heart beat from the president? The election is over so quit running your show like it's perpetually November 3, 2008.
On top of that, when are you going to wake up Mr. Olbermann and realize that an inexperienced person one heart beat away from being president is infinetly better then having an inexperienced person as president?
Will it be after unemployment hits 10% with no signs of stopping?
Will it be after we have a one year 2 trillion plus defecit to deal with?
Will it be after the fears of massive inflation drives banks to stop loaning money causing another housing metldown?
Will it be after the petty dictators (and France) decide that the US dollar is no longer a stable method to secure world finances?
Will it be after crazed despots develop nuclear weapons and delivery systems for nuclear and chemical bombs?
Will it be after South America goes up in flames because our government is supporting dictators and obvious lunatics?
Will it be after the countries we onced called allies realize that the new administration views them as a liability?
Will it be after the administration no longer supports those seeking basic human rights and instead sides with a communist nation seeking to oppress it's population just so they keep buying this administrations debts?
Will it be after this president who finds himself in two wars refuses to fight either and at the same time refuses to leave?
Will it be after the destrustion of two automotive companies, the entire finacial sector or do you need to wait for the health care industry to die also?
The viewership of Countdown is dwindling for a reason. Olbermann lacks ethics, lacks courage, lacks integrity but most of all he lacks the truth.
The only honorable option left for Olbermann is to resign.
Keith's under one million to stay
His viewers are going away
He's circling the drain
Because sane folks disdain
Everything that he has to say
Ok, some jokes just write themselves...but Obama chose a painting to hang in The White House that pretty much sums up his style as a leader:
