That's the idea you might get from Monday's Hour of Spin, where Edward R Olbermann allowed his guest to smear US veterans without Olby even raising one of his plus-size eyebrows. Perhaps he was too busy thinking thinking ahead to his glorious Tuesday night triumph, without realizing 28% of the viewers who tuned in on Monday would abandon ship on Tuesday. Apparently one day of the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann is more than enough.
Discuss, resolve, and recap. Comments are open!
I'm sure MKDAWUSS will be in to defend Olbermann on this one at anytime. Because Keith's all about the facts, all about the truth.
I really just can not watch this crap anymore. Seven long years of this jackass.
IF anyone watched V last night, well I just wished KO would have been that drone that Anna mated with and then did awaqy with him in such a nasty way..sorry I love Sci -fi
Isn't the definition of isnaity doint the same thing over and over, well someone needs to tell the Exes over and MSNBC ITS NOT WORKING@
Hey Hy I just read Bill"o is paying the leagal bills of the father of that fallen marine that took those wack job protesters at his sons funeral and has to pay their court cost sinc ehe lost. I wounder is the will be reported on the hour of insanity?

Look - Keith Olbermann offered an APOLOGY, and a CORRECTION on his show tonight. That's something you never hear from Rush, Bill-O or Beck - they cry context and first amendment
I've heard O'Reilly make corrections before.
Perhaps you could enlighten us on what mistakes O'Reilly has made that warrant a correction.
MK did Olbermann ever apologize for that "quisling" remark or is he using his grief as a mask again?
MK I don't particularly care what Rush and Beck say but just for those who do perhaps you could point out mistakes those two men made that warrant a correction. I bet you can't come up with anything that doesn't come from Media Matters or involve quotes from Wikipedia.
I can remember O'Reilly apologizing for using 'lynch' inappropriately. And for incorrectly characterizing a CNN report. So there's two right there.
So MKDAWUSS, having just said O'Reilly NEVER does it, when he has done it on multiple occasions when it was appropriate, that kind of leaves people open to concluding that you feel your job is more than just defending the indefensible Oralmann--that you think it's necessary to enhance your attempts at defense by lying about Bill O'Reilly.
That kind of thing always seems to come out when Olbyloons are cornered. It's a pretty good indicator of just how seriously anyone should take anything you say from now on.
johnny dollar I forgot, when did Keith Olbermann apologize for calling Michelle Malkin a "mashed up meat bag with lipstick?"
yeah yeah, not a good day for me. Kidney problems. But, anyways..
WPITW
Ahh, who cares. Really bad day. Not in the mood for Keith's lunacy.
Here's my situation, I've got four years to drop to 20%, before Obama Care. It's my only hope for a transplant. Cause once Obama care starts working, I'm a deadman!
Under 10% and I start dialysis. Don't want that.
And Keith, you ARE A GUTTER SNIPE!
No, you're not. Gutter snipes serve a purpose, you serve only your master Obama.
Sorry for the ranting. But always get this way after going to the kidney doctor.
Going to watch something happier. Like criminal minds.
Um, he didn't apologize to Malkin. In fact, what he did was "cry context" (to quote MKDAWUSS).
Thanks for clearing that up johnny. I'm sure once MKDAWUSS sewing up the bullet holes he keeps putting in his feet he'll come back to refute you.
As a son of army parents and relatives who served in ALL the armed forces, I can say without any contradiction KEITH OLBERMAN IS AN IMMORAL TURD OF A JACKASSS!
My dad (god rest his soul) Fought in both Korea and Nam
My uncles served in the navy with pride
My cousins served in the gulf war, and one survived a horrific bus crash in turkey and is now on 100-% disability
My one cousin seres the navy at present
For Keith to do what he did on monday was deplorable, disrespectful, and disgraceful!!
Keith Olbermann... WORRRRRST PERRRSONNNN OF ALL TIIIIIIIIME!!!
may he rot in the deepest darkest dankest part of hell
Will the new healthcare bill cover getting Bawie Fwank some DENTURES????????????
Damn........
That would embarrass me if he were my Congressman.
Worst was Another O'Reilly Attack. Don't ask me what happened. I just check the "Countdown" website to see who the guests were via the preview thumbnails. I'll check the transcript tomorrow.
Barney Frank was the guest in #4.
#5A: Howard Fineman.
#5B: Erich Pica, who doesn't like the offshore drilling idea.
#3: James Risen of The New York Times. That's Risen, not Rosen.
#1: Boo-ya! LL Cool J wanted out of the "Real American Stories" special hosted by Sarah Palin. He was indeed cut out. Fixed fail. (Yes, a meme; it's what they're probably saying on the far-left.) The guest was not LL Cool J, but rather the Wolffe Man.
When did Keith Olbermoronn apologize to John McCain for "Breaking News" that McCain was having an affair?
Likely blue blog source for O'Reilly Attack: FishbowlDC. Or maybe it was HuffPo.
hmmm?--first scott brown "CROSSED THE LINE" when he mentioned the dnc was talking to rachel maddow about running for his seat---now fatass says marco rubio "CROSSED THE LINE" when he impugned keefies patriotism! methinks msnbc is laying the groundwork for something--it couldnt be a coincidence that these two young up-and_comers of the republican party are both guilty of the same crime(CROSSING THE LINE) in the same week? comments welcome
O'Reilly's at the top of the heap
He's not off the end that is deep
Like Keith, Chris, and Ed
Hackneyed and spoon fed
The agenda like Obama's sheep
I REALLY REALLY REALLY hope MSNBC produces a documentary called "Crossing the Line" about all of those evil RETHUGLICANS who dared to raise campaign money!
Let me make sure I follow this correctly. The current liberals in Congress are throwing a nonstop hissy fit about the evil racist tea party folks. There are thousands of members in the various tea party groups across America, so it goes without saying that those Congressmen and women who slander the tea party are clearing attacking some of their own constituents.
Then Scott Brown calls out Rachel Maddow. Maddow and now Olbermann subsequently pitch a fit because Rachel is an actual Massachusetts resident, so a sitting U.S. Senator was in turn apparently calling out one of his constituents.
Both of these scenarios are almost identical, yet one of them is supported by MSNBC, and the other is the greatest scandal in history of political journalism. Seriously MKDAWUSS, can you tell me why Scott Brown can't invoke the politics of Rachel Maddow, but it's 100% ok to claim that conservatives want to kill blacks and gays (pulling a David Rattigan)?
Out of curiosity what did Olbermann apologize for? Also was it anything like his last apology?
I wanted to apologize for calling Senator-elect Scott Brown an "irresponsible, homophobic, racist, reactionary, ex-nude model, tea bagging, supporter of violence against women and against politicians with whom he disagrees." I’m sorry, I left out the word "sexist."
Fortunatly I haven't seen a single Countdown where Olbermann was on in March so I am not sure what the deal is with Scott Brown and Maddow. Is Olbermann pissed that a US senator is challanging Maddow? If so does anyone remember how he reacted in 2007 when Harry Reid and 41 other senators attacked Rush Limbaugh? Was he as outraged then or is this more Olby hypcrisy?
Finally March is over and Olbermann worked a grand total 4 out of 23 days this month. With the 18 out of 20 days worked in January and 18 out of 20 days worked in February that puts Olbermann at a 63% attendance rating. The above figure does not include days off for holidays.
I'm sure any 'apology" is nothing more than a "I'm sorry if you were offended" deals. In short, Keith is saying, "If you were offended, tough shit!"
He apologized for not knowing someone he mocked in Oddball Monday night had multiple sclerosis.
So let me get this straight...Olbermann apologized last night, but not for smearing the American Legion?
Guess we can add that to the list.
Anyway, points for apologizing to the anchor with MS, points taken away for not doing his homework.
Come on back MK and spin the wheel.
The point of the O'Reilly Attack was to point out supposed hypocrisy [Ding!]. And more from #1: Toby Keith wanted out, too. It's airing on April Fools' Day. Wolffe Man: every day is April Fools' Day on FNC. He went on to wish it were like Christmas, too. Wolffe and Olby: Fox haters for life.
From NewsBusters: Olbermann [in Kwik Komment #2]: My Ancestors Came to U.S. 'Trying to Get Away from People Like' Marco Rubio. It's too bad that progressives actually take Rev. Olbermoronn seriously. To them, this Komment was genius, brilliant, refreshing, necessary, a credit to the cause, etc. They thought the same of all WPitW targets, including Mr. Bill.
Five might get you ten tonight.
With the guy getting life for shooting the abortion doctor, watch for Olby to do the stretch that O'Reilly should still be brought up on accessory to the crime charges or something like that.
Bill on GMA: I heard Bill say that the American Legion was stepping up. Didn't Olby have a guest on Monday that trashed the American Legion?
http://thisainthell.us/blog/?p=18304
I'm just thinking maybe Olby should have Westboro Baptist on with that guy and they can have a real yuk, yuk, fest eh?
Opps! Here's the GMA clip
http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/funeral-protests-criminal-father-slain-marine/story?id=10255885
WPITW:
APRIL FOOLS
Bronze: Dick Morris: For calling out how Coulter/Palin and other left wing hate. Brings up racial comments by the right (yet to be proven)
Silver: Rush: For shouting down and a caller.
GOLD: BLANCHE LINCOLN! for being two faced. She's a RINO and she can go hell. Me and Olby have something in common, we don't like Rinos.
As Namor once said to Dr. Doom "A broken clock is right twice a day!"
Another HIGH RATED COUNTDOWN!!! KEITH RULZ!!!!
APRIL FOOLS!!!!
I can't believe I am defending Blanche Lincoln, but I am obligated to point out all lies from Olbermann, not just those targeted at the right.
So for those unfamiliar with the WPITW today, he named Lincoln worst for a supposed flip flop on health care reform. Unfortunately for Edward R. Olbermann, he didn't even understand the content of the advertisements he used. Clip number 1 from early March said that Blanche Lincoln fought against the public option bill that was passed in the House. Olbermann then pulled a Lincoln advertisement from last week, which said that Lincoln stood with Obama on the initial Senate Bill, which was true, SINCE IT DIDN'T HAVE A PUBLIC OPTION. There is no flip flop by Lincoln here, one advertisement said she was against the public option, which was true. The second ad said she supported the initial senate bill which was true, seeing as she voted for it originally on Christmas Eve.
So what did Olbermann say about this supposed flip flop? "I used to think she was a bad Senator, now I know she is just a bad liar".
HEY KEITH, WHERE IS THE LIE IN THE SECOND ADVERTISEMENT YOU PULLED? Blanche Lincoln voted for the original Senate Bill, which was praised by Obama when it was passed on Christmas Eve. She voted against the Senate Reconciliation bill with the stated justification that she didn't support the use of Reconciliation to pass such a major piece of legislation.
If that weren't enough, he then implied she was a racist for airing a pro-Obama ad... on Arkansas only radio station targeted towards black listeners. Is she really a racist for targeting specific voting blocks which had supported her in the past? So according to Keith's new logic here, he will always be against the use of identity politics in the future.
On the up side, he admitted in the next segment that he is now living alone. Well, at least he wrote that on his Census form he filled out live on air. So either Katy really is gone, or he just committed a crime which he bitched about for months whenever Michelle Bachmann and Rush promoted lying on the census.
In addition, you can tell that Keith almost called the abortion doctor killer "Scott Brown" as opposed to Scott Roeder when handing off the show to Maddow. He really stumbled on his words and had to quickly back step to make sure he got it right.
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!!!
Keith's ratings are dropping by the hundreds of thousands since his return.
ENOUGH! RESIGN!
--
This is the 175th day since the current President was awarded the Nobel Peace prize.
If I were Scott Brown, I would DEMAND a apology. Know he's not going to get one, but I would demand it anyway.
He didn't actually get the entire word "Brown" out. He said Scott and then there was a clear start to a word starting with a B, then he stopped, made the same mistake again, then reworded the sentence and said Scott Roeder. However, the fact he actually had second thoughts means either he is now scared of Scott Brown, or he is actually embarrassed with the way he treated him and didn't want to sound like a jackass again. We know he has no journalistic integrity, so he obviously wasn't worried about slandering him again.
I haven't watch Cankles since his return. Is he still saying, "This is the (number) day since the previous president declared Mission Accomplished in Iraq."
If so, I have a question. Why? Hasn't Obama been in office for 15 months?
On a side note, I wonder if Olby will anchor the MSNBC desk on November 2nd. The Massachusetts election was basically handled by Tingles and Ray so I wonder if they will keep that format. It's going to be a disaster for the Dems so I hope Keith is on the air. It will be another "priceless" moment for sure.

"So what did Olbermann say about this supposed flip flop? "I used to think she was a bad Senator, now I know she is just a bad liar"."
Keithy would know a "bad liar" when he spots one. Say, wasn't Keithy against the Senate HCR farce, even railing that he would go to jail before enrolling? What about now? Why, he flip flopped, of course, and got in line like all good libtards! He supports it all the while railing against those who don't. Go figure. More Olbypocrisy.
I'm sure MK has a convenient justification for the above.
The Daily Caller recaps the first four Hours of Spin of the week here.
And those are probably the only Hours of Spin this week as I expect Olby to take off tonight. Meanwhile, the eeevil O'Reilly *will* be on. He taped tonight's show this afternoon.
You guys hear the news about Robin?

http://mediadecoder.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/04/02/shusters-cnn-dalliance-may-bring-msnbc-response/
If Shuster ends up with CNN, maybe he'll tone down the rhetoric. Belated April Fools. He'll join Rick Sanchez and Jack Cafferty in the rabid ideologue category.
It looks like he's out.
It looks like he's out.
Apologies for the double post.
Anyway, what the fuck would CNN want with David Shuster? Are they that desperate to climb out of the gutter?
Funny, they said that Shyster (sic) would be punished. I guess it's true what Gibson said: Terminating one's employment at MSNBC is like a jailbreak.
NewsBusters: At Least One Arrested Militiaman a Registered Democrat. Lachlan Markay writes: "[Mark] Potok's job may have just gotten a bit harder, and the liberal media may need to find another way to discredit their political opponents. It turns out most of the militiamen were active voters, and at least one was a registered Democrat. Party registrations for the rest are not yet known. The new facts undermine Potok's thinly-veiled suggestions that Republican politicians and conservative pundits are at least indirectly responsible for militia activity. NPR, *Keith Olbermann*, and Chris Matthews may need to find a new issue with which to slander the right." Oops.
GOOD FRIDAY!!! Guess it burns Olby's buns that he couldn't weasle out of working today.
TIME FOR THE WPITW ABSTRACT! Why? Cause if it's not me, it would be some other poor son of a bitch.
Quick Comment about doctor who told people not to come in if they voted for Obama. Olby dares brings up that the doctor brings up poltics before medicine. When Olby always brings up politics first front and center. More power to the doctor. And if I were him, I'd sue Olby since he called him "The world's worst doctor" Which might or might not be true, but if he loses business because of it, the doctor has a great case for libel.
Bronze: Eric Ericson: for threatening to kill a mythical Census worker.
Silver: RUSH! For calling the president what he is. And Keith, Obama is a nazi! If you don't like it, SUCK IT!! And how many times did you compare Bush to Hitler? A great moment in olby hypocrisy.
GOLD: JIM BUNNING (my senator) AND COLBURN: for wanting responiblity, and a small hole in flood coverage. Thank god, Olby got that. I mean wouldn't be horrible if there were holes in the recently signed health care law?
Another Award Winning COUNTDOWN TO NO RATINGS!
OMG OMG@ WTF this going on! KO is sitting in a chait reading to us? IS this for REAL! I feel like im back in grade school.. This is an april the 2nd joke or something? He really has LOST IT!
nomorekeith:
The appropriate response comes from Blazing Saddles. "Hold it, hold it, what the hell is that shit?"
Unfreaking believable. KO sitting in a big chair reading Thurber, give me a break. It was like story time for the demented.
Makes ya miss the WTF now huh? I'll tell you that was just so out there. It looked like an idiot just daring brass to fire him.
The saddest moment of the night: Gov. Ed Rendell returned to the dark side in #3. All of the bad blood from 2008 is long, long gone.
And he seemed pretty damn happy to be on.
and of course he was spurting more Monty Python stuff. Remember when it was cool to like them? I think KO has ruined that now for everyone, by kind of being an unofficial member of the troop.
Would you have preferred it if Keith-O read excerpts from Going Rogue instead?
Too bad there was no handoff at the end...

Would you have preferred it if Keith-O read excerpts from Going Rogue instead?
Too bad there was no handoff at the end...
It was so stupid. If you couldn't see that, then....well wait you do see that. Forget I asked.
He looked like an idiot, reading storytime to an author no one really cares about. And if you think that Thurbers daughter and book publishers were listening that night then you're a bigger idiot.
He phoned them up with this idea before Theo punched his ticket to that Yankee Stadium in the sky. And you know it.
It was... different... I'll admit that. TBH I didn't care for the story nor could I figure out what the point of it was (some dude wants to hide in a box? OK...)
Maybe the publishers and relatives were watching - IIRC it's still the highest rated cable news show, which KO reminded us last night.
The highest rated that's NOT on Fox which is the overall leader. Nice try but thank you for playing.
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2010/4/2/853657/-Results-dont-back-up-Fox-High-Ratings
That's from KOS, all one sided. They know that Fox clearly dominates the MSNBC and of course Countdown.
But again...thanks for trying.
Repeat "Countdown" guests this week:
Lawrence O'Donnell (Monday, Friday)
Wendell Potter (Monday, Friday)
Dave Weigel (Monday, Thursday)
Richard Wolffe (Wednesday, Thursday)
Howard Fineman (Wednesday, Friday)
Maybe we should drop the numbered segments ("stories") and give these guys their own segment names, like the Olbsession does. (And doesn't his protege, Rachel, do the same thing?) Examples: the Wolffe Pack, the O'Donnell Factor, Weekdays with Howie.
Haha MK, that KOS article is classic.
You can't go wrong with the logic. Fox News has lied about their ratings! How do they know? BECAUSE THEY ARE EVIL!!! Don't forget the complete logical fallacy that because Democrats won an election, their networks obviously are getting better TV ratings than Fox. Hey MK, because Republicans have dominated every major election night since Obama took over, the reasoning the author of that piece used means that Fox's "message" is indeed getting out, correct? Or would you rather just cherry pick elections that fit your theory and gloss over the ones that prove how asinine it is? Throw in two references to "stolen elections" and you come with the basic template for all crazy KOS diary rants.
Of course, you have to completely ignore the fact that television ratings are collected and reported by an agency with no loyalties to Fox. Do tell MK, what is Nielson's motivation to constantly to lie about the ratings on ONLY ONE cable network. I am sure your answer will well grounded in logical reasoning and verified facts.
Daily Kos, where Olby has a blog? TOTALLY IMPARTIAL!
MORE RAUCOUS LAUGHTER!!! HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!
Keith drops below 1 million on Thursday. LOL!!
Crazy Larry's shows aren't very good either but he got 50% more in the ratings than Keith can get. Palin draws 2 million the first time out in a tougher time slot.
I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT!
MKDAWUSS....you post a link to an insane conspiracy theory from the Daily Kos, to prove what exactly?
"""IIRC it's still the highest rated cable news show, which KO reminded us last night."""
Do you really buy that? Or are you just screwing with us?
The thing I don't get is that Keith Olbermann disqualifies Fox as a news organization because it is biased. Does he think that he isn't? Do you think that Keith's show isn't biased MK?
Yes, Bobby. He thinks he's a serious newsman on a serious news show on a serious news channel, and he'll character assassinate anyone that disagrees with him. This is to say nothing of most of the NBC reporters. I have no beef with them. That said, does FNC let their commentators anchor dayside or for special events? No. And Geraldo doesn't count.
Yeah. That's the kicker with me.
I can deal with the claim that Fox News isn't really news. I don't agree with it, but it seems like it can be somewhat rationally defended.
The claim that Fox News isn't news, but Keith Olbermann is....is insanity. He's more biased than anything on Fox simply due to the fact that there is never a dissenting opinion on Countdown.
Does he even think of his show as "opinion"? Or does he just think that his opinions count as news?
OK I will give Ko a break on that last minutes, if he was doingit for his father ok i give him a pass. IF this becomes a regular thing..well someone needs to check him into bellview ASAP!
I wounder KO will do without David Shitster around anymore.
Olbermann doesn't believe he has a liberal bias, but rather believes that life itself has a liberal bias which is the absolute truth and answer to all problems. Therefore, via his reasoning, he's not biased for attacking Fox, because Fox is inherently wrong as it ignores all accepted liberal truths. Since it is the job of the news to tell the truth, by attacking Fox, he feels he is continuing the legacy of Edward R. Murrow, another self-proclaimed seeker of the truth.
At least that's my understanding of how he justifies his slow decline to media punch line. What he fails to realize is that Murrow did not spend 80% of his newscasts dedicated to attacking other members of the media. See, Murrow actually had a weekly news show mostly devoted to investigative reporting. Olbermann has a daily bitch fest in which he does nothing but attack Fox News for not agreeing with the liberal mindset. In the other 20% of the show, he reads DNC press releases sent straight from the White House as if they are verified facts to be relayed to the masses. The only time he ever actually goes after Democrats if the liberal party leaders have deemed one of their own a potential liability (look at his baseless slander of Blanche Lincoln yesterday).
It's sad actually. If Olbermann actually knew a damn thing about Murrow beyond the communist witch hunt pieces, he would know that he was an avid critic of those in power. He actually traveled with bombers during missions over Berlin in WWII, did live reports during the liberation of the concentration camps, and after the war, dedicated most of his programs on the lives of REAL hard-working Americans. The same types of people that Keith now calls racist teabaggers. If I had to pick a modern media show which was closest to "See it Now", it would probably be Showtimes "This American Life" and its original radio show on NPR. Sure, it occasionally has its bias, but it does its best to not prejudge a story before actually producing the piece. If anybody has the chance, watch Christmas in Korea, Murrow's piece on the serviceman serving in Korea during the war. Murrow actually goes into the front trenches, and talks with actual soldiers about military history, the current situation, etc.. Compare with Keith who will never leave his air conditioned NY studio. Murrow may have had his faults, but his actual existence wasn't predicated on making sure the Democrat talking points got their face time.
Liberals increasingly are conflating news with opinion, which is probably why KO thinks KOS is actually a source of news. He probably thinks that hack column about Fox News not producing Republican wins is Pulitzer prize worthy.
Take a look at what KOS loser's premise is: Fox News is right-wing propaganda, Obama won in 2008, so therefore Fox News must not be working in persuading the masses, which must mean their high ratings are bogus.
This in no way resembles our Earth logic.
But on planet Liberal it makes perfect sense because people aren't expected to think for themselves, just go with the flow of the party line. The writer of that KOS piece is displaying classic symptoms of projection (much like KO does).
If anything the combo of Fox ratings and election results indicates Fox News ISN'T propaganda. In fact, Pew studies of cable news viewership often indicate Fox News has more Democrats watching than MSNBC or CNN.
But let's take the KOSsack at his word, that Fox News is propaganda. No results from the high raitings? What do you call Chris Christie, Bob McDonnell or Scott Brown? His premise doesn't even hold up under his own criteria. Pathetic.
Here's another fact the moron overlooks. Most people don't even watch cable news (most voters, in fact, probably don't educate themselves about politics at all). So even if every single person who ever watched Fox News in a day voted for Republicans, it wouldn't matter.
It's like it's not enough for Liberals to win the election. They need to validate their egos as well by forcing the other side to admit it was wrong to ever oppose them. Anything that offers a counter to their ideology, even by simply presenting facts that dispute it, must be a fringe group that should be discounted or even banned.
Want to look at results? If the KOSser thinks it's easier for Libs to win elections, how does he explain why it comes amid declining education rates? A stupider population more readily elects Democrats?
Look at exit polling for the last 50 years, which consistently show that the higher a person's education (to a 4-year college degree), the more likely they are to vote Republican. People with no high school education vote for Democrats 2-to-1.
It's true that those who pursue graduate work start to lean back to the libs, but remember that most people finish college and move on to actual careers, leaving the ranks of academia to espouse their social theories that don't apply to the real world.
Is it any coincidence that these declines in education have come amid a rise in government entitlements? Of course it isn't.
You want fraudulent numbers? How come every government entitlement always ends up costing more than estimated?
STORYTIME with KOKO the KLOWN.
Riveting TV!!!!!!
NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MKDAWUSS, it is illogical to state that "IIRC it's still the highest rated cable news show" as FACT based on a THEORY, especially if said theory is faulty.
The Kossacks contend that FOX claims that their increase in viewership means the country is moving to the right......but FOX, as EVERYONE knows, claims to be "Fair and Balanced". So there's a hole in the theory right there.
Maybe, just MAYBE...and I'm really going out on a limb here...Maybe their increase in viewership indicates that more and more people are losing faith in other media outlets like MSNBC.......which would explain why MSNBC has such comparatively LOW viewership.
Secondly, even if ALL FOX viewers voted for McCain, they would not represent a majority of all voters. Collectively, left leaning media outnumbers both fair and right leaning media.
What difference does it make that a Democrat was elected? I'm sure the historic nature of the election had NO sway on voters...NONE WHAT SO EVER. And who cares that the U.S. has a long history of going back and forth between Democrat and Republican presidents? Means nothing.
"Why did MSNBC try to hire Michael Savage?"
Did they just admit that MSNBC is biased in favor of the left?
NewsBusters: Huh? Olbermann Brings on Markos Moulitsas [last Tuesday] to Decry Ugly, Violent Rhetoric?
