He would be at the game. FOX Sports doesn't show the game to people who are actually there. Besides, people attending a game aren't affected by any blackout rules. It's the same sort of thing here.

You've had your belief system hit pretty hard the last couple of days and I really hate to bring this up but....Pandora is not a real place, James Cameron created it for his movie...Sorry Dude.

I hate to be the wet blanket on the Texas secession argument, but it's simply not true. The Supreme Court ruled that once Texas entered the Union, they entered implied consent to the Federal Constitution being the supreme law of the land. In Texas v. White, SCOTUS said that all secession movements were null and void without "the consent of the states".

Nobody knows what the consent of the states actually means, but the the Supreme Court has made it clear that individual states have no Constitutional right to secede. The only means of actually leaving would be starting another war and forcing the Federal Government to forfeit the territory. Good luck getting Washington to voluntarily drop millions of tax payers, especially in the case of Texas where they have a border with another sovereign nation. Texans may think their state Constitution and judicial history supersede the laws of the United States, but they don't. Same goes to Montana and their threat they will leave if modifications to the 2nd Amendment occur.

This is in part why Olbermann's ratings are so low, because in his desperate attempt to degrade everyone who disagrees with him in the slightest, he offends and alienates his potential, like-minded audience.

Olbermoronn has offended nearly every potential viewer: Women... check. Conservatives... check. Texans... check. Non-atheists... check. Fox viewers... check. Journalists... check. etc.

Olby's hatred of conservative women is very creepy. But what do you expect out of progressives. That is what they do best. Take someone they disagree with and try to humiliate them in the public eye. When I disagree with someone, I don't attack them personally. I don't attack their appearence, or sex, or ethnicity (like what Olby did to Michelle Malkin), but I challenge their politics, their ideals. That is what true conservatives do, intellectual debate. Looking at the Keith Olbermann related diary entries by the Kos Kids, I almost fell out of my chair laughing when I saw the quilt some of them are putting together. It wasn't so much the quilt, it was the fact that their pet cats were prominently featured in most of the photos of the quilt.

Really brings the phrase "crazy cat people" into the digital age. There is just something about the liberal tendencies of most cat owners that disturbs me.
