How could it be taken “out-of-context” when your staff offers to help find ways to skirt the system and facilitate a crime? Did they later say they were just “kidding”? And it was edited out? Did they report the incident to Law Enforcement for attempting to set-up a house of prostitution or smuggling underage girls in from South America? Your Organization deserved to have action taken against it and our tax dollars taken away. I don’t think it matters if the undercover journalists tried 8 times and only found three offices who offered to help. You may be protected from LEGAL prosecution due to the law requiring release forms from subjects of video and audio recordings … BUT, it does not protect you from losing your credibility in the public eye and the rightful disgust of a majority of the nation who deplores the values allowed in your Organization and the audacity of you continuing to defend the workers actions and place all the blame on the gatherers of the facts.

Missed in all this was Olbermann's criticism of Obama and his cabinet. Of course, that wouldn't fit with the whole Obamabot, DNC-propagandist strawman of Olbermann that you've so wonderfully constructed.

Secondly, I never heard a peep out of Olby when MSNBC (Contessa Brewer) DOCTORED the video tape of the black Health Care protester carrying the semi-automatic rifle on his shoulder and a gun on his hip. They only showed him from the back, concealed his race and made charges of racism against against the man stating, "white people showing up with guns strapped to their waists or to their legs." Funny, why would MSNBC deliberately doctor the tape? Maybe because the man was black and his race didn't fit into their agenda. To me that was not only blatant, unethical journalism made to mislead their 13 viewers but racist against the man carrying the rifle.

I don't know about you guys but when I go on vacation I usually leave town and the last thing on my mind is work.

One more point...The O’Reilly Factor became the first FNC show to report the story of her comments Monday night. He did a small piece on it stating she SHOULD resign. The clip was obviously taped because there was a banner on the bottom of the screen informing viewers that Ms. Sherrod had already resigned. Glenn Beck even defended Ms. Sherrod on his Tuesday broadcast.

So my question to Mr. Olbermann is this...how exactly did Fox News get this woman to resign or influence the Obama administration into forcing her resignation?

Hey, I remember seeing on some news channel that Sherrod was complaining that the tape edited out the part where she said she wasn't racist. It was on, oh yeah, FOX NEWS. One of the morning shows. Showed the Sherrod tape, said her side of the story, said they asked for the full tape but were refused it. OK.

If there's a straw man here it's the left's description of Fox News. Sherrod canceled all her Fox News appearances (probably after the DNC handlers told her they could use the opportunity to give their strawman a fresh coat of paint).
