Oh they don't allow their talent to insult each other over at (MS)NBC, do they? Perhaps they should remind the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann of that policy. As Glenn Beck's rally concluded Saturday, Oralmann was furiously tweeting away. First he bizarrely claimed that the rally was not apolitical:
There was a part of the rally where they were endorsing candidates and telling people whom to vote for ['who to vote for' is improper grammar, according to Olby a sign of low intellect]? Um, to put it simply, there was no such thing at the 8/28 event; it's Another Olbermann Lie. Then Olby went further off the deep end. He seemed almost pathologically invested in 'proving' that there were fewer than 100,000 people present.
Unfortunately for him, his own network didn't agree:
When someone pointed out to Oralmann that NBC estimate, Krazy Keith decided this will not stand on OlbyPlanet:
Actually, the Park Service estimated the Obama inauguration crowd, so "Bear" isn't telling the truth about that. And as for the idea that Chuck Todd lied in his report, then Brian Williams did too. Williams referenced the 300,000 number, and said it was an NBC News estimate! Hear for yourself via John Gibson:
Keith lies on top of lies, then claims it's Chuck Todd and Brian Williams who are the liars?!? Crazy Larry hosts tonight, but the infamous, deplorable one will have a special report on the 'Beckapocalypse'. Ooooh, that's must-miss teevee! Comments are open!
Long-time readers will recognize the old OlbyLoon Labels along the lower--edge of the logo design. The OlbermannWatch slogan is on the back of the t-shirt.
We often hear about Keith Olbermann's rampaging misogny, but we should not forget his pattern of demeaning and insulting Latino Americans. It's part of the very fiber of Krazy Keith's being, and it resurfaces every now and then. Here are a few examples:
That last smear of Mr Pujols (which to this day Olby has never apologized for) is particularly relevant. Because it has been revealed that Albert Pujols will be attending the Glenn Beck "Restoring Honor" rally. Horrors! Needless to say, that meant "Bear" had to immediately tweet his disapproval with yet another attack on Pujols, and merely the latest example of Olby anti-Latino invective:
But apologies are scarce as hens' teeth on OlbyPlanet. Especially, it seems, when Keith Olbermann's victim is Hispanic.

UPDATE: Is Olby cracking up? Behold one of tonight's tweets:

Oh wait, it's the weekend. See, it makes perfect sense. Bathtub Boy is in the tub again.
It's really amazing how they all use the same technique. John Gibson sez it's almost like they were part of an 'Obamamedia'. Listen for a special appearance from Oralmann's one-time teenage heartthrob, who has now moved on to greener pastures:

Just when you think the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann can't possibly get any more hypocritical than he already is, he does the impossible: he surpasses himself. Is there anyone as smugly self-righteous? Remember when he ridiculed McCain for referring to 'Czechoslovakia', cackling how stupid that was since there is no longer any such country? Only Edward R Olbermann had done the same thing, over and over again. Yeah, Olbypocrisy. And it continues.
It was just a few months ago that Oralmann was attacking Glenn Beck for having 'Nazi tourettes', with one of the examples being Beck's use of the 'First they came for..." poem. So what does Krazy Keith use to kick off his latest Special Education Komment? You guessed it:
They came first for the Communists, and I didn't speak up...
When it comes to 'Nazi Tourettes', Olby is no slouch. Who doesn't remember that charming moment when Oralmann compared Dan Abrams's father to a Nazi? Whether it's comparing the Bush administration to The Third Reich or saying Fox News is like Nazi Germany, Krazy Keith just can't resist slapping the Nazi label on anyone that's on his enemies list, even if it means trivializing the Holocaust. [BTW, there's an excellent breakdown of KO's SEK here.]
The inevitability of Monkeymann stepping in it is what makes his Twitter account such fertile ground for Olbypocrisy. Here's an exchange where KO pulls one of his favorite Twitter stunts: correcting someone else's spelling. This is the real Olbermann on display:
Yes, this is certainly the high plane of discourse we expect from the cow-school graduate. And isn't that two million figure a little suspect? According to the latest ratings, combining Edward R Olbermann's 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm showings only amounts to 1,529,000 viewers. But we digress. Back to the tweets, where things take a different turn:
Got that? Misspelling = no intellect. Here's what Olby tweeted a few hours before this exchange:
Emporer? Emporer?!? That's some intellect you have there, Fat Ass.

Didn't we just have one of these last week? Never mind, the free world cannot survive without the deep thoughts of ex-CNNer, ex-FSNer, ex-ESPNer, ex-NBC-Footballer Keith Olbermann. Olby, who is an 'ex' in more ways than one, is pretty easy to predict on these things. We'll take a stab in the dark on what to expect this time:
It's another night of must-miss tv. Comments are open!
UPDATE: Listen to tonight's Special Education Komment without having to put up with Olby histrionics. Courtesy of MikeC, here's the SEK delivered by the OlbyRobot.
After the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann sunk to a smear of Bill O'Reilly's deceased father, we saw just what rules Oralmann plays by. Tony Soprano may have insisted that families are off limits, but on OlbyPlanet it's perfectly acceptable for KO to enhance his personal attacks of O'Reilly by dragging in Mr Bill's dad.
That's why we asked people who had knowledge of Olby's dad to email us with information. If O'Reilly's father is considered so probative in a smear of Mr Bill, then clearly the Ted Olbermann story must have much to tell us about Edward R Olbermann. And we've received some fascinating emails in just the past 24 hours.
That's why tonight we turn to the record of misogynistic behavior that has followed Keith Olbermann around for much of his professional life. A few examples:
These of course are just the tip of the iceberg. It all causes us to wonder, just what turned Keith Olbermann into someone who delights in degrading women? Was he born that way? Or were these attitudes carefully taught? What of Theodore Olbermann? Did his behavior or attitudes play a role in Keith Olbermann becoming the He-Man Women Hater of today? Email your information; as before, your confidentiality is assured.

It's another night of must-miss television from the infamous deplorable one. What to expect:
This will be more Oralmann sound and fury signifying nothing. But perhaps he will bring us something Emmy-worthy. Maybe tonight he'll go beyond his sick attack on Bill O'Reilly's deceased father, and launch into smears of other family members. What should we expect? The lowdown on O'Reilly's maternal grandmother? Some ugly name calling at Mr Bill's children? How in the world will Edward R Olbermann top his most repellent smear so far?
Watch Monkeymann's empty calories if you like, but give some thought to this question. Now that Keith has changed the game, and it's now perfectly acceptable for him to smear Bill O'Reilly's deceased father, what exactly should we say about Theodore Olbermann? Does anyone know the real lowdown on this man, or how he could raise a person like Keith Olbermann? Email your information; confidentiality is assured.

This time he's going to rail at Robert Gibbs for daring to criticize the 'professional left'. Oralmann doesn't like it when his people get criticized by anyone. To help him make his case, he will also interview the erudite political analyst and respected economist...Michael Moore.

The infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann cannot take criticism...let alone rejection. Now that NBC has kicked him off Sunday Night football, he's retreated into a Cone of Silence. It must have been doubly embarrassing when the staff was told of Oralmann's firing, and they celebrated by going to a Yankees game!
No new posts at the bestest baseball blog in the whole world, And Keith the prolific tweeter also went silent about 24 hours ago, shortly after the bad news broke. We know his ego is crushed, but Edward R Olbermann should be used to that by now.
Well he convinced himself to deign to appear on A-Mess-NBC tonight. But he doesn't have to respond to anyone there, or face comments about his humiliating exile from football coverage. So he retreats from the interwebs, puts up cyberwalls, holds his hands over his ears, and screams. As he steps into the cyber-bathtub. Listen closely and you can almost hear the bath water bubbling.

Twitter is getting to be a delightful source of Olby humiliation. The latest gem came when he attacked CNN for leading a news hour with a shooting, rather than the all-important gay marriage story:
Meanwhile, a short distance away in the very same building, the NBC Nightly News, the flagship news program of Olbermann's employers, led with...the Connecticut shooting!
Whoops. Pretty inexplicable, huh Keith?
Tonight another hour of must-miss tv. You can expect:
And many other idiocies to humorous to mention. Comments are open!
Our monthly scan of the MSNBC transcripts turned out just like all the previous ones. Well, not exactly. There was, for the first time in years, a 'conservative' appearing in the count. But there's a catch. Behold, the chart:

Hey, how did one 'conservative' guest find his way onto OlbyPlanet? Well, it wasn't exactly OlbyPlanet. Two weeks of the month found Herr Olbermahn on his staycation, and "Crazy" Larry O'Donnell was the host. On one program, Larry generously allowed a conservative to appear. That was David Frum, who was there to criticize Andrew Breitbart. Ah, that explains it.
