Beck just reported that James Jay Lee was inspired to encourage the Discovery Channel to change its programming after watching Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth." I'm having a friend tweet him this parallel, since I am not on Twitter.

Also to nitpick, just because some spokeswoman said that the National Archive policy is to not allow people to hold these documents doesn't mean Beck didn't hold it. Does he have someone who was there that can say what Beck claimed was false? Does Beck have a witness that will say he did? I can call up McDonald's and I am sure a spokesperson will tell me it is not there policy to spit in the food but that doesn't mean no one ever spit on a hamburger.
