Enjoy the above while awaiting tonight's must-miss edition of The Hour of Spin. And maybe someone would like to take on this:

Tonight on Countdown, Edward R Olbermann will explain why terror threats, coincidentally timed with an election, are a scheme by the government to keep themselves in power by stoking fear and...oh wait, never mind.

On Tuesday's Hour of Spin, the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann talked to moveon.org operative Lauren Valle. She gave her version of the events, but today another video surfaced. And while there is no doubt that an assault took place, the new video raises serious questions about the veracity of moveon's operative. See for yourself:
Olby will be addressing the new video tonight, and maybe there's a clue here:
Is Oralmann going to argue that yeah, she lied, but that's OK because she was still assaulted? Watch the video and post your opinions about the incident and Herr Olbermahn right here. Comments are open!
You know the infamous, deplorable one will want to soak, soak, soak in that tub rather than come back to work the day after the election. Time will tell if, when that long, black limousine shows up at Casa Olbermann (because he can't drive a car himself), Krazy Keith will dry off and show up for work.
But he'll be there tonight, and that's bad enough:
A perfect record. Every attack on a Republican. Man, that's what makes Olbyplanet Olbyplanet. Comments are open!

Of course Edward R Olbermann doesn't come right out and say he takes his stories from Media Matters. But we know better; the archives have tracked hundreds of his hit pieces straight back to Brock's blue blog. So why is Ernst Stavro Soros suddenly coming out of the shadows? This will explain it:
On tonight's Hour of Spin:

It's going to be another night of must-miss tv on A-Mess-NBC tonight. And of course the flagship broadcast for slovenly political hackery will be helmed by the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann. How many Republicans will he attack tonight? How many Dems will he slobber over and cover up for? Who at Fox will be the next victim of Oralmann's drooling venom? Your tip sheet for tonight's Hour of Spin:
The tally? At least eight attacks on (R)s, and we're going out on a limb and say there will be zero attacks on (D)s. Because this is OlbyPlanet.

UPDATE: Relax. Tonight you can watch NCIS, or O'Reilly, without wondering what crimes against journalism Olbermann is committing. Because Olby's in the tub tonight. In his place: ignoramus and serial liar Cenk (pronounced Chunk) Uygur. Now there's a powerful intellect, who will no doubt be committing his own journalistic sins. But who cares? It's still must-miss tv.
The Olbypocrisy just doesn't come any thicker. Oh the self-righteous moralizing from Rev Olbermann about Breitbart's video of Shirley Sherrod--an accurate clip but one that was cut off before the full context of Sherrod's story had been included. Oralmann fumed: Sherrod was 'assassinated by that scum Breitbart!' Edward R Olbermann called Breitbart 'scum' no fewer than four times in one diatribe. All for a clip that ended too soon.
Fast forward to the present. Herr Olbermahn is cackling over Bill O'Reilly's appearance on The View, and he can't seem to resist doing so on twitter:
There was more: O'Reilly hates America, falafel [Ding!], loofah [Ding!], yada yada yada. But Oralmann was clearly enjoying the moment.
Now that little jumble of letters at the end of the tweet? That's a link to a video of the segment which you can check out here. If you do, you'll notice something peculiar. After Mr Bill talks about Muslims killing Americans on 9/11, Joy and Whoopi stage a theatrical walk-off. And--boom!--the video ends there. That's all Edward R Olbermann wanted you to see.
How very Breitbartian of him. He could chose any of hundreds of clips that ran longer and/or showed the entire segment. But then his groupies would have seen O'Reilly's response, his clarification of what he was talking about, his apology, and the return of the prodigal co-hosts. The conversation continued, and even went into a second segment.
Now if somebody says something, and just seconds later corrects themselves so they won't be misunderstood...um, isn't that called 'context'? Apparently it is for some people, but those rules don't apply to Keith "Man on Fan" Olbermann. He can direct his credulous lemmings to a video that neatly leaves out what happened just seconds afterward, removes the context just like the Breitbart video did, all to satisfy his anti-O'Reilly bloodlust.
C'mon, Olby. By your own standards, you are scum. Scum. Scum. SCUM! Said four times, just like you did to Breitbart--for doing what you just did.
Scum.

Part of the incomprehensible 'Lean Forward' campaign is an ad allegedly showing the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann composing one of his Special Ed Comments. Of course right there a penalty flag could be flown, for pretending that Olby bangs these out himself--an insult to the highly paid Countdown writing staff. But take a look at this gem and see if you can spot something even more telling:
Visit msnbc.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy
Edward R Olbermann bloviates 'now is the time to emancipate our culture' yada yada yada. Whatever the hell that means. But if you're scratching your head wondering where that came from, you are not alone. It's not from any Oralmann Special Comment. It doesn't turn up in any transcript of any episode of The Hour of Spin. It appears that the blustering idiocy of Keith's Special Ed Comments is so laughable and embarrassing that the writers had to concoct a fake Special Comment. Probably because hearing him yell 'You're a fascist, Mr Bush!' into the camera wouldn't mesh well with those tinkly piano notes.
But now the Daily Caller reveals that the first cut of this promo did use Olby's actual words, verbatim:
Yikes! What a diseased display of hateful misogny and unhinged personal attacks! No wonder they had to have their ad agency concoct an artificial, fake, untrue, Potemkin comment for these ads. The real thing would make viewers retch.
Wednesday's Hour of Spin:
Just in case you need a refresher course in Olbypocrisy, here's Oralmann:

Nobody likes a good smear as much as the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann. So he's hitching his star to a bit of slander against the Chamber of Commerce from Think Progress. Now don't take our word for it that this bit of propaganda is a sleazy hit-piece devoid of even a scintilla of evidence. The NY Times has proclaimed it to be dubious at best, and Dan Abrams's Mediaite agrees, Going a step further, liberal tv writer David Zurawik describes the charge as a new low in fear and slander. And now the nonpartisan factcheck.org blasts the Democrats for mounting a serious charge with no evidence to back it up.
Obviously, a political lie this reprehensible is catnip to Edward R Olbermann. So on tonight's Hour of Spin, he will bring in a flack from Think Propaganda to repeat it again--and no guest to give the opposing point of view. What else would one expect on OlbyPlanet?

When it comes to pouncing on mistakes in spelling, the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann is the King of Twitter. Let anyone on his Enemies List make an error, and he's ready to pounce with unending drools of vitriol. You may recall when he bellowed that Bill O'Reilly is a "holy you-know-what liar", based on a rip 'n' read of a Media Matters attack. You see, O'Reilly had noted how he spoke up about the looting in Iraq after the city fell, and Oralmann said O'Reilly lied about that. He never said any such thing!
Of course, the truth was O'Reilly did in fact say precisely what he claimed, just not on the episode he cited but rather on the very next one. Being off by one episode was enough for Monkeymann to bellow about Bill being a 'liar'! (The OlbyWatch archives are replete with many more Krazy Keith examples.)
Fast forward to the present, where Edward R Olbermann is bloviating about the wondrousness of his weekly Thurber bore-o-rama. As part of his ruminations, he comes up with this gem:
If we run a movie clip, for instance, somebody from Mr. Spielberg's [office], will call and say, 'That will be $10,000 for the three seconds of Star Wars you just used.'
Um, Spielberg? Star Wars? Wasn't Star Wars done by George Lucas? Err, yes it was. Another embarrassing oops for Keith "Czechoslovakia" Olbermann. So an intrepid blogger posted a link to the article, and promoted it with the help of The Twitter:
Word got out to "Bear" and he didn't like his faux pas being tweeted to the world. Then came the wonderful, glorious moment when your humble correspondent found how easy it is to get Keith Olbermann's goat:
Bwaaahaaa! Sure it was. Why, confusing Spielberg with George Lucas is exactly the kind of uproarious bon mot that will elicit knee-slapping guffaws from all. It's a line that could win 'Last Comic Standing'.
And chickens have lips.
We know Oralmann is not one to correct errors, but this pathological need to concoct fantasy justifications for every little mistake, no matter how trivial, is another disturbing insight into the diseased psyche of Keith Olbermann.

UPDATE: The Olbyloons leap to Keith "Man on Fan" Olbermann's defense:
You couldn't make this stuff up!
But not to the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann. He has nothing to do with the profession of journalism. He's a slovenly political hack, and the monthly tally of his political guests demonstrates yet again how, when it comes to one-sided agit-prop, Countdown is the Radio Havana Cuba of American television. Behold, The Chart:

Notes and Fun Facts:
Don't expect anything to change on tonight's Hour of Spin. It looks to be just as 'fair and balanced' as September was. To wit:
And they wonder why everyone watches Mr Bill. Comments are open!
