Olbermann Watch, "persecuting" Keith since 2004

    December 2, 2010
    Back from the Tub!

    Bathtub Boy

After a day of soaking, the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann has put away his rubber ducky, dried off, and has returned to the throne on OlbyPlanet.

Here are some of the delights he has in store for you tonight:

    • Nasty Republicans vote to raise taxes on the middle class because they only want the rich to get richer. Or something. Impartial experts: Anthony Weiner (D), HuffPo's Howard Not-So-Fineman.
    • Don't stop START. Lawrence Eagleburger turns to the dark side, which is the only reason sniveling Oralmann will let him in the studio.
    • Wikileaks and then leaks some more. Hey, let's talk indicting Bush and Cheney again! What a great topic for another episode of Olby and The Perfessor.
    • The NASA announcement that MSNBC skipped covering today.
    • And just for something completely new and different: attack on the Tea Party!

    Friday's Hour of Spin:

    • GOP obstructionism! Horrors! Turncoat David Stockman will parrot Olby talking points.
    • Shot over Obama's bow not to compromise, w/ Geno Robinson.
    • Attack on John McCain (R).
    • Attack on Jan Brewer (R).
    • Attack on common sense, ratings, and overall maturity (it'th Thurber Fridayths).

Why is Olby still on this pipe dream of putting members of the Bush white house in front of a firing squad. If not here, then overseas. The people don't want it, just Keith and his ilk.

Reminds me of a fight I had with someone at Big Hollywood. He kept saying that since they didn't have any jury verdicts of Bush administration officials declaring them innocent, therefore they must be guilty. Keith is the same way. Since there is no trials or verdicts, they must be guilty.

Like when the bus driver plays a rap station on the way to and back from dialysis, IT'S THE WPITW ABSTRACT!!! (I hate rap music).

Bronze: BECK-O for the sin of saying tax monies paying for Jesus with ants. What? Is Glenn afraid of ART! I'm personal to 'dogs playing poker'.

Silver: John McCain for opposing DADT. Bashes SOD Robert Gates.

Really, McCain should quit. Thank you for your service, but you are not fit to serve. Retire and have Gov. Brewer appoint JD Hayworth. McCain might be a war hero (and has reserved his place in heaven for the 9 years of hell he endured), but he should never have run for President. His inncompatance led to King Obama. That is unforgivable.

GOLD!!!!!!: Jim Pitts for daring to opt out of Obama Care. But Obama Care is going to save us now. Says something about conservatives being "sheep". No, Olby, that's your side.

Another day until Olby eats arsenic. (we can only hope).

"Reminds me of a fight I had with someone at Big Hollywood. He kept saying that since they didn't have any jury verdicts of Bush administration officials declaring them innocent, therefore they must be guilty. Keith is the same way. Since there is no trials or verdicts, they must be guilty."

Yep, just like when he told his viewing audience that Scott Brown had to prove that he didn't hear that guy in the crowd shouting to put something up Martha Coakley's ass. WE CAN DO THIS!

MSHIT................(The place for discussions of everything and anything about anal inserting [Olby, and guest Michael Musto are experts about that, peppered with smears galore]) Lean Forward

Keith is caught up on this idea of "if tax cuts create jobs, where are the jobs from the Bush tax cuts?"

The guy is trapped in his own ego.

Where are the jobs? The Bush cuts created 8.1 million jobs between 2003 and 2008, when the real estate bubble collapsed and the economy tanked. The tax cuts had nothing to do with that. And we all know Bush tried to reform the mortgage industry, but the Dems blocked it. Keith is in denial about that one.

But why is Keith going off as if there will be additional tax cuts for the rich? This is all about keeping taxes at the levels they are now.

Bristol takes a shot at Olbyturd:

Good for her. She is moving on with her life, and Olbyturd has visions of Levi's Johnston dancing in his head (his favorite all time ex-nude male model)!

MSHIT......................(The place Where Matthews gets thrills up his leg and Olbyturd dreams of Dancing with Nude Levi) Lean Forward

Ohh, I would print this up and put in on Olby's desk before he warbled in for the afternoon.

    He would just go nuts.

    Crazy Larry, Olberdork, and Madcow,
They're all getting paid, but we didn't know how,
    Now it's been reported,
To taxpayer bailout funds GE resorted,
That's why they're so pro Obama right now.

Way to go Bristol - it will be interesting to see how Olberdork responds, if at all, and if he does, what his boss thinks about him engaging in a public argument with a teenage girl. Lol.

"Way to go Bristol - it will be interesting to see how Olberdork responds, if at all, and if he does, what his boss thinks about him engaging in a public argument with a teenage girl. Lol."

Unfortunately, Olbyturd won't let it go. It will eat at him night and day, day and night. Remember when Michelle Bachmann was on MSHIT election night and stuck it to Tingles Matthews? Not a word was said from Olbyturd during that interview. He only commented after she was off the air. Just like Ed Schultz, who said he was going to make Mike Pence "pray to the porcelain god when he got thru with him in the zone" then only played a clip of him speaking and not even have the balls to bring him on the show and confront him face to face. These people on MSHIT are cowards. They are the journalistic equivilent of HAMAS (throw bombs at people whom they disagree, then go hide behind their desks. Or in Olbyturd's case, go hide in his bathtub.

MSHIT........................(On Olbyturd's last day in 87 days, will he actually have a bathtub on the set? Will he host a group bath sing-a-long with the other so-called anchors to bid goodbye to the network before they implode it? I guess he will play HIDE THE SOAP WITH MICHAEL MUSTO) Lean Forward

America47000: why is Keith going off as if there will be additional tax cuts for the rich? This is all about keeping taxes at the levels they are now.

Olbermann understands that, but he has such little regard for everyone "below" him (including his viewers) that he knws they'll follow his every word as if it's gospel and not investigate his lies

Well. With Olbermann, you have to understand that he uses whatever argument is most convenient for his world view. He doesn't pay attention to consistency, or logic.

For example, the recent news that job numbers are disappointing and that the unemployment rate went up. He will either ignore it, or blame it on the tax cuts. His basic line of argumentation probably has more to do with tax rates, than tax cuts though. Since he likely thinks that the economy doing poorly while at the rate the Bush tax cuts put us at, is proof that that tax rate is not optimal for job creation. Therefore raising taxes won't hurt!

It is a really terrible line of reasoning, but that doesn't matter to Keith. He literally has no idea what he is talking about.

Christ. The fact that he has taken to "Boehner, where are the jobs?" shows that the guy is just a partisan hack, completely uninterested in truth.

DJ, can you go with another nickname for MSNBC that doesn't involve the s-word?
    Olby Week in Review
    AMessNBC: Lean leftward.

It is kind of funny watching Olberdork get humiliated by a teenage girl - lol - he was defeated by the mom, and is now getting defeated by the daughter. Maybe Olberdork can attack Trig next, perhaps claim that Trig is the WPIW for being born with Down's Syndrome on purpose to give his mom sympathy with the public...

I agree with Bobby, the Dork will either ignore the unemployment numbers completely, or blame Bush, or blame rich people.

DJ, can you go with another nickname for MSNBC that doesn't involve the s-word?

Mike C, No, I can't. Besides, MSNBC and MSHIT have the same amount of letters. My favorite phrase for the last couple of years is: "It is what it is", and in regards to MSHIT, that is what it is.

"My favorite phrase for the last couple of years is: "It is what it is", and in regards to MSHIT, that is what it is."-dj

And what would you call someone refusing to grant a friend's simple, polite, and easily accomplished request?

    How about MSLIES?

    That works for me.

As someone who is needing a transplant, I want to wait for the TRUTH to come out. Cause I don't think Olby is telling the whole truth (surprise) and this is nothing more than a vendetta against Gov. Brewer.

You know Kieth, why don't you step to the plate and if Arizona won't do it, PAY FOR THIS LADY'S LUNG TRANSPLANT YOURSELF!!! Don't make us pay for it. Show some real charity and compassion and save this woman's life.

No video of the week. Sorry, nothing interesting on the internets this week.

Like when a crazy news anchor that comes on at 10pm tries to convince Jennifer Grey that she almost lost Dancing with the Stars due to a Tea Party Conspiracy, IT'S THE WPITW ABSTRACT!

Bronze: Hess Oil Company- for firing a employee who was pursing a thief. Really, that was a stupid thing. When I worked for Meijer and Wal-Mart, they told us "don't fight, don't pursue, just get a look at them and stay in a safe place." It's not worth the risk.

Silver: Mark Roberts for the sin of not expanding unemployment benefits forever. Keith, we don't have the money.

GOLD!!!: Baseball writers for not electing the late Ron Santo for the Hall of Fame. I agree, Mr. Santo should be in the HoF. As Namor once said about Dr. Doom once said, "even a broken clock is right twice a day"

Well, dig out the DVD player, put in the prison documentaries, and have Rachel clean and lock up 30 Rock after her show. IT'S THE WEEKEND!!!! Looks like we made it through another week of pain and misery. If I come up with anything witty and pithy, I'll post it. If not, I'll see you guys Monday. Have a fun weekend and ..... let's be careful out there.

Did he say Ron Santo was a fan of "Countdown"?

No, maybe after saying Leslie Nielsen was a fan, he thought better of springing that whopper twice in a week.

According to the closed-captioning transcript, Worser actually went Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA): "runner-up, senator scott brown of massachusetts, after insisting that when it came to extending unemployment benefits through next year for up to 5 million americans, 60,000 of them right now in his own state, quote [Ding!], more than anybody here, i want to help. brown then personally blocked a one-year extension of the benefits saying he had, quote, just found out about it. he then went back to planning his $100 a ticket christmas party at boston's park plaza hotel. i told you about this guy. but you didn't believe me! why didn't you believe me?!"
Don't worry, Keith. Brown will lose to a Democrat in 2012 and all will be right again in Massachusetts. And I'm not being sarcastic; I'm being pessimistic. Brown's win was an aberration. If he beats whomever his Democratic opponent is, then it *wasn't* an aberration.

    And then there's this:
"but our winner is once again the writers and veterans committee who elect the members of baseball's hall of fame. [Yada yada, Ron Santo biography and stats.] the veterans committee which is supposed to correct the writers' many mistakes never did. ron santo died last night at the age of 70, one of the top ten third basemen in history. he never got to hear the words 'you've been voted into the hall of fame, ron.' the electors of the hall of fame whose validity has all the validity of sending in the box tops of cereal boxes. today's worst person in the world."

Of all the people to stick up for Ron Santo, it had to be Keith.
Sportscaster Bob Wolff--himself, a Hall of Famer--turned 90 on Monday. In the Newsday article about Wolff's birthday and surprise birthday party, Edward R. Olbermann wrecked it by being quoted. "Collaborating with Wolff for the play-by-play of last year's Yankees Old Timers' Day game was 'an education at the feet of the master,' said MSNBC television commentator Keith Olbermann, who cited Wolff's diligence and preparation, even for an exhibition game."

So Olbyturd is now attacking MLB????? Hey idiot, we already know you are burning your bridges at GE, but are you also trying to get banned from MLB events as well? I'd actually love to hear someone that this guy admires tell him on the record he is lowlife scum, hates his show, then goes on O'Reilly.

I don't think he said Leslie Nielsen was a fan, did he?

He mentioned "My friend Kareem Abdul Jabar" during his tribute, but I don't recall him saying Leslie was a fan.

Dj. not attacking MLB, but the baseball writers assoc. They have no official connection with MLB.

He didn't mention Bristol Palin, not at all? Orders must have come down from the front office, not to bring up Bristol again. The number one search right now (Saturday night) on Yahoo is Bristol Palin telling off Keith Olberdork. It's hilarious, with all of the professional politicians out there, Olberdork's most humiliating public embarrasment this year is getting told off by a teenage girl. I love it.

    Fox Haters Week in Review

Read somewhere on the internet today that Olberdork's book is ranked 3,997th on Amazon...Lol.

Yes. And on Twitter he defended his book sales by using the excuse that he doesn't spend his show trying to sell his book, the way that O'reilly and Beck do.

I believe he claimed that he'd rather spend his time helping out those that suffer at the hands of Jan Brewer in Arizona, or something. (sort of like when he bragged about helping to raise money for health clinics).

Being a charitable person is a good thing. And even taking a little bit of credit for your charitableness is a good thing, but using it to claim you are better than other people? Classless.

"Yes. And on Twitter he defended his book sales by using the excuse that he doesn't spend his show trying to sell his book, the way that O'reilly and Beck do."

I think this calls for a J$ special investigation.

Hey, if Olby was really that charitable, then he could have cut a check to that poor woman and basically take care of most of the lung transplant. But Keith would rather demonize a republican governor. Who cares who dies in the meantime.

Dj. not attacking MLB, but the baseball writers assoc. They have no official connection with MLB.

Sorry about that syvyn11. A mistake I will apologize for. But now what will the "hefty one" do about George Steinbrenner not getting voted in the hall this year? I'm sure will "Get out his pitchfork and torch" (He doesn't spend his show promoting his book, but pimps his book title for the world's worst [not really] segment on that one.

Also, will the trend continue on a Monday? Don Meredith (RIP): Was he a fan of countdown too? Only The Hefty One knows (lies)

Olbermann's excuse for poor book sales begs the question "Why not just promote your book?" If you're gonna take the time to write it, and put it out on the market...why not promote it?

His excuse is essentially: "My book could sell more, I just didn't feel like it"

It's an extremely immature line of thought/argument.

"His excuse is essentially: "My book could sell more, I just didn't feel like it"

He could use that excuse for everything:

    1) Sure I could have offered honest debates on my show to get higher ratings, i just didn't feel like it. I am happy being the cream of the crap on network news. Remember, S*** floats!
    2) Sure I could have apologized for all the disgusting innuendo I hurled at the tea party, I just didn't feel like it.
    3) Sure I could have been the better person in regards to Bristol Palin. After all, Families of politicians are off limits. I just didn't feel like it.
    4) Sure I could have faced adversity like a man by not getting out of the tub to do my show when Obama had a bad day, I just didn't feel like it.
