Dear OlbermannWatch readers, I can hardly believe I am writing this myself but I am officially a candidate for office. I filed the paperwork on Wednesday. As some of you know, I have run many blogs over the years including this one. In my hometown of New Rochelle, NY I run Talk of the Sound. I have done a series of investigative reports on corruption and wrong-doing in our public schools over the past few years which culminated in a death threat made against me by a school district employee this winter. Rather than get mad about, I've decided to run for school board to try and put an end to the incredible waste, fraud and abuse in our local schools where adults are pocketing bucketfuls of money intended for children. It is really incredible what is going on in our public schools and I aim to put up a stop to it, at least where I live.
