The infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann quickly jumped at the chance to snark about a tv chyron that read 'Obama Bin Laden'. First he claimed it was the Fox News station in Chicago:

Then he decided it wasn't Chicago, and figured out it was Sacramento:

Fox40 in Sacramento is not 'Fox News'. They're a local station that carries Fox broadcast network programming (like 'American Idol'). They don't air Fox News, they aren't even owned by Fox. They're owned by Tribune Broadcasting. But that didn't stop Edward R Olbermann:

• TWITTERMANN: Note Fox News has switched to "Usama Bin Laden" presumably so they don't get caught calling him "Obama Bin Laden" for a 2nd time tonight

An Olbermann Double Lie! Fox News didn't call him 'Obama Bin Laden', and they didn't 'switch' to calling him 'Usama'--because that's the spelling FNC has used for years. Mainly because it's the spelling that federal agencies like the FBI have used for years.

Of course the supreme irony of all this is that Oralmann himself actually committed the gaffe that he rushed to slam 'Fox News' for. And on his very own website, no less:

Mr Bush personally de-prioritized the hunt for Obama...

Keith Olbermann makes an embarrassing gaffe, and then to cover it up lies that it happened on 'Fox News'. Ladies and gentlemen, the new Murrow!
