The Scott Brown thing is actually pretty funny, because I think Olberdork definitely had a hand in helping elect Brown. When he made that unhinged rant, it was playing non stop on every radio station in Massachusetts the day before election day, and upset a lot of people.
First guests on relaunched Countdown revealed:

Much of the same losers he had at MSNBC, what else is new?
Guess who is going to be a commontator for Keithy's new show.........
Keith Olbermann's supportive commentary on filmmaker Michael Moore's criticism of the Osama bin Laden killing comes on the heels of Mr. Moore's decision to join Olbermann's Current TV program as a contributor.
Liberal television news commentator Keith Olbermann, working now for Al Gore's Current TV venture, has added a new contributor to his "Countdown with Keith Olbermann" program, with the announcement on Wednesday that filmmaker Michael Moore will join the Olbermann team, Reuters reported.
The new Olbermann show will premiere on June 20 on Current TV and will also feature contributions from comedian Richard Lewis and filmmaker Ken Burns.
"I'm delighted and honored that so many of my friends -- who are not coincidentally among the top progressive and entertainment voices in the country today -- will be joining me as contributors to 'Countdown' on Current," Olbermann said, according to Reuters. "I hope these talented individuals, and the others we are to announce in these weeks before the premiere on June 20 will give viewers a sense of the strength and depth of the franchise we're assembling."
The Michael Moore decision comes at a volatile time for the controversial filmmaker, after Mr. Moore made highly critical comments of the Obama administration's decision to kill Osama bin Laden.
A running list of Moore's commentary, documented by right-leaning Big Hollywood, details the depth of the filmmaker's criticism of the decision by the White House to kill Osama bin Laden:
1. It’s one thing to be happy that a criminal has been captured and dealt with. It’s another thing to throw a kegger celebrating his death at the site where the remains of his victims are still occasionally found. Is that who we are? Is that what Jesus would do?
2. There was no bloodlust euphoria on the day Timothy McVeigh was executed. We were silent. The families of the Oklahoma City dead were silent, relieved. What is the difference between McVeigh and bin Laden, other than the number they slaughtered? I wonder.
3. [T]he Taliban are Afghan citizens, not an invading force, and, for better or worse, they seem to enjoy the support of many of the common people throughout Afghanistan.
4. I hire only ex-SEALs and ex-Special Forces guys to handle my own security (I’ll let you pause a moment to appreciate that irony).
5. I know a lot of people see no need for a trial for these bad guys (just hang ‘em from the nearest tree!), and think trials are for sissies. “They’re guilty, off with their heads!” Well, you see, that is the exact description of the Taliban/al Qaeda/Nazi justice system.
6. [Osama] was a multimillionaire crime boss (using religion as his cover)[.] … He had people killed under the guise of religion, and not many in the media bothered to explain that every time Osama referenced Islam, he wasn’t really quoting Islam. Just because Osama said he was a “Muslim” didn’t make it so.
7. Yet, we began to fear Muslims and round them up.
8. We profiled people from Muslim nations at airports. We didn’t profile multi-millionaires (in fact, they now have their own fast-track line to easily get through security, an oddity considering every murderer on 9/11 flew in first class).
9. We did exactly what bin Laden said he wanted us to do: Give up our freedoms (like the freedom to be assumed innocent until proven guilty), engage our military in Muslim countries so that we will be hated by Muslims, and wipe ourselves out financially in doing so.
10. A killer of 4,000 (counting the African embassies and USS Cole bombings) got double-tapped in his pajamas. Assuming it was possible to take him alive, I think his victims, the future, and the restoration of the American Way deserved better. That’s all I’m saying.
Moore's commentary was not only criticized by Conservatives, but was also condemned by more Liberal Obama supporters, as was evidenced in commentary by MSNBC's Ed Shultz.
However, Keith Olbermann praised Mr. Moore's commentary as the criticism that should be expected of free-thinkers in America, and Moore's new role on Olbermann's new show is a further reflection of Olbermann's support.
The segment is going to be called either "The biggest Losers" or "Two Fat Asses!"
Does Chris Matthews hate women as much as Olberdork?

Olberdork appearance on David Letterman:

"Well, how much time do you have?" Olbermann joked. But then he struck a more serious note, claiming that his real motivation for leaving MNSBC was to escape the strictures of working for a corporate conglomerate.
"It's occurred to me that the best place to start doing the news ...
would be at a place that's just in the news business,
that doesn't also own an amusement park in Orlando,
or doesn't have outdoor advertising
or, you know, beet plantations in the Azores.
or that has an Audience
or Employees
or a name anyone had ever heard of
or that has stupid requirements like "ya gotta show up" "sober"
or expects results for their money
or would be in competition with anybody or anything or any whatever
Just a company that just did news, and we could make every decision relying on that along with our own version of reality."
"And in what condition are these bridges that you've left behind?" Letterman asked.
'Well, some people have said that I did not burn the bridges, I have napalmed them" Olbermann replied, before once again defending his record. "I've had nine full-time employers, ... and three of them have later hired me back, and then fired me again, those idiots never learn."
So is he wearing Herman Munster shoes or is that a cast on his foot?
MSNBC SUSPENDS ED SHULTZ FOR CALLING LAURA INGRAHAM A "RIGHT WING SLUT". OLBERMANN CHIMES IN ON TWITTER, SAID "GLENN BECK WOULD SAY THE SAME THING ABOUT MADCOW" -

Olbermann's been on quite a tear lately, promoting his show which airs June 20th. Countdown, at 8pm, then at 11pm, then at 2pm. I'm not sure why this clown thinks going up against O'reilly again on a nightly basis is a good idea, but, it's hard to explain nearly everything he's ever done. Recent comments made by Joe Scraborough on "Morning Joe" have been said to be directly related to Olbermann's firing, specifically, his reaction to the Tucson massacre. This, plus his comments on Letterman indicate clearly at this point, he was fired from MSNBC. Him not wanting to comment on something means it doesn't bode well for him, especially if he can't spin it to his credit, which he does with almost everything. His foot doctor worked for the Rockette's, yes, I said the Rockette's...
Shultz is just another example of hypocrisy on the left. Shortly after blasting Shultz, Olbermann defended his "mashed up bag of meat with lipstick on it" comments about Michell Malkin, by saying they weren't "gender specific." That's how dumb he assumes his audience to be. Of course, they ate it up, and then started tweeting about how Laura Ingraham called some girl "plus sized." Whatever...
Lastly, I can't wait for Olbermann to comment on the NY house race, in which the Democrat won, and ultimately the Democrats (particularly Harry Reid's comments about Republicans who should listen to the American People) are saying is a referendum on the Paul Ryan (R) budget plan, specifically Medicare reform.
First, the majority of votes went to Rep. and Tea Party candidates, so if this was a referendum, it was for the Right. Secondly, the Tea Party candidate was a former Democrat, self funded, who clearly was messing with the results. The Democrat who won slammed Obama's plans for 500 million dollars of Medicare cuts anyway, so they're actions about this being a referendum is a clear sign of panic and worry heading into 2012. They'll take anything they can get, even if it is completely wrong...
I can't wait until the election. Democrats are certain that taking out Usama has ensured they're place in the White House for another four years. How sweet this victory will taste. How sweet it will be...
Anyone remember when The Flan was challenged for saying the GOP and the Tea Party need to get on the same page? No? Of course not. Let me refresh your memory:
http://www.olbermannwatch.com/archives/2010/11/watch_keith_olb.php#comments
"The Tea Party and the GOP need to get on the same page otherwise it's more Democratic bullshit in two years."
"The Tea Party and the GOP need to get on the same page if they're gonna can these far left bums. The stuff that's happening in Alaska and what happened in Delaware and NY-23 last year needs to stop."
http://www.olbermannwatch.com/archives/2010/11/olbermann_unhin.php#comments
"If the GOP and Tea Party can't get on the same page it will affect a lot more than two or three races next time."
Well if you still don't believe me then look at what Ryder wrote about NY-26.
Race for 2012: Democrats 1, Conservatives 0.
He's launched a new site (feel free to make comments as necessary) on Current for his "Countdown" show. His first three videos are odd, surprisingly repetitive and in terms of liberal media; traditional. He takes some obscure quote out of context from Eric Cantor and yet again asks for a resignation (as well as an attempt to exile Republicans linked to Cantor, which he basically says all of them). He follows it with yet another analogy to "The Network" about Glenn Beck, and rants for a few minutes about something that officially goes a few miles off the beaten path, and then, he pulls out all the stops, in his newest segment...Worst Person. Of course, Bill O'reilly takes top honors for saying something 100% correct, and the bronze goes to Ed Rendell because he had the gall to say Fox was the most fair coverage of the last election cycle.
Let's not forget who got pulled from election coverage for the orgasmic reaction to any and all things Obama on MSNBC. Even when the alternative attempts to create fairness, even Democrats call FNC a more fair outlet for gathering information. Of course, this pissed Olbermann off, and he made Rendell the days third worst person by connecting it something else, whatever, it was stupid.
So, as an update, I can be fairly simple. Nothing has changed. He's got the same show, same title, same segments, airing at the same time, against the same competition, with the same childish remarks about the same republicans and Fox news anchors. I know if it isn't broke, you shouldn't fix it. But, Keith shares the same answer for something that is broke apparently; an unwavering sign of ignorance if you ask me. But, who am I? Keith's got nearly 300K followers on Twitter, he's super important. If you read his tweets, he'll be sure to tell you that...
Oh, on a lighter note, I'll be doing some fishing and boating this weekend, ordered a few hundred lbs. of crawfish for an old fashioned New Orleans style broil, and I'm probably going to get hammered drunk on the golf course. I've been reading a lot of Olbermann, and have had the strangest urge to talk about myself. Everyone have a great Memorial Day weekend, I'll catch you on Tuesday...
He didn't have any videos of models falling down on the runway?
It seems countdown favorite Anthony (Tony the Dick) Weiner got himself in a pickle.
http://bigjournalism.com/pjsalvatore/2011/05/28/weinergate-congressman-claims-facebook-hacked-as-lewd-photo-hits-twitter/
Wonder what Olby would say about that.
New Olby Video and it's a WORST PERSONS IN THE WORLD!!!!!
You guys know what that means......
Like when the bus driver leaves you in your own blood.... It's the WPITW abstract!
Bronze: Bill Shine and Ed Rendell : Shine for the fact he's on FNC. But his former good friend Ed got himself on the list for saying that FNC is objective and then signs on to MSNBC as a commentator. Well, Ed. You can't win for losing. Which on MSNBC you'll do a lot.
Silver: James Murdock- For kicking Current off Sky Itlia(sp). Yes, Keith. They did it to keep you and your little cable channel off the air. And as a bonus, Keith puts his lips solidly on Algore's ass.
GOLD: BILL-O THE CLOWN!: for bringing up the fact that FNC won the Suffolk U. poll about trust worthiness in cable news. Brings up the fact that while O'Reilly said he was most trusted. (And Keith also call himself Bill-o's greatest nightmare) that Bill finished third behind None and I don't know. Well, Keith. It doesn't change the fact that YOU DIDN'T EVER RATE! NOBODY GAVE YOUR NAME!!!!! WHY? CAUSE YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!
Well, that was painful. And only 22 more days til the pain comes everyday. God, I hope it's somewhat online without a subscription.
Until then, ANOTHER AWARD WINNING COUNTDOWN TO ALGORE'S BANKRUPTCY!!!!
See you at the Dialysis clinic.
Any comment from Olberdork on his good buddy Congressman Anthony Weiner sending a picture of his dick to some 21 year old college student? Stalking is something right up his alley, I figured we would have at least got a special comment by now...maybe it's Michelle Bachmann's fault?
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110601/ap_on_go_co/us_congressman_twitter_photo
We shouldn't forget that MKDAWUSS is also a big Weiner (no pun intended) fan. I'm sure he's appalled at this situation.
I suppose Weiner sending pictures of his business to a college student (or anyone for that matter) isn't one of those "questions that need to be asked." Y'know, the one MKDAWUSS claims Olbermann is famous for.
Regarding the whole Rep. Weiner (D-NY-09) scandal -- If this scandal had been committed by a Republican, let's think of what the reactions would be both here and elsewhere.
What I find interesting is how he handled the whole situation up to this point - he could have addressed and confronted it and deflected it into a non-issue instead of dodging around this and making it into a bigger issue than it probably should have been. At least he didn't take out a Twitter-wide injunction...
Also, new WPOTD (AKA WPITW) is up, along with another Thurber clip.
If it were a republican? WUSSY? ARE YOU SERIOUS?
It already happened. Remember NY26? Chris Lee resigned when shirtless pictures of him on facebook came to light. And that's just shirtless, not Mr. Happy!
So it's time for Weiner to do the right thing for the party (and remember, no man is bigger than the DNC, unless your name is Clinton or Obama) and fall on his sword.
"Regarding the whole Rep. Weiner (D-NY-09) scandal -- If this scandal had been committed by a Republican, let's think of what the reactions would be both here and elsewhere."
Regarding this whole MKDAWUSS is an idiot thing, well, syvyn got to it before I did. Pretty pathetic response Carlos, even for you.
But let's stick with the reactions issue. If it was a Republican flashing his penis on Twitter your hero Olbermann would be demanding his resignation regardless of whether he did it himself or if his account was hacked and once again you'd be hailing Olbermann as the man who "asks the questions regardless of who's being asked."
But, since it's a Democrat Olbermann hasn't said a word of criticism. If I'm wrong your welcome to challenge that. But since you're a coward we all know how this story ends.
As for me, professionally I don't think this is an offense worthy of resignation but personally Weiner is a massive douchebag so if this brings him down I won't shed any tears over it.
Was that the "reaction" you were expecting Carlos? I doubt it. Maybe next time you should ask for someone's opinion before assuming what we're all thinking. Remember what happens when you assume: You make an ass out of you and... actually, in this case your just making an ass out of yourself.
There's a lot he hasn't covered lately - he isn't exactly running a full show ATM. He's still basically doing 1 or 2 clips a day instead of the 7 (5 stories [incl. 5A and 5B] + Oddball) that came on MSNBC.
"There's a lot he hasn't covered lately"
Spare us the excuses. He covers what he wants to cover. And he doesn't want to cover one of the liberal golden boys who may or may not have taken a picture of his junk.
Now tell us the Weiner story isn't relevant because his Facebook poll said so.
Or maybe you want to tell us there are more important things to cover so I can make a crack about his stupid WPITW and Thurber cracks.
I know you're not smart enough to understand what real journalism is Carlos, but WPITW and Thurber readings aren't it. Their gimmicks to get a laugh out of less intelligent people like yourself that also allow Olbermann to hear his own voice.
Any more pathetic comments left in you today or do you need a break?
Hey, it just came out that Weiner may have been messaging underage girls as well. If MKDAWUSS wants to defend a pedophile, go ahead and let him.
Keith Olbermann, Andre Carson, Media Matters, Markos, probably Michael Savage.
MKDAWUSS, are there any other liars you're a fan of?
Oh yeah! Anthony Weiner. You know how to pick 'em.
Keith Olbermann, Andre Carson, Media Matters, Markos, probably Michael Savage.
MKDAWUSS, are there any other liars you're a fan of?

Did anyone see Madcow last night? She was so hysterical trying to say how the Republicans were worse I couldn't stop laughing.
"There's a lot he hasn't covered lately - he isn't exactly running a full show ATM."
I guess Olbermann still hasn't found the time to reflect on this situation. He does have time to mock Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann but not any time to say anything about Anthony Weiner. Or, more importantly, any of the other million things more important than a lying congressman.
Look at the bright side. At least he doesn't have to retract a lie about Breitbart like a lot of his other colleagues.
And MKDAWUSS, the fact that your best defense is "he's not running a full show," just proves how pathetic he is. if Olbermann was half the journalist you think he is all he'd need is a word processing program.
Defend these clowns all you want, we already know what kind of man you are.
Word is David Shuster is coming on as a substitute.
That kind of puts a kibosh on MKDAWUSS's argument that Olbermann only uses "honest, reliable" sources.
